Development trend of China instrument and meter industry looks good when the financial crisis is an ongoing crisis triggered by a dramatic rise in mortgage delinquencies and foreclosures in the world now. Anti-Risk capability has very important influence over the competitiveness in the long-term development vice versa. And instrument and meter enterprises in China must enhance their competitiveness force to increase market share. This paper constructs competitiveness evaluation index system of the listed companies in instrument and meter including six factors: Index Per Share, Profitability, Cash Flow, Capital Structure, Operation Ability, Development Ability, and adopts evaluation method by entropy method to make an empirical analysis on the competitiveness with the 16 Chinese listed companies in instrument and meter.

Abstract We used system theory to analyze the structure of a regional drought disaster system and separated the drought disaster risk system into three subsystems. These were drought disaster-causing factors, disaster-inducing environments, and disaster-bearing bodies. Analysis of the main factors of these subsystems allowed the establishment of a regional comprehensive drought disaster risk evaluation index system. To simultaneously evaluate the distribution and development trends of the regional comprehensive drought disaster risk, we established a dynamic evaluation model. Based on the ideas of the projection pursuit clustering method and the dynamic comprehensive evaluation method, the model can make use of multi-dimensional space–time drought disaster information. The model was applied to evaluate comprehensive drought disaster risk in the Xuzhou region, China. The evaluation results show that the method was able to illustrate the development trend and distribution of the comprehensive drought disaster risk in the Xuzhou region. The clustering zoning results show that Pizhou City is the area with the highest risk in Xuzhou, while Fengxian has the lowest. The development trend of comprehensive drought disaster risk with time is not significant.

This paper uses principal component analysis (PCA) and entropy method to construct the evaluation index system of the scientific research performance of universities in 31 provinces and cities in China. Based on the traditional DEA model, the development trend of the scientific research performance of the research objects from 2015 to 2019 is dynamically evaluated by the Malmquist index method. The results show that the scientific research performance of universities in various regions of China is not ideal, and the level of scientific research performance is declining. The total factor productivity of scientific research in the central and western regions is much higher than that in the eastern region. The main factor that hinders the improvement of scientific research performance is the efficiency of technological progress. Finally, aiming at the existing problems, some feasible suggestions are put forward to further improve the input-output efficiency of scientific research in universities.

By proceeding from practice of the sunny sport activity in higher education institutes, the principles of selecting evaluation index of the campaign have been put forward. Base on the No.17 document of the central committee and related principles, the paper establishes the evaluation index system of the activity. Considering the difficulty of fuzzy synthetic evaluation method in calculation of the multiple factors and ignorance of the relationship among evaluating objects, a new weight evaluation process using entropy method is introduced. This improved method for determination of weight of the evaluating indicators is applied in synthetic evaluation of the sunny sport activity. Compared with the original evaluation method, the method predigests the fuzzy synthetic evaluation process greatly and the evaluation results are more reasonable.

Equipment maintenance support capability is an important part of operational capability and the evaluation of equipment maintenance support capability is very important to the establishment of battle effectiveness. Cloud theory is applied to equipment maintenance support capability evaluation on basis of the establishment of the evaluation index system of equipment support capability. The application steps of cloud barycenter evaluation method to equipment maintenance support capability evaluation are analyzed. The evaluation result is achieved using weighted deflection degree which is used to demonstrate the deflection degree between equipment maintenance support capability and its perfect state. The correctness and validity of the proposed method is verified by the calculating result, which provide an efficient method for equipment maintenance support capability evaluation.

The rapid spread of COVID-19 throughout the world is changing the way everyone lives in socializing; the environment most used for a living has rapidly shrunk into homes. Business, schools, and religious services all move quickly online. No one knows precisely how long these physical and social restrictions will last -or what are the short and long-term impacts on religious life? In standard times, the presence of religious adherents in houses of worship is used by sociologists as a condition of religiosity for every religious devotee. But how can religiosity be measured in a time when people are alone? And in a time when people are not allowed to meet in large groups or even leave their homes.  What will the Religiosity of Religion look like in the future? And how will the coronavirus affect the religious practices of the Nusantara religions? This paper aims to provide a way forward for studying post-pandemic evolutionary religions that are significant in Indonesia. This study uses an evaluation method in a qualitative approach. The exploration into the evolution of human religiosity is often distorted by assumptions made about religion's nature. This review explores developments in the evolution of religion and provides critical evaluations of different theoretical positions. In general, scholars believe that religion is adaptive. In this set of ideas, theologians' evolutionary insight is not a threat but rather an essential clarification of cross-cultural religion's evolution.Penyebaran COVID-19 yang cepat ke seluruh dunia mengubah cara hidup setiap orang dalam bersosialisasi; lingkungan yang paling banyak digunakan untuk hidup telah dengan cepat menyusut menjadi rumah. Bisnis, sekolah, dan layanan keagamaan semuanya bergerak cepat secara online. Tidak ada yang tahu persis berapa lama pembatasan fisik dan sosial ini akan bertahan atau apa dampak jangka pendek dan jangka panjangnya terhadap kehidupan beragama. Pada zaman standar, kehadiran pemeluk agama di rumah ibadah dimanfaatkan para sosiolog sebagai syarat religiusitas setiap pemeluk agama. Tapi bagaimana religiusitas bisa diukur di saat orang sendirian? Dan di saat orang tidak diperbolehkan bertemu dalam kelompok besar atau bahkan meninggalkan rumah. Seperti apa Religiusitas Agama di masa depan? Dan bagaimana virus corona akan mempengaruhi praktik keagamaan agama-agama Nusantara? Makalah ini bertujuan untuk memberikan jalan ke depan untuk mempelajari agama-agama evolusioner pasca-pandemi yang signifikan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian pustaka dan studi literature. Penjelajahan ke dalam evolusi religiusitas manusia sering kali terdistorsi oleh asumsi-asumsi yang dibuat tentang hakikat agama. Ulasan ini mengeksplorasi perkembangan dalam evolusi agama dan memberikan evaluasi kritis tentang posisi teoritis yang berbeda. Secara umum, para sarjana percaya bahwa agama itu adaptif. Dalam kumpulan gagasan ini, wawasan evolusioner para teolog bukanlah ancaman, melainkan klarifikasi esensial dari evolusi agama lintas budaya.

The internal control is one of the core problems in enterprise management, which not only relates to the company's quality, but also affects its own long-term development. It is especially important to take effective implementation evaluation for internal control distortion caused from the existing financial fraud in company. In this paper the internal control evaluation index system which had already set was further improved. And this paper evaluated the intensity of enterprise internal control combined with space statistical distance evaluation method on the whole. It can provided the reference for managers when they adopt corresponding countermeasures for the problem of internal control.

The evaluation of urban sustainability plays a crucial role in the process of the sustainable development of cities. To decrease subjectivity and attain a comprehensive evaluation, this paper develops an evaluation method using the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS). First, an evaluation index system including 39 indices and three categories (economic, social, and ecological development) is established; second, based on the index system, a modified TOPSIS, in which the entropy method is used to assign weights to each index according to its evaluation score and grey relation analysis is used to reduce the uncertainty existing in the process of evaluation, is presented to rank the sustainability level of cities. Finally, an example with the sustainability evaluation of 16 cities in the Anhui province of China is introduced to verify the effectiveness of the model.

This paper proposes a new hybrid evaluation method including Improved Analytic Hierarchy Process (IAHP), Entropy Method (EM), and Grey Comprehensive Evaluation Method (GCEM) to assess the transfer efficiency between rail transit and public bicycles. In particular, the IAHP method that replaces the nine-scale approach with three-scale approach to naturally meet the consistency requirements is applied to qualitatively calculate the weights of evaluation indices, the EM method is utilized to calculate the weights of evaluation indices with relatively high degrees of quantification, and the GCEM method is used to calculate the transfer efficiency between rail transit and public bicycles. In addition, a three-level evaluation-index system including target level, criteria level and index level is established. A numerical example is also provided to verify the feasibility of the proposed hybrid evaluation method and explore the reasons for low transfer efficiency between rail transit and public bicycles.

Evaluation index system of traffic simulation is very important to compare the difference of several cases, which contributes to the advance of traffic simulation models and technologies. Under the concept of low-carbon, the paper establishes evaluation index system of traffic simulation. Firstly, the paper analyzes the requirements of the evaluation index system of traffic simulation from two aspects which are the application characteristics and the application under the concept of low-carbon of traffic simulation models and technologies. On the basis of analysis above, it establishes the evaluation index system of traffic simulation which concludes road network structure index, traffic operation state index, traffic environment index and traffic safety index. It proposes the application rules of evaluation index system. Then, it proposes the two-level combined evaluation method for calculating weights on the basis of comparative analysis about two methods, which are the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method and entropy method. Finally, it applies the proposed evaluation system to calculate the comprehensive index values of two transit operation cases of Beijing Olympic Games Opening Ceremony audience evacuation. It is shown that evaluation index system of traffic simulation is practicable and effective.
