To solve the obscure and vague problem in present agricultural circular economy evaluation, in this paper we from the perspective of ecological restoration adopt PPC model directly driven by sample data to make the objective evaluation. We choose 17 evaluation indicators in 3 types to compute the affecting factors of agricultural circular economy in 31 provinces and cities in 2007 and make sorting and classification for optimal projection direction and optimal projection value . The research result can provide differentiated agricultural circular economy strategy with theoretical base and supply the integrated evaluation of agricultural circular economy with new method and has practical promotion value.

This research aims to find out and analyze the effect of brand image and word of mouth, either simultaneously or partially on the decision of purchasing Yamaha motorcycle in Bungku Tengah of Morowali Regency. This was a descriptive research with population of consumers of yamaha motorcycle in Bungku Tengah of Morowali Regency. Sample used was random sampling, in which 91 people selected as the sample. Data collection was questionnaire and it was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis.The research result reveals that significant probability value of brand image variable (0.002) < (0.05) so the brand image variable has a significant effect on the decision of purchasing, significant probability value of word of mouth (0.087) > (0.05) so the word of mouth variable has no effect on the decision of purchasing. It means the brand image variable partially has a significant effect on decision of purchasing; however, word of mouth variable partially has no effect on kdecision of purchasing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisi pengaruh citra merek dan word of mouth, baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda Motor Yamaha di Bungku Tengah Kabupaten Morowali Kecamatan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif, Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen pengguna Motor Yamaha di Bungku Tengah Kabupaten Morowali. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Random Sampling, dan dengan tehnik tersebut 91 orang sebagai sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data yang di gunakan adalah angket, dan Teknik analisis data yang di gunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, angka probabilitas signifikan variabel Citra Merek (0,002) < (0,05) sehingga variabel Citra Merek memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, angka probabilitas signifikan variabel Word of Mouth (0,087) > (0,05) sehingga variabel Word of Mouth tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Artinya variabel Citra Merek secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, namun variabel Word of Mouth secara parsial berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Basic reserve fund is a part of the power engineering total cost. Reducing its quantity can obviously increase the utilization efficiency of engineering cost. But how can reduce the quantity of basic reserve fund, we can start from its affecting factors. To this, for the affecting factors of basic reserve fund, this paper constructed the significance analysis model about affecting factors based on its actual application situation and Fault Tree Analysis (FAT). Finally, we got the degree and prior about affecting factors of basic reserve fund. Thereby the empirical research result provided a theory reference value which can control the quantity of basic reserve fund in the engineering practice.

In a high-tech backend semiconductor business where a market environment changes sharply and requires competitiveness of high technology, one of the most important criteria is to establish an optimal strategy for outsourcing development so a firm can achieve a sustainable competitive advantage. Many studies have investigated sustainable and successful strategies for the selection and management of outsourcing suppliers, whereas, this study focuses mainly on analyzing the most affecting factor for outsourcing development in the perspective of dynamic capability by using the Delphi Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. For the analysis of affecting factors, 4 dimensions are defined: technology, organization, environment, and process. The research result shows that the sustainability of the productive skill in the technology dimension is adopted as the most affecting factor for outsourcing development among the defined 4 dimensions of an outsourcing supplier’s capability. With this research, a high-tech firm can measure the level of each dimension and each factor in developing outsourcing service providers. Then the firm can develop an appropriate outsourcing provider who contributes to the firm’s sustainable competitive advantage. This study also provides a practical and strategic framework of a high-tech firm’s outsourcing development in variable market situations and changeable conditions of transaction.

Combining remote sensing techniques with GIS, choosing land using, vegetation coverage and slope as the main affecting factors of soil erosion to monitor and evaluate the soil erosion of Hunyuan County. The research result shows that the soil erosion was seriously, and the soil erosion area that intensity was greater than mild erosion in 2009 is 1635km2, occupies 83.2% totally. The severely erosion area is including Northern area, Southeastern mountains and the area between the alluvial plains and the mountains.

On account of increasing contradiction between water for life, environment, agriculture and water supply in Haoshuichuan watershed, it constructs new projects for water diversion, pumping, transpiration and distribution on the base of current project layout. A unified deployment of water supply source is formed through 1 reservoir, 11 key dams and 15 medium-sized check dams which have been built in river basins. It establishes watershed water resources joint scheduling mode through application of optimization theory, and adopts MATLAB optimization toolbox for the solution of the model. The research result may provide decision-making basis for river basin agricultural layout, ecological restoration and sustainable economic development, also provide reference for joint scheduling of water sources in similar regions.

The evaluation index system of Chinese agricultural circular economy development was established based on the definition of connotation of the agricultural circular economy and the principle of index selection. It included four aspects, i.e., social and economic development, resource reduction input, resource recycling and ecological environment, as well as 16 indexes. The development level of the agricultural circular economy in China between 1991 and 2012 was evaluated and analyzed by using the comprehensive multi-index model method. The results illustrated that the development levels of the agricultural circular economy in China and its three major regions of eastern region, middle region and western region exhibited rising trends. Investment of reduced resources has become a bottleneck restricting the development of agricultural circular economy in China. There was an obvious regional difference of the development level of the agricultural circular economy in China.

This Research is carried out in urban area and countryside of Buleleng regency. Generally, the aim of this study is to analyze the dynamic space exploitation based on local wisdom. Particularly. this research aims to: (1) analyze the difference of applying of local wise aspect in exploiting of regional room of countryside and lawn of custom society house in urban area and countryside, and factors that cause the difference of its applying and (2) solution of using custom countryside room and lawn of custom society house in urban area and countryside based on local wisdom. To reach the target designed research by using survey device, by using household as analysis unit. Household Sample is determined by proportional sampling random (145 sample). Data are collected through documentation technique, and interview of questioner. Then the data analyzed are through technique analyze qualitative. Research result out find differences of local wisdom applying in exploiting of regional room of countryside and lawn of house, and solution in exploiting of room base on local wisdom concept as materialization of human being interaction process with environment. Based on the research result, contribution that can be put forward: (1) contribution of theory: approach of countryside scale spatial and house made excellence of this research to express the difference of local wise applying in exploiting of regional room of countryside and lawn of house and (2) practical contribution: exploiting of room based on local wisdom can survive and sustain to influence modernize if custom society remains to tie with custom countryside. The concept of Tri Hita Karana as form of local wisdom form in utilizing adaptive room against change and growth of an era which is indicated with being compromise on Kahyangan Tiga as a soul of dwelling, territorial area as a village physical form and people who dwell there. This harmonious relation guarantee harmonious preserving environment.

This paper proposes RAGA-PPE comprehensive assessment model specifically for high-dimensional index system issue in order to conduct comprehensive evaluation of the power quality of multi-index regional power grid from three dimensions of index, time and region through adjustment of time factor size. The model adopts PPE to convert power index of multidimensional data to lower-dimensional subspace and compress multiple power indexes to single power index for systematic comprehensive evaluation, which overcomes shortcomings such as influences of human and subjective factors and local optimization in conventional assessment methods. Improved RAGA based on real coding is used for optimization of target function to reduce optimization workload and search out the optimal projection direction rapidly. The optimal projection direction subject to optimization reflects the degree of importance of various power indexes for comprehensive evaluation of power quality. Examples prove that the evaluation model is simple in computation, good in applicability, and accurate and objective in evaluation result, providing a new method and thought for decision of comprehensive evaluation for power quality.
