The Electrical Mechanical Brake(EMB) is advanced with plenty functions of ABS, TCS and ESP etc. EMB has a very good development prospect for its good reaction speed and reliable performance as well as easy installation maintenance. It is necessary to study the method of design and simulation of EMB. First, the structure, working principle and the related parts mathematical model of EMB were introduced and the mathematical model of motor was built; second, virtual prototype model of EMB was designed in Pro/e software and developed with constraint and parameter set in adams software; finally, we built the co-simulation model of EMB using adams and Simulink and chosen a certain vehicle type to analyze and verify. The result shows that this method is efficient and feasible.

This paper analyzes the characteristics of marine power station. The mathematical model and simulation model of synchronous generators AVR+PSS excitation control system was built. At last the simulation test of suddenly add load was did in MATLAB/simulink environment. The result shows that the excitation control system has well stability, rapidity and some robustness.

Using ADAMS software to create a virtual prototype model of luffing mechanism of QY20A crane truck. The entire work process of telescopic arm is analyzed, and the result shows that luffing cylinder lifting force is maximum at the beginning moment. The luffing cylinder force is calculated in different conditions based on the analysis and select the maximum force condition as optimized conditions, make the mathematical model of optimization and optimized using genetic algorithm, which played a guiding role for the of telescopic boom design.

Amorphous alloy material has good soft magnetic properties, so it can be used for stress measurement. At first, the working principle of the stress measurement was analyzed. Secondly its output characteristic mathematical model was established by adopting multivariate linear regression analysis method, and the simulation of the mathematical model was made based on Matlab. Finally a practice measurement with Fe-base TM—M Amorphous alloy was completed. The results of the test have showed that the stress measurement method has some characteristics of being sensitiveness to measure and simple to make a testing system, and a promising method of measuring stress.

The working principle of wet clutch was analyzed and the mathematical model was established for torque deliver. Experimental verification and simulation analysis was carried out for the clutch model in the situation of constant pressure engaging process. An efficiency examination of wet clutch implemented on the test rig and provided theory evidence for pressure precisely control.

A kind of hydraulic exciter based on rotary valve control was studied in this paper, the composition of the exciter and its working principle were introduced, and the mathematical model of the system was established. The characters of the system were simulated using MATLAB. From the results of the simulation, we get the relationship of the amplitude of Vibration oil cylinder between the system’s pressure and the exciting frequency. The results can provide theoretical bases to design the hydraulic exciter.

Take the traction wire rope cleaning and detection line of pay-off unit as an example, investigate the general law of the change during paying off of traction wire rope cleaning and detection line and build the mathematical model in each step of the paying off tension control system. Build the simulation model using MATLAB on the foundation of the mathematical model and research on the model. Afterwards, it is proved that the demand of keeping the tension of pay-off unit constant can be meet through regulating magnetic braking torque of pay-off unit.

The system based on the working principle of MAX1978 and TEC, using multi-point at different frequency measurement method, and establishing corresponding mathematical model. Confirmed the pole-zero plot of the PID, according to the amplitude-frequency and phase-frequency characteristics of the mathematical model, and then, adjusted the corresponding resistance and capacitance of the circuit to make the accuracy of the temperature adjustment to 1E-3centigrade.

The vehicle simulation model of 78-DOF is built based on ADAMS/CAR. Both rationality and accuracy of simulation model are verified by comparison analysis methods between real vehicle test and virtual simulation test. The mathematical model of wind pressure center and lateral aerodynamic force are formulated by using the STEP function. The simulation results indicate that the vehicle has the excellent crosswind stability and congruent dynamic response, which agrees with United States (ESV) standard.

In this work the microalgae Pseudokirchneriella supcapitata was used for the removal of the cadmium in liquids. The accumulations of metal ions by the alga occur in two stages: a very fast absorption (passive adsorption) proceeded by a slower absorption (activate absorption). A mathematical model based on the surface absorption and on the transport into the interior of the cellular membrane was developed. The simulation model kinetic parameters were experimentally obtained. Through the results observed, the mathematical model was shown to be suitable when compared to the experimental results, confirming the validation of the mathematical model.
