To overcome the limits in current strength training equipment for canoeing in rowing tanks, we design a new system which can make the hull rock back and forth or side to side. As a result the canoeist needs to adjust his/her center of gravity constantly to make effective strokes. Thus the system can simulate the real situation of this sport in waters. Meanwhile, through applying adjustable gravity load resistance source, the weakness of land strength training can be overcome and training in both strength and dexterity can be conducted simultaneously, so as to improve the intensity and efficiency of canoe strength training. Furthermore, a testing and assessment subsystem is developed. This system is simple and easy to use, allowing not only monitoring of exercise, but also monitoring and assesment of athletes’ intensity and efficiency of strength training.

The article analyzes the rights and obligations of state peasants following the reform of P.D. Kiselev, one of the aims of which was to bring the real situation of this category of the population into line with their formal status as free peasant peasants. The personal and property rights of peasants are examined as well as their implementation under the new system of government; duties, most importantly, the payment of numerous duties and obligations. The authors concluded that the reformers were not able to achieve the desired results. The situation of state peasants was better than that of other categories of peasants. However, they did not become truly free peasants before the reform of 1866.

COVID-19 has made a bad influence on economic and society including cultural and tourism industry in China,2020.The industry has received a huge loss in the first quarter of the year and the situation is getting worse in the near future. It is believed that there will be a long impact for the country even the world. In order to recover the industry, Chinese government has published series of policies to support the enterprises and clusters to reduce the bad influence of COVID-19. This paper mainly uses filed survey and documentary research to map the real situation of the industry. It tries to find the policy demand of the industries and then analyze the policies published by government to conquer COVID-19. Meanwhile it will focus on whether the supply meet the demand and give suggestions on how to promote the policy efficiency in the post period of COVID-19 in China. AbstractThe recently concluded 2019 World Swimming Championships was another major swimming competition that witnessed some great progresses achieved by human athletes in many events. However, some world records created 10 years ago back in the era of high-tech swimsuits remained untouched. With the advancements in technical skills and training methods in the past decade, the inability to break those world records is a strong indication that records with the swimsuit bonus cannot reflect the real progressions achieved by human athletes in history. Many swimming professionals and enthusiasts are eager to know a measure of the real world records had the high-tech swimsuits never been allowed. This paper attempts to restore the real world records in Men’s swimming without high-tech swimsuits by integrating various advanced methods in probabilistic modeling and optimization. Through the modeling and separation of swimsuit bias, natural improvement, and athletes’ intrinsic performance, the result of this paper provides the optimal estimates and the 95% confidence intervals for the real world records. The proposed methodology can also be applied to a variety of similar studies with multi-factor considerations.

It is very difficult to confirm the position of the center of gravity irregular object. This paper introduces a new system, which can be used in measuring and adjusting of the center of gravity. The irregular object was put on the support parts, then the center of gravity was given. When the actual position was compared with the ideal position, the difference was given. Until actual position and ideal position were coincided, the machining was continuing. Matlab was programmed in this measure system. It will be applied widely in the future.

The provision of high-quality and timely emergency psychological assistance to minors is possible only in the conditions of a built system of interdepartmental interaction. The proposed methodological recommendations include consideration of organizational and procedural aspects of interdepartmental interaction in the provision of emergency psychological assistance on key problems of modern childhood and are based on international experience and regional practice. For the purpose of practical study of the issue, standard regulations and accompanying documents have been developed and proposed, which can be used by specialists in the field, taking into account regional specifics and the real situation, including the availability of specialists from various departments.

Abstract The construction of a water intake along the wharf shoreline can realise the intensive and comprehensive utilisation of the shoreline. However, since the water intake will increase the lateral flow at the wharf and also the hydrodynamic forces on ships, it will bring risks to ships mooring and leaving. The effects of the water intake on ships are studied using a physical model, numerical model and standard formulas. The results show that it leads to an increase of the hydrodynamic forces acting on the ship when the standard formulas are used to calculate the forces without considering the water level difference between the two sides of the ship. The results of the physical model are closer to the real situation. Measures that can effectively reduce the influence of the water intake on ships are proposed by increasing the distance between the wharf front and the front of the water intake as well as the depth of the water inlet windows.
