AbstractLiquid biopsy approaches are relatively well developed for cancer therapy monitoring and disease relapse, but they also have incredible potential in the cancer early detection and screening field. There are, however, several challenges to overcome before this potential can be met. Research in this area needs to be cohesive and, as a driver of research, Cancer Research UK is in an ideal position to enable this.

The Ngrowo-Ngasinan watershed is one of the Brantas watersheds covering an area of 1,188,800 hectares located in the Trenggalek Regency. The Ngrowo-Ngasinan watershed consists of forests, fields, irrigated rice fields, plantations, and settlements which are flooded every year. Flood conditions that occur have an influence on archaeological remains around the Ngrowo-Ngasinan watershed, namely Brongkah Temple, Semarum Site and Kamulan. Most of the archaeological remains are buried by alluvial deposits due to flooding and the overflow of the Ngrowo – Ngasinan River. The results of research conducted by Balar DIY in 2012-2015 through survey and excavation data collection methods indicate that the Semarun and Kamulan sites were abandoned because they were inundated and drowned due to the overflow (flood) of the Ngrowo and Ngasinan rivers. The purpose of this article is to determine the effect of the existence of the Ngrowo-Ngasinan watershed on the loss or damage of archaeological sites around the Ngrowo-Ngasinan watershed. Morphologically, the archaeological sites in the Ngrowo-Ngasinan watershed have a very ideal position as a place of settlement, because their location is in a basin and sloping area, fertile, and close to water sources. The conclusion should be at the end of the abstract. Avoid the word 'disaster' (adjust title). Conclusion: The selection of residential locations around the Ngrowo-Ngasinan watershed has a very significant impact or great risk for flood disasters because of its location on the banks of the river. Keywords: Ngrowo-Ngasinan Watershed, archaeological remains, flood.

Dietary-induced skin problems of cats and dogs can include food intolerances, primary and secondary nutrient deficiencies and nutrient toxicities. A full dietary history needs to be taken and owners should include specific commercial foods, all snacks and treats, supplements, chewable/palatable medications and vitamins, chew toys, human foods and any food that the animal may have access to. Actively encourage owners to keep a food diary, as with obese animals and diabetics. The classification and diagnosis of nutritional-related skin disorders are initially based on a detailed dietary history and food evaluation. Veterinary nurses are in an ideal position to help owners make an accurate representation of what the pet consumes.

Objective: To determine the mean attractiveness and score of lip position that is rated by orthodontists and lay persons in different levels of profile divergence as seen in silhouette images. Study Design: Cross-sectional survey. Setting: Punjab Dental Hospital/de’Montmorency College of Dentistry, Lahore. Period: January 2020 to July 2020. Material & Methods: Lay people were selected from the hospital and orthodontic postgraduate trainees were selected from the college. An ideal profile image was constructed and converted to silhouette. By changing position of subnasale and soft tissue pogonion horizontally in relation to true vertical line, divergence of profile was changed and 3 forms of straight/normal profile were created. Three sets of profiles were created (1 anterior divergent, 2 straight divergent, 3 posterior divergent) and each set consisted of 5 images with different degrees of lip protrusion. Results: There were 50% of both genders in orthodontists and 48% males and 52% females in lay person with mean ages 28.74±2.55 and 34.66±7.30 years respectively were part of the study. There was significant difference found between orthodontists and lay person for anterior divergent profile with normal position (4.54±0.61 and 4.68±0.47 with P<0.05). Conclusion:  The normal lip position is viewed as the most ideal position; however the same does not have any significant bearing to the straight divergent profile, in which the assessments of various groups were uncertain.

Background The neutral calcaneal stance position (NCSP), despite its known issues, is currently used as an “ideal” measure compared with the resting stance position in clinical podiatric medicine. The nonweightbearing (NWB) foot position, as used in the foot mobility magnitude (FMM), can provide an alternative comparative position, which is partially validated, if a significant correlation between the NCSP and the NWB position exists. This study aimed to establish the correlation between the component measures of the FMM in the NCSP and the NWB foot position of the FMM. Methods Eighty participants were recruited. Measures of dorsal arch height (DAH) and midfoot width (MFW) were obtained at the 50% total foot length mark in the NCSP and the NWB position by two examiners using the apparatus described by McPoil et al. Results Reliability analysis with intraclass correlation coefficients (ICCs) indicated intrarater results of 0.90 to 0.99 for DAH and 0.96 to 0.99 for MFW and interrater results of 0.90 for DAH and 0.96 for MFW in the NWB position. Using a Pearson product moment correlation coefficient analysis, there was a significant correlation between the NCSP and the NWB position for DAH (r = 0.82) and MFW (r = 0.86). Conclusions A significant correlation between the NCSP and the NWB position was evident when the measures of DAH and MFW were conducted. Therefore, clinically, the NWB position can potentially replace the NCSP as the ideal position for clinical treatment.

The Bieszczady mountain range, a mere 0.2% of the territory of the Polish People’s Republic (PRL), was the only part of the country where a significant public dispute arose about its spatial development. The article presents the contributions of a man who almost singlehandedly initiated and stoked the discussion about the fate of this secondarily wild terrain, one of the wildest in Europe. Janusz Rygielski — scientist, journalist, tourist activist, and state bureaucrat — was in an ideal position to play a key role in the 1972 “conservationist” operation, which was begun on the pages of the Warsaw University of Technology’s student weekly Politechnik under the heading “We are discovering the Bieszczady again.” I intend to show that the social movements known as the second and third “discovery” of the Bieszczady would not have arisen without his efforts. A look through the prism of Rygielski’s activism allows to understand the single serious civic-student movement in defense of the mountains during the period of the PRL. Instead of domesticating — that is, developing — the Bieszczady like the rest of the country, Rygielski and his allies (students and others) wanted to appropriate the Bieszczady for individual tourism and in this way protect the positive aspects — that is, the wild nature — of this southeastern corner of the PRL.

Personality is not the most popular subfield of psychology. But, in one way or another, personality psychologists have played an outsized role in the ongoing “credibility revolution” in psychology. Not only have individual personality psychologists taken on visible roles in the movement, but our field’s practices and norms have now become models for other fields to emulate (or, for those who share Baumeister’s (2016, https://doi.org/10.1016/j.jesp.2016.02.003) skeptical view of the consequences of increasing rigor, a model for what to avoid). In this article we discuss some unique features of our field that may have placed us in an ideal position to be leaders in this movement. We do so from a subjective perspective, describing our impressions and opinions about possible explanations for personality psychology’s disproportionate role in the credibility revolution. We also discuss some ways in which personality psychology remains less-than-optimal, and how we can address these flaws.

The paper investigates Hamka’s viewpoints concerning issues of womens’ leadership and its legitimacy in political and social sphere. The research problem is to address Hamka’s legal opinion on the legitimacy of women leadership. In this regard it critically evaluates his religious and juristic views concerning the issues and comparing this with diverse opinions of Muslim scholars from various schools of thought that legitimize or denied womans’ right in assuming any leadership role. The study is based on descriptive, analytical and comparative method. It analyzed the arguments and standpoints of Hamka regarding the issue and comparing these with certain arguments brought forth in the modern and classical texts of Islam that either justified or refuted such claim. The study concluded that Hamka explicitly endeavors to reformulate and reconstruct the legal fatwa and ideas on womans’ leadership, based on Islamic principle and standpoint as represented in the revealed law and concrete rulings of shariah and its ethical precept and construct that outlines and suggests the ideal position that typically suit womens’ intrinsic nature for assuming the task of leadership.
