This study developed an evaluation model for the level of rail transit service based on the matter-analysis theory. Firstly, an evaluation system of rail transit service level which contains 14 indicators was proposed. Secondly, the evaluation model based on the matter-analysis theory was constructed and the key process was proposed. Whats more, the weights of indicators were calculated using AHP method. Thirdly, by calculating the degree of membership and interrelation value of evaluation indicators with regard to evaluation levels, the RT-LOS and its trend are judged. Finally, a case study of Xi'an Metro Line 2 was conducted to verify the model.

The development of rail transit made travel convenient for urban residents, alleviated traffic pressure, but the long travel distance of the site and the surrounding areas affecting rail transit service level. In order to full play the rail transit large capacity, improve the appeal of the public transit, solve the problem of "last one kilometer", This paper summarized the importance of connection of rail transit and bicycle traffic with a case of xi 'an metro line 2, discussed the forecasting methods of rail transit and bicycle traffic transfer demand, then used vertical and horizontal analogy prediction method to predict the transfer demand at the Zhonglou station and Xiaozhai station in Xian metro, finally the transfer mode of rail transit and bicycle traffic transfer are proposed. This paper has certain reference value for study of rail transit and bicycle traffic.

In multiattribute decision making, it is critical to indentify the importance degree of attributes before the overall assessment of the alternatives. In this paper, we give a measurement of importance degree of attributes based on knowledge discovery in the decision information system, which satisfies the conditions of fuzzy measure. Further, we construct an evaluation model combined Choquet integral with the importance degree measure. The case study illustrates the validity and the effectiveness of the method.

This paper is analyzed based on extension learn matter-element theory, combined with urban subway traffic service status, constituting the urban subway service level evaluation model and AHP. Taking Xi'an Metro Line 2 as the object of study determine the weight coefficient of each index and establish correlation function, in order to calculate the index of correlation and give a quantitative numerical representation of evaluation results. Finally, we can get the result that the Metro Line 2 of the traffic service level is good. This evaluation system can also be applied to other urban subway transportation service level evaluation.

Establishing efficient evaluation system of the emergency ability of water emergency is of great importance to strengthen the emergency response ability to maritime emergency of government departments. According to the principles of establishing evaluation index, an evaluation system was proposed on AHP in the article. Then an evaluation model based on AHP and FCE was established, which provided scientific evidences for the emergency management of maritime emergency in the future.

Based on the data source problems of intrusion detection evaluation and the feature of OpenFlow capable of providing flexible network control, this paper studies the real data evaluation model based on the software-defined network, and makes program implementation over the model-based intrusion detection evaluation system, and then uses the network to simulate this model. The experimental result shows that the model is feasible and effective.

At present, the treatment effect evaluation is mostly used to evaluate the result of dangerous reservoirs reinforcement which belongs to the post-evaluation. Due to the large quantity, difficult treatment, and limited funds of dangerous reservoirs in our country, this paper proposes the priority evaluation model of dangerous reservoirs treatment which belongs to the pre-evaluation. And in the paper the endangering degree index is added into the previous technology-based evaluation system to make it more close to reality. The information entropy theory is used to determine the weights of index system, and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method is used to confirm the order of dangerous reservoirs treatment in a range. At last a case study is given to verify the feasibility and practicability of the model. It provides scientific basis for program decision-making.
