Strategic planning allows organizations to visualize and build their future and can be conceptualized as an important process to help determine the major purposes of an organization. Therefore, the case study presented is referred to a company in the telecommunications sector, considered as a small company because of the number of people working in it, but due to the wide market it would be considered within the medium-sized company, it started operations Without considering strategic planning, therefore the growth phase in which it is located, is representing a serious problem, since it has not been able to determine the areas of opportunity it has to achieve the goal of staying in the market and continuing to be part of the supply chain for regional companies. Therefore, one of the fundamental parts of strategic planning is precisely the situational analysis, also known as SWOT analysis, which allows the collection and use of data, which makes it possible to know the operating profile of an organization at a given time, since it favors the development and execution of formal planning, from there an objective diagnosis is established for the design and implementation of strategies that help improve the competitiveness of said company.

In the current era of globalization, IS and IT are utilized to be able to compete and increase company productivity. Information system strategic planning is one of the keys in achieving the target expected by the company. NUSATOVEL PT has implemented an information system, but there are still some parts that have not implemented the information system. The information system strategy planning model uses the Ward and Peppard method with SWOT analysis, Value Chain analysis, and Mc Farlan's Strategic Grid. By using this method various factors that affect the company, both internal and external are analyzed to get a formula that is the basis for preparing a new IS / IT strategy in the form of an IS / IT portfolio, which can then be used as a strategic plan. Research using this method makes strategic planning for IS / IT that can provide recommendations or solutions to the development and implementation of IS / IT that is more effective and efficient for the company. The proposed information system strategy, namely Graphic Design SI, Customer Relations Manager SI, SI Services, can be implemented within the next 3 (three) years.

Considering the lack of research focusing on the use of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) as performance evaluation tool in Emirati higher education institutions, the main purpose of the study is to present a basis for a more general BSC model helping higher education managers in UAE environment for evaluating and managing the performance of their institutions. This paper is based on the case study as a research method. However, the relevance of this case study lies in the use of a joint approach combining SWOT analysis and BSC and generating an integrated strategic management system. The study comes up with a strategic evaluation plan considering the 4 BSC perspectives and designs the strategy map for it in the case of the Emirates College of Business. In this research, the traditional customer perspective of Kaplan and Norton is replaced by the students and stakeholders perspective. It is found that there is a limitation in the effective strategic problem that leads to the recruitment and placement issues, increased costs, student retention, lack of partnerships, a decrease in annual growth of income and poor performance management that can be managed through effective strategic planning. The study also reflects that there is a range of opportunities that can be exploited using the strengths in order to achieve the goals. The outcomes of this study case can be employed in the strategic planning of ECB and all other Emirati business institutions can be inspired.

This paper aims to present the application of strategic planning for small companies and the tools that help their development in the context of production engineering. Since strategic planning and tools such as SWOT analysis, GUT matrix, brainstorming and 5W2H are of great importance in the business environment, especially in the current economic situation, where companies need to have a differential to stay in a highly competitive market. competitive. This makes the use of methods and tools indispensable, as it is through them that the company can clearly and objectively gain insight into its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, as well as develop an action plan to defined strategies ensuring greater productivity.

O presente estudo de caso se propôs a analisar uma empresa do ramo alimentício, localizada na cidade de Foz do Iguaçu, Paraná. O artigo teve como objetivo identificar e propor soluções estratégicas e apresentar uma proposta de intervenção para aumentar o desempenho organizacional da empresa. Assim, após análise dos pontos fracos e fortes, das ameaças e oportunidades da empresa, foram efetuadas algumas sugestões de melhoria para a empresária, incluindo um modelo para a análise de viabilidade financeira para novos investimentos. Conjugando-se as técnicas de análise documental e observação in loco, com a aplicação da análise SWOT, foi possível efetuar sugestões à proprietária no intuito de aprimorar a gestão da empresa. Palavras-chave: Diagnóstico Empresarial. PurposeStrategic planning is an organization’s process of describing its strategy, or direction, and making decisions on allocating its resources to track this strategy. SWOT analysis is one of the most commonly used techniques for strategic planning. SWOT examines the strengths (S) and weaknesses (W) agents of the community together with opportunities (O) and threats (T), for selecting and implementing the best strategy which helps in achieving its goals. The purpose of this paper is to enhance the performance of SWOT analysis regarding the quantitative side of strategies, select the best strategy from different strategies and deal effectively with vague and incompatible information, which occurs usually in actual life.Design/methodology/approachThis study used the neutrosophic analytic hierarchy process (AHP) incorporated with SWOT analysis.FindingsBy adding the neutrosophic AHP to SWOT analysis, the performance of SWOT analysis is enhanced through determining the quantitative values and dealing with vague and inconsistent information effectively leading to improved decisions.Research limitations/implicationsThe developed integrated methodology is validated in a real-life case of Starbucks company. For the case study of Starbucks company, the proposed model helps in determining different strategic plans and, further, ranking these plans effectively, which will help the company to compete with its competitors and develop itself by obtaining a competitive advantage over its competitors in an uncertain business environment.Practical implicationsIn the case study of Starbucks company, the proposed model helps to determine the different strategic plans, rank these plans which help the company compete with its competitors, develop itself and grow.Originality/valueThis research is the first to address SWOT analysis with neutrosophic AHP.

The title of this study is the Strategy of Increasing Consumer Food Loyalty in CurupCity, Rejang Lebong Regency (Case Study in "Henvian" Typical Food Industry). Thisresearch is based on the importance of strategies in increasing business and consumerloyalty to products sold.Strategies to increase business and consumer loyalty can bedone with a SWOT analysis. Place of this research is the "Henvian" shop that sellstypical Rejang lebong food. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative.Informants in this study were people who were considered to know for certain about theHENVIAN Specialty Food Store in Curup City, Rejang Lebong Regency. The dataanalysis technique used in this study is a SWOT analysis to determine the strengths,weaknesses, opportunities and threats in a typical Rejang Lebong food business.By using SWOT analysis techniques that consist of strengths (weakness), weaknesses(weakness), opportunities (opportnity) and threats (threath). The results of this studycan be concluded that the internal factors that are the strength of the marketing strategyare the quality of the product that is good at a price affordable to the public andtourists, service that is friendly and responsive to consumer needs, as well astechnological advancements that facilitate the promotion of business. Internal factorsthat are a weakness are often lack of stock, there are some products that do not meet thestandard packaging, the product shelf life is short, employees do not use uniforms.External factors that become opportunities are a fairly high economic community,abundant raw materials while external factors that are a threat are the manycompetitors, an unstable economy, the price of basic needs increases. ABSTRAK Rumah sakit adalah institusi penyedia jasa layanan kesehatan, Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro sebagai salah satu Rumah Sakit milik pemerintah kabupaten Bojonegoro. Sebagai pusat rujukandari beberapa rumah sakit di daerah Bojonegoro dan sekitarnya. Dalam penelitian ini menggunkan suatu pen dekatan dengan analisis SWOT yang merupakan langkah awal dari suatu perencanaan strategi pengembangan yang dimulai dengan identifikasi masalah, tujuan organisasi sampai pada menimbang kekuatan dan kelemahan sendiri serta peluang dan ancaman dari luar dan juga melakukan beberapa langkah penting yang menunjang pemasaran atau pengembangan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian studi kasus dengan menggunakan rancangan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan Populasi dalam penelitian ini populasinya adalah pasien rawatinap dan pasien rawat jalan sebanyak 200 orang responden Sampel merupakan sebagian atau wakil populasi yang diteliti. Dalam penelitian ini mengunakan sampling pertimbangan (Judgement Sampling) Dari hasil pendekatan dengan analisis SWOT perlunya pelaksanaan atau realisasi dari struktur organisasi yang menempatkan farmasis dalam farmasi klinik, peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas sumber daya manusia, serta perlunya penambahan fasilitas berhubungan dengan IPTEK untuk kegiatan pelayanan farmasi baik secara manajerial maupun ke arah farmasi klinik. Kata Kunci : Farmasi, Analisis SWOT ABSTRACT The hospital is an institution health care providers, Regional General Hospital Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro as one of the government-owned hospital Bojonegoro. As the center rujukandari several hospitals in Bojonegoro and the surrounding area. In this study using the approach with a pen SWOT analysis is the first step of a development strategy planning which starts with the identification of the problem, the purpose of the organization came to weigh their own strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats from the outside and also did some important steps to support the marketing or development. This research is a case study using qualitative descriptive study design and population in this study population was rawatinap patients and outpatients as many as 200 people respondent sample is partially or representative of the population studied. In this study, using sampling considerations (Judgement Sampling) From the SWOT analysis approach with the need for the implementation or realization of the organizational structure that puts pharmacists in clinical pharmacy, improving the quality and quantity of human resources, as well as the need for additional facilities related to science and technology for good pharmaceutical service activities managerially and in the direction of clinical pharmacy.
