The objective of this writing is to document the effects of Covid-19 on economic activity and employment in Mexico and Nayarit. Economic Science, through macroeconomic analysis, offers an explanatory framework in relation to the proposed object of study: Neoclassical and Post-Keynesian theories precepts are reviewed. Due to its effects in Mexico and Nayarit, we are facing one of the deepest economic and labor crises in our economic history. There is a -21.6% drop in production in Mexico in May and a drop of -23.1% in the case of Nayarit in the second quarter of 2020. In relation to formal employment, a loss of 925,490 jobs are recorded as of July for Mexico as a whole and 17,181 jobs for Nayarit as of April 2020.

Currently the whole world is going through a health contingency due to the COVID-19 disease, a situation that has triggered countless changes in different sectors of society. Among the various problems derived from this situation are the negative effects on the economy, since the condition in which the different economic agents find themselves is not favorable. Companies in all countries have been suffering the consequences within their life cycle, some of them having to close permanently and others looking for strategies not to die, or simply trying to survive. In Mexico, certain organizations analyze the damage that has affected the national economy, however, the information found in the different documents shows generalized data, and these effects cannot be identified locally. As a consequence, the objective of this study was to analyze the Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) in Atlacomulco, Mexico. For which, an instrument was developed with the indicators of the survey on the Economic Impact Generated by COVID-19 in Companies (ECOVID-IE) (INEGI, 2020). The study was made up of a sample of 40 MSEs from the study area, the main results show that the MSEs considered have been strongly affected.

This work helped us to understand the problems faced by businesses in the Nezahualcóyotl city and the metropolitan area in order to generate the appropriate strategies to help them to increase sales without large investments,for this purpose a non-experimental research was carried out with a quantitative approach and a descriptive design taking into account a probabilistic sample of 370 surveys randomly with a confidence interval of 95% and a single error of 5%, the data collection instrument is a structured questionnaire with closed questions for a greater objectivity and to ensure that the collection instrument was appropriate it was carried out a pilot test of 10% of the sample , it was in order to consider that the interpretation of the questions were appropriate, when the final questionnaire was applied the result was that the 41% of respondents were from Neza, besides it telling us that only 8% of traders received help according to financial support programs for companies and in relation to strategies that most generated a sales increase, 45% of businesses use home deliveries and 53% tell us that they advertise through social media. On the other hand, it is proposed that Facebook will be the social network that help them to spread their products in addition to sending stories related to them so that they had a better use and to create loyalty of the product in addition to home delivery with sanitary and safe conditions established by the Health sector to provide confidence to the customer. Thanks to this project, traders who can read thisproject will have a better view of the solutions they may have to move forward and not to be part of that 35% of bisinesses to close because of the pandemic.

The objective of this research is to analyze the effects of COVID-19 on the economy and finances of micro, small and medium enterprises (MIPYMES) in Mexico, as well as the economic and financial strategies to survive this perfect storm, where the characteristic The main thing about this type of business is that it survives and is used to these events due to the way in which they are generally created and because they have a peculiar characteristic that the vast majority are family businesses. A mixed methodology is used that starts from grounded theory, is contrasted with findings from other national and international research that show the importance of analyzing the economic and financial effects for MSMEs. For the quantitative analysis, statistics of the companies that closed since the beginning of the pandemic were analyzed according to data collected by the INEGI Statistics Institute in 2020. As a result, it is obtained that the MIPYMES made use of their savings and previous returns, a change in the way of marketing their products, using online and home sales. This as economic and financial survival strategies in the red light months in each of the states of the Mexican Republic, and that affected all companies in the world.

Strategic planning allows organizations to visualize and build their future and can be conceptualized as an important process to help determine the major purposes of an organization. Therefore, the case study presented is referred to a company in the telecommunications sector, considered as a small company because of the number of people working in it, but due to the wide market it would be considered within the medium-sized company, it started operations Without considering strategic planning, therefore the growth phase in which it is located, is representing a serious problem, since it has not been able to determine the areas of opportunity it has to achieve the goal of staying in the market and continuing to be part of the supply chain for regional companies. Therefore, one of the fundamental parts of strategic planning is precisely the situational analysis, also known as SWOT analysis, which allows the collection and use of data, which makes it possible to know the operating profile of an organization at a given time, since it favors the development and execution of formal planning, from there an objective diagnosis is established for the design and implementation of strategies that help improve the competitiveness of said company.

Augmented reality is one of the technologies that with a high frequency is involved in the theme of Industry 4.0 for its benefits, however, it is applied more frequently in entertainment areas, when it is a tool that allows to show data, pieces, statistics, technical data sheets of industrial equipment thus revolutionizing the manufacturing industry and to another way to show of data in this field. This article shows the exploration of the combination of augmented reality, with a CMMS with the purpose of serving as a strategic information system for decision giving the manufacturing company the concept of intelligent factory in the ecosystem of the industry 4.0. The CMMS is developed first, then the augmented reality application is created and finally the study is done to verify if they are compatible and if the presented information is useful for the company. The contribution of this study is to propose a methodology for the development of a new type of strategic information system 4.0 in which a new way of displaying data (AR) and an information system such as CMMS is mixed.

This document is the result of the analysis of the situation of micro and small enterprises (SMEs) in Mexico, a documentary review and a quantitative, descriptive investigation was made showing some of the characteristics of the SMEs as economic units and the use of the WEB and social networks for the sale and commercialization of their products or services, a proposal is developed that could support their permanence in the market, as well as allowing them to be more competitive by incorporating new markets with marketing means supported by innovative technologies and digital marketing practices (e-commerce), such as the development of its WEB page, use of social networks and Marketplaces platforms, as well as CRM (Consumer Relation Ship Management).

The problem of urban solid waste (RSU) is one of the concerns of contemporary society and a global challenge to public management, the transition from rural to urban, changed consumption patterns. The objective is to carry out an analysis of the productivity of the distribution process, in the company DICONSA in Villahermosa Tabasco, for the generation of a proposal for improvement. This research will address topics of interest on the productivity of the distribution process, of the company DICONSA that is responsible for supporting both urban and rural communities. Productivity is a topic of great interest within the business sector, since based on it; The future of any company depends on the application and its use within the organization. Productivity indicators are essential to really know what state an organization is in. The research method is descriptive, since it was made from documentary research of primary and secondary sources of information. It will contribute with a diagnosis of the situation of the company and a model of improvement for productivity, within the company DICONSA located in Villahermosa, Tabasco.

The objective of this research is to present the results and comparative analysis between the countries Mexico and Colombia in the implementation of innovation, used as a tool for improvement in production, in the sales process, in the organization, in the promotion of products. And services, as a strategy of permanence in the market for micro and small companies in these countries. Surveys were randomly applied by students from both universities, the methodology applied for this research is quantitative in that it measures the percentage obtained as a result of the implementation of the innovative potential by entrepreneurs, 33,076 questionnaires were applied in the Mexican Republic and 4,050 surveys in Colombia. As a result, it was obtained that both countries agree that they offer products and services derived from the suggestions made by their clients. It is this questioning that has the highest percentage as a result of the use of innovation by companies in Mexico and Colombia. This research was carried out in 2018 and contributes with statistical data that allow us to increase and improve the level of innovation of the MIPES of Mexico and Colombia for the following years of life of the companies.
