Purpose — to identify patterns of age dynamics of functional and motor fitness girls eighth and ninth grades.Material and methods. To achieve the objectives adopted the following methods: analysis of scientific literature, teacher testing and treatment methods of mathematical statistics research results. In the study involved 14 dyvchat class 8, 14 — 9 class.Conclusions. Analysis of the test results shows that statistically significant differences between girls 8 and 9 classes in functional samples was observed. For the functional state of respiration and circulation girls 8 and 9 classes are rated as healthy untrained.Girls 9 classes show statistically significantly better results in tests for speed strength, static display of strength and motor coordination (tests 8 «Long jump from place, see» 7 «Height in folded hands, p ‘and 2’ Evaluation of temporal parameters movement, with error «).Standardized canonical discriminant function coefficients can determine the value contribution of variables in the function result. With the largest contribution to the canonical function variables are 6, 10 and 7: the higher the value of these variables, the more important functions. The foregoing indicates to assess the functional and motor fitness of students grades 8—9 using the proposed battery of tests.Structural factors canonical discriminant function shows that feature most significantly associated with 7, 8 and 2 variables: the more attention is paid to static, the actual strength and coordination training, the greater the likelihood of increasing the level of functional and motor fitness girls 8—9 grades.100.0% initial observations are grouped correctly classified. Thus, the canonical discriminant function can be used for evaluation and prediction of functional and motor fitness girls 8—9 grades.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh dari programpermainan motor cognitive coordination training terhadap motor coordination danworking memory. Metode penelitian ekperimen dengan desain pretest-posttest controlgroup design digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwaprogram latihan motor cognitive coordination training memiliki pengaruh yangsignifikan terhadap motor coordination dan working memory pada atlet junior.Selanjutnya pelatih menggunakan program latihan motor cognitive coordinationtraining untuk meningkatkan performa motor skill dan cognitive skill pada atlet junior.The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an influence of the motor cognitive coordination training program on coordination motors and working memory. The experimental research method with the design of the pretest-posttest control group design was used in this study. The results showed that the coordination training cognitive-motor training program had a significant effect on coordination motors and working memory in junior athletes. Furthermore, the trainers used the cognitive training coordination training program to improve the performance of motor skills and cognitive skills in junior athletes.

Abstract Childhood obesity and its negative relation with children’s brain health has become a growing health concern. Over the last decade, literature has indicated that physical activity attenuates cognitive impairment associated with obesity and excess adiposity in children. However, there is no comprehensive review that considers the extent to which these factors affect different domains of cognition. This narrative review comprehensively summarizes behavioral, neuroimaging, and neuroelectric findings associated with chronic physical activity and fitness on brain and cognition in childhood obesity. Based on the literature reviewed, increased adiposity has a demonstrated relationship with neurocognitive health via mechanisms triggered by central inflammation and insulin resistance, with the most pronounced decrements observed for cognitive domains that are prefrontal- and hippocampal-dependent. Fortunately, physical activity, especially interventions enhancing aerobic fitness and motor coordination, have demonstrated efficacy for attenuating the negative effects of obesity across different subdomains of structural and functional brain imaging, cognition, and multiple academic outcomes in children with overweight or obesity. Such mitigating effects may be accounted for by attenuated central inflammation, improved insulin sensitivity, and increased expression of neurotrophic factors. Lastly, individual differences appear to play a role in this relationship, as the manipulation of physical activity characteristics, the employment of a wide array of cognitive and academic measures, the inclusion of different adiposity measures that are sensitive to neurocognitive function, and the utilization of an inter-disciplinary approach have been found to influence the relationship between physical activity and excess adiposity on brain and cognition.

Purpose: experimental substantiation of effectiveness of coordination training program, worked out for sportsmen, specializing in sport kinds of gymnastic. Material: In the research first year students (21 persons: 14 girls and 7 boys of age 17-18 years) participated. All they specialized in sport kinds of gymnastic. From them there were 15 masters of sports and 6 candidate masters of sports. Results: students’ sensor motor coordination was confidently increased by means of realization of program of exercises for perfection of static-dynamic and static-kinetic stability. Conclusions: we recommend new direction of specific exercises’ realization; exercise, developing and improving static-dynamic and static-kinetic body balance. Coordination training of sportsmen, specializing in sport gymnastic shall take one of priority places in system of physical education and sport training means.

Purpose: to work out methodic of sportsmen’s coordination perfection with the help of jumps on trampoline. Material: in the research 259 1st and 2nd year students (age 17-19 years) participated. The students were representatives of game and cyclic kinds of sports, sport gymnastic and martial arts. Among them there were 99 sportsmen with sport degrees. Results: we gave the definition of the term - coordination training. The students’ sensor-motor coordination was confidently improved by means of the worked out methodic realization. The methodic included program of jump exercises on trampoline. We achieved positive dynamic of static-kinetic and static-dynamic balance as well as increased the quality of mastering of exercises with complex coordination. Conclusions: the methodic of sportsmen’s coordination training with the help of jump exercises on trampoline was worked out, considering specificity of kinds of sports and sportsmen’s qualification. This methodic improves sensor-motor coordination and is the basis of technical training and technical fitness.
