Introduction.Coccygodynia is a multidisciplinary disease which is diffi cult to treat. It seriously limits the ability to work and signifi cantly affects the quality of life of patients. The study of somatic dysfunctions in patients with coccygodynia and the analysis of the results of osteopathic treatment of such patients makes it possible to justify the necessity of osteopathic correction of coccygodynia.Goal of the study— to determine the structure of the leading somatic dysfunctions in patients with coccygodynia and to study the effectiveness of osteopathic treatment of this pathology.Materials and methods. The study involved 44 patients from 25 to 65 years old, randomly divided into two groups. The main group of 24 people (20 women and 4 men) received osteopathic treatment, in accordance with the identifi ed leading somatic dysfunctions. Patients of the control group (16 women and 4 men) were treated locally with soft manual techniques (the treatment area was limited by the pelvic region). In order to assess the results of the treatment, we examined the intensity of the pain syndrome and the psycho-emotional state of patients. The severity of the pain syndrome was assessed in accordance with the visual analogue scale (VAS). The psycho-emotional state (with physical and mental components) was assessed with the help of the SF-36 quality of life questionnaire.Results.Somatic dysfunctions typical for patients with coccygodynia have been identifi ed. Osteopathic treatment has proven to be more effective in comparison with local manual therapy of coccygodynia both in early periods and in 3 months after the end of the treatment course.Conclusion.Osteopathic treatment of post-traumatic coccygodynia is effective, and can be recommended for treatment of such patients.

The contemporary condition of soil cover in Ukraine is characterized. The attention is focused onto widespread degradation processes in soils. The causes that determine the development of these negative processes are considered. The contemporary informational support for the condition of soil cover in Ukraine is estimated. In general, the current available information is of narrow-departmental nature, obtained by different methods and non-correlated monitoring programs. As a rule, it is stored in under-structured databases, incompatible with other information systems; mainly recorded on paper media unusable with modern technologies, whereby such information resources are diffi cult to be compiled together. These disadvantages are strong constraints against consistent usage of materials for evaluation, forecast and management of changes in the soil cover. The Soil Observation program should thereby be combined with Agrochemical Passportization and ecology-ameliora- tive monitoring; in other words, the application of innovative soil-agrochemical methodology is considered. Each individual type of surveys shall complement the others, and taken altogether, they shall constitute a con- sistent Information System, capable of solving the problems of assessing the condition, forecasting, manage- ment, usage and protection of soil resources. The monitoring procedures should be conducted on the basis of a new soil concept in line with unifi ed programs and methods, so as to meet European approaches to the maxi- mum extent. Such a technical composition enables getting information on present-day processes in soils, and is the only combination that actually helps us to “ecologize” our knowledge of soils, which is the leading trend in the scope of global soil-science. Thus obtained results will serve as a State-owned tool which would subse- quently facilitate the use and protection of soil resources all over the country, to be involved in a united global soil-information scope. The attention is focused onto social signifi cance of the information on soils and their fertility in terms of land resources optimization, as well as the formation of sustainable land use in Ukraine.

Soya bean sauce waste water is an high organic wastewater and has dark colour, therefore it is diffi cult to degrade it biologically. Base on as mentioned above, it is tried to process it with coagulation and fl okulation use Alumunium sulphate and PAC which is added to wastewater with several dosis variation of Alumunium sulphate: 100, 200, 300. 250, and PAC with dosis 50, 100, 150, 200 ppm. Experiment result shows the experiment which use a match Alumunium sulphate and PAC as coagulant could give a good quality of processing and suitable with the treshhold of wastewater. The application of fl okulan Aquaklir 240 could help the performance of coagulan that can be seen from the fl oc size form.Key words : fl occulation, coagulation.

The article reveals the measures undertaken by the Soviet state during the “thaw” in the fi eld of reproductive behaviour, the protection of motherhood and childhood. Compilations, manuals and magazines intended for women were the most important regulators of behaviour, determining acceptable norms and rules. Materials from sources of personal origin and oral history make it possible to clearly demonstrate the real feelings of women. The study of women’s everyday and daily life in the aspect related to pregnancy planning, bearing and raising children will allow us to compare the real situation and the course of implementation of tasks in the fi eld of maternal and child health. The demographic surge in the conditions of the economy reviving after the war, the lack of preschool institutions, as well as the low material wealth of most families, forced women to adapt to the situation. In the conditions of combining the roles of mother, wife and female worker, women entrusted themselves with almost overwork, which affected the health and well-being of the family. The procedure for legalising abortion gave women not only the right to decide the issue of motherhood themselves, but also made open the already necessary, but harmful to health, habitual way of birth control. Maternal care in diffi cult material and housing conditions became the concern of women and the older generation, who helped young women to combine the role of a working mother, which the country’s leadership confi dently assigned to women.

The article, based on a retrospective analysis of theoretical approaches to the concept of capital, examines the legality of its reflection in the accounting (financial) reporting system. The dilemma of an organization's choice of an accounting policy for the revaluation of fixed assets or the mandatory use of it, discussed today in the professional community, justifies the democratic approach used in international financial reporting standards in the author's reading. Critical assessment refers to the methodology for reflecting the revaluation results on accounting sets and in the forms of accounting (financial) statements.

Venous thromboembolism (VTE) can be the fi rst symptom of an occult malignancy in apparently healthy individual. Inferior vena cava (IVC) tumors are rare conditions but with negative prognosis. We present the case of a 57 year-old male patient, with complete situs inversus, diagnosed with hepatic cirrhotic disease and frequent decompensations, that was hospitalized for deep venous thrombosis (DVT) and ascites. Further imagistic investigations revealed a 22 cm tumor inside the IVC with consequent Budd-Chiari syndrome that was actually causing the liver and kidney disease, extending from the infrarenal level to the right atrium. After compensation, the patient was referred to a multidisciplinary surgical team. However, the management of such patients is very diffi cult, and the prognosis is altered. Possible IVC leiomyosarcoma are very rare and such vascular extension has been rarely reported.

This paper aims to contribute to the discussion on the new directions in ESP education and revisit the concepts of the native speaker and lingua franca as seen from the lay perspective. It reports the results of a research study – an analysis of narratives of ten Polish professionals working for international organizations who share their experiences and tell stories on communicating and using English in the workplace. The narrative approach adopted in the study gives an insight into individual perspectives, facilitating an in-depth, holistic understanding of the studied matters. The fi ndings have shown that native English is still deemed to be the main point of reference by the participants of the study and the notion of lingua franca appears unfamiliar and diffi cult to accept, especially in the educational context. Variations in individual preferences concerning communication with native or non-native users of English and declared comfort related to such interactions have been observed and correlated with the level of profi ciency in English. In most cases, more profi cient users have reported to feel more comfortable in interactions with native speakers of English. They have also demonstrated certain language awareness, which stands in a sharp contrast to the participants less profi cient in English, whose perception of language is very simplifi ed. As regards pedagogical implications, the study has signalled a need for sound cultural preparation of professionals working in international environment and a greater emphasis on developing communication skills for socialising – an essential aspect of business communication.

Focusing on the use of Semantic Network and Conceptual Graph (CG) representations, this paper presents an easy way in understanding concepts discussed in the Holy Quran. Quran is known as the main source of knowledge and has been a major source reference for all types of problems. However understanding the issues and the solution from the Quran is diffi cult due to lack of understanding of Quran literature. Meticulously, the Quran contains much important information related to female. However, this information are scattered and complexly linked. Technically, to extract and present the encapsulated knowledge on female matters in the Quran is a challenging task. Thus, this paper discusses on how to understand and represent the knowledge in an easy way. A total of 18 female terms are identifi ed. Through the terms, the name of surah, verses number and text from the verses are gathered. The texts are then analyzed and clustered into specifi c issues. Result of the analysis that consists of extracted knowledge on female issues is presented in a systematic structure using Semantic Network and CG. The strength and advantages of both approaches are compared, discussed and presented.

The article is devoted to a diffi cult period in the history of Montenegro after the Congress of Berlin of 1878, when the young Balkan state was offi cially recognised an independent from the Ottoman Empire. Montenegro sought, fi rst of all with the help of its faithful patron Russia, the implementation of the peace treaty articles concerning border demarcation between the Principality and Turkey. Due to the Turkish unwillingness to transfer the territories established by the agreement to Montenegro, this process turned out to be rather complicated, and eventually it дштпукув on for several years and was accompanied by recurrent military clashes. All these plots were described in detail in «Niva», an illustrated magazine published in Saint Petersburg, very popular in Russia at the time.
