Regular dosed physical activity in all cases has a tonic and healing effect on a person. Feasible muscle activity helps to improve the function of the heart, lungs, blood vessels and the nervous system. In martial arts, the reactivity of the vestibular apparatus is of great importance, providing the flow of information about the current position of the body in space, the success of movement in it and maintaining the stability of the posture due to the effective redistribution of muscle tone. Purpose of the work: to find out the dependence of the reaction of the cardiovascular system to the arising vestibular irritation in different types of martial arts. Martial arts classes help to increase the degree of vestibular stability. The statokinetic stability is very pronounced and increases in the course of hand-to-hand combat, which has a lot of moments with different severity of angular accelerations. The peculiarities of motor activity in any kind of martial arts inevitably affect the peculiarities of the reaction to the test with a change in the position of the head.

The regular practice of physical exercises brings benefits to health, as long as it is done correctly. Therefore, it is essential to know the type of activity practiced and its relationship with the individual's organism, especially regarding the endocrine response. The objective of this study was to investigate the main hormonal axes that act in physical exercises and to understand their different responses according to the type of activity. A literature search was carried out in the Scielo, PubMed, and VHL databases with the combinations "exercise AND hormones", "sports AND endocrine", "endocrine regulation AND exercise", and "endocrine regulation". After analysis, seven studies were selected for the development of this paper. The physical exercises were divided into two modalities - strength and endurance - which vary according to the homeostatic change imposed on the body. The responses were analyzed according to the acting hormonal axis, as follows: hypophysary, by the action of a hormonal cascade; adrenal, catecholamines and cortisol; and pancreatic, represented by insulin and glucagon. This review revealed the modulation of endocrine responses varies whether the activity is one of strength, which relates to anaerobic processes, or endurance, which interacts with the cardiovascular system. Therefore, it is recommended that further studies be conducted on this subject so that the practice of physical exercises suits each individual's uniqueness and may contribute to the prevention and treatment of diseases.

Across the entire human body, postural tone might play its most critical role in the body's axis because the axis joins the four limbs and head into a single functioning unit during complex motor tasks as well as in static postures. Although postural tone is commonly viewed as low-level, tonic motor activity, we hypothesized that postural tone is both tonically and dynamically regulated in the human axis even during quiet stance. Our results describe the vertical distribution of postural muscle tone in the neck, trunk, and hips of standing human adults. Each subject stood blindfolded on a platform that axially rotated the neck, trunk, or pelvis at 1°/s and ±10° relative to the neutral position (i.e., facing forward). The measured resistance to axial rotation was highest in the trunk and lowest in the neck and was characterized by several nonlinear features including short-range stiffness and hysteresis. In half of the subjects, axial muscle activity was relatively constant during axial rotation, and in the other half, muscle activity was modulated by lengthening and shortening reactions, i.e., decreasing activity in lengthening muscles and increasing activity in shortening muscles, respectively. Axial resistance to rotation was reduced in subjects whose muscle activity was modulated. The results indicate that axial tone is modulated sensitively and dynamically, this control originates, at least in part, from tonic lengthening and shortening reactions, and a similar type of control appears to exist for postural tone in the proximal muscles of the arm.

Influence of meteorological environmental factors on people sensitive to severe weather changes manifests itself in the deterioration of health and violation of vegetative functions. One of the main systems of the body, which is sensitive to changes of atmospheric pressure is the cardiovascular system. In people with impaired preventive regulation of vascular tone, who are called weather sensitive, sudden changes in atmospheric pressure can cause jumps of arterial pressure, which can be represented both by its increase (hypertensive crisis) and decrease below the physiological norm, which leads to the decrease of muscle tone and subjective feelings of fatigue. Psychophysiological status of children of preschool age depends significantly on weather conditions due to imperfect preventive regulation of the blood circulation. Due to this, preschoolers feel unwell, their adaptation possibilities go down. This is manifested in changes in blood pressure and a certain decrease in the lability of the motor analyzer defined by means of the tapping-test. Cyclonic changes in climatic conditions have a more pronounced impact on the state of the organism, causing an increase in fatigue and decrease of adaptation reserves, indicating the decrease of one of the most important integral indicators of the vegetative coefficient. Hyperbaric effects associated with the passage of the anticyclone cause less visible changes of the cardiovascular system, compared to cyclonic events. Cyclonic phenomena accompanying low atmospheric pressure, cause depression of the vegetative status of children, a small decrease in tonic activity and as a result negative changes in the basic hemodynamic parameters

Introduction. Modern sports places high demands on the functional systems of the body at all stages of the training and competitive processes. High loads create signifi cant background for the occurrence of musculoskeletal diseases, among which the myofascial syndrome (MFS) holds the leading position. MFS negatively affects the functional readiness of the sportsman′s body and is a risk factor for injuries of the musculoskeletal system. In this regard, timely treatment of MFS is important. It creates the conditions for the improvement of sports achievements, for health maintenance and sports longevity. Treatment of patients with MFS should include methods that normalize trophism and muscle tone. Given the problem of doping, the use of non-drug methods, including osteopathy, is preferable. The goal of research — to develop a system of monitoring and osteopathic correction of myofascial disorders (MFD) and to introduce it into the practice of medical and biological support for sportsmen of different categories and levels during the annual training process.Materials and methods. 93 sportsmen (45 women and 48 men), mean age 22,1±1,1 years, representing diffe rent sports were examined. The essence of the proposed system is regular clinical and electroneurophysiological monitoring of the body condition and preventive correction of myofascial disorders in order to exclude their infl uence on the success of sports activities.Results. It was established that the proposed system of monitoring and osteopathic correction led to a signifi cant reduction in clinical and electroneurophysiological manifestations both in local and in extensive forms of myofascial disorders, which allowed to maintain the optimal functional readiness of sportsmen throughout the entire annual training cycle.Conclusion. The system of monitoring and correction of MFS with the use of osteopathic treatment can be one of the elements of medical and biological support for sportsmen during the annual training process.

The article presents the results of evaluating the growth of Scots pine in the Baymak forest area. The analysis of forestry and taxation indicators of Scots pine crops on the studied sample areas is carried out, and a comparative assessment of the growth of forest crops growing in different types of forest is given. Increased competition in plantings leads to the natural decline of stunted trees, which is the result of differentiation in the stand. As a result, its structure changes, the number of large trees increases, and, accordingly, the stability of the forest ecosystem increases. In this regard, the appearance of the tree distribution curve by thickness levels also changes. It becomes more "flat", and its competitive load is more evenly distributed over the entire structure of the stand, and competition is weakened.

The constantly growing interest in the development of new non-invasive and cuff-free methods for measuring the parameters of cardiac activity, the use of which would give the possibility of continuous and remote monitoring of the cardiovascular system, determines the relevance of this work. Numerous publications continue to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of various methods of early diagnosis of cardiovascular disease. However, motion artifacts are a strong hindrance to the accurate assessment of the performance of the cardiovascular system. One of the promising control methods is the method for assessing physiological parameters using photoplethysmography. This article is devoted to the development of a device for photoplethysmographic studies and algorithmic methods for processing recorded signals to ensure monitoring of the heart rate with a given accuracy. The work uses technologies of digital adaptive filtering of the received signals to monitor the heart rate in conditions of external mechanical and electrical interference, which worsen the accuracy characteristics of the system, as well as the architecture of the system and a prototype of the device, which made it possible to carry out measurements to determine the optimal algorithm for digital signal processing. When using the device, the methods of adaptive filtering based on Wiener filters, filters based on the least squares method and Kalman filtering were used. The developed device for photoplethysmographic studies provided the ability to monitor the heart rate with a given accuracy, control the current state of the body and can be used as a means of diagnosing heart diseases
