PT J&T Express is a service company engaged in the delivery of goods. Decreased employee performance can be seen from the decreased ability of employees to meet delivery targets which is influenced by inefficient communication among fellow employees and the lack of a leader's role in motivating employees to work more optimally. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach, this type of research is descriptive quantitative. Methods of collecting data were interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis method used is multiple regression. The population and research sample amounted to 157 employees of PT J&T Express. The results of research on communication and leadership style simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT J&T Express. The leadership style variable has a more dominant influence than communication in improving employee performance. Finally, the magnitude of the coefficient of determination is 0.587. This means that 58.7% of employee performance can be explained by Communication and Leadership Style while the remaining 41.3% is explained by other variables.

This research was conducted at Patra Semarang Hotel & Convention which aims to analyze and explain the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance, and to find out which variables are most influential on tourist satisfaction.This research uses quantitative methods with 55 respondents. The validity and reliability test techniques, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through the f test, t test, coefficient of determination and beta coefficient.The results showed that the level of testing was significant and positively influenced by the regression equation, Y = -0.005 X1 + 0.971 X2 and it was proven that the organizational culture variable had the most dominant influence on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.971. The conclusion from this study that of the two independent variables, organizational culture is a variable that has a positive effect on employee performance at Patra Semarang Hotel & Convention.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh  gaya kepemimpinan, pelatihan dan promosi jabatan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek Penelitian pada PT NT Indonesia Cikarang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel yang diperoleh dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara random sampling menggunakan rumus slovin berjumlah 101 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan observasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, pelatihan dan promosi jabatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa apabila gaya kepemimpinan, pelatihan dan promosi jabatan meningkat maka kinerja karyawan akan meningkat secara signifikan.Kata kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Pelatihan, Promosi Jabatan, Kinerja Karyawan The Effect of Leadership Style, Training and Job Promotion on Employee PerformanceABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of leadership style, training, and promotion of position on employee performance. This study aims to determine how much influence leadership style, work environment, and motivation have on the performance of PT. Djaya Sinar Propertindo employees during The Covid-19 pandemic. The population in this study amounted to 100 people, while in determining the sample used The Slovin's Formula with a 5% sample which obtained a sample of 80 employees. This research was conducted from November 2020 to April 2021. The data were collected using quantitative methods and the analysis used was the data instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing using SPSS v.25 for windows. Based on the study results, it can be concluded that: hypothesis testing, The F-count is 34,636. In comparison, The F-table is 2.72, which means F-count > F-table. This result shows that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The result means that leadership style, work environment, and motivation simultaneously significantly affect employee performance at PT. Djaya Sinar Propertindo.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan adanya pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawa dewan pelaksana pengelola masjid agung jawa tengah. Peneletian ini menggunakan metode sensus data dari 119 responden. Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan uji parsial (uji t) variabel gaya kepemimpinan demokratisdi peroleh nilai t hitung 6,125 > 1,657 (t tabel) dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, artinya gaya kepemimpinan demokratis berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah. Variabel disiplin kerja di peroleh nilai t hitung – 1,419 < 1,657 (t tabel) dengan taraf signifikansi 0,159 > 0,05 artinya disiplin kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa TengahBerdasarkan hasil uji F (simultan) diketahui bahwa F hitung > F tabel (20,337 > 2,68), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan atau bersama – sama gaya kepemimpinan demokratif dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif sigifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah. Hasil pengujian koefisien determinasi (R2) terhadap variabel gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan disiplin kerja menunjukan pengaruh terhadap kinerja kariawan pada dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah sebesar 24,7%. Sedangkan sisanya (100% - 24,7% = 74,3%) dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini. This research uses census data method from 119 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of data analysis using a partial test (t test) democratic leadership style variables in the t value obtained 6.125> 1.657 (t table) with a significance level of 0.000 F table (20,337> 2.68), so that it can be concluded that simultaneously or together the democratic leadership style and work discipline have a significant positive effect on employee performance on the managing board of the Central Java Grand Mosque. The results of testing the coefficient of determination (R2) on the variables of democratic leadership style and work discipline showed an influence on the performance of caribou on the managing board of the Central Java Grand Mosque manager at 24,7%. The purpose of this study is to identify and understand the factors that can influence the intention to purchase through trust, price, and service quality on consumers Bhinneka.com. This research uses quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents Bhinneka.com. Data analysis method used in this research is simple and multiple regression analysis. The result shows that the three variables used have a positive influence on intention to purchase variable. The most dominant variables in explaining the variation of intention to purchase are service quality variable of 35.5%, the price of 17.2%, and trust of 24.6%. Luke Ma. Thesis, 2017. The influence of placement and promotion of office on the performance of employess of PT. Gramedia Asri Media Kupang. Supervisor: Try Suris Lestari, S.Kom.,MM.        The problem in this research is placement data and promotion position at PT. Gramedia Asri Media Kupang is not in accordance with the standards set by Nasional Gramedia in KPI rules (key performance indicator), KPI/STD/GAM/02/2011 for 2012-2016. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the placement and promotion of positions partially and simultaneously significant effect on employee performance at PT. Gramedia Asri Media Kupang in 2012-2016? Based on the formulation of the problem, the purpose of this study is to determine the magnitude of the effect of placement and promotion of positions partially and simultaneouslly on the performance of employees at PT. Gramedia Asri Media Kupang.        The data needed in this study are primary data and secondary data obtained by way of distributing questionnaires, interviews, and study documentation. Data were analyzed statistically by using multiple linear regression technique which was processed with SPSS program version 20.00. The result of data analysis shows the influence of job placement and promotion on employee performance shown by coefficient of determination ( ) equal to 86,1% and the rest 13,9% influenced by other factors like work motivation, employee compesation, discipline level, leadership style, employee and other employee loyalty.        Based on the results of data analysis suggested to the management of PT. Gramedia Asri Media Kupang for the placement process is expected to pay attention to the elements of education level, working knowledge, work skilss, and work experience, as well as in the promotion phase of office to pay attention to the rules for its assesment given objectively and effectively through carring, credible, competen, competetive and customer delight. So it will be very useful to improve employee work performance. Furthermore, to other researchers are expected to conduct further research to determine the performance of employees at PT. Gramedia Asri Media Kupang such as work motivation, employee compesation, discipline level, leadership style, employee work loyalty that can support the results of this study.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, work environment, and work stress on employee performance at PT. NT Indonesia. This type of research uses quantitative research. The sample in this study amounted to 74 respondents. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis using the SPSS program. The analysis used includes the analysis of the coefficient of determination, F Test, and Multiple Linear Regression Test. The results showed that leadership style affected employee performance, work environment affected employee performance, job stress affected employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work performance on employee performance, to analyze the effect of incentives on employee performance, to analyze the effect of discipline on employee performance, to analyze the influence of leadership style on employee performance, and to analyze the effect of work performance, incentives, discipline, leadership style on employee performance. The population of this study were employees of PT. Austin Engineering Indonesia, amounting to 175 people in the store. The sample consisted of 175 respondents, who were taken with a saturated sampling method. Data analysis using multiple regression with SPSS. The results of this study can be concluded that work performance has a significant effect on employee performance, incentives have a significant effect on employee performance, discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance. Job performance, incentives, discipline, and leadership style have a significant effect on employee performance.

The Influence of Leadership Style, Skill, and Attitude on Employee Performance (Study of Indah Palace Hotel Employees in Tipes Surakarta). Thesis Management Study Program (S1). Surakarta Islamic Muslim University 2020. The purpose of this study wes to determine the effect of Leadership Style, Skill, and Attitude on Employee Performance (Study of Indah Palace Hotel Employees in Tipes Surakarta). This research uses quantitateve research. The population is all 40 employees of the Indah Palace Hotel Surakarta. The number of samples used was 40 respondents. The sampling technique uses non probability sampling method with saturated sampling approach. The data analysis technique used for this study is using multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that the F test influences the Leadership Style, Skill, and Attitude simultaneously and significantly influences the performance of employees at the Indah Place Hotel in Tipes Surakarta. T test results showed that the Leadership Style had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Indah Palace Hotel Surakarta, Skills had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Indah Palace Hotel Surakarta, and Attitude had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Indah Palace Hotel Surakarta. The coefficient of determination shows the variables of Leadership Style, Skill, and Attitude have an influence of 72,9% on the variable Employee Performance in the Indah Palace Hotel Surakarta, the rest of 27,1%. The most dominant influence on the performance of employees of the Indah Palace Hotel Surakarta is that the Leadership Style variable has the biggest t count, which is 4,287.

<p><em>This study aims to examine and analyze the Influence of Leadership Style, Incentives and Work Environment on Job Performance in Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Bogor Regency. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires and implemented for 118 employees. Data analysis in this research using SPSS version 24.</em></p><p><em>The results of this study explain that between leadership style, incentive and work environment have a significant influence on the performance of employees partially and simultaneously. For the variable that has the most dominant influence on the work performance is the style of leadership, so to obtain optimal employee performance hence leadership style factors, incentives and work environment needs to be improved.</em></p>
