The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work performance on employee performance, to analyze the effect of incentives on employee performance, to analyze the effect of discipline on employee performance, to analyze the influence of leadership style on employee performance, and to analyze the effect of work performance, incentives, discipline, leadership style on employee performance. The population of this study were employees of PT. Austin Engineering Indonesia, amounting to 175 people in the store. The sample consisted of 175 respondents, who were taken with a saturated sampling method. Data analysis using multiple regression with SPSS. The results of this study can be concluded that work performance has a significant effect on employee performance, incentives have a significant effect on employee performance, discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance. Job performance, incentives, discipline, and leadership style have a significant effect on employee performance.

<p><em>This study aims to examine and analyze the Influence of Leadership Style, Incentives and Work Environment on Job Performance in Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Bogor Regency. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires and implemented for 118 employees. Data analysis in this research using SPSS version 24.</em></p><p><em>The results of this study explain that between leadership style, incentive and work environment have a significant influence on the performance of employees partially and simultaneously. For the variable that has the most dominant influence on the work performance is the style of leadership, so to obtain optimal employee performance hence leadership style factors, incentives and work environment needs to be improved.</em></p>

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan adanya pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawa dewan pelaksana pengelola masjid agung jawa tengah. Peneletian ini menggunakan metode sensus data dari 119 responden. Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan uji parsial (uji t) variabel gaya kepemimpinan demokratisdi peroleh nilai t hitung 6,125 > 1,657 (t tabel) dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, artinya gaya kepemimpinan demokratis berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah. Variabel disiplin kerja di peroleh nilai t hitung – 1,419 < 1,657 (t tabel) dengan taraf signifikansi 0,159 > 0,05 artinya disiplin kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa TengahBerdasarkan hasil uji F (simultan) diketahui bahwa F hitung > F tabel (20,337 > 2,68), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan atau bersama – sama gaya kepemimpinan demokratif dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif sigifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah. Hasil pengujian koefisien determinasi (R2) terhadap variabel gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan disiplin kerja menunjukan pengaruh terhadap kinerja kariawan pada dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah sebesar 24,7%. Sedangkan sisanya (100% - 24,7% = 74,3%) dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini. This research uses census data method from 119 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of data analysis using a partial test (t test) democratic leadership style variables in the t value obtained 6.125> 1.657 (t table) with a significance level of 0.000 F table (20,337> 2.68), so that it can be concluded that simultaneously or together the democratic leadership style and work discipline have a significant positive effect on employee performance on the managing board of the Central Java Grand Mosque. The results of testing the coefficient of determination (R2) on the variables of democratic leadership style and work discipline showed an influence on the performance of caribou on the managing board of the Central Java Grand Mosque manager at 24,7%. Luke Ma. Thesis, 2017. The influence of placement and promotion of office on the performance of employess of PT. Gramedia Asri Media Kupang. Supervisor: Try Suris Lestari, S.Kom.,MM.        The problem in this research is placement data and promotion position at PT. Gramedia Asri Media Kupang is not in accordance with the standards set by Nasional Gramedia in KPI rules (key performance indicator), KPI/STD/GAM/02/2011 for 2012-2016. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the placement and promotion of positions partially and simultaneously significant effect on employee performance at PT. Gramedia Asri Media Kupang in 2012-2016? Based on the formulation of the problem, the purpose of this study is to determine the magnitude of the effect of placement and promotion of positions partially and simultaneouslly on the performance of employees at PT. Gramedia Asri Media Kupang.        The data needed in this study are primary data and secondary data obtained by way of distributing questionnaires, interviews, and study documentation. Data were analyzed statistically by using multiple linear regression technique which was processed with SPSS program version 20.00. The result of data analysis shows the influence of job placement and promotion on employee performance shown by coefficient of determination ( ) equal to 86,1% and the rest 13,9% influenced by other factors like work motivation, employee compesation, discipline level, leadership style, employee and other employee loyalty.        Based on the results of data analysis suggested to the management of PT. Gramedia Asri Media Kupang for the placement process is expected to pay attention to the elements of education level, working knowledge, work skilss, and work experience, as well as in the promotion phase of office to pay attention to the rules for its assesment given objectively and effectively through carring, credible, competen, competetive and customer delight. So it will be very useful to improve employee work performance. Furthermore, to other researchers are expected to conduct further research to determine the performance of employees at PT. Gramedia Asri Media Kupang such as work motivation, employee compesation, discipline level, leadership style, employee work loyalty that can support the results of this study.

This study studies any factors that can improve the low performance of employees either partially or simultaneously. There are several factors that will be discussed in this study, discussed work Performance (X1), and seniority (X2). The object of this research is the company employees of PT Bank Bengkulu Cabang Utama, which gathered 60 people. The sampling method in this study is total sampling by taking an object or participating to take a sample. In this research the authors use the method of data collection by observation and questionnaires. There are several data analysis techniques used in this study, including using the instrument test, classic assumption test, respondent response analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient, and also hypothesis testing. From the results of tests that have been carried out it can be concluded that the work performance reward and seniority variables have a partial or simultaneous effect on employee performance at PT Bank Bengkulu Cabang Utama.

Research was conducted on Manise Hotel in Ambon. This study uses the motivation and commitment of employees as independent variables, and job performance as the dependent variable. The purpose of this study to analyze and determine the effect of motivation and commitment of employees on work performance and determine the dominant influence between the variables of motivation and commitment of employees on work performance. The samples are employees Manise Hotel Ambon with a total sample of 47 respondents. Based on the above results it can be seen that: (1) Motivation and employee commitment significant and positive impact on employee performance, high motivation with employee commitment will lead to improved employee performance Manise Hotel in Ambon; (2) It can be seen that motivation is a free variable that has dominant influence on achievement compared with other independent variables; and (3)Motivation and commitment to jointly contribute / donations by 58.2% to changes in job performance, while the remaining 41.8% is the donation / contribution of other variables that are not observed in this study, for example stress of work, compensation, leadership style, culture work and discipline

Abstract: The main factor supporting employee work performance is the leadership style applied by a company leader to employees who are subordinates to him. This is very closely related to the research I have made. Where the purpose of this study is to determine how much influence the leadership style has on achievement. Employee work in the company. Data collection techniques were taken from 60 employees of a total of 200 employees who were used as research samples. This study uses SPSS 16 as an analytical tool to measure validity, reliability, classical assumption test, simple linear regression. From this research it is obtained based on the results data processing, leadership style variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In testing the hypothesis shows that the leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of this research survey indicate that the work performance of employees that needs to be maintained is in the aspect where every job given to employees is done well and obtained satisfactory results so that it is profitable for the company. Abstract: This study aims to examine the factors of motivation, individual characteristics, job characteristics, organizational characteristics of job performance either simultaneously (together) or partially on employee performance of PT. Putra Indah Perkasa Banjarbaru, Kal-Sel. Population and sample in this study are all employees PT.Putra Indah Perkasa Banjarbaru, Kal-Tues which amounts to 200 people. In this research used sampling method stratified random sampling taken at random with 25% sampling size that is 50 respondents. The results showed that: simultaneously variable motivation, Individual characteristics, job characteristics, and organizational characteristics have a significant effect on employee performance. While only partially motivation and job characteristics that have a significant effect. While individual characteristics and organizational characteristics have no effect on employee performance. Job characteristics variable has a dominant effect on employee work performance of PT. Putra Indah Perkasa Banjarbaru, Kal- Sel. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT.Putra Indah Perkasa Banjarbaru, Kal-Sel yang berjumlah 200 orang. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode pengambilan sample stratified random sampling yang diambil secara acak dengan ukuran sampling 25% yaitu 50 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : secara simultan variable motivasi , karakteristik Individu , karakteristik pekerjaan, dan karakteristik organisasi berpengaruh sigifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. Sementara secara parsial hanya motivasi dan karakteristik pekerjaan yang berpengaruh signifikan. Sedangkan karakteristik individu dan karakteristik organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. Variabel Karakteristik Pekerjaan  berpengaruh dominan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT. Putra Indah Perkasa Banjarbaru, KAL-SEL. Kata kunci : Motivasi, Karakteristik Individu, Karakteristik Pekerjaan, Karakteristik Organisasi, prestasi kerja karyawan.

<em>The problem of the sewing department of PT Sai Apparel Industries Semarang was it never reached the production target in 2019. This purposes of this research are to find out influence of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at PT Sai Apparel Industries Semarang. Dependent variabels in this reseach is leadership style and work motivation while dependent variables is employee performance. Data collection used are questionnaires, interview, and literature review. The sample in this study are 95 employees of the sewing devision at PT Sai Apparel Industries Semarang. The data analysis technique used multiple regression. The result of multiple regression indicated that leadership style and work motivation all of them had positive influence on employees performance. The most dominant variable that influence the employee performance is the work motivation. While from the result of determination coeffiecient (Adjusted R Square) indicated that leadership style and work motivation affects employee performance 0.597 or 59.7%. While 40.3 or 40.3% influenced by other variables not examined in this research</em>

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of compensation, career development and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Tunggal Mitra Plantation Manggala 2. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires carried out on 50 employees of the production department at PT Perkebunan Tunggal Mitra Plantation Manggala 2. Data analysis in this study used SPSS Version 22. The sampling technique used was the saturation sampling method and Data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis (multiple regression analysis). Based on the results of the study, obtained the following regression equation: Y = 9,944 + 0.390X1 + 0.115X2 + 0.267X3 + ei means that the F Test shows that compensation, career development, and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on statistical data analysis, the indicators in this study are valid and the variables are reliable. Partially (t test) shows that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (tcount 4.223> t table 1.675 and a significant level of 0.000 t table 1.675 and a significant level of 0.010 t table 1.675 and a significant level of 0.042

This study aims to analyze and prove work, work experience and leadership styles on employee work simultaneously or partially. This study used a survey using a questionnaire to 96 respondents, PT ELKAU staff. Sample selection is based on random sampling everywhere Every participant has the same opportunity to take samples. The results of this study prove that work motivation, work experience and leadership styles simultaneously influence employee performance. Partially, work experience increases performance with a significant level of 0,000, work motivation while positive performance on performance is significant level of 0.017 and leadership style increases positive performance on work performance with a significant level of 0,000. Further research is expected to add other factors that can improve job performance.
