Multicultural education is the Indonesian education system that began even during the time of Ki Hajar Dewantara. This education system is able to end the view of differences between race, religion, ethnicity, culture, language and so on if it is implemented properly. In various cases in Indonesia, attitudes of intolerance often spice up the problem. Through this multicultural education, it is hoped that it will be able to provide a deep meaning to this attitude of tolerance. This research was conducted using the literary method obtained from library data, books, journals, websites, and all other library sources. The type of research the writer uses is qualitative research, where the research is carried out through a narrower but deeper scope. The author will describe tolerance as an attitude or nature of respect and respect for others and multicultural education that emphasizes the principles of equality. The author states four ways that can be taken in maintaining tolerance through multicultural education, namely deepening the meaning of tolerance in learning, providing discussions about various cultures, increasing awareness of the social sphere, and trying to open the thinking patterns of students so that echo chambers do not occur.

Implementation of multicultural education in madrasas is a very interesting topic to present in this paper, considering the characteristics of learners which can be said to be more homogeneous than the secular schools. In general, the multicultural education has become necessary to be applied in educational institutions with heterogeneous learners, especially in terms of their beliefs. Multicultural values taught in school will be more easily practiced in the social life among such heterogeneous students. But this is not the case with homogenous madrasas. The development of multicultural values in madrasahs will call for its own concepts and strategies.Using a qualitative research approach with in-depth interviews as the main data collection instrument, this paper tries to formulate multicultural education conducted by the Madrasah Pembangunan, Ciputat, Tangerang, by seeing how the context, concept, and its implementation in educational systems are organized. The findings include, among others, the facts that multicultural education in madrasah is nothing new because multicultural values have been taught in many subjects there. These multicultural values are developed and introduced and required by the students in Madrasah Pembangunan to deal with heterogeneous members of society such as the values of tolerance, empathy, cooperation; and four main properties of Muhammad Rasululllah (Genuine, Trustworthy, Authentic, Intelligent). Other values include confi dence, quality work and competitive.

The analysis of a problem of formation of the salary on the basis of official data of the Federal State Statistics Service, including data of selective inspection of the organizations during 2005-2015, allowed to reveal essential differences on the nature of differentiation of the salary in a section of kinds of activity, sectors of economy and categories of the employments. Dynamics of the salary level of the workers representing four sectors of economy was considered as a subject of the analysis. The large gap has been revealed between the salaries in the extracting industry (the highest paid sphere) and in the education system (the lowest-paid one), in relation to categories of workers and specialists in comparison with heads of the organizations. The situation is connected, in particular, with the fact that the salary of a qualified employee in the education system makes only one third of the worker's earnings in the sphere of fuel production and energy resources, while the salary of the head in education sphere is about a half of earnings of the head in the fuel and energy resources production. The developing discrepancies are the result of the specific dynamics of nominal wages of separate professional and official groups of workers. Positive tendency of salary growing for all categories in the field of research is combined with a slow and unstable increase of the salary in education and health care. Thus, positive tendencies in the sphere of distribution according to labor in the Russian economy realize rather slowly and inconsistently, which reflects substantial stagnation in economic processes. In these conditions it is required to carry out more active and scientifically based policy in the social sphere aimed at overcoming unreasonable differences in compensation of various categories of the employees.
