In this sense, the three levels of analysis presented in the model were observed: actors, organizational and institutional. We conducted a study of descriptive and exploratory case from conducting semi-structured interviews with managers and technicians of the aforementioned program. In the analysis of the actors, the community’s involvement is appreciated by the valorization of the culture and the learning capacity. At the organizational level, it was observed that in managed projects, it has a shared character, in the search for socio-political strengthening. The results demonstrate that at the institutional level the social innovation process has the function of coordinating the different sectors of society to maintain networks of relationships and cooperation for the operation of the social projects and programs involved. Thus, analysis of levels of social innovation should not be understood only as a single mechanism of satisfaction of social needs, but also as a social transformation engine that seeks changes in society setting as a means of promoting sustainability and quality of life. Keywords: Social innovation. The digital society, which has undergone rapid development in the last decade in the Russian Federation, has introduced new trends in the "formation of problems" not only among the productive, but also unproductive segments of the population. So, the new "unproductive classes" in the Russian Federation are being formed in a situation of new historical conditions, the coordinates of which extend to the entire global world and it can be said with all certainty that the problems of Russian society are determined, among other things, by the trends of the "information world community", a part of which today it is.

This article investigates the evolution of cremation rites during the Late Bronze and Early Iron Ages in the northeastern Iberian Peninsula. Spectacular finds during the last decade have shed much light on this subject; for example, the discovery and excavation of the largest cremation cemetery to date (Can PiteuCan Roqueta with more than 1000 graves); or the restudy of other sites (Can Bech de Baix or Roques de Sant Formatge). Additionally, relevant material has been obtained from studies of: excavations of settlements with exceptional defensive systems (Vilars d'Arbeca); the preceding and founding layers of the Greek colony of Emporion; and the development of political territories in the River Ebro region and surroundings. A detailed analysis of information from these sites has considerably increased knowledge about the social transformations that occurred over the 600 to 700 year timescale of the Late Bronze and Early Iron Ages.

Study of crimes connected with implementation of extremist activity as negative social and legal phenomenon is especially significant now. Firstly it is connected with aggravation of the social conflicts in the Russian society in general, violence tendency and different illegal ways of their solution. At present stage of criminogenic situation development the number of crimes connected with extremist activity, terrorism and also with arousing hatred and hostility on the bases of sex, races, nationalities, the relations to religion, belonging to this or that social group grows in our country. Such crimes are most often committed by speech. This speech becomes proof of criminal cases connected with implementation of extremist activity. Acts provided by Art. 280, 282 2822 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation [4] belong to crimes of extremist orientation committed by means of speech. It is necessary to have special linguistic knowledge to ascertain the truth on specified cases. Such crimes are committed by means of speech - oral or written. Conclusions of experts’ researches are important not only for making decision on excitement or on refusal in initiation of legal proceedings, but also for correct qualification of criminal action. Analysis of law-enforcement practice of such crimes investigation shows that there are some problems connected with conducting linguistic examination at a stage of legal proceedings initiation. Inopportuneness of the investigator who sends material for carrying out a research which contains extremism can significantly increase time of legal proceedings initiation.

In her works, Zinaida Golenkova came to the conclusion that social structure of contemporary Russian society is the product of constant and deep changes leading to the ownership and total economic transformations, to the social polarization of interests and political dominance of specific social groups. Russian society includes the groups of the poor (35%), slightly well off (30%), moderately well off (21%), highly well off (about 10%) and rich (5%). Such a specificity of the Russian society results from the fact that world globalization imposed the process of contradictory social transformation. There are three models of social stratification: the partnership model, the conflict model and the status-neutral model. This article/presentation critically analyzes Z. Golenkova's opinion that Marx's theory of class stratification is mono-dimensional, while Weber's standpoint was that social stratification was three-dimensional. At the end, this presentation provides partial and conditional comparisons between the results of the researches done by the Yugoslav and Russian sociologists about the class-stratificational division of their societies.
