In a define meaning the style of the documents – relate to appearing the history of statehood and legislative relations. We will be witness if we pay close attention to the essence of the problem that the official texts and their style is a very old social and linguistic phenomenon that passed deep stage by a stage development process. This process in the history of styles, from our viewpoint, started to form before appearing at the institutes of statehood. To prove this argument we rely on examples.

AbstractThe teaching of science still presents aspects that emphasize practices based predominantly on repetition and memorization of exercises. This approach leads to learning difficulties of students, as well as the lack of interest in science and its construction process. One of the ways to break with this approach is the use of scientific Cultural history in which science is seen as a member of human culture. Thus, we aim to elaborate a didactic material in a historical narrative format that contemfaced the scientific cultural approach of thermodynamics based on internalist and externalist approaches. For this we use the bibliographic research in secondary sources, with the aim of eluciding the cultural and scientific contributions of the Industrial Revolution for the development of thermodynamics. Thus, it was possible to elucidates the social needs that were predominant for the improvement of the thermal machines and the evolution of the technical processes for the scientific ones that culminated in the laws of thermodynamics. In view of this, the internalist and Externalist vision, were approached in an integrated way allowing the historical narrative to be a possibility of approaching the scientific Cultural historyKeywords: Heat Study; History of Science; Industrial Revolution.

When studying retailing and its role in developing the American mass market, historians traditionally have focused their attention on large department stores. An analysis of the influence of small department stores in the growth of underdeveloped sections of the American West provides a different emphasis. The following article traces the history of T. C. Power & Bro.—a small, family-run department store in Montana—before the early 1900s. The article demonstrates that the firm's service was tailored to the economic and social needs of urban and rural settlers on the western frontier, helping to create a consumer society in the West.

In the class 'A history of graphic design' I use drawing as a tool to help students retain what they learn in the lectures and readings. I show examples of how this visual component aids my lessons regarding 'Egyptian books of the dead', 'Industrial Revolution broadsides', 'Modern symbol systems' and a final capstone museum project. My method is applied to more than one cohort of students in different art specialties and design areas. I conclude the article with a summary of my experience using drawing as a tool for retention of historical material and share students' reactions to this method of teaching history.

Digital technologies from an unknown phenomenon in the hands of advanced scientists have passed into an urgent need with which most modern people can no longer part either at home or in the framework of their work processes. Huge robotic productions have already been created and are operating, and automation has become understandable and familiar to all citizens, regardless of their initial education and current age. In our opinion, the key problem today, not so much in new technical systems, there are already quite a few of them, but in a completely different level of its use corresponding to the features and tasks of the digital environment of the fourth industrial revolution, which is primarily determined by new principles of organization and management. German Gref [2] at the INCOSAI Congress, expressed the idea that the world is on the verge of the first revolution of state administration, since its prevailing technologies do not correspond to the realities of the fourth industrial revolution. Moreover, in the framework of the so-called four industrial revolutions of this kind, changes in managerial paradigms took place constantly and in parallel to these events. It remains to add that if we go beyond the usual division of the processes of economic development into 4 industrial revolutions, and consider them more broadly as scientific and technical, then, for example, D. Shmihula [14]) in his works identified 10-11 such periods in History, which correlates with our own research in the framework of the theory of social development (TOR V.V. Ivanova [4]), where the period starting from 2026 (social formation) will be the tenth since the Neolithic revolution - the beginning of the domination of the social development of mankind . And each is determined by its own circle of technological and other innovations, including new approaches to management. These approaches change at such a moment in the most natural way, in connection with the next change to this point at this point in a public (including economic) organization, which requires new management approaches.

Where is our consumer society headed? How have the attitudes and behaviour of consumers changed? Are we witnessing a shift from mass industrial consumption towards individual digital consumption? This book documents the third annual conference of the Netzwerk Verbraucherforschung (Consumer Research Network). Profound changes in the history of consumption, such as those that occurred during the industrial revolution and those that are occurring as a result of digitalisation, can only be understood through interdisciplinary research efforts. Therefore, in addition to the traditional subjects in the field of consumer science, such as economics, law, politics and social science, this book includes the perspectives of historiography and cultural studies. It not only aims to promote the exchange of the current findings of consumer science research in academia and politics, but also to heighten knowledge transfer.

Advantages and disadvantages of the use of digital technologies (DT) in mathematics lessons are worldwidedissussed controversially. Many empirical studies show the benefitof the use of DT in classrooms. However, despite of inspiringresults, classroom suggestions, lesson plans and research reports, the use of DT has not succeeded, as many had expected during thelast decades. One reason is or might be that we have not been ableto convince teachers and lecturers at universities of the benefit ofDT in the classrooms in a sufficient way. However, to show thisbenefit has to be a crucial goal in teacher education because it willbe a condition for preparing teachers for industrial revolution 4.0.In the following we suggest a competence model, which classifies– for a special content (like function, equation or derivative) –the relation between levels of understanding (of the concept),representations of DT and different kind of classroom activities. The flesxible use of digital technologies will be seen in relationto this competence model, results of empirical investigations willbe intergrated and examples of the use of technologies in the upcoming digital age will be given.

The purpose of the article is to investigate the peculiarities of the national Ukrainian culture in the artistic design of the editions of the Kharkov cooperative publishing house «Rukh». Research methods: Empirical-theoretical methods of analysis, synthesis, deduction are used. From the theoretical methods, a description and interpretation is applied. The use of these methods made it possible to prove that the publications of the Kharkov cooperative publishing house «Rukh» are a highly cultured artistic product, shrouded in the aura of the traditions of Ukrainian culture. It is proved that in the 20-ies. XX century. around the «Rukh» united a circle of like-minded writers, critics, editors, illustrators. Book covers were made by M. Samokish, S. Borovoy, V. Krichevsky. It is established that in the graphic design of the editions the editors used font ensembles, decorative elements and other visual materials created by the most prominent representatives of the artistic circles, in which the Ukrainian tradition is traced. In the design of covers used a variety of frames, ornaments of vegetable origin, stylized with letters. At the same time, minimalism of forms, compositions in a black and white version was quite common. Attention is focused on the works of the famous graphs of the era of the Ukrainian revival, created by the order of the Kharkiv cooperative publishing house «Rukh». The features of the national Ukrainian culture in the artistic design of publications are analyzed. Illustrations, graphic elements, style of execution and technique of the Ukrainian artists cooperating with the publishing house are characterized. The study significantly expands the view on publishing at the stage of the formation of Soviet power. The results can be used to write textbooks and teaching aids on cultural studies, the history of publishing and the history of Ukraine.
