The importance given to human resources in organizations is increasing day by day. It is the desired behavior in all organizations for employees to be compatible with the organization and be competent in their work. Employees are attracted and selected by organizations similar to them. In cases where employees work in harmony and exhibit similar characteristics with their organization, the effect of employees' person-organization fit on job crafting has been investigated. For this purpose, data were collected by simple random sampling method from 453 participants working in Konya Organized Industrial Zone and 416 survey data were used within the scope of the research. SPSS 24.0 package program was used in the analysis of the data obtained. For the purpose of the study, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, difference tests (t test and One Way Anova) correlation and regression analysis were applied to the data set. As a result of the study, significant differences (gender, marital status, age, working time and position) were determined in the perceptions of employees' personal-organizational harmony and job competence according to some demographic variables. With correlation analysis, a positive and significant relationship was found above the middle in the variables of person-organization fit and job crafting, and as a result of the regression analysis, a positive and significant effect of person-organization fit on job crafting was found.

The main purpose of this study is to examine the effect of anxiety that people experience due to the rapidly spreading Covid-19 on consumer behaviour. The sub-objectives of this study are to test the relationship among the anxiety caused by Covid-19, consumer behaviour and socio-demographic variables. In line with this purpose, qualitative research was conducted on 251 academicians working in Gaziantep University. Demographic information form, Death Anxiety Scale developed by Thorson and Powell (1992) and Consumer Behaviour Scale developed by Ang (2001) were conducted on the participants for data collection. The questionnaire was carried out online. The data obtained from the study were analyzed with statistical techniques such as factor analysis, correlation and regression analysis, independent sample T-test, and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). The findings of the study showed that the deprivation and suffering dimensions of the anxiety caused by Covid-19 have significant effects on the dimensions of consumer behaviour. It has also been found that there are significant differences among the socio-demographic characteristics of the participants, the anxiety caused by Covid-19 and consumer behaviour.

The study aims to analyze the factors influencing customer satisfaction in public bank of Nepal. The customers of public banks in Nepal are the population of this study. The 150 respondents have been as sample and analytical research design has been adopted in the study. The statistical tools such as mean, correlation and regression analysis have been used to analyze the data using SPSS – 20 version software. The research paper concluded that banks should focus more on increasing tangibles, responsiveness and assurance. The demographic variables age, gender, income level and education level do not have significant differences among the responses of participants.

In this study, creating customer satisfaction and customer loyalty by channel integration with on-time delivery was examined as a result of using physical and online channels together in order to investigate whether the goals of businesses and consumers were compatible. 436 consumers in Konya benefiting from the online shopping service were surveyed online by simple random sampling, and the data obtained were analyzed through the SPSS 23.0 package program. The relationships between the variables in the study were analyzed with the help of multiple regression analysis. In the study, channel integration was determined to have a positive and statistically significant effect on on-time delivery. It was also concluded that channel integration and on-time delivery had a positive and statistically significant effect on customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Extant studies have established the relationship between person-organization fit and turnover intentions of employees. However, this article aims further to establish the role of employee engagement as a mediator between these variables. The sample used in the study consists of employees from Indian IT sector and data is analyzed with the help of correlation and regression analysis to test both direct and mediating effects. Results obtained confirm the partial role of employee engagement in mediating the above variables in context of Indian IT sector. The study confirms that person-organization fit affects the decision of employees to stay/not to stay with their organization and also that employees with higher levels of employee engagement would be less likely to leave their employer.

The aim of this study is to evaluate the relationship between the intrapreneurship and customer driven behaviors of the sports organization personnel. For this purpose, 1789 personnel working in Istanbul Sports Activities and Management Trade Incorporated Company, which serves within Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality have composed the population of the study and the sample is composed of 360 volunteer participants determined by simple random sampling method. The study was performed by scanning method (relational model) and the data was collected by survey method. The personal information form, the internal entrepreneurship scale, and the customer-oriented behavior scale were administered to the participants. The obtained data were analyzed using SPSS 24 software package program. Correlation and regression analysis were used as statistical methods. As a result, it is determined that there is a significant relationship between intrapreneurship and customer-driven behaviors and that intrapreneurship behavior has a decisive effect on the level of customer-driven behavior. Findings indicate that sub-dimensions of intrapreneurship have a certain degree of impact on the sub-dimensions of customer-driven behavior.

The study on the relationship between demographic variables and risk tolerance among business graduates in Pakistan. The correlation and regression analysis on a sample of 382 business students exhibit the following results. Empirical result of the correlation matrix are showing a positive significant correlation between risk tolerance gender, annual savings, age, experience and annual income and location except occupation which shows significant but negative correlation. Regression analysis depicts significant relationship between Risk tolerance Gender, Savings and Location shown by the t-values 2.037, 2.886, 58 and p –values .042, 0.004, and 0.000 respectively. However an insignificance relationship was found between Risk Tolerance Age, Education, Experience, Income and Occupation exhibited by their t-values -1.290, .638, -.035, - 1.886, all less than 2 and p-values above 0.05 respectively.

Free-cutting steel gains specific working properties thanks to the high content of sulfur and phosphorus. These elements, especially sulfur, have a rather high tendency to segregation. Therefore, segregation defects in free-cutting steel continuously cast billets can be significantly developed. The aim of the work was to study the influence of the chemical composition of freecutting steel and casting technological parameters on the quality of the macrostructure of continuously cast billets. A metallographic assessment of the internal structure of cast metal made of free-cutting steel and data processing by application of correlation and regression analysis were the research methods. The array of production data of 43 heats of free-cutting steel of grade A12 was studied. Steel casting on a five-strand radial type continuous casting machine was carried out by various methods of metal pouring from tundish into the molds. Metal of 19 heats was poured with an open stream, and 24 heats – by a closed stream through submerged nozzles with a vertical hole. High-quality billets had a cross-sectional size of 150×150 mm. The macrostructure of high-quality square billets made of free-cutting steel of A12 grade is characterized by the presence of central porosity, axial segregation and peripheral point contamination, the degree of development of which was in the range from 1.5 to 2.0 points, segregation cracks and strips – about 1.0 points. In the course of casting with an open stream, almost all of these defects are more developed comparing with the casting by a closed stream. As a result of correlation and regression analysis, linear dependences of the development degree of segregation cracks and strips both axial and angular on the sulfur content in steel and on the ratio of manganese content to sulfur content were established. The degree of these defects development increases with growing of sulfur content in steel of A12 grade. These defects had especially strong development when sulfur content in steel was of more than 0.10%. To improve the quality of cast metal, it is necessary to have the ratio of the manganese content to the sulfur content in the metal more than eight.
