This research is conducted with the aim of knowing the impact of the Instagram account @visitbogor to the interest in visiting the followers, knowing the effects of uploading natural travel photos on a visiting interest of followers, knowing the impact of Instagram account @visitbogor and uploading of natural travel photos to the interest of visiting followers. This research samples a total of 400 respondents with purposive sampling techniques filtered on the basis of certain criteria. The study uses the S-O-R theory. The data analysis methods in this study used multiple linear regression analyses and hypothesis testing using the T test and F test with the help of SPSS version 22. Acquired regression coefficient value Y = 2.160 + 0.163 X1 + 0.720 X2, relationship level correlation value is said to be strong because it exists at a 0.60-0,799 interval of 0.730 with a percentage of 73% coefficient of determination value of 0.533 which means that 53.3% of visiting interest in followers is influenced by the Instagram account is presented @visitbogor and upload of nature tourism photos with H1 received based on the results of Thitung (2.195) Ttabel (1.966) on a 0.05. H2 received according to Thitung (20.230) Ttabel (1.966) on sig α = 5% with sig value of 0.000 0.05. H3 is received based on the result of Fcalculate (226.196) Ftabel (3.86) on a sig α = 5% with a sig value of 0.000 0.05. The results showed a significant influence between the variables of the Instagram account's cast @visitbogor and the uploading of natural tourist photos of the followers ' visiting interests.

<p><em>SMES have a very important role, so it can be said that SMES are the backbone of the Indonesian economy. BPS Data informs that about 99% of existing business units are SMES capable of absorbing manpower about 96.3% of the amount of productive workforce available. But since the outbreak of Covid-19 struck Indonesia from the end of December 2019, the business of SMES is one of the most experienced sectors, such as sales that go down, difficult to obtain raw materials, the disbanding of production and capital are some of the perceived effects of SMES during the pandemic.  To be able to continue to maintain its performance, it takes good cooperation from all parties from government, private, and community participation. This research is conducted with the aim to know the impact of training and leadership on the performance of SME Kab. Tegal during the Covid-19 pandemic. The study took 100 random samples and data collection was conducted through observations, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis methods use multiple linear regression analyses. The results showed that partial training had no significant effect on performance, while leadership had a significant influence on MSME performance. Simultaneously the training and leadership significantly affect the performance of SME Kab. Tegal during the Covid-19 pandemic.  Training to the SMES will help improve the performance during the pandemic.</em></p><p><em> </em></p><p><em>Keywords: </em><em>SMES, leadership, training, pandemic covid-19, performance</em><em></em></p>

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to know the leadership, incentives and training on the performance of employees at Bank Syariah Mandiri Pematangsiantar Branch. The population in this study is the population in this study is the employees who are in the office of Bank Syariah Mandiri Pematangsiantar Branch as much as 40 people.. The sample is used as many as 40 employees in Bank Syariah Mandiri Office, Pematangsiantar, amounting to 40 people. The data collection techniques in this study are documentation and poll list. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analyses, classical assumption Test T, Test f and coefficient of determination. Data processing in this study uses the program SPSS 22.00 for Windows Software. Based on the results of the research conducted, the partial leadership testing has significant effect on employee performance. Incentive partial testing has significant effect on employee performance. Training partial testing has significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneous testing of leadership influences, incentives and training significantly affects employee performance.

Employee performance is needed by the company to improve company performance. Therefore, to make it happen, it requires skilled and reliable human resources in their fields. This study aims to determine the effect of creativity and innovation partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT. Tohpati Grafika Utama Denpasar. This research was conducted at PT. Tohpati Grafika Utama Denpasar. The sample used is the employees of PT. Tohpati Grafika Utama as many as 40 respondents. The data analysis techniques used in this study were validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, t-test, and F-test. The results of the analysis show that creativity and innovation have a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on the performance of the employees of PT. Tohpati Grafika Utama Denpasar.

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of technical guidance, facilities and incentives to performance Bhabinkamtibmas Polres Deli Serdang. The population in this study was the entire personnel of the Bhabinkamtibmas Polres Deli Serdang amounting to 230 people. The sample is used as many as 40 personnel Bhabinkamtibmas who are the rank of Bripka. The data collection techniques in this study are documentation and questionnaire list. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analyses, classical assumption Test T, Test f and coefficient of determination. Data processing in this study uses the program SPSS 22.00 for Windows Software. Based on the results of the research conducted, from a partial test of guidance to significant impact on performance. Partial testing of facilities has significant effect on performance. Incentive partial testing has significant effect on performance. Simultaneous testing of the influence of technical guidance, facilities and incentives has significant effect on performance.

The company's performance in the consumer sector had heavily influenced by the company's external and internal conditions. This research aims to analyze the influence of macroeconomic factors and company characteristics on the company's financial performance in consumer goods sector companies. The population in this research is a consumer goods sector company listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling techniques using purposive sampling and data analysis methods using multiple regression analyses. The results showed that the macroeconomic factors had no significant effect on the company's performance. The company's significant characteristics are the debt level of the company. The company's debt level of leverage has a negative and significant impact on the company's performance, suggesting that the higher the company's debt will decrease the company's performance. This research has limitations on samples that are only consumer goods companies, so it can not be generalized in other business sectors.

The purpose of this research is to know the work motivation, organizational culture and competence on the performance of teachers in SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Aek Kanopan. The population in this study is all teachers of SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Aek Kanopan that amounted to 40 people. The data collection techniques in this study are documentation and poll list. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analyses, classical assumption Test T, Test f and coefficient of determination. Data processing in this study uses the program SPSS 22.00 for Windows Software. Based on the results of the research conducted, from the partial testing influence of work motivation to the performance of the teacher obtained the value of sig (2 tailed) amounting to 0.005 smaller than a 0.05, then the motivation is declared a significant effect on the performance of teachers . A partial testing of organizational culture influences the teacher's performance gained a sig value of 0.003 smaller than a 0.05, hence the organizational culture revealed to be a significant impact on teacher performance. A partial test of competency influence on the teacher's performance obtained a sig value of 0.022 smaller than a 0.05, so it is stated that the competency has significant effect on the teacher's performance. Simultaneous testing of the influence of work Motiovasi, organizational culture and competency in the teacher's performance obtained a sig value of 0.000 smaller than a 0.05, then expressed work motivation, organizational culture and competencies are significant effect on Teacher's performance.

<p><em>This research was conducted at PT. Aspacindo Kedaton Motor Kandis Siak District. This study was conducted to determine what factors that affect job satisfaction at employees of PT. Aspacindo Kedaton Motor Kandis Siak District. Population in this research is all employees at PT. Aspacindo Kedaton Motor Kandis of Siak Regency is 48 people. The sampling technique in this study is census, that is all the population is sampled. So the number of samples in this study as many as 48 people. Data analysis used in this research is test of reliability, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination test. While testing hypothesis used F test and t test. The results of this study are simultaneously employee factors and job factors have a significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Aspacindo Kedaton Motor Kandis Siak District with a significance level of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. While the partial factor of employees has a significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Aspacindo Kedaton Motor Kandis Siak District with a significance level of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. Job factors have no significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Aspacindo Kedaton Motor Kandis Siak Regency with significance level 0,235 bigger than 0,05.</em></p><br /><p>Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Aspacindo Kedaton Motor Kandis Kabupaten Siak. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja pada karyawan PT. Aspacindo Kedaton Motor Kandis Kabupaten Siak. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada PT. Aspacindo Kedaton Motor Kandis Kabupaten Siak berjumlah 48 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sensus, yaitu semua populasi dijadikan sampel. Sehingga jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 48 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji reliabilitas, regresi linear berganda, uji koefisien determinasi. Sedangkan pengujian hipotesis digunakan uji F dan uji t. Hasil penelitian ini adalah secara simultan faktor karyawan dan faktor pekerjaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT. Aspacindo Kedaton Motor Kandis Kabupaten Siak dengan tingkat signifikasi 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Sedangkan secara parsial faktor karyawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT. Aspacindo Kedaton Motor Kandis Kabupaten Siak dengan tingkat signifikasi 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Faktor pekerjaan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Aspacindo Kedaton Motor Kandis Kabupaten Siak dengan tingkat signifikasi 0,235 lebih besar dari 0,05.</p>

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line. The sample of this study was 50 people. Methods of collecting data by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis using the analysis used is simple linear regression, t test and coefficient of determination. The results showed 1) Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line, with a significance level of 0.048; and supported by the results of hypothesis testing with a t-count value of 4.433 > t-table value of 1.95, with a significance of 0.048 or < 0.05; 2) Customer Satisfaction positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line, with a level significance of 0,000; and supported by the results of hypothesis testing with a t-count value of 4,969 > t-table value of 1.95, with a significance of 0,000 or < 0.05, 3) Service quality and Customer Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line, with a significance level of 0,000. This means that the hypothesis H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted so that it can be concluded that service quality and customer satisfaction together have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Harga dan Brand Trust Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Sinergy Celular Medan.Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengunjung Sinergy Celular Medan sebanyak 77 orang.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui kuesioner (angket) yaitu dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada sampel (responden) dan mengumpulkannya kembali. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Berganda.Sebelum data diregresikan maka terlebih dahulu di uji keterkaitannya antara variabel, datanya diuji menggunakan uji normalitas data, multikolinearitas, dan heterokedastisitas.Serta untuk mengetahui kontribusi faktor Harga dan Brand TrustTerhadap Keputusan Pembelian digunakan rumus Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Hipotesis penelitian diterima apabila t hitung >  t tabel dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,1. Nilai t tabel dalam penelitian ini 1,993. Nilai t hitung variabel X1 sebesar 2,107 t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel maka hipotesis di terima, nilai t hitung variabel X2   sebesar 3,405 t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel maka hipotesis di terima. Kata kunci: Harga, Brand Trust, Keputusan Pembelian AbstractThis study aims to determine the Influence of Price and Brand Trust on Purchasing Decision at Sinergy Celular Medan. The purpose of this study is to test the Influence of Work Motivation, Competence, and Compensation Against Performance Employees Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Mentawai Islands District. This study is a census. The data used are primary data by taking sample of 79 (seventy nine) respondents. This research uses analytical tools such as validity, reliability test, multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study illustrate that all variables have an effect on employee performance except the compensation variable. The results can be described by the equation Y = 12.752 + 0.248X1 + 0.396X2 + 0.051 X3, where X1 = Work Motivation, X2 = Competence, and X3 = Compensation. This means that the constant of 12.752 states that factors other than the variables X1, X2, and X3 that affect employee performance of 12,752. Work Motivation coefficient of 0.248 states that if the variable X1 added one unit will add the effect of employee performance of 0.248 with the assumption that the competence and compensation variables are constant. The regression coefficient X2 of 0.396 is that if the variable X2 increases one unit will increase the employee performance by 0.396 with the assumption that the variable of work motivation and compensation is constant. Furthermore, with X3 regression coefficient of 0.051. This means that with other factors considered constant, the effect of compensation is less than that of work motivation and competence.
