AbstractMaternal mortality and stunting descent acceleration is one of effort to increase quality and competitive human resources. Posyandu become one of the efforts that can reduce these two indicators through activities that involve the community. Therefore, the quality and accuracy of recording and reporting posyandu data is an important thing. This study aims to design a toddler Posyandu information system as an effort to overcome recording, reporting, and digitizing posyandu data problems. Case study research was design at the UPTD of PHC II East Denpasar Health Service used to design a web-based information system with Waterfall method. Primary data was obtained through interviews with PHC officers and secondary data by reviewing recording and reporting documents. The design stages included defining requirements, system design, implementation and unit testing, and integration and system testing.  Total of 240 toddler visited data from posyandu were used for the system testing. The result show that the posyandu information system design help cadres to reduce repetitive data recording incident, can increase the uniformity and punctuality of reporting by cadres, help PHC officers to integrate posyandu data that can be used for nutritional surveillance reporting, and also store the activities posyandu data in digital form. The conclusion of this study is the posyandu information system can be a recording and reporting solution by cadres and PHC officers. Keywords: posyandu, information system, digitalizing, design AbstrakPercepatan penurunan kematian ibu dan stunting menjadi salah satu upaya meningkatkan sumber daya manusia berkualitas dan berdaya saing. Posyandu menjadi salah satu upaya yang dapat menurunkan dua indikator tersebut melalui kegiatan yang melibatkan masyarakat. Oleh karena itu kualitas dan ketepatan pencatatan dan pelaporan data posyandu menjadi hal yang penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem informasi posyandu balita sebagai upaya mengatasi permasalahan pencatatan, pelaporan, dan digitalisasi data posyandu. Rancangan penelitian studi kasus di UPTD Puskesmas II Dinas Kesehatan Denpasar Timur mengunakan perancangan sistem informasi berbasis web dengan metode Waterfall. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan petugas puskesmas dan data sekunder dengan menelaah dokumen pencatatan dan pelaporan. Tahapan perancangan meliputi mendefinisikan kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi dan pengujian unit, dan integrasi serta pengujian sistem. Sebanyak 240 data kunjungan balita dari posyandu digunakan untuk uji coba sistem. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perancangan sistem informasi posyandu membantu kader untuk mengurangi kegiatan pencatatan data yang berulang-ulang, dapat meningkatkan keseragaman dan ketepatan waktu pelaporan oleh kader, membantu petugas puskesmas untuk mengintegrasikan data posyandu yang bisa digunakan untuk pelaporan surveilans gizi, serta menyimpan data kegiatan posyandu dalam bentuk digital. Simpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi posyandu dapat menjadi solusi pencatatan dan pelaporan oleh kader dan petugas puskesmas.Kata Kunci: posyandu, sistem informasi, digitalisasi, perancangan

Organizations to achieve sustainable position and possible opportunities requires efficient information systems. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the implementation an internal control in accounting information system cash receipt in Big Fish hotel (Piere Tendean Number. 107-108 Boulevard Manado). This research approach is qualitative descriptive with the type of case study research. Types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data were collected through a preliminary survey, field research, observation, interviews, and documentation. The result show that accounting informations systems cash receipt at this hotel has been have well internal control. Although there were many problem has found, that there is no a job rotation to maintain employee independence in carrying out their duties, he absence of an internal supervisory unit that can guarantee security and finances, there is no surprising audit to check accurately.Keywords : Accounting Information System, Cash Receipt, Internal Control

In the world of information technology has changed the lifestyle in the aspect of our lives especially in the educational world. E-Raport is an academic information system used to input web-based student value data. The current value data input system is a benchmark for the creation of quality output and able to compete with other schools. One of the benchmarks that can be the competitiveness for other schools is the result of student learning assessments that are handled by each class. Problems that occur in the input of the value of Raport at SDN Sukanagara is currently still a manual that is the value of Raport recorded in the book Raport, so it takes a long time and a lot of energy needed. Research has the purpose of designing a value information system that facilitates the checking, recording and reporting of the computerized value of the students. Computerized Raport value reports can minimize errors in student data processing. This WEB based online raport is very easy data information and can be accessed anytime and anywhere, the system design works to insert and save value Report data and attendance and display info from school. The system uses data collection methods such as interviews, library studies, and system design, which are context diagrams, and prototypes. The information system of online Raport SDN Sukanagara is expected to be able to bring positive impact to the educational world, especially for SDN Sukanagara in the development of information technology applied in the world of education.

Performance assessment is a performance quality measuring tool that needed to know the level of achievement of a plan, improve the performance of the next period, as well as increased transparency and public accountability. This study aims to analyze the actors' responses to the implementation of performance assessment at RS TUV as BLU. This research uses qualitative approach, using case study research method. This study attempts to describe what the actors experienced when implementing performance assessment and exploring how the actors interpreted the experience. Data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The data collection is done by indepth interview to the actors, observe in the working environment of the actors, and analyze the supporting documents. In this study it was found that the implementation of performance assessment was responded by the actors with commitment attitude influenced by different aspects because the actors have different ways of dealing with a phenomenon. The performance indicators of the performance assessment motivates the actors to achieve it, in accordance with Goal-Setting Theory. Performance assessment provide clarity of organizational goals, goals will tell what to do and how much effort is required. Specific objectives will lead the actors to performance improvements. Furthermore, performance improvements give rise to expectations from actors towards improved rewards system in RS TUV. Penilaian kinerja merupakan alat ukur kualitas kinerja yang diperlukan antara lain untuk; mengetahui tingkat ketercapaian suatu perencanaan, memperbaiki kinerja periode berikutnya, serta peningkatan tranparansi dan akuntabilitas publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis respons pelaku terhadap penerapan penilaian kinerja pada RS TUV sebagai BLU. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan menggunakan metode penelitian studi kasus. Penelitian ini berusaha mendiskripsikan apa yang dialami pelaku ketika menerapkan penilaian kinerja dan menggali bagaimana pelaku memaknai pengalaman tersebut. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara mendalam (indepth interview) pada pelaku, melakukan observasi di lingkungan kerja pelaku, dan menganalisis dokumen pendukung. Berdasarkan penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa penerapan penilaian kinerja direspon oleh pelaku dengan sikap komitmen yang dipengaruhi oleh aspek yang berbeda dikarenakan pelaku memiliki cara berbeda dalam menyikapi suatu fenomena. Kemudian indikator kinerja dalam penilaian kinerja memotivasi pelaku untuk mencapainya, hal ini sesuai dengan Goal-Setting Theory. Penilaian kinerja memberikan kejelasan tujuan organisasi, tujuan akan memberi tahu apa yang harus dilakukan dan berapa banyak usaha yang diperlukan. Tujuan yang spesifik akan mengarahkan pelaku pada perbaikan dan peningkatan kinerja. Selanjutnya, perbaikan dan peningkatan kinerja memunculkan harapan dari pelaku terhadap perbaikan sistem reward yang lebih baik di RS TUV.

Objective - The purpose of this study is to identify the issues in implementing information sharing practice in an organization related to the technical and non-technical aspect. This study attempts to discuss the indicator and strategies for information sharing practice, which appropriate in Malaysian land administration. Methodology/Technique - This study will be conducted in a qualitative method. Primary data will be obtained from an interviewed session with the respondents and will be analyzed using a thematic and SWOT analysis. Secondary data will be collected from the content analysis of literature and previous study Findings - It shows that the issues related to technical and non-technical aspect divided into four themes. Each theme is divided into external strength and weakness; and internal threat and opportunities. Based on the findings, the discussion is expected to highlight the suggestions strategies in enabling information sharing for solving problems related to land administration. Novelty - There is a lack of study related to information sharing practice in land administration organization in this region. This study can fill in the gap and provide a useful solution and reference taken into consideration to the top management, policy maker, technical team and the user in land administration organization. The phenomenon of Mount Agung eruption has a negative impact on Ubud tourism. The impact of this event was greater than the 2002 Bali bombing. Generally, governments and tourism actors in Ubud have no yet a specific management to reduce the negative impact of Mount Agung eruptions. This research is qualitative descriptive method approach with case study research. Primary data in this study were obtained from interviews with informants namely; government, tourism institutions (NGOs) and tourism industry players in Ubud. Researchers also used online desk research to collect the secondary data that already exists on the internet from trusted sources in the form of public documents (images, e-news), or personal documents (e-mail, work reports and results of minute meetings). The result of this study, there were obtained four stages of crisis handling carried out by Ubud’s tourism actors namely 4R such as, reduction, readiness, response, and recovery. To minimize the negative impact of Mount Agung eruption, stakeholder needs synergetic all elements such government, non-government organizations (NGOs), industry actors, communities and other stakeholders to keep tourism sector remains conducive. This study uses a qualitative case study approach, which is a study that aims to describe a condition that is happening in the real world. The research procedure adopted the case study research procedure by Yin which includes (1) design the case study protocol; (2) Conduct the case study; (3) Analyze case study evidence: and (4) Develop conclusions, recommendations, and implications based on the evidence. The subjects of this study were elementary school teachers and students, and school documents were examined related to the maintenance of Balinese culture and language through local content carried out in schools. The data collection technique was carried out by structured interviews using interview guidelines related to maintaining Balinese language culture and Balinese local content. Observations were made with a participatory observation approach, and documentation studies were carried out by collecting documents related to the maintenance of Balinese culture and Balinese language in schools. Qualitative data analysis techniques began with grouping data based on primary data sources and secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the application of local content in elementary schools is one of the contents that can be used in maintaining, preserving and preserving the Balinese language culture in schools. The results of surveys, observations and interviews at SD Buleleng indicate that the maintenance of Balinese culture and language has many weaknesses, seen from the use of local languages that are not used in communication and Balinese culture which is fading due to the influence of other cultures. This can be seen in the language used in schools not using Balinese in daily communication in the sense that many do not understand the meaning of the Balinese language used because SOR is Singgih Bahasa. The results of study have and important implication to the teaching learning contents of Balinese language in elementary school in Bali, Indoensia.

AbstrakProses peminjaman barang untuk keperluan praktikum merupakan aktifitas yang rutin dilakukan. Pada umumnya peminjaman barang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa atau dosen kepada staf laboratorium dengan mengisi form peminjaman secara tertulis. Namun dalam proses peminjaman tersebut ada kalanya staf laboratorium kewalahan ketika proses peminjaman barang banyak sekali karena staf laboratorium harus mengecek keberadaan barang satu persatu secara manual. Oleh karena permasalahan tersebut maka pada penelitian ini akan didesain dan dibangun sistem informasi peminjaman barang berbasis web yang berfungsi untuk mempermudah staf laboratorium dalam pengelolaan data barang. Dengan sistem informasi peminjaman barang proses pengajuan peminjaman, persetujuan peminjaman, monitoring barang, dan pencarian status barang bisa dengan mudah dan cepat dilakukan. Metode pembangunan sistem yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Waterfall, dan untuk desain sistem menggunakan UML (Unified Modelling Languange). Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini berupa sistem informasi peminjaman barang berbasis web dengan menggunakan framework Codeigniter 4 yang dapat mempermudah proses pengelolaan peminjaman barang.Kata kunci: sistem, informasi, peminjaman, Codeigniter, webAbstractThe borrowing process goods for practicum is a routine activity. Generally, the lending of goods is carried out by students to laboratory staff by filling out the loan form manually. However, in the lending process, sometimes laboratory staff is overwhelmed when the process of borrowing a lot because the laboratory staff has to check the items manually. Base on these problems, this research will develop a web-based information system for lending goods to facilitate laboratory staff in managing data of goods. With this information system for borrowing goods, the process of applying for loans, loan approval, monitoring of goods, and searching for the status of goods can be done easily and quickly. The method of development system using Waterfall, and system design using UML. The final result of this research is a web-based information system for lending goods using the Codeigniter 4 framework, which can simplify managing lending of goods.Keywords: system, information, loan, Codeigniter, web

Child development, especially the age from birth to entering primary education or the age of 0-8 years is the golden age in the vulnerable human life that cannot be repeated. Therefore this period is the golden age in the vulnerable human life that cannot be repeated. Therefore this period is the right time to lay the foundations for other developments. The objectives of this research are: 1) To find out, to study the planning of the PAKEM learning model in Khairiah Jimbe Islamic Kindergarten Jenangan Ponorogo, 2) Implementation of the PAKEM learning model ini increasing early childhood learning concentration. 3) Knowing and assessing the evaluation of the implementation of the PAKEM learning model in increasing early childhood learning concentration. This research use qualitative research with the type of case study research. The data collected is in the from of primary data and secondary data and data sources come from data sources derived from observations, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique follows the  concepts put forward by miles and huberman, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Specifically, it can be described as follows: 1) PAKEM lerning planning is in accordance with Permendikbud Number 146 of 2014 article 2013. 2) The implementation of the PAKEM learning model in increasing the concentration of early childhood learning has been very good, seen from the teacher actively and creatively in teaching and give assignment. 3) The evaluation of learning in increasing the concentration of early childhood learning has been adjusted to the indicators of developmental achievement and refers to the standard of assessment

Abstract   Web-Based Badminton Court Rental Information System at GOR Villa Mas Indah, North Bekasi. Badminton GOR Villa Mas Indah is a business brand engaged in sports. However, the information system implemented in the company still tends to have many shortcomings and weaknesses by using a ledger, therefore the company needs a Web-Based Badminton Court Rental Information System Design at GOR Villa Mas Indah Bekasi Utara with the aim of helping in improving the business brand marketing strategy. and maximizing service with the aim of facilitating performance in data processing, changing data, viewing field schedule information, and data stored automatically and safely. The system development method uses Waterfall. Data collection methods are interviews, observation, literature study and questionnaires. The system design uses UML, the system is built using the PHP programming language, with MySQL database and application display using CSS Bootstrap. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan Waterfall. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu Wawancara, Observasi, Studi Pustaka dan Kuesioner. Desain sistem menggunakan UML, sistem di bangun menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP, dengan basis data MySQL dan tampilan aplikasi menggunkan CSS Bootstrap.
