This study aims to describe the effect of salary and incentives on the performance of employees of PT. Unilastindo Interbuana Pandaan simultaneously, partially and most dominantly. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, data analysis techniques that are validity, reliability, multiple linear regression with F test and t test. The validity test results obtained by the calculated r value of the variable salary, incentives and employee performance is greater than the value of r proven valid tables and the reliability test results obtained a reliable value of salary, incentives and proven reliable employee performance. Based on the results of the F test (Simultaneous), known the value of sig. F count is 0.00 because the significance value of F is less than 0.05, the regression analysis model is significant. T test results explain, that the salary and incentive variables significantly influence employee performance variables, because the salary is significant 0.018 <0.05 and the incentive is significant 0.012 <0.05. The most dominant incentive variable influences employee performance, this is indicated by the value of Standardized Coefficients Beta incentive variable is greater than the salary variable. Influenced by indicators include: performance, length of work, seniority, needs, fairness and eligibility, job evaluation.

This study aims to determine: (1). The influence of leadership on employee performance of PT Central Capital Futures Malang Branch; (2). The influence of work discipline on employee performance of PT Central Capital Futures Malang Branch; (3). The influence of leadership and work discipline simultaneously on employee performance of PT Central Capital Futures Malang Branch. The research method is quantitative causality or causal with multiple linear regression analysis technique. The population is all 37 employees with 37 samples using full sampling (census). Hypothesis test using t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous). The result of t test (partial) shows that leadership has positive and significant effect to employee's performance, work discipline has positive and significant impact to employee's performance; and F test results (simultaneous) indicate that leadership And Work Discipline Together Effect On Employee performance.

The research aims to know the effect of compensation variable and work discipline on the performance of the production employees PG. Meritjan Kediri, either partially or simultaneously. The data collected by distributing questionnaires, research conducted on 77 respondents production, samples from the production employees PG. Meritjan Kediri. By using a likert scale,the answer of respondentsbe treated used double regression analysis, t test, F test and R2 test. The results of this study found that there was a significant effect (significant) partially between the variables of compensation and work discipline variables on the dependent variable, and no influence employee performance variables simultaneously study consisted of compensation and work discipline on employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada, East Aceh Regency. The number of samples in this study is 65 respondents using non-probability sampling technique that is saturated sampling. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The regression equation obtained is K = 2.138 + 0.442X1 + 0.218X2. The results of this study explain that emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient have a significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada, East Aceh District, where from the results of the t test, the value of t sig is obtained. emotional Quotient variable is 0.018 <0.05, and spiritual Quotient variable is 0.033 <0.05. Emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada, East Aceh Regency, where the F test results obtained t sig values. 0.011 <0.05. From the analysis of the coefficient of determination, it is known that emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient affect employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada Aceh Timur by 47.2%, while the remaining 52.8% is influenced by other variables outside this research model.

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of own capital and the number of members partially and simultaneous on the growth of cooperatives (SHU) in Pematangsiantar City Cooperative in 2017-2019 periods. Data collection in this study is conducted by interview, observation and documentation methods. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study were 17 cooperatives with the 2017-2019 periods with population of 86. The analysis techniques have been carried outusing simple and multiple linear regression, with the program SPSS 21. The partial test results of the t test show that own capital has a positive and significant effect on SHU while the number of members has a negative and significant effect on SHU. Meanwhile the results simultaneous testing hrough the F test shows that the own capital and the number of members have a positive and significant effect on SHU. The results of the determinant test have an adjusted R square (R2) value of 0.227 which means that the effect of own capital and the number of members on SHU is 22.7% and the remaining 77.3% is explained by variables or other factors not examined in this study, such as loan capital, total deposits, business volume and total assets. <p><em>The purpose of this study is to study work motivation, increase loyalty to employee performance, improve career performance, and improve work discipline, loyalty, career development on the employee performance of the Batam Raudlatul Qurʻan Foundation. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. Techniques collect data using a questionnaire. The study population was 49 employees with a sample of 49 employees, all of whom were selected, using saturated samples. The results showed that work discipline value t count 2.043&gt; 1.679 tables with a significant value of 0.048 &lt;0.05, meaning that the work discipline is significant towards employee performance variables (Y), loyalty variables value t 0.410 &lt;1.679 t table with a significant 0.684&gt; 0, 05, means that the work discipline is of insignificant importance to variable employee performance (Y), career development variable value of t arithmetic 1.776&gt; 1.679 t table with a significant of 0.684&gt; 0.05, meaning career development is not significant towards employee performance variable (Y), and F test results (simultaneous) 2,722 (F count) &lt;2,81 (F table) and significant probability value of 0,055&gt; 0,05 means that work discipline, loyalty, and career development are simultaneously significant towards employee performance variables.</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p>Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh loyalitas terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan pengaruh disiplin kerja, loyalitas, pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan Yayasan Raudlatul Qur`an Batam. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi penelitian ini 49 karyawan dengan sampel 49 karyawan, yang dipilih secara keseluruhan, memakai sampling jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan disiplin kerja nilai t hitung 2,043 &gt; 1,679 tabel dengan signifikan sebesar 0,048 &lt; 0,05, berarti disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan (Y), variabel loyalitas nilai t hitung 0,410 &lt; 1,679 t tabel dengan signifikan sebesar 0,684 &gt; 0,05, berarti disiplin kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan (Y), variabel pengembangan karir nilai t hitung 1,776 &gt; 1,679 t tabel dengan signifikan sebesar 0,684&gt; 0,05, berarti pengembangan karir berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan (Y), dan hasil uji F (simultan) 2,722 (F hitung) &lt; 2,81 (F tabel) dan nilai probalitas signifikan sebesar 0,055 &gt; 0,05 berarti disiplin kerja, loyalitas, dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh signifikan  secara simultan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan.</p><p><em><br /></em></p>

<p>The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and job training to employees performance of PT. RB Sukasada. This research is causality. The population in this study is the overall employees of PT. RB Sukasada Jl. Kebumen Land No. 901-902, 17 Ilir, Ilir Tim. I, Palembang, South Sumatra 30122, amounting to 39 employees, with census sampling.Data collection techniques used in this study was a questionnaire with the answer given a score based on a scale interval of 1-5 with the Likert method. With multiple linear regress analysis tools. The next test of the hypothesis that f test and t-test to determine of independent variables on the dependent variable, and making inferences. Data analysis techniques in this study assisted by the Statistical program for special science (SPSS) The results of research by F test resulted in no significant effect Motivation and Job Training together with the Employee Performance at PT. RB Sukasada with a coefficient of determination <em>(R Square)</em> of 34.9%. While based on the t-test a significant difference between motivation and job training partially on performance. With the results of multiple regression 57.0% effect of motivation on the performance and 47.6% influence on the performance of job training. Conclusion motivation and job training are still low in achieving performance. </p>

This study aims to determine the influence of awards and penalties for the performance of PT Telesindo Shop Tanjungpinang Employees.  The population is 59 people with a sample of 59 employees of PT. Telesindo Shop Tanjungpinang Employees. The data analysis model uses descriptive analysis, data quality test( validity and reliability test) , multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and determinant coefficient test. The test results showed the performance of  employees  of PT. Telesindo Shop Tanjungpinang Employees with multiple linear regression method shows Y= -2,975 + 0.584 X1 + 0.761 X2 + e with the value of the regression coefficient of the reward variable (X1) = 0.584, the coefficient of regression of the penalty variable (X2) = 0.761. T test results obtained award variable (X1) t calculate > t table (4,862 > 2,003) and sig value. 0,000. Variable penalty (X2) t calculate > t table (2,413 > 2,003) and sig value. 0.019. The results showed that variable awards and punishments simultaneously and partially had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Telesindo Shop Tanjungpinang Employees, with contributions from R Square 0.383 or 38.3% of employee performance was affected by awards and penalties, while the remaining 61.7% were influenced by other factors that were not participated in this study.

Purpose. Formulations of the problem in this research is there any influence leadership style and discipline to employee performance. Design/methodology.  This research was associative. The location of this study addressed at Jalan Sudirman No. 01 KM. 10 Village Cambai District of Cambai Prabumulih zip code 31141. The sample in this study as many as 50 people, with saturated Sampling analysis techniques. The data used are primary data. Data were collected through questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is the qualitative and quantitative analysis. Techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, F test (simultaneous) and t test (partial). Finding. Results of the testing that has been done from this study indicate that the multiple linear regression calculation results obtained Y = 1.881 + 0,391X1 + 0,354X2, for the F test obtained Fhitung (9.175)> F table (3.20), meaning that there is influence leadership style and discipline work on employee performance SDOs Cambai Prabumulih, for the t test of leadership style variable (X1) obtained t (4.333)> t table (2.011), meaning that the leadership style partially influence on employee performance. T test variable work discipline (X2) obtained t (2.545)> t table (2.011), meaning that the work discipline partially influence on employee performance.

This study aims to determine how the effect of product quality to customer satisfaction and customer loyalty on the product Tolak Angin Cair Sidomuncul and to find out what is the most dominant variable affecting consumer satisfaction and brand loyalty to the product of Tolak Angin Cair Sidomuncul. The population in this study is that people in the District of Umbulharjo, the city of Yogyakarta. Sampling techniques used is incidental sampling. Sources of data from this study using primary data obtained from the deployment questionnaire. This study used data analysis techniques are qualitative and quantitative analysis (multiple regression analysis, t test and F test). T test results on customer satisfaction (Y1) show that for each of the performance variables (X1), Reliability (X2), Endurance (X3), Aesthetics (X4), and perceived quality (X5) obtained the calculated value of t-count> t-table. It can be concluded that the performance variables (X1), aesthetics (X4), the perceived quality (X5), the partial effect is not significant and, while the variables Reliability (X2), Endurance (X3) and significant effect on customer satisfaction and t test results on brand loyalty disimpilkan that performance (X1), Reliability (X2), Endurance (X3), Aesthetics (X4), partial and no significant effect, whereas the perceived quality variables (X5) of consumer  loyalty to the product Tolak Angin Sidomuncul. The results of the F test, F-table obtained  = 5% F-count on the consumer satisfaction of 7.420. While the F-count on brand loyalty of 16.728. Because the F-count value. F-table, then the performance of independent variables (X1), Reliability (X2), Endurance (X3), Aesthetics (X4), and perceived quality (X5) simultaneously affect consumer satisfaction and brand loyalty to the product of Tolak Angin Cair Sidomuncul.

PT. Sinar Suri Toyota is located in Manokwari Regency, West Papua Province. The research objective was to see whether compensation and work motivation had an effect on employee performance. This type of research is associative research using a quantitative approach method. The population is all employees in the workshop who work at PT. Sinar Suri Toyota Manokwari with a total of 32 people. However, at the time of data collection, there was a pandemic Covid-19 so that data retrieval via google was from. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. To see the effect of the independent variable compensation and work motivation on the dependent variable employee performance through hypothesis testing. There are two ways used to measure the independent and dependent variables based on the t test and the F test. From the research results based on the parti al test (t test) for the variable compensation and work motivation on employee performance. For a significant value smaller than the error error (0.000> 0.05) and a significant value smaller than the error error (0.032> 0.05, so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that partially the compensation and work motivation variables have a significant effect on the variable Employee performance While simultaneous testing (F test) of compensation and motivation variables on employee performance variables with a significant value smaller than the error error (0.000> 0.05) so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that simultaneously, compensation and motivation greatly affect employee performance.
