The population in this study is the overall employees of PT. RB Sukasada Jl. Kebumen Land No. 901-902, 17 Ilir, Ilir Tim. I, Palembang, South Sumatra 30122, amounting to 39 employees, with census sampling.Data collection techniques used in this study was a questionnaire with the answer given a score based on a scale interval of 1-5 with the Likert method. With multiple linear regress analysis tools. The next test of the hypothesis that f test and t-test to determine of independent variables on the dependent variable, and making inferences. Data analysis techniques in this study assisted by the Statistical program for special science (SPSS) The results of research by F test resulted in no significant effect Motivation and Job Training together with the Employee Performance at PT. RB Sukasada with a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 34.9%. While based on the t-test a significant difference between motivation and job training partially on performance. With the results of multiple regression 57.0% effect of motivation on the performance and 47.6% influence on the performance of job training. Conclusion motivation and job training are still low in achieving performance.

The aim is to see the effect of work influence on employee performance, which represents employee performance, as well as work discipline and workers on employee performance. Which is the object of research at the Social Service for Women's Empowerment and Child Protection in Pematangsiantar City with 40 employees. The analysis used is the validity and reliability test, normality, coefficient of determination, simple and multiple equations, then partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (F test). The results of the study found that all variables of this study: work discipline, individual appraisal and performance were declared valid and reliable. To test for normal distribution that the value of the variable is stated as normal distribution, then the coefficient of determination shows that each independent variable contributes to the employee performance variable. The results of the equation carried out with simple regression show positive results and with multiple equations it is found that the greater the contribution of individual factors to employee performance than work discipline. Partial test (t test) found a positive and significant effect of work discipline on employee performance, as well as to assess individual performance. Simultaneous test (F test) that work discipline and people have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

This study aims to determine the effect of emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada, East Aceh Regency. The number of samples in this study is 65 respondents using non-probability sampling technique that is saturated sampling. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The regression equation obtained is K = 2.138 + 0.442X1 + 0.218X2. The results of this study explain that emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient have a significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada, East Aceh District, where from the results of the t test, the value of t sig is obtained. emotional Quotient variable is 0.018 <0.05, and spiritual Quotient variable is 0.033 <0.05. Emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada, East Aceh Regency, where the F test results obtained t sig values. 0.011 <0.05. From the analysis of the coefficient of determination, it is known that emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient affect employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada Aceh Timur by 47.2%, while the remaining 52.8% is influenced by other variables outside this research model.

This study aims to describe the effect of salary and incentives on the performance of employees of PT. Unilastindo Interbuana Pandaan simultaneously, partially and most dominantly. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, data analysis techniques that are validity, reliability, multiple linear regression with F test and t test. The validity test results obtained by the calculated r value of the variable salary, incentives and employee performance is greater than the value of r proven valid tables and the reliability test results obtained a reliable value of salary, incentives and proven reliable employee performance. Based on the results of the F test (Simultaneous), known the value of sig. F count is 0.00 because the significance value of F is less than 0.05, the regression analysis model is significant. T test results explain, that the salary and incentive variables significantly influence employee performance variables, because the salary is significant 0.018 <0.05 and the incentive is significant 0.012 <0.05. The most dominant incentive variable influences employee performance, this is indicated by the value of Standardized Coefficients Beta incentive variable is greater than the salary variable. Influenced by indicators include: performance, length of work, seniority, needs, fairness and eligibility, job evaluation.

Financial distress is a condition where the results of the company's performance are unable to meet the company's obligations. The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of Liquidity and Profitability in measuring financial distress in PT .eterindo wahanatama Tbk and PT. Waskita Karya Tbk. The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis techniques, and for hypothesis testing is a partial statistical test (t test) and simultaneous test (f test). The results of the t test show that liquidity (CR) (X1) has an effect but not significant to financial distress, Profitability (ROA) (X2) has a significant effect on financial distress. Based on the simultaneous F test means that together Liquidity (CR) and Profitability (ROA) have no significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). Based on the test of the coefficient of determination of 0.354 it can be interpreted that the effect of Liquidity (CR) and Profitability (ROA) on purchasing decisions is equal to 28.4%. The remaining 71.6% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study. Keywords : Liquidity, Profitability, financial Distress.
