Introduction. The results of a hygienic risk assessment of the use of pesticides based on glyphosate in agricultural production are presented. The study of the pathogenetic mechanisms of action on the body of widely used glyphosate-containing herbicides and the search for markers of health conditions that change under the influence of these drugs are of increasing interest for the early diagnosis of pathological processes and the prevention of occupational and occupational diseases. The aim of this study was to assess the health effects of glyphosate-based pesticides on the health of operators in an agricultural environment. Materials and methods. The clinical material for the study was the plasma and erythrocytes of the peripheral blood of operators in contact with glyphosate-containing pesticides. As a control group, 20 clinically healthy individuals of the same age group, who had no contact with the studied pesticides, were selected. There were assessed leading indices of general clinical and biochemical blood tests and markers of endogenous intoxication and oxidative stress. Results. There were established acceptable risk of exposure to pesticides on workers, subject to compliance with technological regulations and safety requirements. Minor deviations of indicators of general and biochemical blood tests were revealed. A statistically significant increase in the total level of carbonyl derivatives compared to control was obtained among operators who had more substantial contact with glyphosate-containing pesticides. Conclusion. Working conditions when using preparations in the form of aqueous solutions containing glyphosate, using ground-based spraying of steam fields with a consumption rate of 8 l / ha, subject to compliance with regulations and safety measures, comply with hygienic requirements. The established statistically significant changes in the blood parameters of the operators in comparison with the control group indicate the presence of a risk to the health for workers in contact with glyphosate-containing pesticides and indicates the need for additional biochemical studies during periodic medical examinations of agricultural workers for the early detection of deviations in the health state caused by exposure to pesticides, including those containing glyphosate.

The physiological state of animals is to a certain extent characterized by hematological indicators, since blood occupies a special place in the body. By transferring nutrients and biologically active substances, the blood performs the general regulation of vital functions of the body. The use of Vitartil as a feed additive in the diets of animals leads to an increase in glycolytic processes and a decrease in the body’s need for oxygen delivery, which contributes to the growth of the animal body. The purpose of the research was to study the changes in blood parameters taking into account the age of Hereford steers against the background of the use of Vitartil feed additive to the main diet and its effect on the productive traits of animals. In order to carry out the experiment two groups of steers-analogs of Hereford breed have been formed at the age of 6 months per 10 heads in each. The difference between the groups was that the steers of the experimental group have been received the feed additive Vitartil in addition to the main diet. The greater yield of the meat part was in the steers of the experimental group in comparison with the herdmates of the control group. This indicator in the experimental group was 78,9 %, while in the control group it was lower by 1,6 %. The animals of the experimental group were superior to their herdmates in terms of meat weight by 1,4 kg or by 8,8 %. The relative number of bones was lower in the experimental group and amounted to 18,4 %, and in the control group 19,2 %. The meat content index was high in the steer have been received the biologically active additive Vitartil and was 4,3, and in the control group 4,0. It has been found that the use of Vitartil feed additive to the main diet of Hereford steers increases the blood content of hemoglobin and glucose, which has a certain effect on the morphological and chemical composition of meat, as well as increases its energy value.

The exposure of the body to stress, regardless of whether it comes from physical, chemical or emotional stimuli from the environment, causes an inadequate adaptation of the organisms which can contribute to the development of various diseases. Abnormally high blood concentrations of cortisol, known as stress hormone, lead to the development of a hormonal disorder called hyperadrenocorticism or Cushing’s syndrome. In the majority of cases, Cushing’s syndrome is diagnosed when symptoms are apparent, and screening endocrinological test confirms the existence either of increased cortisol production or decreased sensitivity of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis to negative glucocorticoid feedback. In our research, we examined a total of 23 male and 7 female dogs that were suspected to have Cushing’s syndrome, based on history and clinical signs. A total of 15 male and 5 female dogs were positive for Cushing’s syndrome (HAC group), whereas the remaining dogs were used to form non-HAC group. Using the apparatus IDEXX “Vet Test 8008”, the following biochemical parameters were determined: glucose, urea, creatinine, phosphorus, calcium, total protein, albumin, globulin, alanine aminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase, bilirubin, cholesterol, and amylase. Regarding haematological parameters, the following parameters were investigated: erythrocytes, leukocytes, platelets, erythrocyte indices (MCV, MCH, MCHC, RDW), white blood cell count, haemoglobin and haematocrit, using “Laser cite vet lab Station” (IDEXX). No significant differences in haematological and biochemical blood parameters were noticed between the HAC and the non-HAC group of dogs. However, dogs suffering from Cushing’s syndrome had a higher value in the number of erythrocytes compared to the control group. The finding that has to be payed attention to is the difference in platelet count between the control group of dogs and dogs suffering from Cushing’s syndrome.

BACKGROUND: Filgrastim, a neopogen brand, is a blood-forming agent and a natural protein in the body that plays a role in stimulating the growth of white blood cells and protecting them against infectious agents. To the best of knowledge, human and animal specimens have shown the effect of Filgrastim on treating brain injuries regarding bone marrow transfusion into the blood, neuroprotection, stimulation of neurons for forming new neural networks and reducing the risk of bacterial infections. AIM: This study aimed to investigate the effect of Filgrastim on the prognosis of a cerebral haemorrhage in patients with traumatic brain injury. METHODS: This study was conducted as a clinical trial, in which the initial diagnosis of patients with cerebral haemorrhage due to head trauma was performed with a clinical examination and CT scan. After the patient arrives at the emergency room, the patient's initial examination is performed, and blood tests are taken from the patient. Moreover, CBC values (Hb, Platelet, Hematocrit) were checked and recorded in the checklist. The intervention group received 150 mcg/day Filgrastim injected subcutaneously for 4 days. Furthermore, patients in the control group received the same amount of sterile water. At the end of the treatment period, blood tests were performed again in all patients, and their results were then recorded. All data were analysed by SPSS v.21 software package. RESULTS: Our findings revealed that the mean volume of bleeding in the intervention group based on CT scan was significantly reduced after four days as compared to the control group. Moreover, the mean score of consciousness and muscular strength of patients in the intervention group was significantly higher than the control group. Also, WBCs in the intervention group exhibited a significant increase after four days of intervention, while platelet and hematocrit levels in the intervention group decreased significantly compared to the control group. CONCLUSION: Regarding the results, the therapeutic application of filtration is considered to be effective. Given the lack of serious complications of the proposed dosages, the use of this drug can be suggested.

It is known that mineral additives play an important role in increasing the productivity and efficiency of the animal husbanry industry as a whole. The state of the body can be assessed by the content of mineral substances in a blood test. The purpose of the work was to study changes in morphological and biochemical blood parameters in first-calf heifers during the period of increasing the milk yield when they are fed a complex mineral and vitamin feed additive (CMVFA). The study of the influence of feeding the complex mineral and vitamin feed additive in the ration to first-calf heifers during the the period of increasing the milk yield on morphological and biochemical blood parameters has been carried out. The experiments were carried out in 2019–2020 in the OOO Breeding Farm “Valiev” in the Dyurtyulinsky district in the Republic of Bashkortostan on 3 groups of first-calf heifers of Black-and-White breed per 15 heads in each selected by the method of pairs of analogues. The animals of the control group received the main ration (MR) adopted on the farm, the 1st experimental group MR+120 g/head CMVFA according to the recipe No. 1, the 2nd experimental group MR+120 g/head CMVFA according to the recipe No. 2. In the ration of animals of the control group there was a deficiency of basic macro- and microelements. The use of CMVFA as part of the ration of first-calf heifers during the period of increasing the milk yield had a positive effect on the morphological and biochemical parameters of blood. Studies have shown that the use of CMVFA in the rations of first-calf heifers provided the need for minerals and vitamins, accelerating metabolic processes in the body during the most stressful period of lactation, the period of increasing the milk yield. According to the results of biochemical blood parameters, it is possible to esimate the improvement of protein, carbohydrate and mineral and vitamin nutrition in the first-cakf heifers of the experimental groups during the period of increasing the milk yield, which showed their genetic potential more fully and used nutrients more effectively for milk synthesis.

Promising direction in ensuring food security and independence of Russia is the widespread use and study of new feed additives of probiotic action. Today, probiotic preparations are widely used in dairy farming. They support the positive microbial balance of the gastrointestinal tract and stimulate the activity of the digestive, motor-evacuation, hormonal and immune systems. Authors studied the efficiency of the composition of 2 strains of Bacillus subtilis during 14 days after calving (1 experimental group) and 14 days before calving and 14 days after calving (2 experimental group) in the technology of milk production and improving its quality. In the process of conducting scientific and industrial experience, modern research methods were used that were able to obtain high-quality and most informative data on the processes occurring in the body. Analysis of the results of hematological blood parameters of animals of all groups confirmed the physiological of recovery of the cow's body in the postpartum period, but with different degrees of intensity. Animals of the experimental groups reached peak milk production. By the end of the third month in group 1, milk productivity was 28.94±6.84 kg, in group 2 - 32.17±3.33 kg, which formed an increase of 6.44% and 15.59% relative to the background values. In the control group of cows-27.90±7.25 kg. By day 150, the average daily milk yield in animals of the first group was 25.07 ± 4.38 kg, the second - 25.33 ± 2.52 kg, control 22.75 ± 8.82 kg. Milk quality indicators - fat and protein content in animals receiving probiotic supplements were variable. In the milk of animals of the 1st and 2nd groups, the average fat content was recorded 3.69 g / 100g and 3.74 g / 100g, respectively, and the average protein content was 3.104 g / 100 g and 3.240 g / 100 g. In peers of the control group, the fat and protein content in milk was determined to be 3.79 g / 100 g and 3.016 g / 100 g. The studies established and proved the promise of the widespread introduction of probiotic in dairy cattle breeding, which was based on the composition of endo- and exometabolites of 2 strains of Bacillus subtilis. There was an improvement in the physiological status and an increase in the milk productivity of Holstein cows of the black-motley breed.

The effect of the vitamin and mineral supplement "Kostoprav" on the level of erythrocytes and biochemical parameters of blood, as well as on indicators of live weight, absolute and relative growth and exterior indicators was studied. As a result of the research, it was established that the piglets of the experimental groups, which were fed the supplement "Kostoprav" at a dose of 20 g / kg against the background of the main diet, for 21 days. feed and 30 g/1 kg feed contributed to an increase in the live weight of weaned pigs by 15.6 and 18.4 % than in the control. The blood parameters of the weaning pigs were within the physiological norm and in the third experimental group were accompanied by an increase in the level of erythrocytes by 17.6 %, calcium by 18.7 %, phosphorus by 16.7 %, sugar by 13.2 %, compared with the control. group. This indicates an improvement in the digestive function of the gastrointestinal tract and an increase in metabolic processes in the body. The use of the vitamin and mineral supplement "Kostoprav" contributed to an increase in the measurements of the body length in the 3rd experimental group by 2.3 %, chest girth by 3.3 %, height at the withers by 0.9 % than in the control group.

Currently it has become popular to use different feed additives that allow us to increase the indicators of live weight gain by accelerating the metabolic processes in the body of animals, which allows us to take everything from the feed and to the maximum. With the advent of this trend in the market the range of feed additives in different directions has increased. For the research we have selected Vermiculite Expanded as a feed additive. The purpose of the research was to search the dynamics of changes in blood parameters in experimental steers in comparison with the control group against the background of the use of the feed additive Vermiculite Expanded. An assessment of blood parameters of Kazakh White-headed steers against the background of the use of mineral feed additive has been presented in the article. Three groups of steers have been formed for the research: the 1st group has been as a control and received the main economic ration; the 2nd and 3rd experimental groups received the feed additive to the main feeding ration in doses of 10 and 15 g/head for the groups, respectively. On the laboratory base blood tests we were able to search the correlation between morphological and biochemical parameters of blood and the growth rate of experimental steers. The steers of the 2nd and 3rd groups during the experiment had an advantage in blood serum indicators in terms of both total lipids and glucose, in the end, the difference in percentage ratio with the control group was 14,08 % in the 2nd group and 12,60 % in the 3rd experimental group. It is worth noting that the concentration of phosphorus and calcium in the blood was at the high level, which in our opinion reflects the influence of the feed additive Vermiculite Expanded.

The paper presents the results of scientific and economic experiment on the use of a new energy supplement in the diets of replacement young cattle in the post-milk period of rearing. The studies were carried out in2019 inthe conditions ofKemerovoregion in the summer and autumn period. Replacement heifers received an energy supplement mixed with concentrates in the amount of 20 ml per head per day. The experimental young animals were fed at a sufficiently high level (10.2–10.3 MJ of metabolizable energy), the amount of basic nutrients corresponded to the need. Feeding the supplement had a positive effect on the growth energy of the animals. It was established that the live weight of heifers in the experimental group reached139.2 kgby the end of the research, which is2.5 kghigher than the control. During the period of the experiment, the gross gain in live weight increased by an average of2.92 kgor 7.5%, the average daily gain exceeded control by48.6 g. When feeding the supplement, positive dynamics in hematological blood parameters was established. The amount of hemoglobin in the experimental group increased by 10.33 g/l, erythrocytes – by 0.21 million/ mm3, which characterizes the intensive course of redox processes in the body. An increase in the total protein and albumin transferases in the blood serum indicates a higher protein metabolism in comparison with the control group of young cattle. An increase in the content of globulins in the experimental group of calves by 27.43% indicates an improvement in the body immuno-defences due to the use of the supplement. The economic effect of using the energy supplement in the diets of heifers averaged 302.0 rubles per head, with a payback of 0.53 rubles.
