In establish good relationship with customer, companies need to have a good customer relationship management system as well. The purpose of this study is to explore the level of development of the use of instant messaging applications that are used for mobility of companies in establishing relationships with customers; and to investigate the factors considered important for the success of the mobility of companies in establishing relationships with their customers. In this study it was found that not all instant messaging application has a feature which serves to establish rapport with customers. The results showed some of the determinants of success in the utilization of instant messaging applications is the ease of use, target the most used mobile devices, operating systems most used by users, and mobile application user interface that is used. This study aims to determine and understand the relationship between work motivation and participatory leadership with the work behavior of the Functional Staff of the Education and Culture Office of East Nusa Tenggara Province because the Province of East Nusa Tenggara is one of the provinces whose development and growth is relatively slower compared to other provinces in Indonesia. The study population was the functional staff who did not have a structural position of 94 people. Samples were taken as many as 75 people. Data collection using a questionnaire instrument.Based on hypothesis testing, this study found: (1) there was a relationship between work motivation and work behavior in which work motivation contributed 49.29% to work behavior, (2) there was a positive relationship between participative leadership and work behavior in which participative leadership contributed 51.49% of work behavior, and there is a positive relationship between work motivation and participatory leadership together with work behavior. Where work motivation and participatory leadership together contribute 67.01% to work behavior. From the three findings, the conclusions of this study are stated that: (a) Work behavior provides a good relationship to increase work motivation, (b) Work behavior can be improved by considering participatory leadership, by involving employees in every decision making, respecting opinions and proposals employees, and enhance collaboration.

<p><em>This research was conducted using descriptive method to analyze and interpret the condition or condition of shadow embroidery industry barung barung balantai so that policy can be taken. The result of this research is shadow embroidery artisans must maximize social media for promotion, improve good relationship with local government in the form of continuous cooperation in order to maximize the existing potential in the shadow embroidery, utilize existing skilled manpower to do the coaching on the craftsmen so that the amount increases to increase production capacity and there is cutting time in the work, cooperating with other industries that support shadow embroidery such as bags, shoes, etc. through local government, making a joint container or a kind of shadow embroidery union can be a cooperative institution, marketing institutions or other institutions, increasing skill of craftsmen in processing materials embroidery and skill from the owner in managing his group facing competition with other products, as well as increasing the use of technology in the design and development of motives.</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p>Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode deskriptif untuk menganalisis dan menginterprestasikan keadaan atau kondisi industri sulam bayangan barung barung balantai sehingga dapat diambil kebijakan. Hasil penelitian ini pengrajin sulam bayangan harus memaksimalkan media sosial untuk promosi, meningkatkan hubungan baik dengan pemerintah daerah berupa kerjasama yang kontinue guna memaksimalkan potensi yang ada pada sulam bayangan, memanfaatkan tenaga terampil yang ada untuk melakukan pembinaan pada pengrajin sehingga jumlahnya bertambah agar kapasitas produksi meningkat dan ada pemangkasan waktu dalam pengerjaan, menjalin kerjasama dengan industri lain yang mendukung sulam bayangan seperti tas, sepatu, dll melalui pemerintah daerah, membuat wadah bersama atau semacam persatuan sulam bayangan bisa berupa lembaga koperasi, lembaga pemasaran ataupun lembaga lainnya, meningkatkan skill pengrajin dalam mengolah bahan sulam dan skill dari pemilik dalam mengelola kelompoknya menghadapi persaingan dengan produk lain, serta meningkatkan penggunaan teknologi dalam desain dan pengembangan motif.</p><p><em><br /></em></p>

To explore the relationships between the performances and microstructures of modified asphalt, in the tests, one kind of basic asphalt、two kinds of modifiers and four kinds of modifiers content were selected to prepare modified asphalt. The SBS modified asphalt performances such as softening point, viscosity, Rutting Factor G*/sinδ and the corresponding microstructures with different shearing time were analyzed. The results show that different modifiers have different modification effects on the asphalt，but the change trends of performances and microstructures with the modifier content and shearing time are basically the same. It is also found that there is a good relationship between microstructure and macro performance, the average area of the modifier is closely related to the softening point, total area (or area percentage) and the shape factor of the modifier are suitable to reflect the mechanical behavior of modified asphalts.

Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) has spread rapidly around the world leading to massive changes in various areas. World Health Organization (WHO) has declared this disease a global pandemic in March 2020 causing a range of restrictions and global lockdown. Sexual behaviors have suffered change because of the virus transmission and governmental regulations for people to stay inside their homes. This paper addresses the quality of sexual life during lockdown in Romanian population. We discuss results from an online survey of 395 adults who were asked about their intimate lives, in terms of pornography consumption, solo masturbation and sexual intercourse. We also collected data regarding variables of a good relationship in order to see wether they have an influence over sexual life. We found that a good relationship is strongly connected to quality of sexual life. Our results also show that many people have solo masturbated (72,2%) and have consumed pornography materials (56,5%). Key words: sexual life, COVID-19, sexual behavior.

<p>The Southern of Thailand citizens are known as the plural society that possesses various different religions. Even though the citizens are from multi-religious society, the majority of them are Muslims and followed by the Buddhists. It is a continuous issue for the religious believers in the Southern of Thailand in communicating with the other religious believers. Their interaction process is always accompanied by the suspicion and doubt among each other. Among the concepts of harmonious living in a religious pluralism society, openness attitude is the most important basic concept. It plays the significant role as a tool to form a good relationship among people. Therefore, this study is meant to scrutinize to which extent the religious teaching that teaches on the religious harmonious of life influence its believers in interpreting it to an openness attitude in their daily interaction. This study utilised two main methods namely the qualitative and the quantitative approaches. The results from the descriptive analysis depict that most of religious believers in the Southern of Thailand possess the openness attitude in interacting with the other believers at a good level as 40.02% of them agreed, and 30.96% of them strongly agreed on the issue. Hence, the findings have convinced the study that majority of the citizens in the Southern of Thailand are highly motivated to live harmoniously. Nevertheless, it cannot be denied that there are some of the religious believers failed to practice the openness attitude when interacting with the other believers, so it is a must to identify the causes in order to offer the best solution for it.</p>

The African proverb that ‘a set of white teeth does not indicate a pure heart’ aptly illustrates the relationship that exists between the Africa and the West. Colonization which is the image of friendship with the White man turns out to be a curse rather than a blessing. The Africans in their brotherhood temperament happily offers a handshake with the White man with the hope fostering a good relationship only to discover that the kind gesture is tampered with bad omen by his guest. The advancement of the White man was a happy thing to the Africans who assumed it to usher in good relationship between the West and the Africans. But it rather turned out to be a curse. Though belaboured in literary criticism, this paper attempts to look at the irony of the handshake as a symbolic image, exposing the White man’s wicked impressions as against the good intentions of the Africans. To do this Oyono’s Houseboy and The Old Man and the Medal are used for this study. The paper examines the degree of acceptance by the Africans and the humane acceptance of the White man and his eventual exploitative attitude toward the same people who happily accepted them. The White man’s use of violence to oppress, subjugate and assault his hosts. The paper explores the ridiculing nature of colonialism and providing the insight to view the psychology of both the White man and his African host. Allusion is also made of other texts that express the same themes.

This study aims to analyze the teachers' manners contained in the book of Adab al-Alim wa al-Muta’allim by K.H.M. Hasyim Asya'ari from a psychological perspective. This study was a qualitative study with a literature review approach. These manners had been classified into several categories and then were analyzed with a psychological perspective. The results showed that, first, the teachers' manners could be classified into 6 categories. They are manners related to inner behavior, prayer and practical deed, exemplary, scientific competence, good relationship, and teaching techniques. Second, After had been analyzed from a psychological perspective, the results showed that manners being related to inner behavior, prayer, and practical deed were relevant with al-Quran dan al-Hadits; manners being related to exemplary and scientific competence were associated with Bandura's social cognitive theory; manners being related to a good relationship and teaching techniques were linked with the theory of cognitivism and humanism.
