Analysis of materials of the State Geological Map 1 : 1 000 000 (3rd generation) for the southern Sakha–Yakutiya territory in the course of compilation of the Minerogenic forecast map of the Russian Federation and its continental shelf, 1 : 2 500 000, and of the Map of the distribution regularities and forecast for porphyry goldcopper, large-tonnage black-shale gold, and epithermal gold deposits of the Russian Federation, 1 : 2 500 000, has allowed the authors to substantiate distinguishing the new Aldan-Vilyui ore-placer gold-bearing province with a total area of 450 000 km2 in the basins of the Lena, Aldan, and Vilyui rivers. The authors estimate the metallogenic potential of the province at 5000 t of gold. In the near future, this province may become a new extensive resource base of gold and related elements for the Russian Federation.

Many leading world powers are already setting ambitious goals to achieve zero CO2 emis-sions in the electric power industry through the use of renewable energy sources (RES) in the near future. In Russia, this type of generation also received state support, however, more modest, due to the low intercon-nection between Russia and renewable energy sources in terms of the state's energy security. The purpose of the study is to determine the effectiveness of the existing support for renewable energy in the Russian Federation, to assess the feasibility of building these facilities in our country, as well as to provide a scientifically substantiated proposal for alternative ways of developing the industry. The paper analyzes and summarizes the economic aspects of investment and operating activities of wind, solar and small hydropower in Russia. As a result, it was concluded that the pace of development chosen by the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation can be considered correct, but it is necessary to adjust the support program and diversify in terms of the subjectivity of the construction of new generating facilities based on RES.

Abstract It is known that nowadays one of the main problems of mining is the depletion of reserves. The researchers consider mining waste as a source of replenishment of the resource base. Disputes on the prospects for technogenic raw material processing are becoming especially relevant. The object of research chosen by the authors in this article is the technogenic neoplasms resulting from dredging and hydraulic processing of placer gold. The paper presents the results of assessing the prospects and application of the information technologies, in particular, the analysis of data from remote sensing of the Earth in the design and organization of work to involve technogenic placers in operation. It is shown that these technologies are able to increase the efficiency of work and reduce labor costs at the stage of preliminary study of potential development targets. Technogenic complexes of depleted fields are a significant reserve of the mineral resource base of gold and other precious metals. This paper presents the results of the creation of a method for expert assessment of spatial and volumetric indicators of technogenic complexes of alluvial fields and other landscape objects using remote sensing of the territory and analysis of geological information. The Kerbinsky gold-bearing region of the Khabarovsk Region was chosen as the object of research.

The prospects and problems of using the Northern sea route for transportation of raw materials are examined. The author makes an attempt to study the current state of the Northern sea route as the most important transport corridor of the Arctic region, and analyzes the existing problems that reduce the economic efficiency of cargo transit along the NSR. The ways to improve the efficiency of transportation of raw materials along the Northern sea route are reviewed. The author assesses the importance of the Arctic region for the Russian Federation as a whole, as well as he points out the need for its development in the near future.

This article reveals the important practical importance of academic cooperation between legal doctrine and achievements of technical laboratories in terms of defining “points of growth” in questions of digitalization of law and development of legal tools aimed at regulating the technogenic factor on the one hand and legal support of “game-changing” results in a in the conditions of digital economy on the other hand. The important role of the transformation of social regulators, designed to regulate the “infrastructural” and “institutional” incorporation of “digital” technologies into the existing legal system, is noted. The current place of the Russian Federation on readiness for the digital economy is subject to, among other things, insufficient theoretical study as a result of the regulatory framework, which often does not act as a platform for growth, but rather contains many gaps - which have to be overcome at the expense of law enforcement practice. The article notes that the trend of “digitalization” of Russian law is closely linked to the need to maintain the ecosystem of the digital economy and to identify “growth points” and enforce their urgent character based on the state’s resource base, defines a positive agenda for “digitalization” of Russian law and raises a number of questions for the Russian science. It is concluded that one of the topical issues in the framework of the “digitalization” of Russian law is legal robotics, which is perceived as the automation of workflows, the existence of interrelated algorithms of actions aimed at generating a predictable result based on some initial simulated and prescribed situation and maximum robotization of legal processes. Using the example of the Kazan Federal University, which proclaimed the promotion of innovative development of the focus areas of the Russian Federation as one of its missions, the achievements obtained as a result of the interaction of legal doctrine and technical laboratories are revealed.

The study of the White Sea region and the adjacent area aimed to model the structure of the crystalline portion of the crust at the contact of the northeastern slope of the Fennoscandian Shield and the Russian Plate. Modeling was based on geological, geophysical and DSS profile data, State Geological Map of the Russian Federation (scale 1:1 000 000), Explanatory Notes to Sheets Q-35, 36, 37, and 38 (third generation, 2009), and Tectonic Map of the White Sea and Adjacent Areas (2012). A model was constructed using GIS INTEGRO software (VNIIgeosystems), specifically its procedures for calculation and visualization of 2D and 3D models showing crust density and magnetic fields. The model of the study area shows the structure of the crust and the characteristics of its horizons.

A significant part of placer mineral deposits in the Arctic zone of Russia urges the need for its strategic development in the near and medium term. Applicably to underground mining of placer gold deposits, the problems of safe and efficient extraction of minerals by mines in the conditions of the Far North are considered. A substantiated choice of uncovering and mining technology for gold-bearing sand strata is proposed in the context of rational planning of mining operations associated with minimizing material and labor costs for uncovering and extracting a part of the deposit, as well as completeness of reserves depletion during the operational period. Safe parameters of structural elements of room mining systems have been determined by geomechanical assessments. Methods for additional support of the roof of mined-out rooms are proposed. The indicators of losses and dilution of gold-bearing sands in accordance with the sources of their formation were determined by the graphoanalytical method.

Research subject. The weathering crust of Proterozoic slates in the Neklya River basin and Paleozoic granites in the Nizh- neselemdzhinsky gold-bearing node (NGBN) in the Tatarka River basin.Methods. The research was carried out using the methods of atomic absorption, X-ray fluorescent and mineralogical analysis of rocks and minerals. The method of raster electron microscopy was used to study the element structure, morphological and microstructural features of minerals.Results. Specific features of native gold from the weathering crust of NGBK were defined. It was established that the NGBN weathering crust contains both hypogene gold, partially changed in the course of hypergenesis, and neogenic gold. A considerable share of gold is of high purity (1000%o). Occasionally, gold in the form of complex accretions from grains of different morphology and structure is present. A specific feature of weathering crust gold is its interpenetrations within the rock matrix of a varying mineral structure. Gold-bearing carbonaceous structures in the form of films and outgrowths on gold grains were revealed; the presence of carbon in rock components associating with the noble metal was defined. In the crust, the participation of carbon in physicochemical processes was established, as a result of which the release of Au, encapsulated in minerals-concentrators, and its redeposition on geochemical barriers occur. Gold nanoparticles can be long-acting growth centres in the host rocks, first coalescing with each other to yield nanoformations, then microforms, etc. In the weathering crust of gold deposits, both the transformation of the hypogenic noble metal and the formation of its new forms occur.Conclusion. This work contributes to the expansion of the mineral resource base of gold in the Amur Region, including through such unconventional sources as the NGBN weathering crust.
