Business ethics is a study of true or false moral. People doing business aims to findas much profit as possible, even using unethical means. The conventional classic economiclaw controls the capital as small as possible and dredge profits as good as possible. Thusmaking the business people to justify everything. It's no surprise that business people donot pay attention to social responsibility and business ethics. This research aims to knowthe Islamic business and to know the attitudes of the traders in the market Manaqibalready in accordance with Islamic business ethics. Research is done by collecting datafrom a variety of sources: books, magazines, journals or other writings and is supported by direct observation or observation and interviews and then then Symbolisions. The methodused in this research is a descriptive method with a normative juridical approach. Anormative juridical approach is an approach made based on key legal materials byexamining theories, concepts, principles of law and legislation. From the results of theresearch found that traders understand the ethical selling good by offering goods in anhonest, trustworthy, polite, and do not conceal the defective goods. When it is stored byother merchants they keep it well. Traders are traders who are ethics of Islamic business,because almost all traders in the market Manaqib have applied the foundations of Islamicbusiness ethics on the implementation of its businesses

Business ethics is a character that is used to differentiate between a good and bad thing, right or wrong, should or should not, etc. and means a general principle that corrects someone to implement it in their behavior in terms of the business world. In today's era where technology has developed very rapidly, people can often understand in the business world about a business that has the main goal of getting very much profit. In economic law that continues to rely on little capital and also wants to get as much profit as possible, it is possible that business actors dominate business actors so that they do everything they can to get very large profits. Whereas in Islamic law, it has been explained how the ethics of doing business in sharia which have been exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad SAW. This study aims to analyze the suitability of the application of business ethics in online buying and selling transactions on Lazada Marketplace with sharia business ethics in accordance with the rules set by Islam. The method used in this study is a descriptive method to describe an object or subject as it is to present reality and have the characteristics of the object precisely studied. The results showed that Islamic business ethics have not been applied in the practice of buying and selling in online stores in Marketplace Lazada and the application of business ethics practices has not been in accordance with islamic business ethics principles. Etika bisnis adalah karakter yang digunakan untuk membedakan antara hal yang baik dan buruk, benar atau salah, harus atau tidak, dll dan berarti prinsip umum yang mengoreksi seseorang untuk menerapkannya dalam perilaku mereka dalam dunia bisnis. Di era sekarang ini di mana teknologi berkembang sangat pesat, orang sering kali dapat memahami dalam dunia bisnis tentang sebuah bisnis yang memiliki tujuan utama untuk mendapatkan keuntungan yang sangat banyak. Dalam hukum ekonomi yang terus mengandalkan modal yang kecil dan juga ingin mendapatkan keuntungan yang sebesar-besarnya, tidak menutup kemungkinan pelaku usaha mendominasi pelaku usaha sehingga melakukan segala cara untuk mendapatkan keuntungan yang sangat besar. Padahal dalam hukum Islam telah dijelaskan bagaimana etika berbisnis secara syariah yang telah dicontohkan oleh Nabi Muhammad SAW. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesesuaian penerapan etika bisnis dalam transaksi jual beli online di Marketplace Lazada dengan etika bisnis syariah sesuai dengan aturan yang telah ditetapkan oleh Islam. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif untuk menggambarkan suatu objek atau subjek apa adanya untuk menyajikan realitas dan memiliki ciri-ciri objek yang diteliti secara tepat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa etika bisnis Islam belum diterapkan dalam praktik jual beli di toko online dalam Marketplace Lazada serta penerapan praktik etika bisnis belum sesuai dengan dengan prinsip etika bisnis Islam.

The purpose of this research was analyzing the application of Supply Chain Management in the perspective of Islamic business ethics. Islamic business ethics is related to the implementation of Supply Chain Management in related companies, from the purchasing process of production, retail distribution to consumption by the public. There needs to be a concept of applying Islamic business ethics as a basis for doing business. Business ethics are sometimes ignored by business people. By applying business ethics, a businessman can understand even very difficult business competition, how to maintain good manners, be friendly, how to dress properly and how to speak words to deal with customers, all of which has meaning. business people do everything they can to get high profits, even business people often ignore the ethics that must be considered in running a business. The method used in this research was qualitative research by using the document analysis. The results of this article on the application of Supply Chain Management in the perspective of Islamic business ethics were that every company when conducting its business must have elements of unity, justice, free will, responsibility and virtue.

Indeed, in terms of the whole implementation of life has been arranged in the view of Islamic teachings to regulate all human life including in relation to the implementation of the economy and business. Islam does not allow any person to work haphazardly to achieve his/her goals and desires by justifying any means such as committing fraud, cheating, false vows, usury, and any other vanity deeds. But, Islam has given a boundary or line between the allowable and the unlawful, the right and wrong and the lawful and the unlawful. These limits or dividing lines are known as ethics. Behavior in business or trade is also not escaped from the moral value or business ethics values. Islamic business ethics is of which adheres to the principle of unity, equilibrium principle, freewill principle, responsibility principle, It is important for business people to integrate that ethical dimension into the framework or scope of the business. Violations of business ethics that occur at this time, become a problem in itself. One of the factors supporting the occurrence of these violations is due to lack of basic knowledge about business ethics and the freedom of business people in carrying out economic activities, as a result many business people are competing in improving market mechanisms, Business should be assessed from a moral standpoint, just like all other human activities also seen from a moral standpoint. Because when not looking at the moral aspect of doing business, business people only think about how to increase sales turnover, and not only increase turnover, but also do things that are not ethical, such as: bribery, corruption, collusion and nepotism, it makes people uneasy . Adverse effects that will occur if a company is immoral and enforces the norms that apply in business ethics then it can have an impact on consumers' distrust of their products and can complicate business development again. The Qur'an is very concerned about ethics in business. The people of Medina are people who often cheat in measuring and weighing, so Allah SWT decreases the surat of al-Mutaffifin as a threat to those who cheat in business. Siddiq is very closely related to business ethics. Siddiq in modern business ethics is often understood by the word “integrity”. Integrity is an essential principle in business. Integrity itself is a way of upholding the values and ethics of business. The values and ethics in doing business clearly have a big contribution in doing business. Integrity in business alone must be invested in someone who wants to run a business or is running a business. Business people must make this integrity a basic principle in their business.Siddiq (integrity, honesty) is defined as the basis of speech, beliefs and actions based on Islamic teachings. So that it can be concluded that the nature of Siddiq is still very relevant to modern business ethics, or in other languages that the nature of Siddiq is universal business ethics meaning that it does not recognize the basic values underlying the ethics.

The Manggisan ebankment market is a traditional market where the people conduct daily buying and selling transactions. In conducting business activities does not deny the existence of fraud that can be caused by a lack of awareness and knowledge in doing business based on Islamic business ethics. Awareness of the application of business ethics values must be carried out by every market player. Syari’ah business ethics is a moral reference as part of Islamic forms of Akhlaqul Karimah in muamalah. Islamic business ethics is based on monotheism, honesty, justice (balance) and kindness (ihsan). In conducting business activities Abu Hamid Muhammad Al Ghazali emphasied to always be guided by Islamic business ethics because by doing so a Muslim in doing his business will get two advantages namely the world and the hereafter. The formulation of the problem from this study is how the behavior of the vegetable traders ethics in the embankment Manggisan market. And how the behavior of greengrocer business ethics in the market of Abu Hamid Muhammad Al Ghazali’s embankment perspective. This research is a type of (field research) by using juridical empirical methods, namely methods that collect data by means af observation, interviews and documentation of the behavior of business ethics of vegetable traders in conducting business activities.Based on the result of the study, it can be concluded that in general the vegetable traders in the Manggisan embankment market have applied business ethics behavior in their business activities. Including starting a business by reading basmalah, not reducing scales and not taking very much profit, even though in reality they do not understand that what they are doing is part of the theory of business ethics. But there are still traders who someties are rude to buyers due to having personal problems with their families, this is considered to have violated Islamic business ethis. One of the principles that must be possessed by a Muslim trader is to be good so that what is done will provide benefits to others so that the business carried out does not only benefit themselves but also benefits others.

The research objective is to look at business ethics in Islam in the management of Corporate Social Responsibility at PT. Gersindo Minang Plantation. The subject of this research is the sustanability development of the CSR department at PT. Gersindo Minang Planatation and the people who feel the CSR activities. This research is a type of field research. Data collection uses observation, interview, and documentation methods. Data analysis was carried out in a qualitative descriptive manner. The validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The results showed that CSR management at PT. Gersindo Minang Plantation in general, is engaged in education, environment, health and social affairs. There are two types of programs, namely the Patronage and Community Development Program. In terms of Islamic business ethics, of the five axioms that include unity, equilibrium, free will, benevolence and responsibility there is one axiom that is not reflected in the program namely responsibility.

Nowadays many business people run their business by ignoring ethics and only thinking about how to make a profit. Islam rejects those that override ethics in carrying out business activities. Ethics in general can be interpreted in the behavior or actions of a person or group of people who are accustomed to and always carried out in their life activities. Whereas Business is defined as an activity carried out by humans to obtain income or income or sustenance in order to meet the needs and desires of his life by managing economic resources effectively and efficiently. Islamic business ethics is a process and effort to find out the right and wrong things which then do the right thing with regard to its business activities. In Islamic business ethics there are several principles that must be considered by everyone in running a business that is, unity / oneness, balance, freedom of will, responsibility, and truth. Islam menolak mereka yang mengesampingkan etika dalam menjalankan kegiatan bisnis. Etika secara umum dapat diartikan dalam perilaku atau tindakan seseorang atau sekelompok orang yang terbiasa dan selalu dilakukan dalam aktivitas hidupnya. Sedangkan Bisnis diartikan sebagai kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh manusia untuk memperoleh penghasilan atau pendapatan atau rezeki agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhan dan keinginan hidupnya dengan mengelola sumber daya ekonomi secara efektif dan efisien. Etika bisnis Islam adalah proses dan upaya untuk menemukan hal-hal yang benar dan salah yang kemudian melakukan hal yang benar berkaitan dengan kegiatan bisnisnya. Dalam etika bisnis Islam ada beberapa prinsip yang harus diperhatikan oleh setiap orang dalam menjalankan bisnis yaitu, kesatuan/keesaan, keseimbangan, kebebasan, tanggung jawab, dan kebenaran. To ensure that the strategy is successful, organizational policies will be needed to prepare the facilities needed to solve the problems that arise during implementation. CV policy. Karya Perdana in a company that includes corporate social responsibility which is the basis for the company manager CV. The Initial Work so that CSR is in line with the company's vision and mission and objectives in accordance with the CSR policies in force in the community. This study is an evaluative study of the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility in the perspective of Islamic business ethics with a qualitative approach. data analysis using interviews, documentation, and observation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility conducted on the CV. Perdana's work in Sumbermulyo village is in accordance with Islamic business ethics. This can be seen from CSR using Islamic business ethics principles such as: unity (divinity), Eqieulibrium (balance), free will (free will), responsibility (responsibility) and ihsan (expediency). The concept with the concept of Islam according to Al-Ghozali is done to eliminate all difficulties and inconveniences, as well as improve the quality of life morally and materially so that it can prosper the community.
