AbstractManagement of pharmaceutical preparations is a series of activities involving aspects of planning, procurement, receipt, storage, distribution, destruction and withdrawal, control and administration of drugs that are managed optimally to ensure the achievement of determination of the amount and type of pharmaceutical supplies. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the management of pharmaceutical preparations and medical consumables in health centers in Pekalongan Regency based on the Technical Instructions for Pharmaceutical Services at Puskesmas in 2019. The method used in this study was a quantitative method with descriptive quantitative analysis using simple techniques. random sampling consisting of 30 respondents from pharmacy staff in 17 health centers in Pekalongan Regency who met the inclusion criteria. The research instrument used a questionnaire with univariate analysis. The results showed that the management of pharmaceutical preparations and medical consumables (BMHP) in the planning category was very good (100%), the procurement category was very good (76.7%), the acceptance category was very good (100%), the storage category was very good (100 %), very good category distribution (90%), very good withdrawal and annihilation category (100%), very good category control (93.3%) and very good category administration stage (100%). The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of the management of pharmaceutical preparations and medical consumables (BMHP) in district health centers is in accordance with the Technical Guidelines for Pharmaceutical Service Standards at Health Centers in 2019, therefore pharmaceutical staff in each health center must always improve pharmaceutical service standards in order to prosper. high public health.Keywords: Technical Guidelines; for Pharmaceutical Services; Public health center AbstrakPengelolaan sediaan farmasi merupakan suatu rangkaian kegiatan yang menyangkut aspek perencanaan, pengadaan, penerimaan, penyimpanan, pendistribusian, pemusnahan serta penarikan, pengendalian dan administrasi obat yang dikelola secara optimal untuk menjamin tercapainya ketetapan jumlah dan jenis perbekalan farmasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi pengelolaan sediaan farmasi dan bahan medis habis pakai di puskesmas yang ada di Kabupaten Pekalongan berdasarkan Petunjuk Teknis Pelayanan Kefarmasian di puskesmas tahun 2019. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif yang bersifat deskriptif analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik simple rundom sampling yaitu sejumlah 30 responden tenaga kefarmasian dalam 17 puskesmas di Kabupaten Pekalongan yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan analisis univariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pengelolaan sediaan farmasi dan bahan medis habis pakai (BMHP) pada perencanaan kategori sangat baik (100%), pengadaan kategori sangat baik (76,7%), penerimaan kategori sangat baik (100%), penyimpanan kategori sangat baik (100%), pendistribusian kategori sangat baik (90%), penarikan dan pemusnahan kategori sangat baik (100%), pengendalian kategori sangat baik (93,3%) dan tahapan administrasi kategori sangat baik (100%). Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini bahwa pelaksanaan pengelolaan sediaan farmasi dan bahan medis habis pakai (BMHP) di puskesmas Kabupaten telah sesuai dengan Petunjuk Teknis Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Puskesmas Tahun 2019, oleh karena itu tenaga kefarmasian di setiap puskesmas harus selalu meningkatkan standar pelayanan kefarmasian guna untuk mensejahterakan kesehatan masyarakat yang tinggi.Kata kunci: Petunjuk; Teknis; Pelayanan; Kefarmasian; Puskesmas

ABSTRAKPelayanan kefarmasian di puskesmas merupakan satu kesatuan yang tidak terpisahkan dari pelaksanaan upaya kesehatan yang berperan penting dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan bagi masyarakat, khususnya di bidang kefarmasian Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui evaluasi penerapan standar pelayanan kefarmasian di Puskesmas Tanjung Karang. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif, pengambilan data dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional, instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner yang bersumber dari Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No 74 Tahun 2016 tentang standar pelayanan kefarmasian di Puskesmas. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah petugas farmasi dan pasien rawat jalan di puskesmas Tanjung Karang.  Hasil penelitian yaitu kegiatan pengelolaan obat dan bahan medis habis pakai sebesar 90%, Peralatan dan fasilitas pendukung sebesar 87,5%, pelayanan informasi obat sebesar 100%, dan sumber daya manusia sebesar 100%.Yang menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi penerapan standar pelayanan kefarmasian di Puskesmas Tanjung Karang berdasarkan Indikator-Indikator pelayanan farmasi sudah di laksanakan dengan baik dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 94,37%.Kata kunci : Evaluasi; Pelayanan Kefarmasian; Puskesmas Tanjung Karang.ABTRACT :Pharmaceutical services in health centers are an integral part of the implementation of health efforts that play an important role in improving the quality of health services for the community, especially in the field of pharmacy. This study aims to determine the evaluation of the implementation of pharmaceutical service standards at the Tanjung Karang Puskesmas. This research is a descriptive study, data collection using a cross-sectional approach, the instrument in this study is a questionnaire which is sourced from the Minister of Health Regulation No. 74 of 2016 concerning the standard of pharmaceutical services at Puskesmas. Respondents in this study were pharmacy officers and outpatients at Tanjung Karang Public Health Center. The results of the study were the management of drugs and consumable medical materials by 90%, equipment and supporting facilities at 87.5%, drug information services at 100%, and human resources at 100%, which showed that the evaluation of the implementation of pharmaceutical service standards at the Puskesmas Tanjung Karang based on indicators of pharmaceutical services has been implemented well with an average value of 94.37%.Keywords : Evaluation; Pharmaceutical Services; Puskesmas Tanjung Karang.

Objectives for review determine factors related to the occurrence of Chronic energy deficiency on pregnant women. Methods descriptive analytic with cross sectional approach. Data collection is done on Date in January-February 2017. CASE is a whole population of pregnant women in the region are working Health Center Banja Laweh Year 2017, amounted to 55 people, with sampling total sampling. Operating data analysis using univariate and bivariate statistical test Chi Square. Results of univariate analysis 87,3% of respondents experienced Genesis not CED, (60,0%) High Knowledge, (56,4%) Economy High, and 61,8% of Eating Well. Bivariate analysis known Relationship of Knowledge (p = 0.013 and OR = 12,000, Economics (p = 0.035 and OR = 10,000), and Diet (p = 0.019 and OR = 13,200) with the Genesis CED pregnant women. Can be concluded that the factors related to the occurrence of CED pregnant women is Science, Economics and the Diet. Expected to conduct monitoring of the health center and Supervision of pregnant women at risk Against The Genesis CED, so the negative impact of the CED can be addressed early on.</pre>

Diarrhea is a disease characterized by an increase in the frequency of defecation more than three times a day accompanied by changes in shape and consistency of feces of patients. Bacterial, viral or parasitic infections can cause diarrhea. This study aimed to determine the profile of the use of antidiarrheal drugs for one semester in 3 South Barito District Health Centers namely Bangkuang Health Center, Sababilah Health Center, and Buntok Health Center. The results showed that there were differences in the use of drugs in each Health Center. Based on the type of drug that is most widely used, namely for the Bangkuang Health Center was Zink (1300 prescription), for Sababilah Health Center was Metronidazole (1350 prescription), and for Buntok Health Center was Cotrimoxazole (4650 prescriptions). Based on the age of patients aged 18-60 years for Bangkuang Health Center as many as 120 people, 279 people for Sababilah Health Center, and 315 people for Buntok Health Center. Based on male and female sex, for Bangkuang Health Center were 98 males and 167 females, for Sababilah Health Center were 233 males and 258 females, and for Buntok Health Center were 298 males and 398 females. Further research needed for a long time regarding the use of antidiarrheal drugs in other Health Centers.

Background:Knowledge of leprosy prevention is the knowledge of a person doing a first line prevention or pervention action before a disease occurs. Based on data from Cirebon district Health OfficeThe incident of leprosy are 232 patients.According to the data primary health center Losari, Kedaton and Babakan There are 37 leprosy patients. Purpose: This research aimed to know an overview of knowledge about the prevention of leprosy, know an overview risk of cutaneous transmission, and knowlegde connection of prevention with leprosy transmission of primary health center Lossari, Kedaton and Babakan Cirebon District. Method:This is quantitative with Cross Sectional Study design. The population in this research is family members of leprosy primary health center Losari, Kedaton dan Babakan Cirebon district. The samples were choosen by Propotional Random Sampling which amounted to 114 respondents. The data retrieval research was conducted on 15 July – 15 September 2018. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Data analysis using Chi Square test. Result:The result of univariate analysis shows that connection of prevention leprosy was motsly good, that is mostly less 14 respondent (46,7%) and leprosy transmission mostly not risk 21 respondent (70,0%),. The result of chi square test was obtained p value = 0,011. Conclusion:Its indicatedthat there is a relationship betweenIndicating that H0 is rejected an Ha accepted means the a knowlegde connection of prevention with leprosy transmission of primary health center Lossari, Kedaton and Babakan Cirebon District

Purworejo District Health Office (DHO) has developed Health Center Management Information System (HCMIS) to provide quick, precise, and accurate information for supporting the process of decision making and the policy of services at Health Center. However, there was still any empty forms and did not use the system. To standardize Health Information System, Ministry of Health has released a concept of Generic SIKDA. Therefore, the system applied by Purworejo DHO needs to be evaluated using the method of HOT fit. This was qualitative research using indepth interview and direct observation. Main informants were nine data operators and informants for triangulation purpose was six persons from health centers and five persons from DHO. Furthermore, data were analyzed using content analysis. The result of this research revealed that the application of HCMIS at Purworejo DHO was equal to Generic SIKDA. The system had been applied routinely but there was no a guidance book and training. Number of human resources was sufficient. However, there needed to make an implementer team of Health Information System in accordance with competency. There was no routine monitoring and current budget was not sufficient to maintain hardware to support the system. Quality of the system used was good, easy to use, and available of menu to communicate data. Unfortunately, quality of resulted information had still been inaccurate and incomplete because it did not cover data of services at Subsidiary Health Centers (SHC) and Village Health Posts (VHP). The lateness of services was related to a funding procedure. HCMIS at Purworejo DHO was equal to Generic SIKDA but it had not been used to make a decision. As a suggestion, DHO needs to conduct training, monitor, and provide hardware and a network. Meanwhile, Health Centers needs to make a commitment for applying the HCMIS maximally by SHC and VHP.

ABSTRACTService quality is closely related to patient satisfaction and is an important indicator for pharmaceutical services. Good quality service will give satisfaction to patients so that it affects patients to return to the Public health center The purpose of this study was to determine the comparison of the satisfaction levels of outpatient JKN participants with pharmaceutical services at the Langowan District Health Center. The results showed that the overall average value of patient satisfaction at the Tumaratas Health Center was (-0.49) while at the Walantakan Health Center it was (-0.62) with the difference between the two health centers of (-0.13), so it can be concluded that Patient satisfaction level is more satisfying at Public health center Tumaratas compared to Public health center Walantakan Keywords : Public health center, National health insurance, satisfaction level  ABSTRAKKualitas pelayanan sangat erat kaitannya dengan kepuasan pasien dan merupakan indikator penting bagi pelayanan kefarmasian. Kualitas pelayanan yang baik akan memberikan kepuasan kepada pasien sehingga mempengaruhi pasien untuk kembali lagi ke puskesmas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbandingan Tingkat  Kepuasan pasien peserta JKN rawat jalan terhadap pelayanan kefarmasian di Puskesmas Kecamatan Langowan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dan alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner diberikan kepada 265 dan 226 responden. Hasil penelitian diperoleh rata-rata secara keseluruhan nilai kepuasan pasien di Puskesmas Tumaratas didapatkan sebesar (-0,49) sedangkan di Puskesmas Walantakan sebesar (-0,62) dengan selisih antara kedua puskesmas sebesar (-0,13), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan pasien lebih memuaskan pada Puskesmas Tumaratas di bandingkan pada Puskesmas Walantakan.                                          Kata kunci  : Puskesmas, JKN, Tingkat Kepuasan

Abstract Pharmaceutical services have been gradually applied in primary health services both in terms of pharmaceutical management and clinical pharmacy services. In order to support the implementation, the standard has been amended several times, resulting Permenkes Number 74 of 2016 Concerning the Pharmaceutical Services Standard in Public Health Centre (puskesmas) as the most updated one. This study aimed to determine the suitability of the implementation of pharmaceutical service standards in the management of medicine and clinical pharmacy at the puskesmas. The cross-sectional research design was conducted in February-November 2017. The selection of provincial locations was carried out purposively. Data collection tools were questionnaires and a list of standard pharmacy services at the puskesmas. Data were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that 54.5% of the puskesmas did not have pharmacists as the responsible person and only 18.2% of the puskesmas had sufficient pharmacist and pharmaceutical technical staff for both drug management activities and clinical pharmacy services. Comprehensive drug management activities in accordance with pharmaceutical service standards at the puskesmas have been implemented in 96.7% of puskesmas with pharmacists. Comprehensive clinical pharmacy service activities according to pharmacy service standards at puskesmas are only applied in 23.3% of puskesmas with pharmacists. The availability and ability of pharmacists in providing clinical pharmacy services in puskesmas need to be a concern. Abstrak Pelayanan kefarmasian secara bertahap telah mulai diterapkan di pelayanan kesehatan dasar, baik dalam kewajiban pengelolaan farmasi maupun pelayanan farmasi klinis. Untuk mendukung hal tersebut, standar pelayanan kefarmasian di puskesmas telah beberapa kali mengalami perubahan dan terakhir diperbaharui dengan Permenkes Nomor 74 Tahun 2016 Tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di puskesmas. Studi ini bertujuan mengetahui kesesuaian pelaksanaan standar pelayanan kefarmasian dalam pengelolaan obat dan farmasi klinik di puskesmas. Desain penelitian potong lintang dilakukan pada bulan Februari-November 2017. Pemilihan lokasi provinsi dilakukan secara purposif. Alat pengumpul data berupa kuesioner dan daftar tilik standar pelayanan kefarmasian di puskesmas. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 54,5% puskesmas belum mempunyai tenaga apoteker sebagai penanggung jawabnya dan hanya 18,2% puskesmas yang jumlah apoteker dan tenaga teknis kefarmasiannya mencukupi untuk kegiatan pengelolaan obat dan pelayanan farmasi klinik. Kegiatan pengelolaan obat yang komprehensif sesuai dengan standar pelayanan kefarmasian di puskesmas sudah diterapkan di 96,7% puskesmas yang memiliki apoteker. Kegiatan pelayanan farmasi klinis yang komprehensif sesuai standar pelayanan kefarmasian di puskesmas hanya diterapkan di 23,3% puskesmas yang memiliki apoteker. Ketersediaan dan kemampuan apoteker dalam memberikan pelayanan farmasi klinik di puskesmas perlu menjadi perhatian.

Based on Permenkes No.97 of 2014 Article 14, i.e. paragraph one states that childbirth must be carried out in a health facility. Based on data from the 2019 RI Ministry of Health, South Sumatra Health Office 2019, Riskesdes 2019, South Sumatra Health Office 2019, Muara Enim District Health Office and Sukarami Health Center there are still deliveries that are not carried out in health facilities. Deliveries that are not carried out at a health facility will lead to complications of childbirth, delay in getting services if complications occur and increase the risk of infection.  The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge, mother's attitude and family support with the lack of interest of mothers giving birth in health facilities. This study uses an analytical survey with quantitative methods with a cross sectional research design. This research was conducted in August 2021 at the Sukarami Health Center, Sungai Rotan District, Muara Enim Regency, South Sumatra. The population of this study were all mothers giving birth in the work area of the Sukarami Health Center in 2021, amounting to 301 people. The sample used amounted to 75 of the population taken by using the formula for determining the sample. Data analysis used univariate analysis (proportion) and bivariate analysis (chi square test). The results of the analysis showed that knowledge (p value = 0.022), Mother's Attitude (p value = 0.032) and Family Support (p value = 0.018) had a significant relationship with mothers giving birth in health facilities. The conclusion of this study is that there is an influence between knowledge, mother's attitude and family support with the lack of interest of mothers giving birth in health facilities.

Public Health Centers is a technical implementation unit under the District Health Agency that is responsible to conduct health development in a region. To achieve the development vision and mission in health, Health Centers are supported by sufficient resources such as capital, material, machine and human resources. Based on the evaluation of health center performance in 2014, all are good. The condition described for the performance of employees of Health Centers in East Lombok analyzed based on the presence list showed that the level of participation is 98%. The performance and satisfaction of health centers may be affected by the good compensation in Health Centers.This research is aimed at determining the effect of compensation on the performance of employees through the work satisfaction in health centers in East Lombok. This research is a explanatory qualitative study. The samples were 70 respondents selected through cluster random sampling and the data were analyzed using Path Analysis.The research showed that (1) Compensation does not affect directly the performance of employees; (2) Compensation affects directly the work satisfaction of employees; (3) Work satisfaction affects directly the performance of employees; (4) Compensation has direct effect on the performance of employees of Health centers through work satisfaction in East Lombok.Keywords: Compensation, Work Satisfaction, Performance.

Sanitation clinic is an innovative health promotion program that is useful to tackle environmental-based diseases. Sanitation clinic activities such as counseling, home care and health interventions. This study aims to know of sanitation clinic activities at Gucialit and Gambut Public Health Center in tackling environment-based illness (PBL). Descriptive research type, using secondary data from sanitation clinic and health profi le of district health offi ce of Lumajang and Banjar 2014-2016, accompanied by indepth interview on information. Sanitation clinic activities obtained at Gucialit and Gambut Public Health Center such as counseling, home care and health intervention are going well. The internal referral system functions optimally, so patient visits at sanitation clinics increase. The existence of sanitation clinics in the Gucialit and Gambut Public Health Centers is very benefi cial in overcoming environmental-based diseases. Every Public health centers is important to carry out sanitation clinics, to support promotive services in tackling environment-based diseases. Abstrak Klinik sanitasi merupakan inovatif program promosi kesehatan yang bermanfaat untuk menanggulangi penyakit berbasis lingkungan. Kegiatan klinik sanitasi seperti konseling, kunjungan rumah (home care) dan intervensi kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kegiatan klinik sanitasi di Puskesmas Gucialit dan Puskesmas Gambut dalam menanggulangi penyakit berbasis lingkungan. Jenis penelitian deskriptif, menggunakan data sekunder laporan klinik sanitasi dan Profil Kesehatan Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Lumajang dan Kabupaten Banjar tahun 2014–2016, disertai indepth interview pada informan. Kegiatan klinik sanitasi yang diperoleh di Puskesmas Gucialit dan Puskesmas Gambut seperti konseling, pada tindak lanjut (home care) dan intervensi kesehatan berjalan dengan baik. Sistem rujukan internal berfungsi optimal,sehingga kunjungan pasien di klinik sanitasi meningkat. Keberadaan klinik sanitasi di Puskesmas Gucialit dan Gambut sangat bermanfaat menanggulangi penyakit berbasis lingkungan. Setiap Puskesmas penting untuk melaksanakan klinik sanitasi, untuk mendukung pelayanan promotif dalam menanggulangi penyakit berbasis lingkungan.
