Each developmental stage upholds new and its own unique competency requirements,challenges, struggles and opportunities for personal human growth. When an individual isin their early adolescence phase, his/her creativity is greatly influenced by its surroundingsand school environment is one of those crucial factors. Hence, the present study wasplanned to explore the mediating role of school environment in students’ blocks andconsequences creativity. The primary data was collected from 300 academically bright ruralyoung adolescents. Z-test and ANOVA were administered to discover the influence ofindependent variables (school environment) on the dependent variables (blocks andconsequences creativity). Results elucidated significant differences in blocks fluency,consequences originality and consequences creativity across school type, academic classand teaching method employed by the teachers. Blocks flexibility had significant differencesacross school type and academic class. Blocks originality was observed to have significantdifferences across academic class and consecutive academic record. It was revealed thatblocks creativity had significant differences across all the independent variables.Consequences fluency of the students had significant differences across school type,academic class and consecutive academic record.

The aim of this study was to establish the role of organizational design in the organizational ambidexterity - performance relationship among large manufacturing firms (LMFs) in Kenya. The studies linking ambidexterity to organizational performance are few and with mixed findings. The few studies indicate that there is no clear ambidexterity - organizational performance relationship. The research was founded on dynamic capabilities and configurations theories. Based on the reviewed literature, a conceptual model and hypotheses were formulated. The study was guided by positivist philosophy. The population of the research was the entire 107 Kenyan large manufacturing firms (LMFs). Cross-sectional research design was used. Primary data in respect of predictor variables was used and was collected using a structured questionnaire. The respondents were the senior managers of the large manufacturing firms (LMFs) in Kenya; namely Chief Executive Officers/Managing Directors (CEOs/MDs) or General Managers (GMs), or Heads of departments (HODs). Descriptive statistics, correlations, linear, multiple and hierarchical regressions were applied in the data scrutiny and interpretation. The study results showed partial organizational design mediating role in the organizational ambidexterity - performance association of LMFs in Kenya. The study findings are useful to practitioners and managers of LMFs, policymakers in government as well as scholars and researchers. The study recommends further studies on the mediating role of organizational design, different variable operationalization, diversify respondents and context as well as longitudinal study.

This study aims to examine the effect of service quality and fairness on taxpayer compliance and the mediating role of satisfaction in the effect of service quality and fairness on taxpayer compliance. The population of this research is individual local taxpayers in Samarinda. The sample of this study is 164 respondents selected using non probability method with convenience sampling technique. This study uses primary data obtained from seven-scale Likert questionnaires. The data were analyzed using path analysis in SPSS. The results of this study show that, first, service quality has a significant positive effect on satisfaction and taxpayer compliance; second, fairness has an insignificant effect on satisfaction and taxpayer compliance; third, satisfaction has a significant positive effect on taxpayer compliance; fourth, service quality has a significant positive effect on taxpayer compliance mediated by satisfaction; fifth, mediated by satisfaction, fairness has no significant effect on tax compliance.

Some students many not possess the necessary strategies and skills to meet the demands of academic life and develop negative attitudes, physical and mental exhaustion, and other attitudes that will undermine their personal and academic development. This study analyses the relationship and possible role of goal orientation as a mediator between engagement and academic self-concept. Methods: The study concerned a population of 1756 subjects from 12 secondary schools (ESO). The instruments used included the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale—Student (UWES-S), the Perception of Success Questionnaire (POSQ), and the Academic Self-Concept Scale (ASCS). Results: The results revealed significant correlations between academic engagement, task-oriented goal orientation, and academic self-concept. In addition, task orientation was found to play a positive mediating role between academic engagement and academic self-concept, leading to adaptive models in secondary school students. Conclusion: These results highlight the need to promote goal orientation in order to stimulate self-determined behaviours in the school environment and improved levels of academic self-concept, which in turn will facilitate the psychological and personal development of the student and increase the chances of academic success.

RESUMO O estudo intencionou investigar os marcadores de gênero presentes nos processos de socialização de crianças entre seis e sete anos de idade, estudantes do primeiro ano do Ensino Fundamental, e seu reflexo no ambiente escolar. Para tal, foram realizadas quatro observações não participantes em duas escolas de ensino público do Município de Porto Alegre (RS). Observou-se a interação entre os estudantes entre si e com seus professores, além de seus comportamentos e atividades no cotidiano escolar. A análise dos dados sugere a presença de marcadores de gênero, estruturados em uma lógica binária, que se materializam na forma como meninos e meninas brincam, se apresentam e se expressam, além do papel mediador da instituição escolar nesse contexto. The analysis of the data suggests the presence of gender markers, structured in a binary logic, that is manifested in the way boys and girls play, present and express themselves, in addition to the mediating role of the school institution in this context. Saudi Ports is one of the busiest seaports in the world and the biggest ports in the Middle East.It has the largest and most diversified economy in the Middle East with industrial exports that are internationally oriented. The Port Authority played a great role to increase the economics of the country through, cargo handling Imports and exports goods. Saudi Ports Authority has nine main ports on the two cost of the kingdom which achieved 95% of export and imports goods through the kingdom’s seaports while 55% of the cargo handled is exported. however, cargo’s over stock is the main issue that recently came up which raise the price of cargo’s handle up to 200%, which as a result of lack of job satisfaction among employees in cargo section and lack appropriate human resource practices. Therefore, our study takes a step to examine the role of human resource practice on employee’s performance and also the mediating role of job satisfaction in the relationship between human resource practices and employee’s performance in Saudi Port Authority. Moreover, this study will validate of the assumption of Maslow theory. This study will be based on primary data (survey Questionnaire)

This research article was intended for finding the role of media in fostering government accountability in Pakistan. Furthermore, the mediating role of political parties was also checked through mediation analysis. This study utilized the information brought together through a structured adapted questionnaire among the participants of this study chosen through probability sampling technique from the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. It was revealed that through the analysis of the primary data that there is a considerable association found between media and government accountability. Furthermore, it was also proved that the media could significantly predict accountability. The data also revealed that people believed that political parties have a significant mediating role between media and government accountability. This study concluded that the media revolution in the advent of new kinds of media, conventional and non-conventional, has also had a profound impact on government accountability.

The study describes the concept of harmonization of three educational centers in moral development at UPT SD Negeri 230 Tondok Tangnga, Tanalili District, North Luwu Regency. This research is a qualitative research that uses a pedagogical approach. Sources of data, namely primary data sourced from school principals, PAI teachers, parents of students, the community. Meanwhile, secondary data were taken from documents related to the research. The instrument used in collecting data is the researcher himself who functions to determine and select informants as data sources, analyze data, interpret data, and the instruments in collecting data are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the role of the family as the basis of education, the school as the developer of education and the community as the user. An important role in the development and growth of students, both physically and spiritually, mentally spiritually and physically. The implementation of the harmonization of the Three Education Centers is carried out with close cooperation, it can be seen when parents lay the foundations of education, especially the family in the formation of personality. Then it is developed in a school environment with educational materials in the form of knowledge and skills. The community participates in controlling, distributing and fostering and improving it.

This study adopted a descriptive research design. Primary data collection was conducted through online survey instruments amongst 300 business school aspirants in India. The researcher adopted percentage analysis and a structural equation modeling approach for the analysis of data. The purpose of this study is to explore the mediating role of accreditation status and the selection of business schools based on the information from online resources.The findings of the study confirmed that the accreditation details act as a mediating variable between online resources and the selection of business schools. The significance of all the paths confirms the partial mediation of accreditation details on a selection of business schools. It is noted that those online resources have a significant direct effect on the selection of business schools.There exists a significant positive indirect effect of accreditation details on the online resources as well.This study will add to the existing literature on the aspects influencing millennials in their selection of business schools.This study will contribute to understanding the influence of online resources and the role of accreditation and rankings in students' selection of educational institutions.

Abstract The aim of this research is to examine the effect of organisational culture on organisational performance in the context of the hospitality industry in the UK. Organisational culture was studied based on the Denison model. The study was conducted based on a quantitative research method and primary data was collected, with questionnaires, from 440 employees in the hospitality industry. The study reveals that organisational culture significantly affects organisational performance. Moreover, it is found that adaptability and mission are two key elements of organisational culture that significantly affect organisational performance. Furthermore, intrapreneurship fully mediates the relationship between adaptability and organisational performance. In addition, intrapreneurship fully mediates the relationship between mission and organisational performance. Hence, managers working in the hospitality industry are required to give considerable attention to adaptability and mission as two important elements of organisational culture in order to achieve intrapreneurship, and to ultimately improve the performance of an organisation.

This study aims to recognize the factor effecting impulse buying behaviour with the mediation effect of payment facility. This study is based on primary data and data collected from Hyderabad Division of Sindh, Pakistan through adopted questionnaire. Number of respondents were 200 females who are engaged in impulse buying in supermarkets such as Baig Mart, Dawood Super Market, Max Bachat Super Market and Grocers. The store atmosphere and promotional activity are mediated by payment facility for impulse buying behaviour and partial mediation effect used. However, promotional activity revealed more important for impulse buying behaviour due to higher beta value than store atmosphere. In the previous research scholars explored the direct impact of promotional activity and store atmosphere. However, this study checked indirect effect in presence of mediator payment facility.
