Now-a-days, power consumption has been increased by street light as they remain turned on unnecessarily. The operations of street light i.e. switching on/off of street light are done by human being which is sometimes time consuming and wastage of energy. However, saving power is need of an hour because natural resources are degrading day-by day. Therefore, each and every citizen is responsible for saving power as well as other natural resources. By understanding drawback of the current system, this paper proposes a new idea of Smart Street Light System that can reduce human work as well as the consumption of power. The web module is designed to gather data continuously about power consumption of LED and sent to cloud server. The main objective of Smart Street Light System is that to get automatically activated in absence of sunlight and it will be deactivated/turned off automatically if IR sensor doesn’t detect any human, vehicle or any other object.

There is a critique of capitalist market economy that consists in claiming not only that capitalist social relations are uncaring and alienating, nor only exploitative of the working class, but that the process of capitalist economy as a whole is a way of living, today globalized, that has gotten out of hand. Its essential nature is unmasked as a senseless circular movement that, besides ruthlessly exploiting natural resources, demeans human being itself and alienates it from the historical alternative of a purportedly authentic mode of human being rooted in collective, solidaric subjectivity. The present article offers an alternative hermeneutic cast for understanding capitalism as the gainful game that can serve as philosophical orientation in fighting for a free and fair social interplay in which the powers and abilities of free individuals are appropriately and reciprocally estimated and esteemed. This requires, first and foremost, seeing through the fetishisms inherent in the valorization of reified value that the mature Marx identified in his critiques of political economy as the essential nature of capitalism. Such critical insight is necessary for orientation also in today’s predicament of the ever more encroaching and ensnaring cyberworld.

As we know internet has become a very important factor in our day today life. It is a wide media for communication and exchange of ideas for people staying in any nook and corner of the world. We have proposed a system in which we are developing a speech interactive web application services. Our main aim is to provide these services to the special ones who are unable to make use of the current system so efficiently. In our proposed work we are mainly focusing on the WEB APPLICATIONS. Many a times the disabled people are unable to access internet, for them this system will help to download news, or even access their mails through speech. Our proposed system mainly deals with the ability to handle web applications along with the O.S, mouse and keyboard control through speech, so that they can be used by persons without the use of the hands to develop an interface between the computer and the user. In our proposal we have used SAPI .It provides commands to the main central application which is handled by the GUI. Thus we look forward to develop web application through speech interaction.

Many emerging company’s products do not bridge from the old way of doing things to the new. The customer may be forced to use the Web and frustrated beyond belief because no human being is available. Or they are sent e-mail with a document link but cut off unexpectedly from paper. We can learn from tollbooths. They use wireless technology to move cars to “fast lanes” that do not require humans to collect the tolls. But wisely, they have not cut over to fast lanes all at once. They know only a few drivers would be ready with the rest bewildered and angry.

The article seeks to generate a more nuanced version of environmental ethics than the current positivistic approach taken towards the ecological crisis by referring to the sense of ecology as evident in the practice and writings of Richard Neutra. Despite the whiteness of his architecture, Neutra's architecture was ecological in a profound way in which the ethics of the inter-personal and related dwelling activities of inhabitants are as important as measuring energy performance. For him, more fundamental than man's relationship with nature or natural resources was the inter-personal sharing of ‘we’, in which scarcity itself is the medium of a proportionate joining. Put differently, the reciprocity between the natural and the inter-personal, in which the former reinforces the latter, was the key to an ecological setting. In the process of underpinning Neutra's sense of the reciprocity between the natural and the inter-personal, as well as the shared inter-personal communication in an atmosphere, this article draws ideas from Japanese intellectual tradition such as Tetsuro Watsuji&s notion of fudo, or climate, and its correlate inter-personal ethics, and Kitaro Nishida's account of a trans-subjective mode of communication of the ‘we’. Referring to this Japanese tradition in which Neutra was deeply interested, the article interprets Neutra's architecture based not upon the ego-oriented mode of the ‘I’ but upon the ego-less mode of ‘ek-sistere’ that reinstates the condition of the human being as a pre-reflective corporeal being, or what I would like to call a ‘common subjectivity’ to be articulated into different, yet conjoined, ‘I’s to form a joint measure. In this fashion, the article demonstrates how one's relationship with the natural necessarily involves the dimension of the inter-personal, while illuminating the goal of Neutra's practice: securing a place for the inter-personal through the coordination of natural forces.

In this paper we proposed a wearable electrocardiogram (ECG) telemonitoring system for atrial fibrillation (AF) detection based on a smartphone and cloud computing. A wearable ECG patch was designed to collect ECG signals and send the signals to an Android smartphone via Bluetooth. An Android APP was developed to display the ECG waveforms in real time and transmit every 30 s ECG data to a remote cloud server. A machine learning (CatBoost)-based ECG classification method was proposed to detect AF in the cloud server. In case of detected AF, the cloud server pushed the ECG data and classification results to the web browser of a doctor. Finally, the Android APP displayed the doctor’s diagnosis for the ECG signals. Experimental results showed the proposed CatBoost classifier trained with 17 selected features achieved an overall F1 score of 0.92 on the test set (n = 7270). The proposed wearable ECG monitoring system may potentially be useful for long-term ECG telemonitoring for AF detection.

It is evident from scientific researches that ecological catastrophe brought about by climatic change is becoming unavoidable day by day. This climatic change has the potential to undermine human development and may even lead to a reversal of current development progress. Evidences show that change in climate will affect distribution and quality of India's natural resources, which will ultimately threaten livelihoods of most poor and marginalized sector of population who closely tied to India's natural resources base and count of such sector is almost 56%.

Among the various crises, worrying enough is the start of the scarcity of some Natural Resources (SDA), especially from unrecoverable groups such as petroleum, metals and minerals. And by often ignoring the needs of other living beings as well as the needs of future generations. If then comes a crisis with respect to this SDA, which is affected negatively human finally. SDA is needed by humans in the past, present and future. The threat to the existence and sustainability of natural resources is just the same as the threat to human existence and survival. The conservation of natural resources, which is essentially the management of natural resources, is an absolute must and is the main responsibility of human being as the Caliph of this earth. There are three main tasks for human beings related to the conservation of natural resources including al Intifa '(nurture and utilize), al I'tibar (think, be grateful, explore the secrets of nature), and al Islah (preserve and deliberate sustainability for the benefit of people, and the creation of harmony of life nature of Allah's creation.

Perceiving nature by contemporary social and economical systems, including the domination nowadays of capitalism and socialism, has led to an ecological crisis. There are at least several characteristics of traditional economical theories that make it impossible to realize the sustainable development of the anthroposphere, i.e. the view of a human being, the violation of rules of inter- and intragenerational justice, the way of valuing the environment combined with the underestimation of the significance of natural resources, the belief that technology is able to substitute all natural resources crucial to humanity, planning the short-term goals. Qe attitudes in economics appeared which demand replacing the current paradigm with a new one – that of strong sustainability. The characteristic feature of the economics of sustainable development is observing the ethical rules of inter- and intergenerational justice and responsibility.
