The specificity of the continuity of learning is revealed, the directions of transformation of the educational process in the context of digitalization are determined. The topic of the effectiveness of the implementation of innovative methods in educational activities, such as case-method, tutoring, interactive training, was touched upon. The duality of the study is noted, since the introduction of innovative methods into the educational activities of Russian universities, on the one hand, has a positive effect on the state of the educational system, on the other hand, it gives rise to a tendency towards an increase in social and digital inequality in education and society as a whole, and also presupposes changes in requirements. to the teaching staff, which is now required first of all to be motivated and ready to master and use modern innovative methods in educational practice.

Purpose – Analysis of the matches in the World Cup 2018 of the leading teams, among men and women, with regard to occurrence of penalty corners. Methods. The following research methods were used: analysis and generalization of scientific-methodical and special literature, video analysis, and mathematical statistics. Results. The study included a video analysis of 36 women’s matches and 36 men’s matches of the 2018 World Cup with regard to occurrence of penalty corners. We recorded parameters such as shooting type, shooting time, shooting accuracy, ball receiving, and the moment of realization. The study determined the effectiveness of penalty corners for men's and women's teams. It has demonstrated that the speed of the ball shooting when performing a penalty corner is significantly different for women and men. In men's teams, there is only one type of a penalty corner - from a static position. Women's teams have a large proportion of penalty corners from a static position, but there are also mobile shots and sweeping shots. Conclusion. The analysis of matches of the World Cup 2018 of women’s and men’s leading teams with regard to occurrence of penalty corners has revealed that the effectiveness of a penalty corner for the strongest men’s teams is 23.6%, for women’s teams - 17.8%. Men's teams serve mainly from a static position, while women's teams use 3 types of shots. The factor analysis based on the values of factor weights enabled explanation of tournament tables and creation of a pattern of the winner's team according to the results of penalty corners.

The article presents the results of a survey of qualifi ed athletes and trainers for the priority of the use of various means of theoretical training in the process of multi-year sport improvement in cyclic sports. The survey was attended by 146 qualifi ed athletes and 82 trainers from sports such as rowing, swimming, track and fi eld (running and walking), and ski races. The following research methods were used in the work: theoretical analysis and generalization of literary sources, studying of documentary materials, analysis of personal data, methods of mathematical statistics. It has been established that the need to apply such theoretical training materials as collections of scientifi c articles, study aids, monographs, electronic and audio books, lectures, pedagogical testing, Internet search services increases with each subsequent stage of preparation of athletes. In contrast, the signifi cance of the use of posters, drawings, brochures, animations, documentaries and feature fi lms, games and practical events is reduced with increasing athletic athleticism. At the same time, the most eff ective means of theoretical training, the majority of respondents note the use of search services Internet and the latest technical means of training at all stages of training.

The effectiveness of sportsmen‟ training in the kettlebell long cycle is an urgent problem in kettlebell lifting. Trainers and scientists in many countries are looking for ways to improve the system of training in the kettlebell long cycle, as the system of training in kettlebell biathlon is quite effective, and there are still many unresolved issues in training system in kettlebell long cycle. The article is devoted to the study of the current state of system of training in the kettlebell long cycle. The dynamics of the implementation of the standards of Master of Sports (MS) and Master of Sports of International Class (MSIC) in the kettlebell long cycle for the period from 2016 to 2019 has been analyzed. The study involved male kettlebell lifters (aged 18-40) of national teams of regions of Ukraine of different weight categories: up to 63 kg, up to 68 kg, up to 73 kg, up to 78 kg, up to 85 kg, up to 95 kg, over 95 kg. The protocols of all-Ukrainian and International kettlebell lifting competitions in the long cycle were analyzed. Research methods: theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific and methodical literature, documentary method (study of competition protocols), methods of mathematical statistics. It was found that the number of athletes who fulfilled the standards of MS and MSIC at first in 2019 (MS – 4 people, MSIC – 1 person) is significantly less than in 2016 (MS – 7 people, MSIC – 3 people) by 42.9% (MS) and 33.3% (MSIC). It testifies to the insufficient efficiency of the training system of athletes in the kettlebell long cycle at the present stage and the need for its improvement.
