STKIP Paracendekia NW Sumbawa is an educational institution that deals in English education and mathematics education. STKIP Paracendekia NW Sumbawa organizes new student admissions every year. In organizing the admission of new students, STKIP Paracendekia NW Sumbawa still uses a manual system that is by recording all registrants using books and registration forms are still stored in a cupboard. This makes it difficult for the organizing committee to manage data, which data will change from time to time. The solution to the problems that are happening at STKIP Paracendekia NW Sumbawa is to build a Web-Based New Student Admission Information System at STKIP Paracendekia NW Sumbawa. This system was developed using the PHP programming language by using the CodeIgniter and MysSql Framework as a database. The method used in building this system is to use the waterfall method. This system is expected to simplify and speed up the data management process for prospective new students.

This research has the aim of building a system of acceptance for new students with a website-based method, so that it can help prospective new students in the subject make it easier to obtain information about the registration of new students. Data processing in the acceptance of new students at Al Amanah Vocational School Pasar Kemis still uses Conventional systems, namely prospective registrants come directly to the school then fill out the registration form then the registration data is recorded in a book and reports are made also using manual recapitulation resulting in archival loss and needing a very long time in the process of making a report. Using research methods namely Library Studies, Analysis, Observation, Designing, Trial and Implementation. The information system at the admission of new students is designed using the PHP programming language and using the MySQL database as a Database Server. The output of this research is that the information system on admission of new students with web-based can have the ability to provide convenience for parents of new students in terms of getting all information about acceptance to new students and doing the registration process flow online.   Keywords: New Student Admissions, PHP, MySQL Database.

The government through the Manpower Office has built a Job Training Center which aims to provide skills and expertise to training participants in order to improve the quality of prospective workforce. The service for admitting new students at the Cilegon City Work Training Center which is implemented has not been effective because it still uses the manual system, where participants come to the office to take the registration form. This study aims to create a web-based information system for new student admissions at the Cilegon City Work Training Center. Making this new web-based student admission information system uses the waterfall method which includes software requirements analysis, design, system coding, system testing, system support and maintenance. The web-based admission system at the Cilegon City Work Training Center can make it easier for prospective new students to register by saving time and costs compared to coming in person. With this new student admission information system, it is hoped that it can facilitate the processing of new students at the Cilegon City Work Training Center.

New student registration is one of the processes that is normally carried out every year in educational institutions such as schools. New student registration is useful for screening prospective students who have been selected tobecome their students. In this research the process of registering new students at SMK Putra Rifara is done conventionally and has not been computerized, which allows many errors from writing data, stacking files and losing data. The formulation of the problem of this research is how to make a registration information system for SMK Putra Rifara. So the research method used is the method of observation, interviews, and library methods. The new student registration in formation system is buit with the PHP programming language and utilizes the MySQL database as a database server. The results of this study are web-based new student registration information systems that have the ability to provide data accuracy and ease for parents and prospective new students to obtain information about the school.

Abstrak: Pendidikan adalah hal yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan suatu bangsa, pada era sekarang ini pendidikan sudah harus bisa menyesuaikan dengan perkembangan teknologi yang ada dengan mengagas kurikulum baru yaitu kurikulum 2013 berbasis komputasi. Pada Sekolah As-Sabiquun belum ada sistem yang terkomputerisasi dalam hal peneriman siswa baru sehingga sering terjadi kerangkapan data, karena sebab itu sekolah  As-Sabiquun sangat membutuhkan adanya sistem informasi yang menunjang dalam proses penerimaan siswa baru .  Dengan demikian sudah sewajarnya jika perombakan terjadi pada sistem sekolah dengan menggunakan teknologi terkomputerisasi salah satunya adalah untuk masalah penerimaan siswa baru pada sekolah As-Sabiquun. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode waterfall. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah berupa sistem informasi penerimaan siswa baru berbasis web yang diharapkan dapat mempermudah proses pengolahan data siswa pada sekolah As-Sabiquun.   Kata kunci: sistem informasi ,sistem penerimaan siswa baru, waterfall   Abstract: Education is a very influential thing on the development of a nation, in this current era education must be able to adjust to the development of existing technology by examining the new curriculum, namely the 2013 curriculum based on computing. In the As-Sabiquun School there is no computerized system in terms of the acceptance of new students so that duplication of data often occurs, because of that the As-Sabiquun school is in need of an information system that supports the admission process of new students. Thus it is natural that an overhaul occurs in the school system using computerized technology one of which is for the problem of admission of new students to the As-Sabiquun school. The method used in the development of this system is to use the waterfall method. New Student Admission is an activity that will always be carried out every year by schools, both public and private schools in attracting new students. The process of admitting new students needs doing quickly and precisely to support the educational process in each school. There are currently not many schools in East Nusa Tenggara that develop new student admission information system and Academic Information online. With the benefit and ease of existing technology, this new student admission information system and Academic Information set by each school. The New Student admission and Academic Information System at the Christian High School Kesetnana Soe currently still use a manual system where information on new student admissions distributed through brochures, the registration process for new students is still by filling in the form provided by the committee, data entry is not accurate, and it takes too long. Of these problems, the purpose of this research is to build an application to assist the school in the web-based admission process for the process to run effectively and efficiently. This software development uses the waterfall method, and the programming language used is PHP and MYSQL as the database. The result of this research is a system that can help make it easier for students to register and see the results of graduation anywhere and make it easier for teachers to input school academic information data online.

Abstract – Currently, the procedure for admitting new students at SMK Al-Halim Garut is considered less effective and efficient. Since the acceptance of new students is by means of prospective students who must fill out a form using the google forms provided by the school. This makes it difficult to share information with outsiders. After that, prospective students or parents must come to school to just see announcements or information and even submit documents related to the implementation of new student admissions. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a new web-based student information system at SMK Al-Halim Garut which can solve the problems so far. This development stage used the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with the waterfall model and the need for a Unified Modeling Language (UML) which functions to make it easier to describe the system already made. The results showed that the Web-based Information System for New Student Admissions with PHP and SQL was able to manage the implementation of the New Student Admissions, such as registration, selection, announcement, and re-registration. In the feasibility test using a black box, it showed that this software was very feasible in terms of functionality.Keywords : information system, acceptance of new students, System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Unified Modeling Language (UML).Abstrak - Saat ini prosedur penerimaan peserta didik baru di SMK Al-Halim Garut dinilai kurang efektif dan efisian. Karena penerimaan peserta didik baru dengan cara calon siswa harus mengisi lembaran formulir menggunakan google form yang sudah disediakan oleh pihak sekolah. Hal ini mengakibatkan sulitnya berbagi informasi dengan pihak luar. Setelah itu calon siswa ataupun orang tua siswa harus bersusah payah mendatangi sekolah untuk sekedar melihat pengumuman atau informasi dan bahkan mnyerahkan dokumen persyaratan yang berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan penerimaan peserta didik baru. Oleh sebab itu perlu adanya suatu pengembangan sistem informasi peserta didik baru berbasis web di SMK Al-Halim Garut yang bisa menyelasaikan permasalahan selama ini. Tahap pengembangan ini menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan model waterfall dan perlu adanya Unified Modeling Language (UML) yang berfungsi untuk mempermudah menggambarkan sistem yang akan dibuat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sistem Informasi Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru Berbasis Web dengan PHP dan SQL ini mampu mengelola pelaksanaan Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru yaitu pendaftaran, seleksi, pengumuman, dan pendaftaran ulang. Pada uji kelayakan yang mengggunakan black box menunjukkan bahwa perangkat lunak ini sangat layak dari aspek fungsional.Kata Kunci : sistem infromasi, penerimaan peserta didik baru, System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Unified Modeling Language (UML).

STTAL is an educational institution to improve the student capability in managing naval technology. Annually, STTAL graduates diplomas and produces final task from the research of students. This product will then be exhibited at official exhibitions of the Indonesian Navy. The information system is designed for the final project and research of STTAL students. This information system is web-based to facilitate the information about the tools that are displayed and will help exhibition crews in conveying information about the tools to the visitors. Primary schools are educational institutions which are the main source educational data needed by education actors to carry out their duties and profession. All activities of recording or recording data in the school are called with administration, administration in schools there are many kinds and types, one of them student administration. Student administration, there are various kinds of activities carried out, starting from enrollment of new students until students leave the school. And management student administration currently running at SD Negeri 2 Lingkis is currently not very good management, especially in storage so that we need an information system Can support the activities of recording data and reports on school student administration. Purpose This research is to build an Elementary School Student Administration Information System which will be more effective and efficient to support all data recording and reporting activities which will be built with a web-based information system. The method used in the development of the school administration information system is Prototype where this prototype model consists of communication, planning, modeling, construction and delivery . Academic Information System (SIA) or Sistem Information Akademik (SIA) is an information system created to help the process of processing all school civitas data designed to assist the processing of all data of the school community. At  SMA N 1 Palembayan, grades, school civitas biodata, and enrollment of new students still utilize simple applications from Dapodik and Ms. Office applications and archived in the form of paper that causes data to be vulnerable to damage, and lost. In addition, the entire community of schools and the general public is difficult and slow in obtaining school information if at any time needed due to the dissemination of information that is still manual. Therefore, to facilitate schools  in the effective and efficient processing and dissemination of information, a web- based academic information system is needed. This academic information system was developed using PHP programming language with MySql storage media and supported by other programs. The final result of this research is the creation of a web-based academic information system that can present academic and non- academic information to schools easily and quickly for both the school community and the general public.

Acceptance of new students is one of the processes that exist in educational institutions every year, the number of prospective students who register causes the new student admission committee cannot manage everything properly so that it is less effective in handling it. In this study, the new student admission system used by Al-Basyariah Vocational School Bojong Gede still uses the system manually, which still uses paper records, so that minimal damage and even data loss occurs. Making a new student registration information system is expected to facilitate new prospective students in registering by saving time and costs compared to coming directly to school and with the information system of new student admissions, it is expected to help and simplify the processing of students in this school.
