The purpose of this research-based service program is to apply the research results of the proposing team's research for community empowerment. The application of the research results was carried out on the program of application of appropriate technology for automatic fish feed and automatic bird repellent on the Minapadi jajar legowo system which is a system of planting rice with fish cultivation in one rice field area simultaneously and the jajar legowo planting system with a spacing of 25 cm . The technology used is automatic feeding and automatic bird repellent. Automatic feeding is done by using a mini water pump that has been modified with the help of a digital timer so that the feed automatically dispenses the feed at the time we specify, which is 3 times a day. The second technology is automatic bird repellent using extracts of herbal ingredients (jengkol) with the help of an automatic sprayer. This technology aims to increase the income of farmers with high productivity of rice yields and increase local fish production. The activity was carried out for 5 months in Beutong Nagan Raya District. The observed results include the feed that comes out of the automatic device as much as 15 gr/second, adjusted for the number and weight of fish. Meanwhile, the air pollution that comes out every 10 minutes is 5 units in a 25m2 plot.

The purpose of this Community Service is to apply the research results of the proposer team's research for community empowerment in Pante Ceureumen District, West Aceh. Research results are applied to the activity program MERDEKA 74 "(Minapadi Together with Local Fish 7 Species and 4 Legowo) which is a system of planting rice by cultivating fish in one rice field simultaneously. This program aims to increase farmers' income with high rice yield productivity and increase local fish production. The activity was carried out for 6 months at the Pante Ceureumen District, West Aceh. The results observed included rice production and fish production in the Minapadi system. The production of 2: 1 legowo planted rice has a significant effect on the parameters of rice production, namely (16.17 kg /Ha). Meanwhile, the production of cultivated fish (7 species) are catfish, bileh fish, tilapia, goldfish, catfish, catfish and giant prawns. The 7 species are able to develop and be cultivated well.

The output of the program is to support the agriculture activity and farmers income. The advantage gained were : (1) utilization of  livestock manure as a raw material of organic fertilizer (Kompos) for rice fertilizer and fish feed; and (2) the use of fish manure that farmed in rice field as rice fertilizer. The type of fish and rice used subsequently, Nile Tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) and Junjuang. Andragogy was used as a method to deliver the program and the practice was done in partners field. Based on the completed program, partners were eager to receive the program and to perform activities collectively. Partners knowledge about the program were increasing based on questionnaires given. Total plate count (TPC) obtained from Mol (Kompos starter) was 1,0 x 1010 CFU/ml. The resulted Kompos was applied directly, and resulted in fish weight increasing by 40 g during the first ten days of Mina Program. Keywords : Livestock-Rice-Fish Integration, Empowerment, Ampalu

Law on National Development Planning System (Number 25/2004) mandates that Development planning must refer to the consideration that the goal of development of all government levels is the same, namely the welfare of the community. Empowerment is a concept to give people greater responsibility for how to do work. The potential of Sukaratu village consists of agriculture, livestock, tourism objects, handicrafts, cultivation and plantations. Among these potentials, the authors take the economic empowerment potential of cultivating black soldier fly maggot as an alternative ingredients for fish feed and reducing organic waste, so that it can increase the income of the people of Sukaratu. The research method used is qualitative and quantitative research; observation and interviews in an effort to obtain data. The results showed that the potential of Sukaratu village consisted of agriculture, animal husbandry, tourism objects, handicrafts, cultivation and plantations, the potential of human resources in terms of age and education was good, but in terms of business creativity and business skills, need to be improved. Maggot cultivation can reduce organic waste. The capital is not large enough because it only requires terraced media and houses that are given nets for broodstock to lay eggs.

Dry-bag CIP process has become a very popular method in the large volume production of powder compacts in the P/M and ceramic industries. Intensive technological research on the Drybag equipment has been carried out to improve the dimensional accuracy and the productivity. In this study, the rubber mold design technology with FEM simulation during pressing has been introduced, in order to achieve higher dimensional preciseness, and criteria for the selection of Drybag equipment, namely the In-line type or Off-line type, have been established based on the powder flowability index proposed by Carr. Based on these research results, high productivity Off-line Drybag CIP equipment, which can realize good dimensional accuracy with high productivity, was developed even for non granulated powders with poor packing density. This paper describes the research results and the present status of the most advanced Off-line Dry-bag CIP equipment technologies.
