Medical disputes that are rife in the medical world in Indonesia are a separate burden for medical personnel in carrying out daily practices, where the hospital as a place for medical personnel to work, should be responsible for medical personnel involved in medical disputes. The absence of sufficiently clear regulations governing the responsibility of hospitals in resolving medical disputes, makes medical personnel, in this case, the most disadvantaged part. The purpose of this study is to empirically determine the applicable laws and regulations regarding the responsibility of hospitals in the process of resolving medical disputes and the effectiveness of their implementation. The research method used is qualitative research with case study approach. Data sources are primary and secondary data. The data analysis subjects were informants, namely the director of medical services, the legal department officer and the public relations officer. The analysis tool uses interactive analysis. There were at least 4 laws and regulations related to hospital responsibility for medical personnel and implementation of regulations regarding hospital responsibility towards medical dispute process is 88%. The research found no guidelines for handling medical disputes. This study shows that the laws and regulations related to hospital responsibility and their implementation in the medical dispute resolution process have been implemented. The recommendation to Hospital X Cibinong is to make guidelines on the flow of medical dispute handling and provide education about health law to all hospital staff, especially medical personnel as parties most vulnerable to malpractice suits.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) metode identifikasi masalah Public Relations pada LAZ Dompet Dhuafa; (2) proses perencanaan dan pemrograman LAZ Dompet Dhuafa; (3) strategi aksi dan komunikasi LAZ Dompet Dhuafa; dan (4) proses evaluasi program LAZ Dompet Dhuafa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus eksploratif jenis single case holistic. Data primer dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, sementara data sekunder bersumber dari studi pustaka dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LAZ Dompet Dhuafa tidak melakukan riset khusus terkait perencanaan program; riset yang dilakukan hanya melalui fakta-fakta baru di lapangan melalui program-program yang sudah ada sebelumnya. Perencanaan program tematik dan nontematik LAZ Dompet Dhuafa dilakukan melalui rapat kerja tahunan, sementara pesan utama yang ingin disampaikan kepada pihak eksternal disampaikan melalui website resmi dan media sosial. Adapun evalusi program yang dilakukan tidak melibatkan publik eksternal. Kata Kunci: Manajemen Public Relations, zakat, Dompet Dhuafa ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine (1) the method of identifying problems of Public Relations at LAZ Dompet Dhuafa; (2) the planning and programming process of LAZ Dompet Dhuafa; (3) the strategy of action and communication of LAZ Dompet Dhuafa; and (4) the evaluation process of the LAZ Dompet Dhuafa program. This study uses a qualitative method with an explorative case study approach and single case holistic. The primary data in this study were obtained through in-depth interviews, while the secondary data were obtained from literature and documentation. The results of the study show that LAZ Dompet Dhuafa does not conduct specific research related to program planning; the research only carried out through new facts in the field through the pre-existing programs. The planning of thematic and non-thematic program is carried out through annual work meetings, while the main message to be conveyed to public (external) is delivered through the official website and social media. Abstract The pandemic has an impact on many sectors, causing changes in the pattern of activities carried out in general. The pandemic has also affected non-profit organizations (NGOs), Dejavato is no exception. More than 15 years of existence, the organization located in Semarang has 59 university partners, 34 SMP / MTs partners, 60 SMA / SMK partners, 13 TK / PAUD partners, 21 SD / MI partners, and 20 other foundation partners spread across almost all of the region in Indonesia. This shows that Dejavato has credibility and a strong influence on the local community. The existence of a pandemic makes the Dejavato Foundation to adapt to use online media to survive, because of the cessation of offline activities that result in the achievement of vision threatened to fail. This article aims is to determine the efforts to utilize digital media during the pandemic by the Dejavato Foundation. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach where after the data was collected, pattern matching was carried out to validate the data found. The theory that is used in this research is the theory of e-PR and Stakeholder Theory. The primary data was collected through interviews with the founder and public relations coordinator of the Dejavato Foundation, and observation. Meanwhile, to collect the secondary data, the researcher was using the documentation technique. The result of this study shows that Dejavato, in terms of optimizing digital media is by using several methods; convergence of programs, use of e-PR tools, especially social media, dejavatalk, and help empower people online. That shows how much the negative cause in this pandemic, especially for voluntary world.Keywords: Covid-19; Digital Media; Non-Profit Organization; Pandemic; Stakeholder Theory; Volunteering.Abstrak Pandemi Covid-19 memberi dampak pada berbagai sektor tak terkecuali pada NGO (organisasi nirlaba) Dejavato yang memiliki kegiatan utama pengiriman volunteer di berbagai negara. Dejavato merupakan NGO yang telah berdiri lebih dari 15 tahun di Kota Semarang dengan jumlah mitra hingga 207 yang berasal dari mitra TK, SD, hingga perguruan tinggi di Indonesia. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa Dejavato memiliki kredibilitas serta pengaruh yang kuat bagi masyarakat lokal. Adanya pandemi membuat Dejavato Foundation untuk beradaptasi menggunakan media daring untuk bertahan, sebab terhentinya aktivitas luring yang mengakibatkan pencapaian visi terancam gagal. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan inovasi yang dilakukan oleh Dejavato Foundation terkait penggunaan media baru dalam menghadapi masa pandemi. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori e-PR serta Stakeholder Theory. Artikel ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif  dengan metode studi kasus. Proses pengolahan data dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data, penjodohan pola dan analisis data sesuai dengan teori. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pendiri dan koordinator humas Dejavato Foundation. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Dejavato melakukan berbagai upaya dalam menghadapi pandemi, yaitu: konvergensi program, pemanfaatan media sosial, mengadakan event dejavatalk, serta membantu memberdayakan masyarakat secara daring. Hal tersebut berarti bahwa pandemi berdampak luas, dan masif bagi dunia sukarelawan.Kata Kunci: Covid-19; New Media; Organisasi Nirlaba; Pandemi; Stakeholder Theory; Volunteering.

This study aims to explore the analysis of the application of legal protection and its weaknesses in the settlement of medical disputes between physicians and patients today. Descriptively analytical and empirical juridical approaches, and using constructivism paradigm,it is hoped that the authors can describe various primary and secondary data to reconstruct the legal protection of the physician profession in the settlement of medical dispute between physicians and patients based on the value of justice. In the resolution of medical disputes between physicians and patients as set forth in Article 50 of Law No. 29 of 2004 on Medical Practice and Article 57 Law No. 36 Years of Health Personnel has not fully provided protection for doctors, because in practice the handling of alleged malpractice cases by the police investigator will certainly use the procedures or procedures in the KUHAP as a reference, this is because the Law does not regulate how to be in the event of suspicion that doctorsviolate articles In UUPK. The Government and House of Representatives are expected to make improvements to Law No. 29 of 2004 on Medical Practice, by making regulations on “procedural arrangements” ranging from inquiry, investigation, prosecution if necessary to verdict.

Medical disputes in Indonesia are regulated by a host of laws. The important question that needs to be asked, however, is whether those laws have guaranteed justice for patients and doctors. This study aims to analyze the urgency of restorative justice in medical disputes. It explores secondary data and is normative legal research. The data was gathered through library research consisting of data collection activities based on several publications. This study focuses on legal principles with a doctrinal approach. It concludes that restorative justice is urgent to use in medical, criminal, and civil cases. This is evident in the will of the Health Law which prioritizes mediation as the first mechanism before being brought to trial. Furthermore, the use of restorative justice in medical dispute resolution is driven by the presence of three conditions: First is structural challenges among law enforcers and their limited capabilities in dealing with complex medical cases; Second is the condition of Indonesian correctional institutions which is overburdened and unable to provide maximum output, and the third is the relatively low number of Indonesian health workers. (Sengketa Medis di Indonesia telah diatur dalam beberapa peraturan perundang-undangan. Namun, pertanyaan penting yang perlu diajukan yaitu apakah peraturan yang ada telah menjamin kedilan bagi pasien dan dokter. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis urgensi prinsip keadilan restoratif dalam penyelesaian sengketa medis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum normatif yang mengkaji data sekunder. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi pustaka (library research), yaitu kegiatan pengumpulan data yang berasal dari berbagai literatur. Penelitian ini fokus pada asas-asas hukum dengan pendekatan dokrinal. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa prinsip keadilan restoratif penting diterapkan dalam kasus medis, pidana, maupun perdata. Ini misalnya dapat dilihat dari i’tikad baik dalam Hukum Kesehatan yang mempriorotaskan mediasi sebagai mekanisme pertama sebelum dibawa ke pengadilan. Dalam konteks sengketa medis, prinsip keadilan restoratif menjadi urgen untuk diterapkan sedikitnya karena tiga hal; pertama adalah tantangan struktural di kalangan para penegak hukum serta kemampuan mereka yang terbatas dalam menghadapi kasus medis yang biasanya kompleks. Kedua, kondisi lembaga pemasyarakatan Indonesia yang over kapastias sehingga tidak mampu memberikan output yang maksimal; dan ketiga adalah jumlah tenaga kesehatan di Indonesia yang relatif rendah.

AbstractA special medical court was formed to adjudicate medical disputes between medical personnel and patients. Therefore, a special court is needed to settle medical disputes, in which this special court hears/resolves medical disputes both criminal and civil, which is expected to be able to provide justice to all parties, especially to medical personnel. In this case the authors describe the concept of a special court of medical disputes which has its own peculiarities that is applying legal and medical principles in the court. In this study, the researchers used normative research methods. Where is meant by normative research is library law research. Dalam hal ini penulis paparkan konsep pengadilan khusus sengketa medis yang memilki kekhasan tersendiri yang menerapkan prinsip-prinsip hukum dan medis dalam pengadilan tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti mempergunakan metode penelitian normatif. Dimana yang dimaksud dengan peneltian normatif adalah penelitian hukum kepustakaan. This study is a qualitative study using a case study approach to the PT. Astra International, Tbk. The object of this research is PT. Astra International, Tbk. PT. Astra International, Tbk is a company engaged in six business sectors, namely: automotive,financial services, heavy equipment, mining and energy, agribusiness, information technology, infrastructure and logistics. Researchers chose PT. Astra International, Tbk as research objects due in the year 2012, PT. Astra International, Tbk managed to rank first in the list of 100 Best Companies to Go Public by the 2011 financial performance of Fortune magazines Indonesia. The data used in this research is secondary data, the financial statements. Astra International, Tbk 20082012. Other secondary data used is the interest rate of Bank Indonesia Certificates (SBI), the Jakarta Composite Index (JCI), and thecompanys stock price began the year 20082012. This study aims to determine the companys financial performance by the use of EVA and MVA approach, therefore the data analysis technique used is the EVA and MVA. Based on the value EVA of the year 2008 2012, PT. Astra International, Tbk has good financial performance that managed to meet the expectations of the company and the investors. Based on the value of MVA during the years 20082012, PT. Astra International, Tbk managed to create wealth and prosperity for companies and investors. It concluded that financial performance. AstraInternational, Tbk for five years was satisfactory.

Public Relations of the Bandung Regency Government realizes that its area has a lot of potential for various local wisdom and has a heterogeneous society. This study aims to explore and analyze the values of local knowledge in developing public relations strategies in the government of Bandung Regency, West Java province. This study uses a constructivist interpretive (subjective) paradigm through a case study approach. The results showed that the Bandung Regency Government runs its government based on local wisdom. Bandung Regency Public Relations utilizes local insight and the region's potential to develop a public relations strategy to build and maintain a positive image of Bandung Regency. The impact of this research is expected to become a source of new scientific references in the development of public relations strategies in every region of Indonesia, which is very rich with various philosophies.Humas Pemerintah Kabupaten Bandung menyadari wilayahnya memiliki banyak potensi kearifan lokal yang beragam, serta memiliki masyarakatnya yang heterogen. Penelitian ini bertujuan menggali dan menganalisis nilai-nilai kearifan lokal dalam pengembangan strategi kehumasan di pemerintahan Kabupaten Bandung provinsi Jawa Barat.  Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma interpretif (subjektif) konstruktivis melalui pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Bandung menjalankan pemerintahannya berlandaskan pada kearifal lokal. Humas Pemkab Bandung memanfaatkan kearifan lokal dan potensi wilayahnya untuk mengembangkan strategi humas dalam membangun dan mempertahankan citra positif Kabupaten Bandung.Dampak penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi sumber rujukan ilmiah baru dalam pengembangan strategi kehumasan di setiap daerah Indonesia yang sangat kaya dengan beragam filosofi.

Indian agriculture has always been less profitable. Several factors contribute to the low profitability in agriculture, but less value addition, weak value chain system and weak market linkage are some of the most important factors. Producer companies are helping small farmers to emerge in the market. The farmer producer organisations (FPOs) linked with the producer companies are the best example of collective actions. The collective actions for the agriculture value chain (AVC) have resulted in a decrease in the cost and an increase in revenue. FPO and producer company find a good place in the underpinning theory of collective action theory. This study examines various successful examples of strengthening AVC through cooperatives and tried to identify various factors responsible for the success of these collectives. This study has adopted a case study approach. Three successful cases, that is, Vasundhara Agriculture Horticulture Producer Company Ltd: a multi-state FPO, Abhinav Farms Club and Sahyadri Farmer Producer Company have been selected for the case study based on their successful interventions for strengthening the agriculture value chain. Primary and secondary data has been collected through telephonic interviews from the board of directors, chairman and the members of the FPO. Both primary and secondary data have been collected to compare the three cases for AVC models. The data has been analysed using a comparative case study approach. The parameters of AVC have been identified using the Delphi technique. The study has found that collective actions have helped the farmers to strengthen the agriculture value chain. The study also concluded that leadership played an important role in defining the success of the FPOs. The study brings out future directions to excel in AVC through collectives.
