The results of the analysis of recent studies on the creation of educational environment in the institution of general secondary education (classification, typology, structural components) has shown the need for its detailed analysis regarding the consideration of personal orientation. To this time, the state of school practice was studied in terms of the organization of educational interaction between education applicants and the objects of the school educational environment. In particular, such aspects as psychological comfort, focus on maintaining health, taking into account the individual psychological and physiological characteristics of students. As demonstrated by the results of scientific research in institutions of general secondary education, the free choice of pupils from different fields of study, with a conscious choice of objects, methods and types of educational interaction not only in accordance with the inclinations and abilities, but also individual psychological and physiological features, is not fully ensured. Particular attention is paid by the authors of the educational environment towards the creation of psychological comfort for students, primarily with the help of humanization of relations between the participants in the educational process, the strengthening of the ties between school and family, personalization of the school environment, creation of favorable training environment and the structure of the school year, taking into account the volume and distribution of the amount of hours according to the state of health, the initial levels of school readiness, the age range of engagement in learning for a particular contingent of students, their individual psychological and age characteristics, activity periods at certain times of day, week, month, year, etc., as well as active involvement of students into this activity. It is also important to harmonize both internal and external educational and social environment, which is formed at school. This is evidenced by the volume of school-based learning material that remains unclaimed in the life of the education applicants. Prospects for further research on effective organization of educational interaction of students with objects of the school educational environment are also outlined along with the process of harmonization of objective and subjective determinants of its effectiveness.

The ideas of the article are based on the high social significance of discussing the practices of inclusive interaction in various spheres of life and ensuring the variability of approaches to the integration of children with special educational needs into the general education system. On the basis of the environmental approach in education, presented in the works of domestic and foreign authors, the basic principles are outlined and the general difficulties of the functioning of inclusive practice at the present stage are identified. The strategy of applying the vector approach to the examination and modeling of the environment of inclusive interaction and designing ways to improve it for the organization of psychological and pedagogical support of the educational process in school is justified. On the basis of the generalized results of the survey of teachers who organize the education of children with disabilities in non-specialized classes, the features and the type of relations that are currently developing in the joint education of schoolchildren with different educational needs during their integration into a single educational space are characterized. Using the methodology of psychological and pedagogical expertise of the school environment, the typification of the most characteristic influences exerted at modern schools on a child with a developmental disorder is carried out. The emerging dominant modality of the educational environment, its orientation to the development of relationships between teachers and peers, based on the priority of stimulating the activity of the individual with different degrees of manifestation of its freedom or dependence, is revealed. The article describes potential capabilities of each of the diagnosed types of environment in terms of its resources for ensuring freedom of choice of activities, stimulating activity, developing students' independence, and forming their personal characteristics. The diagnosed priority of creative and career-oriented orientation allowed us to draw conclusions about the currently established approaches to the inclusion of children with deviant development in the environment of normotypic peers.

One has admitted that the aspects of the activity that correspond to the educational and methodological media complexes function mostly in an isolated manner. Concerning this approach, certain elements of management in general secondary education establishments cannot ensure a full and effective formation of a holistic system of modern visual aids of student learning. One has conducted a comparative analysis of curricula and programs in sundry disciplines, selective observation of teachers’ activities in the classroom. One has outlined the significance and pedagogical possibilities of educational and methodical media complexes. The scale of continuity levels with the use of conditional names of educational and methodical media complexes is developed: “General concepts and definitions”; “Peculiarities of media for primary school”; “Basic teacher training for media use”; “Special training of primary school teachers for media use” and “Creative use of media complexes”. One has proved that all educational and methodical media complexes should not only interact but obey the logic of continuity, where coordination occurs simultaneously as to a paramount number of diverse parameters (virtual, psychological, gnoseological, sociological, organizational, etc.), the importance of which must be taken into account. The results of the analysis have shown that in some cases one coordinates the aspects of the activity that ensure the functioning of the components that correspond to these educational and methodological media complexes only formally, on the basis of superficial, arbitrary connections. One has confirmed the research of potential opportunities for the implementation of the proposed media complexes in general secondary education establishments due to expert assessments of the perspective implementation in the educational process. One has applied the author’s methods on the example of the subject of Fine Arts for practical implementation and preliminary diagnosis. The carried out analysis of the state of practice has made it possible to conclude about the appropriateness of forming educational and methodological media complexes on the basis of integration, the necessity to model their activities based on scientifically sound approaches, and the development of ways to implement them in the educational process of primary school.

The problem of interrelation of physical parameters of school space with the state of comfort of students and teachers in conditions of different types of educational environment is considered: "enriched", "standard" and "depleted". The hypothesis was that the assessment of comfort is interrelated with the physical parameters of the environment (temperature, air quality, illumination, acoustics, furniture) and has significant differences in the assessments of schoolchildren and teachers of schools with different types of educational environment. 416 schoolchildren and 73 teachers of three Moscow educational complexes took part in the study. Specially developed questionnaires were used. In the group of schoolchildren, significant differences in assessments of the comfort of the school space and its individual physical parameters were revealed depending on the type of educational environment and significant relationships were established between these indicators. The state of comfort of schoolchildren is determined by the type of educational environment and its physical parameters. For teachers, comfort, which is higher in comparison with the assessments of children, is determined by a favorable psychological climate and benevolent relationships.

The article is dedicated to the actuality of the problem of implementing a gender approach as key in creating a non-discriminatory school environment in the conditions of reforming the educational system of Ukraine. The authors’ understanding of the essence of the non-discriminatory environment in an educational institution as safe, healthy, inclusive and gender-equitable is given; the role of a teacher in this process is indicated. The essence of the gender approach and the peculiarities of its implementation in the general secondary education institutions are revealed. The results of the study of the content and prevalence of gender views and stereotypes among teachers of both sexes are presented. It has been found that most educators are heavily influenced by traditional views on the relationship between the genders. The differences in the gender perceptions of female teachers and male teachers depending on age and teaching experience have been revealed. About 20% of teachers implement a gender approach in school practice. It is empirically proved, that pedagogical groups deepen differentiation of social and psychological requirements and expectations regarding pupils and students. Most teachers remain uncertain in their gender orientations, profess the ideology of complementarity of male and female roles. The educational process in secondary education establishments reinforces traditional views on the dichotomy of women and men social roles and to a lesser extent demonstrates the equality and equivalence of both sexes, capable of assertive behavior and the interchangeability of gender roles. Prospects for further research outline a further need to determine ways to develop the egalitarian culture of teachers of general secondary education.
