The results of the analysis of recent studies on the creation of educational environment in the institution of general secondary education (classification, typology, structural components) has shown the need for its detailed analysis regarding the consideration of personal orientation. To this time, the state of school practice was studied in terms of the organization of educational interaction between education applicants and the objects of the school educational environment. In particular, such aspects as psychological comfort, focus on maintaining health, taking into account the individual psychological and physiological characteristics of students. As demonstrated by the results of scientific research in institutions of general secondary education, the free choice of pupils from different fields of study, with a conscious choice of objects, methods and types of educational interaction not only in accordance with the inclinations and abilities, but also individual psychological and physiological features, is not fully ensured. Particular attention is paid by the authors of the educational environment towards the creation of psychological comfort for students, primarily with the help of humanization of relations between the participants in the educational process, the strengthening of the ties between school and family, personalization of the school environment, creation of favorable training environment and the structure of the school year, taking into account the volume and distribution of the amount of hours according to the state of health, the initial levels of school readiness, the age range of engagement in learning for a particular contingent of students, their individual psychological and age characteristics, activity periods at certain times of day, week, month, year, etc., as well as active involvement of students into this activity. It is also important to harmonize both internal and external educational and social environment, which is formed at school. This is evidenced by the volume of school-based learning material that remains unclaimed in the life of the education applicants. Prospects for further research on effective organization of educational interaction of students with objects of the school educational environment are also outlined along with the process of harmonization of objective and subjective determinants of its effectiveness.

Introduction. The problem of improving the quality of education actualizes the issues of assessment and development of the educational conditions in educational organizations in order to ensure the equal educational opportunities for all students. Material and methods. We used the SACERS international scales for studying the educational environment in Moscow schools. Located in eight areas of Moscow 58 structural units of educational complexes (sample) took part in the survey. Results and discussion. Such items as interaction between the parents, the teachers and the administration of the school, the variability of the education programs and extracurricular activities, good conditions for the professional teachers’ development showed the great result. At the same time, there are some confines in providing the necessary conditions for training and development for the students with special educational needs. It was established that schools differ in providing equal educational conditions. The greatest differences are in such components of the educational environment as the organization of extracurricular activities, additional education and the subject environment for various types of activities, the creation of conditions for training and development of the students with special educational needs. Schools with a higher quality index of the educational environment have homogeneous educational conditions that provide relatively equal access to the quality education in comparison with the group of schools with a lower quality index of the educational environment. Conclusion. The quality of the educational environment in Moscow schools achieved in the participants’ interaction in the educational process, the organization of the educational process and the creation of the conditions for the professional development for teachers.

The article substantiates the need to develop a structural and functional model for the formation of professional values in the educational environment of the university. Such a need is due to the lack of requirements in educational and professional standards for the formation of professional values among future economists and the presence of such requirements for a specialist in documents that determine the development of higher education and state youth policy. The author presents the structure of the model for the future economists’ professional values formation in the educational environment of the university, as the interaction of conceptual-targeted, content-activity and criterion-effective blocks. Methodologically, the model is based on the leading provisions of axiological, personality-oriented, competent and environmental approaches and a set of principles, which ensures the creation of an axiologically saturated educational environment in the university and the gradual formation of professional values in future economists in the process of their educational and extracurricular activities. The model is implemented through the axiologization of the content of the training of economists, the development and selection of tasks on a value-meaning basis, the use of didactic tools that activate the activities of students and ensure effective interaction between participants in the educational process. The author describes a criterion-diagnostic complex, which allows to identify the level of a personality’s professional values formation in students according to each of the criteria and establish the degree of effectiveness of all pedagogical influences. Keywords: structural-functional model, professional values of an economist, economist’s professional values formation, educational environment of the university
