Nowadays most children tend to take advantage of playing time with activities that could potentially have a negative impact. Specifically, children who live in the urban areas commonly spend their time playing games, computers, internet, etc. From some games mode that already exist, one method is role playing. In the education of the profession that well planned, this method provides a positive impact for children, which can embed a sense of the role of the profession in life, embed the responsibility to cooperate with others, respect other people's opinions and abilities, and learn to make decisions in a relations group. Behavioral architecture approach required in the design of educational professions facilities for children. By applying the behavioral architecture approach, it’s expected to create a space and a certain ambiance in accordance with the child's behavior and their environment. So, the behavior of the children will affected the design of the building, so that the child's behavior and character will be used as a basic reference in the design of the building. So conversely, the design of the building is expected to give a positive impact on children's behavior.

Keywords : Behavior, Children, Education, Facilities, Profession

Global developments have seen the rapid growth of international marketing due to trade liberalization and a reduction in barriers to global trade. This has resulted in opening up of new markets and availability of foreign products in domestic markets. China has taken a leading role in global trade due to its low levels of production costs and technological advancements. Chinese electronic products can now be found most parts of the world. This study attempted at determining the attitudes of consumers towards made in China products. It was guided by the concepts of consumer ethnocentrism and consumer animosity and how these influenced the willingness to buy Chinese electronic products. A sample size of 385 was chosen with 319 participating. Data was collected through a questionnaire adopted and modified from a study by Quang, DinhChien and Long (2017) in Vietnam. Factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and structural equation modelling (SEM) techniques were used in the analysis. From the findings, it was evident that amongst the Kenyans, consumer ethnocentrism influences the level of consumer animosity. In instances where consumer animosity existed, it did not have an impact on product judgments. Though the respondents had expressed some level of animosity towards China, the same did not have a negative impact on product judgments. In terms of consumer ethnocentrism, the respondents indicated that it had a negative impact on product judgments, an indication that a high level of ethnocentrism will lead to unfavourable attitudes towards a product from a foreign country.

Some electronic products have high electromagnetic interference so that it gives a negative impact on the electronic devices around it. The use of electromagnetic shielding is a solution to reduce the value of electromagnetic radiation interference from electronic products. The research conducted includes the manufacture of electromagnetic shielding from copper material resulting from the electrolysis process of PCB (Printed Circuit Board) industrial wastewater and analyzing the effect of electromagnetic shielding from copper waste on the value of radiation emission. Electromagnetic shielding is made of vinyl which is coated with copper as a result of the electrolysis of PCB industrial wastewater. The measurement results show that electromagnetic shielding from copper waste can reduce radiation emissions. The use of electromagnetic shielding from copper waste is effective at frequencies from 250 to 350 MHz with a decrease in the quasi-peak value of 38.02 dB. The measurements with horizontal antenna polarization show that the margin of radiation emission value is higher comparated to vertical antenna polarization.

Electronic equipment is produced to meet human needs, so this will also have a significant impact on increasing the rate of e-waste generation in landfills in almost all countries. One of the environmental pollution issues that are of concern throughout the world is the management of e-waste (e-waste). This is due to the rapid increase in the use of electronic products. Thus, the existence of electrical and electronic equipment becomes shorter and becomes obsolete. The absence of information related to the volume of e-waste generation and material flow is one of the problems of the Indonesian government in managing e-waste. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to calculate e-waste and analyze material flow. The method used in this study is Material Flow Analysis (MFA). Furthermore, a survey of household and informal sector respondents was used. The questionnaire adopted from UNEP was modified and distributed to 400 households and 54 informal sectors in DKI Jakarta. The results show the total rate of generation of e-waste produced aaproximately 7713.42013 kg/year. Furthermore, it is necessary to develop several strategies in order to avoid negative impact. This research can be information in filling the data limitations and management of sustainable e-waste in DKI Jakarta.

BackgroundThe media has been around for ages, but what we experienced growing up is worlds away from what our children are growing up with today. Media is a double ended weapon that not only can be of priceless value for children if used in moderation but also it could have a tremendous negative impact on their lives.ObjectivesHighlighting the positive and negative percussions of media on children's behavior.SummaryThe first 2 years of life are considered a critical time for brain development. TV and other electronic media can get in the way of exploring, playing, and interacting with parents and others, which encourages learning and healthy physical and social development. As kids get older, too much media time can interfere with their activities such as being physically active, reading, doing homework, playing with friends, and spending time with family. So, while using media in moderation could be very beneficial for education, entertainment, and communication with others of different cultures, it could be very dangerous in encouraging risky behavior as substance abuse, violence, and unhealthy eating habits.ConclusionBecause it is always a matter of quality time and not the quantity of time spent by our children using different types of media, it is so important for caregivers to monitor media content and set viewing and interacting limits for their children and share them in their healthy interests to ensure that our children will not be left on their own in an unknown and potentially risky media world.Disclosure of interestThe author has not supplied his declaration of competing interest.

This study aims to determine the impact of the use of gadgets by early childhood. This is a case study employing descriptive qualitative method. Data was collected by means of interviewing parents and observing children's behavior. The source of data is two mothers with 4 children aged 4 to 7 years. The results showed that the use of information and communication technology, in the forms of Ipad and mobile phones can have a positive as well as negative impact on the children’s behavior. When playing a gadget, children tend to play intensively and with a high frequency. It is interesting to note that at an early age the children already have the skills to use gadget features, and they can concentrate on the game for quite a long time. Another positive impact is the improved ability of conversational English by children, due to frequent exposure to many English programs. The negative impacts are the tendency of children to be selfish when sharing gadgets with other children, and tendency to delay their routine obligations. Parents needs to control the use of gadgets by children so that it brings more positive impacts than negative consequences.

The cellular mitochondrial population undergoes repeated cycles of fission and fusion to maintain its integrity, as well as overall cellular homeostasis. While equilibrium usually exists between the fission–fusion dynamics, their rates are influenced by organellar and cellular metabolic and pathogenic conditions. Under conditions of cellular stress, there is a disruption of this fission and fusion balance and mitochondria undergo either increased fusion, forming a hyperfused meshwork or excessive fission to counteract stress and remove damaged mitochondria via mitophagy. While some previous reports suggest that hyperfusion is initiated to ameliorate cellular stress, recent studies show its negative impact on cellular health in disease conditions. The exact mechanism of mitochondrial hyperfusion and its role in maintaining cellular health and homeostasis, however, remain unclear. In this review, we aim to highlight the different aspects of mitochondrial hyperfusion in either promoting or mitigating stress and also its role in immunity and diseases.
