Abstract   The purpose of this research is to determinate the effect of work culture on the effectiness of public service in the office  village of Timoreng Panua, Panca Rijang district, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The populations of this research is the whole of Family card as much as 547 of 2 hamlets at Timoreng Panua village. The Collecting of Samples using Random Sampling technique and Yount Formula with 10% Standar error, resulting in a sample as much as 55  55 respondents.The data collecting technique of this research is observation, questionnaire, interview and library research. The data analysis of the research used the frecuency distribution tables and simple linaer regresion with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 16.0 program for windows.The results showed that the work culture of the effectiveness of public services in the office village ofTimorengPanua,PancaRijang District, SidenrengRappangRegency had a significant influence from the results of calculations in the ANOVA table, t count> t Table or 8.262> 2.672 with a significance level of 0,000 <0, 05, then the decision is Ho “refused” and Ha “accepted”, meaning that work culture (X) has a significant influential on the effectiveness  of public service (Y). While the model summary table shows that the influence of work culture (X) on the effectiveness  of public service (Y) is 0.563 or 56.3% the category "quite influential". The factors that influence work culture are seen from the first factor that togetherness has an influence of 23.3%. The second factor of intensity has an influence of 30.2%. The research is proposed to test the influence of Leadership and Motivation Work on Public Service Quality. The population in this study was the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh who had received the last 1 year service at the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh, amounting to 260 people. Furthermore, by using the Slovin formula, a sample size of 158 people was chosen with a sampling technique based on Simple Random Sampling. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques used are path analysis and hypothesis testing using t test with data analysis using SPSS version 20. The results of the study based on showing that partially the Leadership and motivation work have a positive and significant effect on Public Service Quality. The results also show that motivation work variables act as intervening variables between Leadership and Public Service Quality.

Zakat is one of the pillars of Islam that every capable Muslim must do. One of the institutions that manage zakat funds is the National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS). This study aims to partially and simultaneously examine the effect of promotion and service quality on people's interest in paying zakat through BAZNAS, Indragiri Hilir Regency. This type of research is field research. The data used in this study were primary and secondary. 87 Respondents in this study were Muzakki in BAZNAS Indragiri Hilir Regency. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The data collection methods were questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique partially used the t-test and simultaneously used the Anova test. The results showed that either partially or simultaneously, promotion and service quality had a significant influence on people's interest in paying zakat in BAZNAS, Indragiri Hilir Regency.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of family environment factors, industry practice experience, and entrepreneurial knowledge on Vocational High Schools (VHS) students' entrepreneurship readiness in Yogyakarta. From a total population of 1095 students,300 were selected as samples using the proportional random sampling technique by means of the Krejcie and Morgan formula. The data were collected through inventories, observation sheets, and documents. The content validity was assessed through expert judgment. The construct validity was assessed using the factor analysis and the reliability using the Cronbach’s Alpha formula. The data were analyzed using the descriptive analysis, regression analysis, and path analysis at a significance level of 0.05. The results show that: (1) there is a positive and significant influence of family environment, industry practice experience, and entrepreneurial knowledge on VHSs students' entrepreneurial readiness; and (2) family environment factors, industry practice experience, and entrepreneurial knowledge have a significant influence both directly and indirectly in determining the entrepreneurship readiness of VHS students.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor lingkungan keluarga, pengalaman praktik industri, dan pengetahuan kewirausahaan terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha siswa SMK di DIY.  Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional yang bersifat ex-post facto. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 1095 orang siswa. Jumlah sampel penelitian pada taraf kesalahan 5% sebanyak 300 siswa ditentukan dengan formula Krejcie dan Morgan. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan inventori, lembar pengamatan dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan lingkungan keluarga, pengalaman praktik industri, dan pengetahuan kewirausahaan terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha siswa SMK. Disamping itu, faktor lingkungan keluarga, pengalaman praktik industri, dan pengetahuan kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung dalam menentukan kesiapan berwirausaha siswa SMK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan (1) pengaruh persepsi guru tentang digital natives terhadap motivasi guru memanfaatkan sumber belajar digital (2) pengaruh persepsi guru tentang sumber belajar digital terhadap motivasi guru memanfaatkan sumber belajar digital dan (3) pengaruh persepsi guru tentang digital natives dan persepsi guru tentang sumber belajar digital secara bersama-sama terhadap motivasi guru memanfaatkan sumber belajar digital. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif-korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah guru-guru SMA Regina Pacis Bajawa, SMA Seminari Mataloko dan SMA Negeri 1 Golewa. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah proportional random sampling. Angket yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data disusun menggunakan skala Likert. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi dengan teknik statistik uji t dan uji F dengan taraf signifikaansi 0,05. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan persepsi guru tentang digital natives terhadap motivasi guru memanfaatkan sumber belajar digital. (2) Ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan persepsi guru tentang sumber belajar digital terhadap motivasi guru memanfaatkan sumber belajar digital. This study used the descriptive-correlational quantitative approach. The Population and sample were high school teachers of Regina Pacis Bajawa, SMA Seminari Mataloko and SMA Negeri 1 Golewa. Sampling technique in this research was proportional random sampling. A questionnaire was used to obtain the data. The data were analyzed using the Likert scale. The instrument was developed based on lattice theory of assessment instruments relevant to the study variables. The analysis technique used is a regression followed by statistic technique of t test and F test with the significance level of 0.05. The results are as follows. (1) There is a positive and significant influence of teacher's perception of digital natives toward teacher’s motivation to utilize digital learning resources. (2) There is a positive and significant influence of teacher's perception of digital learning resources and teacher’s motivation to utilize digital learning resources. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Komitmen Guru, Disiplin Kerja Guru, dan Budaya Sekolah terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMK Negeri Kabupaten Sleman Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru di SMK Negeri yang berada di Kabupaten Sleman yang berjumlah 659 orang. Penentuan ukuran sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik random sampling dengan mengacu table Krejcie dan Morgan. Uji coba instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas Alpha Cronbach’s. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji prasyarat analisis yang meliputi uji normalitas, uji linieritas dan uji multikolinieritas. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi dengan tingkat signifikansi ditentukan sebesar 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru; (2) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan komitmen guru terhadap kinerja guru; (3) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan disiplin guru terhadap kinerja guru sebesar; (4) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan budaya sekolah terhadap kinerja guru; (5) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan kinerja kepemimpinan, komitmen guru, disiplin kerja guru dan budaya sekolah secara simultan terhadap  kinerja guru.Kata Kunci: kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, komitmen, disiplin kerja, budaya sekolah, kinerja guru THE INFLUENCE OF PRINCIPAL’S LEADERSHIP, TEACHER’S COMMITMENT, TEACHER’S WORK DISCIPLINE, AND SCHOOL CULTURE ON VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TEACHER’S PERFORMANCEAbstractThis research is aimed to know the influence of  Principal’s Leadership, Teacher’s Commitment, Teacher’s Work Discipline, and School Culture on Teacher’s Performance in SMK Negeri in Sleman District. This research is a correlational design research that uses quantitative approach. Population in this research includes all teachers in SMK Negeri in Sleman District with a total of 659 persons. The sample measurement in this research applies random sampling technique by referring to Krejcie and Morgan table. The instrument trial uses Alpha Cronbach’s validity test and reliability test. The method of analyzing the data uses analysis precondition test which covers normality test, linearity test and multicollinearity test. The hypothesis proposal uses regression analysis with significance level determined by 5%. AbstractMaqashid al-sharia consists of two, namely maqaṣid and sharia. Maqashid means intention or purpose. The purpose (maqashid) can be achieved by means of taklif, and its implementation depends on the ability to understand the main sources of law, both Al-Qur'an and hadith.The purpose of this research with the title the implementation of maqhasid sharia in services at Bank Negara Indonesia Syariah Medan Branch is to see the implementation of services in Islamic banking in the field of customer service. The research was conducted at BNI Syariah Medan. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection methods in the research are using library research, observation and interviews. The sampling technique used random sampling. The types of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The data analysis used in this study was descriptive by using literature studies in the form of muamalah fiqh books.The results showed that the implementation of maqashid sharia in services at Bank Negara Indonesia Syariah Medan Branch is appropriate, based on the indicators of educating the individuals (Tahzibul Fardh), upholding justice (Iqamah al-adl), and achieving prosperity (Maslahah).Keywords: Service, Maqashid sharia, Customer Service

Musculosceletal disorders are complaints that are often felt by nurses in providing nursing care. One of the most effective ways to overcome this is by providing combination therapy of workplace stretching exercise (WSE) and heat therapy (hot pack). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of WSE and hot packs on musculosceletal disorders in nurses. This research is a Quasi Experiment Design study with a Two-Group Pre-Post design. The sample in this study were 52 nurses divided into 2 groups using simple random sampling technique. Musculosceletal disorders were measured using nordic body map (NBM). Data analysis used the Wilcoxon statistical and get at a significance level of 95% with test results (p. = 0,000). This shows that there is an influence of WSE and hot pack on musculosceletal disorders in nurses. Nurses are expected to pay more attention to how to work, workload and work facilities properly and do WSE and hot pack regularly.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of trust, satisfaction, and commitment to customer loyalty of Taplus savings at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Branch Rengat. Population in this research is all customer of Taplus at PT. Bank BNI Branch Rengat Riau which amounted to 15,173 people. The sampling technique used is random sampling, while the number of samples used for the analysis is 100 people. Data analysis techniques used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression. As for hypothesis testing using statistical t test. The results showed that the variable of trust does not have influence on customer loyalty of Taplus savings at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Branch Rengat. While the variable satisfaction and commitment have a significant influence on the loyalty of customers of Taplus savings at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Branch Rengat.

<span lang="EN-US">The purpose of this study was to analyze the model of the influence of authoritarian parenting, extraversion personality, and conformity to bullying in students. The population in this study were all students of grade eight of X, Y, Z state middle school in Yogyakarta, consisting of 524 students. The sample in this study was 185 students. The sampling technique used in this study was cluster random sampling. T<span>he data were collected with the scales which were developed for each variable studied. Data analysis was performed by testing the outer and inner models using structural equation model (SEM) through the Smart Partial Least Square 3.2.8 program. The </span>results of this study were the formation of the model of the influence of authoritarian parenting, extraversion personality, and conformity to bullying that was found to be fit with empirical data. Overall, the findings suggested that all variables under investigation (authoritarian parenting, extraversion personality, and conformity) had positive and a very significant influence on bullying. This model can be used as a valid reference in developing bullying variables.</span>

This research is an explanatory research which is empirical investigation, and the investigation did not control the variable directly, because the realization of these variables is basically no manipulation. Subject in this study were official of Departemen Education Youth dan Sports in Dompu Regency is divided into 5 unit with a population of as many as 87 people. Sampling was conducted using proportional random sampling technique, where in each part of the work unit taken some of its members in accordance with the size of the number of official. The number of samples used is 72 people. Data analysis was performed using multiple regression analysis to see the effect of education and training and degree of education on on performance of official.Based on the results of this study found that education and training and degree of education either partially or simultaneously affect to the performance on Official of Education, Youth and Sport in Dompu Regency so always maintain the performance of officials by providing opportunities for officials to participate in education and training of officials, and always recruit officials based on their degree of education and provide an opportunity to raise the degree of education is shown to have a significant influence on performance of official. Keywords : Education and training, performenace of official
