Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan (1) pengaruh persepsi guru tentang digital natives terhadap motivasi guru memanfaatkan sumber belajar digital (2) pengaruh persepsi guru tentang sumber belajar digital terhadap motivasi guru memanfaatkan sumber belajar digital dan (3) pengaruh persepsi guru tentang digital natives dan persepsi guru tentang sumber belajar digital secara bersama-sama terhadap motivasi guru memanfaatkan sumber belajar digital. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif-korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah guru-guru SMA Regina Pacis Bajawa, SMA Seminari Mataloko dan SMA Negeri 1 Golewa. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah proportional random sampling. Angket yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data disusun menggunakan skala Likert. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi dengan teknik statistik uji t dan uji F dengan taraf signifikaansi 0,05. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan persepsi guru tentang digital natives terhadap motivasi guru memanfaatkan sumber belajar digital. (2) Ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan persepsi guru tentang sumber belajar digital terhadap motivasi guru memanfaatkan sumber belajar digital. (3) Ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan, persepsi guru tentang digital natives dan persepsi guru tentang sumber belajar digital secara bersama-sama terhadap motivasi guru memanfaatkan sumber belajar digital. This study used the descriptive-correlational quantitative approach. The Population and sample were high school teachers of Regina Pacis Bajawa, SMA Seminari Mataloko and SMA Negeri 1 Golewa. Sampling technique in this research was proportional random sampling. A questionnaire was used to obtain the data. The data were analyzed using the Likert scale. The instrument was developed based on lattice theory of assessment instruments relevant to the study variables. The analysis technique used is a regression followed by statistic technique of t test and F test with the significance level of 0.05. The results are as follows. (1) There is a positive and significant influence of teacher's perception of digital natives toward teacher’s motivation to utilize digital learning resources. (2) There is a positive and significant influence of teacher's perception of digital learning resources and teacher’s motivation to utilize digital learning resources. (3) There is a positive and significant influence both of teacher's perception of digital learning resources and teacher’s motivation to utilize digital learning resources. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of family environment factors, industry practice experience, and entrepreneurial knowledge on Vocational High Schools (VHS) students' entrepreneurship readiness in Yogyakarta. From a total population of 1095 students,300 were selected as samples using the proportional random sampling technique by means of the Krejcie and Morgan formula. The data were collected through inventories, observation sheets, and documents. The content validity was assessed through expert judgment. The construct validity was assessed using the factor analysis and the reliability using the Cronbach’s Alpha formula. The data were analyzed using the descriptive analysis, regression analysis, and path analysis at a significance level of 0.05. The results show that: (1) there is a positive and significant influence of family environment, industry practice experience, and entrepreneurial knowledge on VHSs students' entrepreneurial readiness; and (2) family environment factors, industry practice experience, and entrepreneurial knowledge have a significant influence both directly and indirectly in determining the entrepreneurship readiness of VHS students.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor lingkungan keluarga, pengalaman praktik industri, dan pengetahuan kewirausahaan terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha siswa SMK di DIY.  Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional yang bersifat ex-post facto. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 1095 orang siswa. Jumlah sampel penelitian pada taraf kesalahan 5% sebanyak 300 siswa ditentukan dengan formula Krejcie dan Morgan. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan inventori, lembar pengamatan dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan lingkungan keluarga, pengalaman praktik industri, dan pengetahuan kewirausahaan terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha siswa SMK. Disamping itu, faktor lingkungan keluarga, pengalaman praktik industri, dan pengetahuan kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung dalam menentukan kesiapan berwirausaha siswa SMK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Komitmen Guru, Disiplin Kerja Guru, dan Budaya Sekolah terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMK Negeri Kabupaten Sleman Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru di SMK Negeri yang berada di Kabupaten Sleman yang berjumlah 659 orang. Penentuan ukuran sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik random sampling dengan mengacu table Krejcie dan Morgan. Uji coba instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas Alpha Cronbach’s. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji prasyarat analisis yang meliputi uji normalitas, uji linieritas dan uji multikolinieritas. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi dengan tingkat signifikansi ditentukan sebesar 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru; (2) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan komitmen guru terhadap kinerja guru; (3) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan disiplin guru terhadap kinerja guru sebesar; (4) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan budaya sekolah terhadap kinerja guru; (5) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan kinerja kepemimpinan, komitmen guru, disiplin kerja guru dan budaya sekolah secara simultan terhadap  kinerja guru.Kata Kunci: kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, komitmen, disiplin kerja, budaya sekolah, kinerja guru THE INFLUENCE OF PRINCIPAL’S LEADERSHIP, TEACHER’S COMMITMENT, TEACHER’S WORK DISCIPLINE, AND SCHOOL CULTURE ON VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TEACHER’S PERFORMANCEAbstractThis research is aimed to know the influence of  Principal’s Leadership, Teacher’s Commitment, Teacher’s Work Discipline, and School Culture on Teacher’s Performance in SMK Negeri in Sleman District. This research is a correlational design research that uses quantitative approach. Population in this research includes all teachers in SMK Negeri in Sleman District with a total of 659 persons. The sample measurement in this research applies random sampling technique by referring to Krejcie and Morgan table. The instrument trial uses Alpha Cronbach’s validity test and reliability test. The method of analyzing the data uses analysis precondition test which covers normality test, linearity test and multicollinearity test. The hypothesis proposal uses regression analysis with significance level determined by 5%. Abstract   The purpose of this research is to determinate the effect of work culture on the effectiness of public service in the office  village of Timoreng Panua, Panca Rijang district, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The populations of this research is the whole of Family card as much as 547 of 2 hamlets at Timoreng Panua village. The Collecting of Samples using Random Sampling technique and Yount Formula with 10% Standar error, resulting in a sample as much as 55  55 respondents.The data collecting technique of this research is observation, questionnaire, interview and library research. The data analysis of the research used the frecuency distribution tables and simple linaer regresion with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 16.0 program for windows.The results showed that the work culture of the effectiveness of public services in the office village ofTimorengPanua,PancaRijang District, SidenrengRappangRegency had a significant influence from the results of calculations in the ANOVA table, t count> t Table or 8.262> 2.672 with a significance level of 0,000 <0, 05, then the decision is Ho “refused” and Ha “accepted”, meaning that work culture (X) has a significant influential on the effectiveness  of public service (Y). While the model summary table shows that the influence of work culture (X) on the effectiveness  of public service (Y) is 0.563 or 56.3% the category "quite influential". The factors that influence work culture are seen from the first factor that togetherness has an influence of 23.3%. The second factor of intensity has an influence of 30.2%. Abstrak Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh status sosial ekonomi orang tua dan prestasi akademik mahasiswa terhadap minat melanjutkan studi S2 mahasiswa fakultas ekonomi angkatan 2014 Unesa. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis asosiatif. Teknik sampling dalam penelitian ini yakni simple random sampling. Total sebanyak 270 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) adakah pengaruh positif signifikan status sosial ekonomi orang tua terhadap minat melanjutkan studi S2 dan tingkat signifikansinya sebesar 0,000 < probabilitas 0.05. (2) adakah pengaruh positif signifikan prestasi akademik mahasiswa terhadap minat melanjutkan studi S2 dan tingkat signifikansinya sebesar 0,000 < probabilitas 0.05. Kata Kunci: status sosial ekonomi orang tua, prestasi akademik, minat melanjutkan studi S2. Abstract The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of parents socio-economic status and student academic achievement on the interest in continuing the S2 study of 2014 faculty of economic faculty students at Unesa.. In this study using a quantitative approach with an associative type. The sampling technique in this study is simple random sampling. Total sample is 270 respondents. The technique of collecting data uses questionnaires and documentation.The results of the study are: (1) There is a positive significant influence of parents socio-economic status on the interest in continuing S2 studies and a significance level of 0.000 <0.05 probability. (2) There is a positive significant effect of student academic achievement on the interest in continuing S2 studies and a significance level of 0.000 <0.05 probability. This study aims to determine; (i) whether there is a positive and significant influence on the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) model and classroom management on the learning motivation of students PPKn at SMP Negeri 8 Makassar, (ii) whether there is a positive and significant effect of the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) model on the learning motivation of students PPKn at SMP Negeri 8 Makassar, (iii) whether there is a positive and significant influence of classroom management on the learning motivation of PPKn learners at SMP Negeri 8 Makassar. This type of research used in this research is quantitative with survey methods. The population in this study were all students of class VIII SMP Negeri 8 Makassar, amounting to 440. The sampling technique was Simple Random Sampling technique with a total sample of 195. Data collection techniques used were collected through questionnaire, and documentation.The results of this study indicate that (i) there is a positive and significant influence on the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) model and classroom management on the learning motivation of students PPKn at SMP Negeri 8 Makassar. Shown with the Fcount value of 108.104 > Ftable 3.04. While the significance level is 0,000 < 0.05 and simultaneously there are 53% of the contribution of the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) model and classroom management to the learning motivation of students PPKn at SMP Negeri 8 Makassar. (ii) there is a positive and significant influence between the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) learning model on the learning motivation of students PPKn at SMP Negeri 8 Makassar. Shown by the tcount 12, 749 > ttable 1.645 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. and (iii) there is a positive and significant effect between classroom management on students' learning motivation of PPKn at SMP Negeri 8 Makassar. Shown tcount 11, 365 > ttable 1.645 with a significance of 0,000 < 0.05

Purpose: Digital learning integration (DLI) in schools has positive implications for the education systems. DLI programme was rolled out in Meru County alongside other 46 counties in Kenya in 2016 after several postponements. However, DLI programme adoption is attributed to preparation challenges. This study examined the adequacy of resources on implementation of DLI programme in public primary schools in Meru County. Methodology: The study was guided by Roger’s diffusion of innovation theory and Boum’s project management cycle. The study used descriptive survey design and adopted mixed method approach. The study targeted 710 public primary schools in 9 sub-counties. Data was provided by 710 head teachers, 7032 teachers, 2004 Parent Teachers Association (PTA) executive members, and 25,720 grade 3 DLI programme pioneer pupils. A 10% sample of schools was considered sufficient which was obtained using simple random sampling technique. As a result, 71 head teachers and 703 teachers were obtained. Purposive judgmental sampling technique was used to get 201 PTA members. Further, Sloven’s formula was used to get a sample size of 396 pupils that formed Focus Group Discussion (FGD) each consisting of 8 learners, and 9 SCDEs were purposively sampled. Questionnaires were used to collect data from head teachers, teachers and PTA while interview schedules and FGDs were used to get data from SCDEs and from learners respectively. Observational schedule was also used to provide guide for focusing observation and recording data. The research tools were pre-tested for validity and reliability. The quantitative data was analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics for Windows version 22. The data was analyzed, interpreted and reported using percentages, measures of central tendency. Univariate regression analysis was used to test hypothesis. Qualitative data was analyzed according to themes based on study objective and reported in narratives. Findings: Through computation of Pearson product moment correlation coefficients confirmed that there is significant positive correlation (r = 0.825) between variable adequacy of digital learning resources against DLI at 0.05 level of significance. Resources such as tablets, internet connectivity, computer laboratory and electricity were noted to be inadequate. Learners who were introduced to DLI appreciated and were always eager to learn using the available digital technology resources. In addition, there was no monitoring or evaluation of the digital programme after roll out by quality assurance and standards officers as per the policy guidelines. The study concluded that preparations for digital programme were inadequate. The findings will be useful to educationists, parents, teachers, and policy makers. Unique contribution to theory, practice and policy: The study recommended that MoE should go back to the drawing board and come up with proactive measures on provision of digital learning resources. Adequate resources such as tablets, desks, computer laboratories, network connectivity and electricity among others should be availed to all schools. Tablets available are too few to be distributed to pupils during this period of COVID-19 pandemic leading to resource wastage.  MoE should own the innovation and facilitate its full adoption by coming up with apt monitoring and control systems. Political objectives should not be allowed to overshadow policy structures such as planning, management and administrative processes.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh kemampuan menggambar ragam hias terhadap hasil belajar kriya batik dan seberapa besar pengaruh kemampuan menggambar ragam hias terhadap hasil belajar kriya batik. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh siswa kelas X SMK Swasta Mandiri Percut Sei Tuan dengan jumlah 357 siswa yang terdiri dari 11 kelas dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 1 kelas berjumlah 25 siswa yang diambil secara acak dengan menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar materi menggambar ragam hias lebih tinggi dari hasil belajar materi kriya batik. Hasil belajar menggambar ragam hias memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 82,44, sedangkan nilai rata-rata kriya batik sebesar 78,64. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis nilai  yang diperoleh  yaitu 5,7768, dibandingkan dengan nilai  berdasarkan tabel distribusi t pada taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 terdapat nilai 2,010. Dengan demikian nilai  >  = 5,7768 > 2,010 menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan kemampuan menggambar ragam hias terhadap hasil belajar kriya batik siswa kelas X SMK Swasta Mandiri Percut Sei Tuan T.A. 2019/2020. Besar sumbangan (kontribusi) diperoleh  (koefisien penentu/indeks determinasi) = 17%, artinya bahwa kemampuan menggambar ragam hias (X) memberikan kontribusi atau masukan atau sumbangan terhadap hasil belajar kriya batik (Y) dengan rata-rata sebesar 17%, sisanya ditentukan oleh faktor lain atau variabel lain.  Kata Kunci: menggambar ragam hias, kriya batik.AbstractThis study aims to determine whether there is an influence of ability draw a variety of decoration on the learning outcomes of batik crafts and how large the influence of the ability to draw ornament on the learning outcomes of batik crafts. The population in this study were all grade X student of SMK Mandiri Private Percut Sei Tuan with 357 students consisting of 11 classes and numbers a sample of 1 class totaling 25 students were taken randomly with using a cluster random sampling technique. The results showed that learning outcomes of ornamental diversity drawing material is higher than learning outcomes batik craft materials. The result of learning to draw decorative figures have an average value an average of 82,44, while the average value of batik crafts is 78,64. Based on the hypothesis test the value of   obtained is 5,7768, compared with the value of ttable based on the distribution table t at the significance level α = 0.05 there is a value of 2,010. Thus the value of > = 5,7768 > 2,010 shows that there is a significant influence on drawing ability ornamental variety of batik handicraft learning outcomes of class X SMK Mandiri Private Percut Sei Tuan T.A 2019/2020. The amount of contribution is obtained  (determinant coefficient/determinant index) = 17%, meaning that ability draw decorative colors (X) contribute or input or contribution to batik learning outcomes (Y) with an average of 17% the rest is determined by other factors or other variables.  Keywords: drawing ornamental  variety, batik craft.

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan prestasi belajar matematika siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 8 Palu. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 8 Palu yang terdiri dari 5 kelas. Sampel penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling, jumlah siswa yang menjadi sampel sebanyak 44 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan dua instrumen yaitu, kuisioner kecerdasan emosional dan dokumentasi prestasi belajar dari nilai rapor. Hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan uji korelasi product moment diperoleh nilai korelasi r = 0,417. Nilai rtabel = 0,297 untuk N = 44 dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Nilai rhitung (0,417) > rtabel (0,297) maka diputuskan menerima hipotesis alternatif (H1) dan menolak hipotesis awal (H0). Artinya terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan prestasi belajar matematika siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 8 Palu. Kata kunci: Kecerdasan Emosional dan Prestasi Belajar Matematika The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence with mathematics learning achievement of VIII grade students at SMP Negeri 8 Palu. The population of this study is all students of VIII grade at SMP Negeri 8 Palu consisting of 5 classes. The sample was obtained by using random sampling technique. The total number of the sample was 44 students. The data collection used two instruments, namely, emotional intelligence questionnaire and documentation of learning achievement from the report card. The results of data analysis using product moment correlation test obtained correlation value r = 0.417. Value of rtable = 0,297 for N = 44 with significance level 5%. The value of rcount (0.417)> rtable (0.297) then decided to accept the alternative hypothesis (H1) and reject the initial hypothesis (H0). This means there is a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and mathematics learning achievement of VIII grade students at SMP Negeri 8 Palu. This paper presents the results of an intervention study exploring the effectiveness of an implementation of a selection of digital learning resources (DLR) in lower secondary science classrooms. Eight teachers participated in a quasi-experimental intervention, teaching three different subjects with and without DLRs. The data presented are from pupil tests before and after the teaching combined with observation of lessons and interviews with both pupils and teachers. In two of the three subjects the groups using DLRs did slightly better than the comparison group. The results indicate that successful ICT based learning is just as dependent on teacher competence as the quality and features of the resources.

This research is to observe the purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of breastfeeding toward the development of children aged 6 - 12 months living in RW 04 Sambibulu Village, Taman Sub-district, Sidoarjo. The design of  research was analytic  retrospective  study. The population involved 29 couples with their children aged 6  -  12 months living in the above mentioned region. The simple random sampling technique was used to take 27 couples as the samples of research. The independent variable of this research was breastfeeding, whereas the dependent one was  the child’s development. Questionnaires of breast and checklist of KPSP (Pre Screening Questionnaire for Child Development) were used to collect the data which analyzed by using Mann-Whitney’s statistic test with the significance level α = 0.05, it means that there was a relationship between breastfeeding and  the development of children p (0.000) < α (0.05)
