The basic concept of system analysis is a system, that is, an object that interacts with the external environment and has a complex internal structure, a large number of components and elements. Interacting elements with a certain integrity are allocated into functional subsystems. The technique of choosing the most efficient machines depending on the conditions of use and assessing their technical level is stated. The block diagram of the variant technology of cultivation of grain crops is presented, which allows you to choose alternative options for technical means based on their effectiveness.

The use of information technology in the management of construction projects has become a decisive factor for the successful completion of projects, taking into account time, quality and financial costs. There are challenges in visualizing the planning process and integrating information between stakeholders. The paper considers some aspects of the development trend of information technology in construction. The element base, including the risks arising during the design and construction, associated with the direct use of computer and mathematical models of the object in the design is considered. The generated information models will provide basic information for the participants in the design process, which ultimately will be the basis of the element base of an effective tool for ensuring project life cycle management. The following methods were used: system analysis, logical-mathematical modelling, systems theory, economic-visual modelling, research methods of operations, economic and mathematical methods. A basic block diagram of 4D modelling is presented to minimize the occurrence of risks during design. The model allows considering the possibility of assessing the duration of the project, the level of labour productivity, as well as visualizing the construction process. The presented analysis indicates the importance of using 4D modelling in relation to the life cycle of the object in order to prevent the possibility of construction risks.

We developed a new type 3-Dimensional Internal Structure Microscope (3D-ISM) for the observation of internal structures of samples. The internal structure of a sample is obtained by cutting it into thin slices and observing the cutting side continuously while cutting. The position of the camera, as well as the sample position are fixed. Therefore there is no shift between the sections, and this system can obtain a true color image of the sample, which is a high resolution and a high-quality three-dimensional image compared with X-ray CT and MRI. After repeatedly slicing a sample, the digital image data from the sectional views is transferred to a computer, where 3-dimensional images of the internal structure of the sample are reconstructed. Using this system we analyzed many biological organisms. In this paper, a mouse specimen has been cut and the 3-dimensional images are shown.This article presents the outline of the device and the principle of the observation. FIG.l shows a corresponding block diagram and Fig. 2 a schematic view of the 3D-ISM.

The independent axis dynamics of machine tools that employ long slender lead screws, bearings, and workpiece saddles, mounted on supporting slides, will be considered. Distributed-lumped parameter techniques will be used for system analysis and in the model formulation procedures. Realizations that encompass combined torsional and tension loading will be incorporated. Specific, integrated, distributed-lumped machine tool configurations will be derived and described in block diagram form. Simulation studies illustrating the dynamic signature of a machine tool axis drive, when operated at various feed rates, together with the measured results will be presented. The effect of changes in the effective lead-screw length on the workpiece surface finish will be commented on.

Abstract. The main goal of our research is to consider the main economic factors that prevent the introduction of advanced technologies and to justify the need to change the state's approaches to supporting investment processes for the formation of advanced machine systems in flax industry, including on the basis of automation and digitalization of process management. Methods. In the work, based on the using of a wide range of analytical methods for studying economic phenomena in the flax growing industry, the using of computational-constructive and abstract-logical methods, using computational-constructive and abstract-logical methods, system analysis, recommendations were developed for the implementation of state support measures focused primarily on the complex system of machines in agriculture, independently of the financial and economic condition of economic entities. Results. The article shows that the complex mechanization of flax production is hindered both by the remaining insufficient level of financial and economic opportunities of commodity producers, and by the imperfection of state support. According to the analysis of data from the electronic information-analytical system testfirm.ru, it was revealed that only 34 % of the flax producers examined in 2018 were profitable, whose revenue exceeded 10 million rubles. It was revealed that the limited ability to update the main links and elements of the machine system leads to significant economic losses during the cultivation of flax, due to non-compliance with the execution of technological operations in the optimal time. Scientific novelty. The article presents the idea of the need, based on the recommendations of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation and the Russian Center for Agricultural Consulting on the formation and use of specialized resource-saving technologies for cultivating flax for fiber and seeds, to expand the scope of government support measures for flax-growing farms not only to financially sustainable enterprises. The article substantiates the general need for investments for the use of advanced machine systems in the combined technology of cultivation, harvesting and primary processing of flax in the amount of more than 114 million rubles per 1000 hectares of sown area of flax.

Также авторами обозначена взаимозависимость процесса обновления системы образования от инфраструктурных преобразований национальной и мировой экономики.The article considers the dependence of the process of formation of the modern education system on qualitative and quantitative changes in the factors of the external environment and the dynamics of changes in the internal structure of the human capital management process. The authors also indicate the interdependence of the process of updating the education system from the infrastructural transformations of the national and world economy.

Introduction. The rapid implementation of administrative-territorial reform in Ukraine requires the search for new effective tools to increase the economic and social efficiency of united territorial communities. Given that the main factor in the successful economic activity of a legal entity is an effective marketing policy, we hypothesized that the formation of the economic system of UTC should take place on the basis of marketing with brand development in this area. In such circumstances, there is a need to define the nature and relationship between the marketing of the territory and the territorial brand. Goal. The purpose of this article is to determine the systemic relationships that take place in the brand formation of a united territorial community on the basis of and using the tools of innovative territorial marketing. Method. The following methods were used during the research: abstract-logical, monographic, generalization, system analysis and synthesis. Results. Theoretical bases of territorial marketing development in the united territorial communities are improved and forms of their realization are defined. It is proved that territorial marketing is a full-fledged system of actions of public authorities and local governments, interested individuals and legal entities to identify and promote unique and demanded in the external environment advantages of a region, which allows to create attractiveness and prestige of this territory and its resources. The methodological basis of interdependent relations in building a brand of a separate territory on the basis of marketing is formed. The strategic directions of activity of local self-government bodies at development of a competitive brand are substantiated. Brand filling matrices with key influencing factors are constructed. Introduction. A study of the fleet of fire trucks was conducted. The absence of a direct dependence of the operating time of a fire truck on its service life is confirmed on the basis of the analysis. A matrix of conditions for making a decision on the need to replace a fire truck is formed, taking into account the standard purpose of the fire truck, its service life, the actual technical condition described by the corresponding category of technical condition, as well as the date of termination of its release. A criterion for the need to replace a fire truck has been developed, as well as an algorithm for making a decision on the need to replace a fire truck in conditions of limited funding. Goals and objectives. The purpose of the article is to develop an algorithm for making a decision about the need to replace a fire truck. This goal allows us to solve the problem of justifying the need to replace the sample in the course of ensuring a given level of readiness of fire and rescue units. Methods. Methods of mathematical statistics, the theory of the importance of criteria, technical and economic analysis, mathematical modeling and system analysis were used to achieve the goal and solve the problems of the study. Results and discussion. A criterion for the need to replace a fire truck is developed, on the basis of which a block diagram of the algorithm for making a decision on the need to replace a sample is formed. Conclusion. The results obtained in the course of the work can be used in the development of programs (plans) for re-equipping fire and rescue units with modern fire trucks.
