The quality of training institutions is an important part of human resource management that needs to be improved. To become a professional training institution, PPSDM Aparatur must be able to manage the implementation of training in a professional manner and become a center for developing of human resources that capable to provide an excellent service in all management aspects. PPSDM Apparatus needs to carry out organizational improvement strategies. Quality training happens if it is supported by all elements of quality education, both training institutions, widyaiswara, and fasilitator of professional training, curriculum relevant to the aims and objectives of training program, the availability of facilities and infrastructure relevant to the needs of training implementation. For widyaiswara, widyaiswara development is needed continuously in terms of both quantity and quality considering the development and rapid progress of world of. ABSTRAKKualitas lembaga pendidikan dan pelatihan merupakan bagian penting dalam pengelolaan SDM yang perlu terus ditingkatkan. Untuk menjadi lembaga pendidikan dan pelatihan yang terpercaya, PPSDM Aparatur harus mampu mengelola penyelenggaraan diklat secara professional serta menjadi pusat pengembangan sumber daya manusia aparatur negara yang mampu memberikan pelayanan prima dalam semua aspek manajemen. Dalam upaya mewujudkan kondisi tersebut, PPSDM Aparatur perlu melakukan strategi pembenahan organisasi. Diklat dikatakan bermutu apabila didukung oleh semua unsur kediklatan yang berkualitas, baik lembaga diklatnya, widyaiswara, dan pengelola diklat yang profesional, kurikulum yang sesuai dengan tujuan dan sasaran pogram diklat, ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelaksanaan diklat. Diperlukan pengembangan widyaiswara secara berkesinambungan baik dari segi kuantitas maupun kualitasnya mengingat perkembangan dunia ilmu pengetahuan dewasa ini mengalami kemajuan yang begitu pesatnya.

Качественное образование в военных вузах является залогом высокой обороноспособности нашей страны. В статье рассматриваются важнейшие направления повышения качества профессиональной подготовки курсантов военного вуза. Уделяется особое внимание качественному отбору курсантов, высокому профессионализму профессорско-преподавательского состава, вопросам управления образовательным процессом и мониторингу качества, развитию и совершенствованию образовательной среды военного вуза. Анализируется опыт Рязанского гвардейского высшего воздушно-десантного командного училища (РВВДКУ) по повышению качества профессиональной подготовки будущих офицеров-десантников. Military students’ quality education is a necessary prerequisite for our country’s high defensive potential. The article treats major activities aimed at the improvement of military students’ professional training. The article underlines that it is essential to secure efficient selection of military students, ensure professional competence of professorial staff, secure efficient management of teaching and learning processes, ensure effective quality management, secure efficient development and improvement of learning environments. The article analyzes the experience of improving the quality of novice parachute regiment officers’ professional training at Ryazan Guards Higher Airborne Command School.

As an effort to improve the quality of human resources, the development of human resources was important for the goverment to focus on improving the quality of education by provision learning processes with quality education personnel. This article aimed to discussed the principle management of educational staff of the Al-Qur'an perspective. This research was literature studies, namely by examining journals, books, research reports. The result showed that : (1) the Principle of Tawheed, covering the principle of unity of direction and unity of command; (2) Principles of justice and prosperity; (3) The principle of deliberation; (4) Principles of efficiency, effectiveness and productivity; (5) Disilpin principle, integrity and loyalty; (6) The principle of division of authority and responsibility; (7) Principle of Ukhuwah. An understanding of the management principle of the Al-Qur'an perspective in the management of Islamic education institutions will be able to contribute positively, including planning of education personnel, the process of recruitment, selection and placement, and the development of education personnel. Kvantitativno analizo kakovosti strokovnih usposabljanj na področju digitalizacije poslovanja v izbranem javnem zavodu smo izvedli s pomočjo merskega instrumenta SERVQUAL, s katerim smo merili udeleženčeva pričakovanja in njihove zaznave kakovosti strokovnih usposabljanj na področju digitalizacije poslovanja, in sicer s pomočjo petih razsežnosti: zunanje podobe, zanesljivosti, odzivnosti, zaupanja in pozornosti. Analiza je pokazala, da se pričakovana kakovost usposabljanja na področju digitalizacije poslovanja v izbranem javnem zavodu statistično značilno razlikuje od dejanske zaznane kakovosti ter da je dejavnik zaznane kakovosti usposabljanj »zanesljivost izvajalca in predavatelja« pozitivno povezan z zadovoljstvom udeležencev teh usposabljanj. Rezultati analize bodo lahko v pomoč upravljalcem človeških virov in managementu v izbranem javnem zavodu in v drugih organizacijah, kakor tudi raziskovalcem, saj lahko ti na osnovi ugotovitev te raziskave ter dodatno zbranih podatkov izpeljejo dodatne analize.A quantitative analysis was performed about the quality of professional training in business digitalisation at a selected public institute with the SERVQUAL measurement instrument that measured the expectations of the participants and perception of quality of professional training in business digitalisation by measuring the following five dimensions: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and attentiveness. The analysis has shown that the expected quality of training in business digitalisation at the selected public institute statistically significantly differs from the actual perceived quality, and that the factor of perceived quality of training ‘the reliability of the provider and the lecturer’ positively corresponded with the satisfaction of the participants in these trainings. The results of the analysis will be of practical assistance for managers of human resources and the management of the selected public institute, other organisations, as well as researchers, who can carry out additional research on the basis of the findings of this research and additional selected data.

ABSTRAKManajemen sumber daya manusia adalah suatu bidang manajemen khusus yang mempelajari hubungandan peranan manusia dalam suatu organisasi. Manusia adalah tenaga kerja yang bekerja dalam suatuperusahaan. Salah satu faktor suatu pendidikan bisa berkembang adalah adanya manajemen sumber dayamanusia yang baik dan sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam. Dengan adanya sumber daya manusia yang berkualitasakan dapat berpengaruh pada proses dan kemajuan yang lebih baik dalam bidang pendidikan tersebut.Meningkatkan sumber daya manusia menjadi semakin penting untuk institusi yang digunakan untukmendapatkan kontrol yang lebih baik melalui lembaga mereka sendiri. Lembaga harus menunjukkan bahwamereka mampu memberikan pendidikan yang berkualitas untuk pelajar. Untuk setiap institusi, kualitas adalahagenda dan kualitas utama perbaikan adalah tugas yang paling penting. Salah satu yang harus di perhatikandalam Manajemen sumber daya manusia di Indonesia ini adalah peningkatan kualitas mutu pendidikan dengantujuan untuk mengubah institusi yang mengoperasikannya menjadi tim yang tulus, tanpa konflik dan persainganinternal, untuk mencapai satu tujuan, yaitu untuk kemajuan pendidikan yang lebih baik.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Perencanaan sumber daya untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikanseleksi dan orientasi, serta penempatan sumber daya manusia secara profesional. Increasing human resources is becoming increasingly important for institutions that areused to gain better control through their own institutions. Institutions must show that they are able to providequality education for students. For each institution, quality is the agenda and the main quality of improvement isthe most important task. One of the things that must be considered in human resource management in Indonesiais to improve the quality of education with the aim of changing the institutions that operate it into a sincereteam, without conflict and internal competition, to achieve a goal, namely for the betterment of education.The results of this study indicate that: Planning resources to improve the quality of education selection andorientation, as well as the placement of human resources in a professional manner. Educational outcome measures, known to be associated with the quality of care, are needed to support improvements in graduate medical education (GME). This retrospective observational study sought to determine whether there was a relationship between the specialty board certification rates of GME training institutions and the quality of care delivered by their graduates. It is based on 7 years of hospitalizations in Pennsylvania ( N = 354,767) with diagnoses of acute myocardial infarction, congestive heart failure, gastrointestinal hemorrhage, or pneumonia. The 2,265 attending physicians were self-identified internists, and they completed their training in 59 institutions. The percentage of board-certified physicians from each training institution, excluding the physician herself or himself, was calculated and an indicator of whether it exceeded 80% was created. This was analyzed against inhospital mortality and length of stay, adjusted for patient/physician/hospital characteristics. There were significantly lower odds of mortality (adjusted Odd’s ratio [ OR] = .92, 95% CI [0.86, 0.98]) and log length of stay (adjusted OR = .98, 95% CI [.94, .99]) when the attending physician trained in a residency program with an 80% or greater certification rate. The results suggest that specialty certification rates may be a useful educational outcome for residency training programs.

TQM should be applied to every Islamic education unit in order to encourage the quality of excellent service to stakeholders. Because, in today's sharp world of global competition, many people talk about "quality" especially related to jobs that produce products or services.  A result is made because there are those who need it, and those needs develop along with the quality demands of the users. Recognizing this task, SMPN 1 Dlanggu, which has achieved many achievements in various fields both academically and non-academically, continues to improve services for students by completing various learning facilities, qualified human resources (teachers and employees), and coordinating/collaborating with related institutions. In its implementation, TQM has an influence. Among them, student achievement is increasing. Not only in academics, but also non-academics, the enthusiasm of the community to send their children to SMPN 1 Dlanggu is increasing. There is a good relationship / cooperation between all residents of Dlanggu Middle School 1, both internally and externally to jointly improve school quality

One of the problems faced by universities noday is still a lack of learning systems that can support good teaching and learning quality and efficient. Currently, there are still learning methods which are conventional in which learning is still running in one direction, where the student fixated on material submitted by the lecturer in front and make the student tend to feel tired and passive. As an alternative to solving the problem is to provide the latest teaching innovations iLearning System (Integrated Learning), or in Indonesian called integrated learning system that is applied is one form to improve the quality to a modern and quality education. The reason the application of this method of learning iLearning we hope to provide a learning system that is more active and has a strong reciprocity between faculty and students, because the learning process of innovative and efficient will certainly add to the fun and spirit of the student so that the student was will not feel bored and passive. Using iLearning student can learn more optimally, they can see and read materials provided by lecturers in their respective iPad. Not only that students can easily do exercises / quiz, browsing, sending tasks, discussed and recorded with iPad without having to spend a stationery. Given these practical learning may help in improving the quality of learning activities based iLearning on Higher Education, and eventually gained a graduate or Human Resources (HR) that are reliable and able to compete in an era of globalization characterized by high competition.

The head of the madrasa is a leader who has a big responsibility to be able to improve the quality of education in an educational institution. The quality of the institution's education will be able to improve if the head of the madrasa is able to carry out tasks and work properly in accordance with the principal functions of leadership. The leadership function that must be possessed by the head of the madrasa includes Idealism, intellectual, caring and charisma. Improving the quality of education is one of the efforts that can be made to develop human resources for national development. Quality education institutions can be seen from three things, namely input (resources owned), process and output (graduates). Therefore from formal education in schools it is expected that students can develop optimally all the potential that exists in them. So that the school will be able to print graduates who have competency and have high competitiveness.
