In this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted with women aged 20 to 50, in order to find how the service quality of eyelash beauty treatment and perceived value influence their behavior intention. For data analysis, SPSS23.0 and JAMOVI 1.6.16 program were used. For reliability verification, Cronbach’s α value was analyzed, and Pearson correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were conducted. Firstly, according to the analysis on the influence of service quality on perceived value, assurance and empathy as the factors of service quality positively and significantly influenced perceived value. Secondly, according to the analysis on the influence of service quality and perceived value on behavior intention, assurance positively and significantly influenced behavior intention; responsiveness negatively and significantly influenced behavior intention. Therefore, The more assurance in perceived value and service quality, and the lower responsiveness in service quality, the more behavior intention.

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of teachers’ burnout on their organizational commitment. The model of this research is correlational survey model. The participants of the study are 173 teachers working at elementary and secondary schools in Turkey. Maslach Burnout Inventory and Organizational Commitment Scale are used as data collection instruments. For data analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, and basic and multiple regression analysis are applied with SPSS. The findings of the study showed that emotional exhaustion dimension of burnout and compliance dimension of organizational commitment in terms of teachers’ perceptions were found at high level in comparison with other dimensions of burnout and organizational commitment. Also, it is determined that there is a negative, moderate and significant relationship between teachers’ burnout and their organizational commitment. Besides, teachers’ organizational commitment significantly predict their burnout. The findings of this research are discussed with related studies and some implications are presented.

This research was conducted to determine that the decision to save in Islamic cooperatives is influenced by several factors such as promotion, service quality and products. Variables used in this study are as follows promotion (X1), service quality (X2), product (X3) and decision to save (Y). This research was conducted with a quantitative approach which is one of the methods used to assess a particular population or sample by using a purposive sampling technique using a solvin count so that 88 respondents who are already members of BMT Surya Dana Makmur can be taken. Data collection techniques are by distributing questionnaires online to members using a Likert scale to make it easier for respondents to fill out. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. Researchers used a tool called SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) to see the results of the data obtained. The results of this study promotion have a positive and insignificant effect on the decision to save in Islamic cooperatives. Then the quality of service and products has a positive and significant effect on the decision to save in Islamic cooperatives.

The purpose of this study is to identify and understand the factors that can influence the intention to purchase through trust, price, and service quality on consumers Bhinneka.com. This research uses quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents Bhinneka.com. Data analysis method used in this research is simple and multiple regression analysis. The result shows that the three variables used have a positive influence on intention to purchase variable. The most dominant variables in explaining the variation of intention to purchase are service quality variable of 35.5%, the price of 17.2%, and trust of 24.6%. Keywords: service quality, price, trust, intention to purchase

Abstract Background: Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) play an important role in angiogenesis, immune response, inflammatory response and tumor development and metastasis. m6 A (N6 - methyladenosine) is one of the most common RNA modifications in eukaryotes. The aim of our research was to investigate the potential prognostic value of m6A-related lncRNAs in ovarian cancer (OC).Methods: The data we need for our research was downloaded from the Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) and the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database. Pearson correlation analysis between 21 m6A regulators and lncRNAs was performed to identify m6A-related lncRNAs. Univariate Cox regression analysis was implemented to screen for lncRNAs with prognostic value. A least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (LASSO) Cox regression and multivariate Cox regression analyses was used to further reduct the lncRNAs with prognostic value and construct a m6A-related lncRNAs signature for predicting the prognosis of OC patients. Results: 275 m6A-related lncRNAs were obtained using pearson correlation analysis. 29 m6A-related lncRNAs with prognostic value was selected through univariate Cox regression analysis. Then, a seven m6A-related lncRNAs signature was identified by LASSO Cox regression. Each patient obtained a riskscore through multivariate Cox regression analyses and the patients were classified into high-and low-risk group using the median riskscore as a cutoff. Kaplan-Meier curve revealed that the patients in high-risk group have poor outcome. The receiver operating characteristic curve revealed that the predictive potential of the m6A-related lncRNAs signature for OC was powerful. The predictive potential of the m6A-related lncRNAs signature was successfully validated in the GSE9891, GSE26193 datasets and our clinical specimens. Multivariate analyses suggested that the m6A-related lncRNAs signature was an independent prognostic factor for OC patients. Moreover, a nomogram based on the expression level of the seven m6A-related lncRNAs was established to predict survival rate of patients with OC. Finally, a competing endogenous RNA (ceRNA) network associated with the seven m6A-related lncRNAs was constructed to understand the possible mechanisms of the m6A-related lncRNAs involed in the progression of OC.Conclusions: In conclusion, our research revealed that the m6A-related lncRNAs may affect the prognosis of OC patients and identified a seven m6A-related lncRNAs signature to predict the prognosis of OC patients.

in this study is to find out how the influence of service quality, price and promotion on customer satisfaction with the aim of testing and analyzing the effect of service quality, price and promotion on customer satisfaction at PT. Benua Trans Maju Bersama Cabang Medan. The research was started in October 2020 – May 2021. In this study, the researcher used quantitative research techniques with the type of research being descriptive quantitative and the nature of the research was descriptive explanatory research. The population in this study were all customers has 223 customers. where validity and reliability were first tested in order to determine whether a questionnaire was valid or not, and researchers did it to 30 customers and the rest were 143 customers as a sample test. Then it is processed using the classical assumption test which includes: normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The data analysis model in this study uses multiple regression analysis. The conclusion from the results of this study is that there is a service quality partially positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The price partially positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Promotion positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction Simultaneously the variables of service quality (X1), price (X2) and promotion (X3), there is a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction (Y).

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact and the electronic service quality of the national zakat management information system (SIMBA) on the national zakat collection. This paper uses a multiple regression analysis in its explorative attempt to illustrate the impact of SIMBA implementation on the national zakat collection. It shows that SIMBA is positive and significantly impact the national zakat collection as well as the human development index that is used as a proxy for the human resource management quality of zakat institutions in the respective city. Nonetheless, the population is negative and significant to the zakat collection as endemic poverty and reluctance to pay zakat are indicated as the reasons. Moreover, this study has succeeded in adapting and conducting e-service quality survey to zakat information system realm. All the tests prove that the instrument in this study has a high degree of reliability and validity. The results show that some of the demographic factors significantly impact the perceived performance of SIMBA. Multiple regression analysis that is conducted in this study shows that e-service quality dimension is positive and significant towards SIMBA’ overall quality, perceived value, and loyalty intention. This study contributes to the zakat management system literature, especially in the impact of the national zakat information system, which is pivotal in enhancing zakat collection and poverty alleviation program funded by zakat.
