Research to describe whether the results of the assessment in the affective domain affect student learning outcomes on the subject matter of Probability Statistics. One of the assessments of the affective domain is attitude assessment. The research approach is a quantitative research with an analysis of the research subject of 100 students who have taught the Probability Statistics course. This research was conducted using an instrument in the form of an attitude scale questionnaire based on a Likert scale consisting of 22 questions with answers to questions including: Always (SL) points 5, Often (SR) points 4, Sometimes (K) points 3, Rarely (JR) point 2, and Never (TP) point 1 which is based on the attitude scale instrument grid in the form of a checklist. The indicators measured on the attitude scale are interest, curiosity, attention in learning and self-confidence. The method of analysis in the form of a correlation survey is to see the influence of the affective domain on student learning outcomes. From the results of the research, it is known that the effect of learning outcomes based on student attitudes is the most prominent due to the interest and confidence of students who are in charge of the Probability Statistics course. For curiosity and attention in learning do not have a direct effect on learning outcomes.

Students' attention in learning is one of the factors that influence the success in implementing learning. The implementation of learning is not fully planned, it is evident in the implementation of learning that many students do not focus or pay attention to learning. Poor student attention will be one of the causes of failure in achieving learning objectives. The data analysis prerequisite test was conducted using normality and linearity tests. The hypothesis testing was done using a simple linear regression analysis. The result of research showed that the data of learning and learning achievement was valid, reliable, and distributed normally. Effect of learning attention on the learning achievement i wasindicated by sig(p) < α or 0.000 < 0.05. Learning attention contributed to the learning achievement of Buddhism education by 45%.

Gender equality is one of the important topics that need attention in learning. This study aims at finding out the cognitive learning outcomes of the equality of male and female students in Children Learning in Science (CLIS) that was combined with a Brain Gym. This study is a a comparative research. The population of this study were the students of grade XI MIA SMA Negeri 7 Kupang in the academic year of 2018/2019 and the sample of this study were the students of grade XI MIA 1. The instrument used was a test of cognitive learning outcomes. The data obtained were analyzed using Anakova. The results showed that by combining CLIS and Brain Gym technique, the equality of cognitive learning outcomes for male and female students can occur. Providing the same opportunities, the same tasks, and the same responsibilities during CLIS combined with a Brain Gym learning, can minimize the differences in characteristics between genders so that the learning outcomes obtained are equivalent.

Ruangguru is one of the educational online platforms that has existed in Indonesia since 2014. The application which focused on education-based services became the new phenomenon of online learning that attracted students’ attention, especially in this 4.0 era. Thus, the main objective of this research was to investigate the use of the medium Ruangguru as an educational online platform and the student's perspective on the use of Ruangguru in learning English. The sample of the study was 10 students in the ninth grade at SMP IT Nurul Ishlah Banda Aceh. The data were collected and analyzed by using a descriptive qualitative design. The results showed that the students felt convenient in using Ruangguru, for the reason that it could be accessed through mobile phone anytime and anywhere. Based on the students’ perspective, Ruangguru was quite interesting and it could attract students’ attention in learning English for the reason that it provided visual animation which made the learning atmosphere became fun. The results of the study were expected to become a reference for school practitioners, parents, students, and general readers to find the learning aids that are compatible with the sophistication of technology and information update in learning English.

The research problem is to determine the ability of geography teachers in managing classes at SMA Negeri 2 Tondano. This study used qualitative research methods with the research informants is geography teachers, amounting to 3 teachers with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that 1) the skills to create a good learning atmosphere, the geography teacher of SMA Negeri 2 Tondano have provided instructions, given admonitions, gave verbal and visual attention and focused attention in learning, 2) the ability of class mastery in the learning process with steps the teacher does, namely creating good interactions, creating a good atmosphere, creating learning flexibility and instilling discipline, 3) the ability to manage the interaction of learning activities, the steps taken by the teacher, namely focusing attention in learning, providing clear instructions about learning, providing reinforcement, provide motivation, and give admonitions and organize the learning space, 4) classroom arrangement skills with the steps the teacher takes in relation to class arrangement skills in the form of arranging student seating positions and preparing students to receive lessons, arranging the location of facilities who are in the classroom and organize the study room.

Education is an effort to foster and develop the human person both from the spiritual and physical aspects as well as gradually. In the learning process it is necessary to motivate students so that they can improve learning outcomes. One of the types of motivation is by giving reward. The purpose of this study was to analyze the understanding of teachers and the implementation of presenting awards to SDK Waiara students. The method used is descriptive qualitative by referring to the qualitative analysis of the data according to Miles and Huberman. The results showed the understanding of the SDK Waira teacher's understanding of the concept of giving. However, some respondents who were interviewed provided information that they had given rewards in class. An award that impacts students' attention in learning.

This research aims to explain the significant influence or not on the use of audiovisual powerpoint media on the results of studying Cultural Arts (Dance) in Grade VIII-2 SMP Negeri 12 Lubuklinggau South Sumatra Province. The design of the study used was a simple experimental study with one sample on 36 students of grade VIII-2 SMP Negeri 12 Lubuklinggau. The design of this one case one sample study will place students at once as control objects and research objects. Research instruments are data on student learning results obtained from post-test 1 and 2 after KBM. The results of the study prove that the hypothesis of research work is accepted, where there is a significant influence on the use of visual media powerpoint on the results of learning cultural arts (dance) in Grade VIII-2 SMP Negeri 12 Lubuklinggau South Sumatra Province. These results also explain that the use of more creative and interactive powerpoint media, where videos are included in the powerpoint media encourages better student attention. With good attention in learning, resulting in enthusiastic and interested students in learning dance. As a result of enthusiasm, attention and interest in learning the dance, the results of students' learning can be improved.Keywords: Influence, Powerpoint, Cultural Arts (Dance)

Audio visual media using the power point program is a learning resource that can be used as a learning medium in schools, especially in science subjects, the subject of grouping living things. Based on the results of observations made by developers at SMP Negeri 20 Malang, it turns out that the teacher only uses textbooks as the only learning medium. For this reason, developers make alternative problem solvers by developing power point media as a learning medium. The purpose of developing this power point media is to assist teachers in the teaching and learning process in order to achieve predetermined learning objectives. Also as a medium that can attract students' attention in learning activities so that students can be motivated. From the validation results show; 1) validation of media experts shows results of 80%, 2) validation of material experts shows results of 93.75%, 3) while in class validation shows results of 80.15% based on the above research shows that the power point which is developed has high validity.

Describing a product is one of discussion that the students should learn to express the words that of selling. This study aims at investigating how the students’ abilities and difficulties in describing a product in the economics class of Bina Bangsa University. The respondents were students from the third semester and analyzed using descriptive-qualitative study. The result of the study depicted that students faced difficulties in both organizing and developing ideas. They were difficult to choose appropriate vocabulary and to manage the words grammatically correct in expressing the language. It suggested students need attention in learning descriptive text structures whether in developing ideas, grammar, and vocabulary chosen. They should be provided by example and practice for achieving the ability to describe a product.
