The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline, coordination, and communication on employee performance. The theory used in this study refers to the opinions of Hasibuan, Wexley and Yulk and difficult. There is an influence of work discipline, coordination, and communication on employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative method through questionnaires, with a population of 188 and the sample is 65 respondents, based on the Slovin formula. Based on the results of research using path analysis with the help of SPSS version 24 shows that there is no significant influence there is a significant influence on work discipline, the joint coordination and communication on employee performance at Curug Flight Facility Calibration Center of Tangerang Indonesia at 71.6% and the remaining 28.4% which affect the performance of employees but not examined.

The Emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and job satisfaction to be part of the factors that influence performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable partially and simultaneously. This study also aimed to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable directly and indirectly. This study was conducted to 77 respondents employees of PT. Madu Baru, Yogyakarta. The research method used is quantitative method uses statistical analysis and descriptive. The results of this study are (1) there is a significant effect of emotional intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (2) there is a significant influence of spiritual intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (3) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on job satisfaction. (4) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence on employee performance. (5) There is a significant relationship between spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (6) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (7) There is a significant relationship between job satisfaction on employee performance. (8) There is an indirect effect of emotional intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. (9) There is the indirect influence of spiritual intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. Human resources is the most important asset owned by an organization because The success of an organization is determined by humans. This study aims to determine to determine the effect of Training and  Discipline against Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance of the Office of Transportation of Merauke Regency. This research uses quantitative method. This type of research is descriptive research is causal (causal), to determine the effect of a variable on other variables. In this study using path analysis model (path analysis) because among independent variables with dependent variable there is mediation that influence. This analysis is assisted with the help of SPSS 20.0 software. The result of test that have been done show that training has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, work discipline has a positive and significant influence on satisfaction, training has a positive and significant influence on satisfaction employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant influence on satisfaction employee performance, satisfaction has no effect on employee performance. This study was conducted to examine the effect of compensation and motivation on employee performance at PT Putra Abadi Jaya Mandiri. The research method used is a quantitative method with the use of primary and secondary data. The population and sample are 50 respondents, who are employees of PT Putra Abadi Jaya Mandiri. The result of this study is that compensation has an effect on increasing performance by 2.7%. Partial hypothesis test obtained t arithmetic > t tabel or (1.144> 2.011), this is reinforced by the significance of P value <Sig. 0.05 or 0.000 <0.05, so that H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected, meaning that there is no positive and partially significant effect between compensation and employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 38.4%. Partial hypothesis test obtained t count > t tabel or (5,470>2,011), this is reinforced by the significance of P value <Sig. 0.05 or 0.000 <0.05, so H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and partially significant influence between motivation on employee performance. Simultaneous hypothesis testing of communication and work motivation contributed 42.8%, while the remaining 57.2% was influenced by other factors. From the hypothesis test, it was obtained that F arithmetic > F tabel or (1,308 < 2,800), this was also strengthened by the significance (0.000 < 0.05). Thus H0 is accepted H3 is rejected. This means that there is no simultaneous positive and significant effect between compensation and motivation on employee performance at PT Putra Abadi Jaya Mandiri Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Putra Abadi Jaya Mandiri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan penggunaan data primer dan sekunder. Populasi dan sampel adalah sebanyak 50 responden, yang merupakan karyawan PT Putra Abadi Jaya Mandiri. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja sebesar 2,7%. Uji hipotesis parsial diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (1,144>2,011), hal ini diperkuat dengan signifikansi P value <Sig. 0,05 atau 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga H0 diterima dan H1 ditolak artinya tidak terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial antara kompensasi dengan kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 38,4%. Uji hipotesis parsial diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (5,470>2,011), hal ini diperkuat dengan signifikansi P value <Sig. 0,05 atau 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga H0 ditolak dan H2 diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial antara motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Uji hipotesis simultan komunikasi dan motivasi kerja berkontribusi sebesar 42,8%,  Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 57,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Dari uji hipotesis diperoleh F hitung > F tabel atau (1,308<2,800), hal tersebut juga diperkuat dengan signifikansi (0,000<0,05). Dengan demikian H0 diterima H3 ditolak. Artinya tidak terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan antara kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Putra Abadi Jaya Mandiri. Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of direct com- pensation variable and indirect compensation variable on motivation variable, to determine the effect of direct compensation variable and indirect compen- sation variable on employee performance variable, and to determine the effect of direct compensation and indirect compensation variable on employee per- formance variable with motivation as intervening variable This kind of re- search is explanatory research with quantitative approach by using question- naire. Research sample are 55 employee of PT. Citra Buana Prakarsa. This re- search use descriptive analysis method, path analysis, partially and simul- taneity trial. Statistical calculations show that direct compensation  signify- cantly contributing to work motivation with value 0.347, and indirect compen- sation significantly contributing the work motivation with value 0.379. Direct compensation significantly contributing to employee performance with value0.590. Indirect compensation significantly contributing to employee perfor- mance with value 0.529. The results of this study are direct compensation, indi- rect compensation, and work motivation have a significant influence on em- ployyee performance. Keyword : Compensation, Employee Performance, Motivation

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze customer satisfaction at Mayang Collection, test and explain the effect of servqual dimension service quality (physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, confidence, and empathy) on customer satisfaction at Mayang Collection, and test and explain the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty on Mayang Collection.The population in this study were customers of the Mayang Collection Kepanjen store who had a member card and made a repeat purchase. Population research or population study so that the number of samples in this study is a number of population, amounting to 93 respondents. The method used in this research is explanatory survey method, which is a method used to explain causal relationships between variables through hypothesis testing (Nazir, 2005).Based on the results of the static test all the indicators in this study are valid, and the variables are reliable. The results of the servqual analysis show that the difference or gap between customer expectations and employee performance has a total average which is at the moderate classification level (Parasuraman table, 1990) or service quality in Mayang Collection stores is quite good. This means that customer satisfaction in terms of quality of service provided at Mayang Collection is quite good. The path analysis test results (path analysis) show that there is no significant influence between servqual dimension service quality (physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, confidence, and empathy) to customer satisfaction. This proves that service quality has a long-lasting influence in shaping customer satisfaction. And customer satisfaction has a significant influence on customer loyalty. Mayang Collection stores are advised to pay more attention to and improve other factors besides service quality in increasing customer satisfaction, because with increasing customer satisfaction, customer loyalty will be formed easily.Keywords: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty

<p>This research aimed to discover a model of assessment that could measure kinesthetic intelligence in arranging a dance from several related variable, both direct variable and indirect variable. The research method used was a qualitative method using path analysis to determine the direct and indirect variable; therefore, the dominant variable that supported the measurement model of kinesthetic intelligence in arranging dance could be discovered. The population used was the students of the art of dance department and were chosen by using purposive sampling technique so that the kinesthetic intelligence could be well measured. The result of this research was that the correlation between the ability in perceiving movement and the ability in conveying movement was 3.8048. The correlation between the ability in perceiving movement and kinesthetic intelligence was 0.3137. The correlation between the ability in perceiving movement and arranging a dance was -0.3751. The correlation between conveying movement and kinesthetic intelligence was 0.1333. The correlation between conveying movement and arranging a dance was -0.2399. The correlation between kinesthetic intelligence and arranging a dance was 0.8529. These result proved that kinesthetic intelligence has significant influence to the ability in arranging a dance. It could be concluded that a smart assessment model of kinesthetic intelligence in arranging a dance that was needed should measure the kinesthetic intelligence first while the ability to perceive and convey movement became the supporting element to strengthen the kinesthetic intelligence in arranging a dance.</p>

ABSTRACT. This research aims to provide an overview concerning on the development of organizational culture research in Indonesia which was taken from 18 accredited journals for 14 years of observation from 2005 to 2018. Samples obtained were 55 articles that discussed organizational culture. Researchers classified articles based on topics, research methods, and research sectors. The most researched topic of the dependent variable is employee performance. The most studied independent variable is organizational culture. The research method which is widely used is quantitative method. While the most studied sector is the private sector.ABSTRAK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai perkembangan penelitian budaya organisasi di Indonesia yang di ambil dari 18 jurnal terakreditasi selama 14 tahun pengamatan dari tahun 2005 sampai 2018. Sampel diperoleh sebanyak 55 artikel yang membahas mengenai budaya organisasi. Peneliti mengklasifikasikan artikel berdasarkan topik, metode penelitian, dan sektor penelitian. Topik yang paling banyak diteliti dari variabel dependen yaitu kinerja karyawan, variabel independen yang paling banyak diteliti yaitu budaya organisasi, metode penelitian yang banyak digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Sedangkan sektor yang paling banyak diteliti adalah sektor swasta.

Abstract The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of work engagement and learning orientation on competence. To test and analyze the effect of work engagement, learning orientation and competence on employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the performance of employees at PT. Introduce Results Overlay which includes Organizational Commitment (X1) Organizational Culture (X2) and Work Motivation (X3). This study uses a quantitative method sample 60 employees at PT. Deliver Overlay Results as respondents. Data collection is done using questionnaires. The data were analyzed using statistical , namely by using multiple regression analysis, the processing of which was carried out with the SPSS version 25.0 program. 1) The results of the analysis prove that the Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture and Motivation variables simultaneously affect the performance of employees at PT. Deliver Results Overlays. 2) The results of the analysis prove that Organizational Commitment and Motivation have a partial effect on Employee Performance, while Organizational Culture has no partial effect on Employee Performance. 3) Result prove that between Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture and Motivation, Motivation variables have the most significant influence on Employee Performance at PT. Deliver Results Overlays.
