<p>This research aimed to discover a model of assessment that could measure kinesthetic intelligence in arranging a dance from several related variable, both direct variable and indirect variable. The research method used was a qualitative method using path analysis to determine the direct and indirect variable; therefore, the dominant variable that supported the measurement model of kinesthetic intelligence in arranging dance could be discovered. The population used was the students of the art of dance department and were chosen by using purposive sampling technique so that the kinesthetic intelligence could be well measured. The result of this research was that the correlation between the ability in perceiving movement and the ability in conveying movement was 3.8048. The correlation between the ability in perceiving movement and kinesthetic intelligence was 0.3137. The correlation between the ability in perceiving movement and arranging a dance was -0.3751. The correlation between conveying movement and kinesthetic intelligence was 0.1333. The correlation between conveying movement and arranging a dance was -0.2399. The correlation between kinesthetic intelligence and arranging a dance was 0.8529. These result proved that kinesthetic intelligence has significant influence to the ability in arranging a dance. It could be concluded that a smart assessment model of kinesthetic intelligence in arranging a dance that was needed should measure the kinesthetic intelligence first while the ability to perceive and convey movement became the supporting element to strengthen the kinesthetic intelligence in arranging a dance.</p>

The purpose of the research is to determine the effect of the promotion mix, service quality, and company image toward satisfaction of Al-Shahba Malang pilgrims through the pilgrims’ trust as an intervening variable. Population of this research is based on consumer who choosing and using Al-Shahba Malang’s umrah package in 2016-2018 as many 276 people. Sample used in this research covers 163 consumer using purposive sampling technique. In this research, the data collection techniques is by questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentations. The data gained from questionnaires was analyzed by using instrument test, path analysis, hypoteshis testing and the coefficient of determination with SPSS 21.0 version. The research proves that the three independent variables : promotion mix, service quality, and corporate image, has a positive and significant influence on the pilgrims’ trust. The promotion mix, service quality, and corporate image has a positive and significant influence on the pilgrims’ satisfaction. The pilgrims’ trust has a positive and significant influence on the pilgrims’ satisfaction. And the promotion mix, service quality, corporate image has a positive and significant indirect influence on the pilgrims’ satisfaction through pilgrims’ trust as an intervening variable.

This research was conducted to analyze how modernization affects the implementation of public service administration policies, especially in Kediri, East Java. As is well known, from time to time various aspects of life are required to undergo changes to a more modern direction. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Descriptive qualitative research is aimed at obtaining an overview of how modernization affects public service administration policies in Kediri. To obtain the necessary data, the authors used a purposive sampling technique so that the sample taken was more focused, assisted by a review of several related previous studies. The results showed that modernization, especially in the field of technology, was sufficient to influence public service administration policies in Kediri.

As time has developed, many e-commerce platforms exist in Indonesia, so that competition in maintaining consumer loyalty on an e-commerce website often occurs. This study aims to determine the effect of e-price and e-trust on e-loyalty and the role of e-trust in mediating it. The research method used is quantitative and using questionnaire. The population used in this study are consumers who have ever shopped online through the Indonesian online marketplace who are domiciled in the province of Bali. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling and accidental sampling and a sample of 120 respondents. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and path analysis. The result of this research is that Shopee is e-commerce with the biggest enthusiasts in Bali. E-price and e-trust have a positive and significant effect on e-loyalty, and e-price has a positive and significant effect on e-trust, e-trust can mediate the effect of e-price on e-loyalty. This research is expected to be able to provide input to further researchers, e-commerce providers, sellers who sell in e-commerce, and customers. Providing reasonable prices, security in transactions, trust in online vendors, will certainly increase consumer loyalty, either by not moving to other e-commerce and recommending it to others.

The restaurant business in jakarta showed rapidly increased. Marketing today as the compete of brand strategy and experiental marketing on the competitive situation. The Jun Jan Kitchen is a new restaurant specialized on Chinnese Food, urgent to know the brand loyalty. The Aim research is to measured the influence of Experiental marketing, emotional branding and brand trust towards brand loyalty. Research method used descriptif, data collecting technique with questioner and observation. Statistic tools using path analysis to looking for contribution level on each variabel towards other. Population this research is customer Jun Jan Kitchen. Sampling technique using accidental sampling. Amount of sample is 100 customers. Result of this research is experiental marketing giving the significant influence towards brand trust whereas Emotional branding giving the significant influence towards brand loyalty.

This research aimed to know the influence of compensation, work stress, and communication towards employees performance and which variable among compensation, work stress, and communication have biggest influence towards employees performance. The hypothesis proposed is : 1) Compensation, work stress, and communication have significant influence towards employees performance of BRI Purwokerto Branch. 2) Compensation has biggest influence towards employees performance of BRI Purwokerto Branch compared by work stress and communication. This research was conducted at BRI Purwokerto Branch with the target is employees at its bank. Research method used survey. Data collecting method used questionnare, observation and documentation. Sampling technique used total sampling. Data analyzed method used path analysis. The first hypothesis test used F-test and t-test, while second hypothesis test used proportionate influence. Results of research showed that compensation, work stress, and communication both of partially and simultantly, have significant influence towards employees performance. It was proved by value of F-test and t-test bigger than F-table and t-table in level of significance 95%. Based from the result, so the first hypothesis was accepted. Compensation have biggest influence towards employees performance compared by work stress and communication. It was proved by value of proportionate influence is on variable of compensation. This study aims to determine the effect of intrapersonal intelligence and learning independence on the ability to think creatively in mathematics. Research place at MTs Serang district. This research method uses a survey method, with a sample of 83 people. The sampling technique uses multi-stage sampling. Collecting data using essay tests and questionnaires. Hypothesis testing using path analysis (path analysis). The results of the study concluded that there was a significant influence of intrapersonal intelligence and learning independence on the ability to think creatively in mathematics. More effectively improve the ability to think creatively is done by awakening the independence of learning first in mathematics. So that students easily grasp the material being taught and students will be more motivated and happy in learning because they are already familiar with the learning system

Implementation of online learning with the application of the invention model increases perceptions between teachers and students. This study aims to determine the perceptions of teachers and students about the implementation of the invention model online in writing script learning. The research method used is a qualitative method using a case study approach. The population in this study were Indonesian language subject teachers and ten-grade students. The sample was taken using the purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques are carried out by filling out a questionnaire through the Google form and interviews with teachers and students.

Abstract: The conservation of cultural heritage, especially the identity of traditional architecture in the city of Denpasar, is an effort to strengthen the architectural character of Denpasar. The uniqueness of Denpasar architecture is the peciren bebadungan while the red brick pattern. This also gives an identity to the architectural fasade of Denpasar as a creative city that is appear with local traditions and culture. The signage is one of the important architectural and interior elements and becomes the vocal point. This is due to its function which is visually in front of (building facade), which functions to provide information related to the building. The research method used is descriptive-qualitative method, with the selection of objects using purposive sampling technique. The result of the research is that the signage design does not reflect the strong character of Denpasar architecture. There are two most basic things, which become the main criteria, that was the use of the peciren bebadungan (the form of a red brick pattern arranged) in such as a unique of Denpasar architecture that is different from architecture in another regencies in Bali. The second is the use of Balinese script as a local Balinese identity. These two things are what the authors prioritize in designing, so that creative signage and local wisdom is created.Keywords: signage, local genius, public space, creative city.Abstrak: Peneguhan kembali warisan budaya khususnya jatidiri arsitektur tradisional di kota Denpasar merupakan salah satu usaha untuk memperkuat karakter arsitektur Denpasar. Keunikan arsitektur kota Denpasar yang khas (peciren bebadungan berupa pola susun maju mundur material bata merah). Hal ini pula yang memberi identitas bagi wajah arsitektur kota menuju Denpasar sebagai kota kreatif yang selaras dengan tradisi dan budaya local setempat. Sistem petanda atau signage merupakan salah satu elemen arsitektur dan interior yang penting dan menjadi titik focus pengamat dan pengguna bangunan. Hal ini dikarenakan fungsinya yang secara visual berada di muka (fasade bangunan), berfungsi memberikan informasi terkait bangunan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif-kualitatif, dengan pemilihan objek menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian adalah desain signage belum mencerminkan karakter arsitetur Denpasar yang kuat. Terdapat dua hal yang paling mendasar, yang menjadi kriteria utama yakni penggunaan bentuk peciren bebadungan yakni bentuk pola susun maju mundur bata merah yang disusun sedemikian rupa sebagai bentuk khas Arsitektur Denpasar yang unik dan berbeda dengan Kabupaten lainnya di Bali. Yang kedua adalah penggunaan aksara Bali sebagai identitas local Bali. Dua hal ini yang penulis utamakan dalam perancangan, sehingga tercipta signage yang kreatif dan berkearifan local. Kata Kunci: sistem petanda, kearifan local, ruang public, kota kreatif.

This research aims to find out how the process and stages are carried out to make batik colors using natural ingredient pacar kuku leaves, to find out how the results of batik coloring in terms of color evenness, color sharpness, and color absorption using natural ingredient pacar kuku leaves, and to find out how the influence of the time difference for one day, two days and theree days done when soaking batik cloth using natural ingredient pacar kuku leaves (Lawsonia Inermis L). This research is a qualitative research. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The population contained in this research were all first year students of Al-Ghazali Class SMP IT Bina Insan, using Purposive Sampling technique, which is a sampling technique with certain considerations. Work evaluation indicators, such as; color evenness, color sharpness, and color absorption as well as the time differences. The results showed that overall the work of batik coloring experiment with natural ingredient pacar kuku leaves (Lawsonia Inermis L) from the time differences for one day, two days and theree days obtained good category result. color evenness overall obtained good category result, color absorption obtained good category result and color sharpness obtained good category result. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of brand awareness and brand experience on the brand preferences of Vitalis perfume in Tadulako University. The type of this research is explanatory. The population in this study focuses on students that consume Vitalis perfume in Tadulako University. The sampling technique applied is purposive sampling technique, with a total sample of 90 respondents. Data collection method is questionnaires. Method of analysis is path analysis. The results of the test show that brand awareness and brand experience have positive and significant influence on brand preference of Vitalis perfume in Tadulako University. Brand experience has positive and significant influence on brand preference of Vitalis perfume in Tadulako University. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesadaran merek dan pengalaman merek terhadap preferensi merek pada produk parfum merek Vitalis di Universitas Tadulako. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksplanatory research (penelitian penjelasan). Populasi dalam penelitian ini dikhususkan pada mahasiswi pengguna parfum merek Vitalis di Universitas Tadulako. Teknik penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 90 responden. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kesadaran merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap preferensi merek pada produk parfum merek Vitalis di Universitas Tadulako, dan Variabel pengalaman merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap preferensi merek pada produk parfum merek Vitalis di Universitas Tadulako.
