Abstract The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of work engagement and learning orientation on competence. To test and analyze the effect of work engagement, learning orientation and competence on employee performance. To test and analyze the effect of work engagement and learning orientation on employee performance mediated by competence.The population in this study were employees of PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk. The Pekalongan Branch is 65 Debt Collector employees. The research method uses analytical tools in the form of mediation test analysis.The results of the study were obtained as follows. Work involvement and learning orientation have a positive and significant influence on employee competencies in PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk. Pekalongan Branch. Work involvement, learning orientation and competence have a positive and significant impact on employee performance of PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk. Pekalongan Branch. Competence as a variable mediating the effect of work involvement and learning orientation on employee performance of PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk. Pekalongan Branch.

The Emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and job satisfaction to be part of the factors that influence performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable partially and simultaneously. This study also aimed to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable directly and indirectly. This study was conducted to 77 respondents employees of PT. Madu Baru, Yogyakarta. The research method used is quantitative method uses statistical analysis and descriptive. The results of this study are (1) there is a significant effect of emotional intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (2) there is a significant influence of spiritual intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (3) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on job satisfaction. (4) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence on employee performance. (5) There is a significant relationship between spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (6) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (7) There is a significant relationship between job satisfaction on employee performance. (8) There is an indirect effect of emotional intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. (9) There is the indirect influence of spiritual intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline, coordination, and communication on employee performance. The theory used in this study refers to the opinions of Hasibuan, Wexley and Yulk and difficult. There is an influence of work discipline, coordination, and communication on employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative method through questionnaires, with a population of 188 and the sample is 65 respondents, based on the Slovin formula. Based on the results of research using path analysis with the help of SPSS version 24 shows that there is no significant influence there is a significant influence on work discipline, the joint coordination and communication on employee performance at Curug Flight Facility Calibration Center of Tangerang Indonesia at 71.6% and the remaining 28.4% which affect the performance of employees but not examined.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran dan pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kota Pematangsiantar. Metode penelitian mix method. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa komunikasi interpersonal dan kinerja pegawai sudah baik, serta terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kinerja pegawai. The purpose of this study was to determine the description and influence of interpersonal communication on the performance of employees at the Pematangsiantar City Disaster Management Agency. Mix method research method. The results showed that interpersonal communication and employee performance were good, and there was a positive and significant influence between interpersonal communication on employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of competence and motivation to employee performance PT. Mutiara Agung. The research method was used by Explanatory Analysis approach that explains the causalistic relationship between variables. Sampling technique was using Slovin formula which further in sampling with simple random sampling method. This can be done because the characteristics of respondents in this research was homogeneous, that is the employees of PT. Mutiara Agung. Based on the results of this research, there is a significant influence between competence and motivation variables to employee performance PT. Mutiara Agung, with using F test, where F count is bigger than F table (38,365> 3,214). Conclusion: There is significant influence which is explained by result from R square is 0,641 which mean that competence and motivation variable give contribution equal to 64,1% to employee performance variable, while the rest equal to 35,9% was donated by other variable which not examined. Suggestions that the authors convey to the company is the competence contained in the company should still be improved and the leader provides motivation to employees such as with rewards on employees' achievment.

The main objective of this research is to examine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and work involvement on the performance of employees at Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) in Surakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach and the data used in this study are primary data sourced from questionnaires distributed to BSM employees totaling 60 questionnaires as respondents (according to the number of BSM employees in Surakarta). The sampling method in this study is to use a total sampling technique. Methods of data analysis using descriptive statistics, validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis test, t test, and R2 test. The results showed that partially job satisfaction variables, organizational commitment variables, and work engagement variables significantly influence employee performance at Bank Syariah Mandiri in Surakarta. Employee performance is one of the most important things to achieve company goals. With employee performance, company optimization can be realized. PT Bhanda Ghara Reksa's performance in 2019 experienced a decline in revenue so that the profit target generated was not maximized. In order to improve employee performance, the company must design a strategy to retain potential employees. One of them is the application of a talent management and knowledge management. The objective of this research was to analyze the influence of talent management and knowledge management on employee performance through employee retention as intervening variable at PT Bhanda Ghara Reksa Divre I Medan. The research used descriptive quantitative approach and explanatory research method. The population in this research are permanent employees as many as 74 respondents, taken by using saturated sample with census sampling technique. The method in analyzing the data is descriptive and inferential statistical analysis with using path analysis and Sobel test to test the significance of the intervening variable. The result of the research showed that talent management had positive and significant influence on employee retention, knowledge management had positive and significant influence on employee retention, employee retention had positive and significant influence on employee performance, talent management had positive and significant influence on employee performance, knowledge management had positive and significant influence on employee performance, talent management had positive and significant on employee performance through employee retention, and knowledge management had positive and significant on employee performance through employee retention. Knowledge management most dominantly affects employee retention and employee retention most dominantly affects employee performance. ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisa pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. PT. Swadaya Prima Utama. Beradasarkan data yang diperoleh terindikasi bahwa kinerja karyawan dan motivasi kerja karyawan turun. Absensi menurun serta penguasaan prosedur kerja kurang memahami. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriftif verifikatif dengan menggunakan uji regresi dan korelasi. Variabel motivasi kerja dengan kinerja karyawan dapat diketahui pengaruh dan hubungannya. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karawan sebesar sebesar 29,5% dan tingkat keretan hubungan sebesar 54,3%. Key:motivasi kerja , kinerja karyawan The purpose of this study to analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance at PT. PT. Swadaya Prima Utama. Based on the data obtained indicated that employee performance and employee motivation down. Absenteeism decreased as well as the mastery of work procedures are less understood. This research method using descriptive verifikatif by using regression and correlation test. Variables of work motivation with employee performance can be known influence and its relation. The result of the research shows that there is a significant influence of work motivation on the performance of karawan amounted to 29,5% and the level of relationship keretan equal to 54,3%. The purpose of this study was conducted to determine the effect of communication, communication and social performance on the Tangerang City DPRD Secretariat. The research method used is survey research method. P The population of this study is all employees of the Tangerang City DPRD Secretariat totaling 60 people. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling techniques from the total population of 60 people, so the research sample is taken. The number of samples in this study was 60 people. Data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Based on the results of the study indicate that: There is a positive and significant effect of coordination on employee performance at the Tangerang City DPRD Secretariat. This means that the better coordination will improve employee performance, and vice versa, the worse the coordination will have an impact on employee performance. There is a positive and significant influence of communication on employee performance at the Tangerang City DPRD Secretariat. This means that the better the communication will improve employee performance, and vice versa the worse the communication will have an impact on the low performance of employees.There is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance. at the Tangerang City DPRD Secretariat. This means that the better the organizational culture will improve employee performance, and vice versa the worse the employee's organizational culture will have an impact on the low performance of employees.There is an influence of coordination, communication and organizational culture together on employee performance at the Tangerang City DPRD Secretariat. This means that good coordination, communication and organizational culture will affect the improvement of employee performance, and vice versa, poor coordination, communication and organizational culture will have an impact on the low performance of employees

<p>This research was conducted with the aim to find out how the Compensation Effect on Employee Performance and learn more deeply the importance of compensation in the company and how much influence it has on employee performance. And the company that is the object of this research is PT. Tri Dharma Pusaka, South Jakarta. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive research method, where data is collected through questionnaires or questionnaires. Data collected through the results of the questionnaire are then processed with statistics, then interpreted, analyzed, and described according to the research objectives. The population and sample in this study were 55 people using saturated samples where all populations were sampled. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the effect of compensation has the results of the product moment correlation coefficient obtained r = 0.794, which means there is a positive relationship between compensation for employee work performance. The coefficient of determination  shows that Variable Compensation (X) affects the variable Employee performance (Y) of 63% while the rest is (100% - 63%) = 37% influenced by other factors not examined by the author. With a level of significance, because tcount is greater than t table (9.506&gt; 1.674), then Ho is rejected and Ho is accepted, so it is concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between Compensation on the performance of employees at PT. ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study are to determine the influence of intellectual ability and work decipline on employee performance at Kantor Kecamatan Siantar Sitalasari Kota Pematangsiantar. The research was done by using the design of library and field research. The research method used is the causality method with a qualitative and quantitative approach. The sources of data used in this research are primary and secondary. The population in this study were all employee which amounted to 46 employees. The datawere collected through questionnaire, interviews and documentation.  The analysis technique used is qualitative and descriptive quantitative analysis which consists of multiple linear regression, correlation test and test of determination and hypothesis. Theresults of this study can be summarized are the intellectual ability, the work discipline and the employee performance are good. Then the intellectual ability have a positive and significant influence to the employee performance. Next work descipline have a positive and significant influence to the employee performance.
