The objective of the research is to analyze the influence of the GeneralAllocation Fund and Distinctive Allocation Fund on the Effectiveness ofCapital Expenditures. The theory used in this study refers to the opinion ofSusi Susanti and Heru Fahlevi; that there is an influence between theGeneral Allocation Fund and Distinctive Allocation Fund on theEffectiveness of Capital Expenditures.The research method used was a quantitative method throughquestionnaires. The Emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and job satisfaction to be part of the factors that influence performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable partially and simultaneously. This study also aimed to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable directly and indirectly. This study was conducted to 77 respondents employees of PT. Madu Baru, Yogyakarta. The research method used is quantitative method uses statistical analysis and descriptive. The results of this study are (1) there is a significant effect of emotional intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (2) there is a significant influence of spiritual intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (3) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on job satisfaction. (4) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence on employee performance. (5) There is a significant relationship between spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (6) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (7) There is a significant relationship between job satisfaction on employee performance. (8) There is an indirect effect of emotional intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. (9) There is the indirect influence of spiritual intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline, coordination, and communication on employee performance. The theory used in this study refers to the opinions of Hasibuan, Wexley and Yulk and difficult. There is an influence of work discipline, coordination, and communication on employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative method through questionnaires, with a population of 188 and the sample is 65 respondents, based on the Slovin formula. Based on the results of research using path analysis with the help of SPSS version 24 shows that there is no significant influence there is a significant influence on work discipline, the joint coordination and communication on employee performance at Curug Flight Facility Calibration Center of Tangerang Indonesia at 71.6% and the remaining 28.4% which affect the performance of employees but not examined.

The objective to be achieved in this study was to determine the effect of APE Montessori Manic Math on the numeracy ability of group A RA Al Khodijah Brudu Sumobito Jombang, The research method used in the purpose of this study in the Quantitative method with the type of research being Experimental Research, population and sample of 27 children, the research instrument in the form of a checklist in order determine to fint out the numeracy ability of group A in RA Al Khodijah through APE Montessori Manic Math and documentation in the formof photos of children during the learning process, while assessment instrument uses ratting scale which is used for raw data in the form of numbers and more flexible to measure the kegia process.tan in a learning with observation method then the collected data is calculated as the total value. Data analysis techniques used are non parametric statistical analysis techniques using t-test for small correlated samples. The value of Z = -4.324 and the Asymp value Sig (tailed) 0, and Sig (2-tailed) smaller than 0.01 then Ha is accepted, it means there is a very significant influence so concluded there is a very significant effect of APE Montessori Manic Math on the ability to count group A in RA Al Khodijah Brudu Sumobito Jombang.

The research was conducted at the Regional Revenue Agency of Indragiri Hulu Regency. The purpose of this study is to analyze and find out how much effect the Effectiveness and contribution of Hospitality tax to the Original Revenue of Indragiri Hulu Regency both simultaneously and partially with the research period is 5 years from 2013 to 2019. This type of research is quantitative research using secondary data. The Research Method used is quantitative method with multiple linear regression equations, while the Equation is Y = 45712635725,406 - 19524572,193 X1 + 25765555,817 X2. From the results of data processing SPSS is known simultaneously known if the effectiveness and contribution of hospitality tax receipts have a significant effect on the original revenue of the region. From the SPSS results, it is known that there is partially no significant influence between effectiveness to the original revenue of the region and partially there is a significant influence between the contribution of hotel tax receipts partially to the original revenue of the region.

This research entitled Inventory Control and Production Processes Its Effect on Product Quality in Karya Abadi Prabumulih UKM. The purpose of this research is first, to analyze the Inventory Control and Production Processes of the Effect Together on Product Quality. Second, analyze Inventory Control Influence on Product Quality. Third, the Production Process's Effect on the Quality of Produ in Karya Abadi Prabumulih UKM. The research design, this research is correlational which aims to examine the extent to which a variable on a factor is related to other variables. The design used uses a quantitative approach as one of the scientific search efforts (scientific inquiry) through the process of analysis using statistical techniques to reduce and classify data and determine relationships so as to produce a conclusion that can be generally accepted. The population in this study is the purchase of raw materials, production processes from UKM Abadi Abadi Prabumulih. This study is a study in which the population is converted into research samples. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The sampling criteria include, 1). Report on purchases of raw materials for the period January 2016 - December 2018. b). Monthly production report for the period 2016 - 2018. The results of this study are first, there is a significant influence of inventory control and production processes together on product quality. Second, there is no significant effect of inventory control on product quality. Third, there is a significant influence on the production process on product quality.

AbstractThis study aims to analyze the effect of motivation, budget participation and communication on organizational performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. There are results of previous studies that are inconsistencies regarding the effect of budget participation on performance so motivating in conducting this research. The research method uses a quantitative method, an analytical tool that is SmartPLS Version 3.0. The population of this study is all universities in Lebak Regency, the sample method uses saturated samples. The results of the study show that communication and job satisfaction have a significant effect on organizational performance. Then, motivation and communication on organizational performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable have a significant influence. Whereas, motivation and budget participation do not have a significant effect on organizational performance and budget participation on organizational performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable that does not have a significant effect. Keywords: job satisfaction; organizational performance; communication; motivation; budget participation. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh  motivasi, partisipasi anggaran dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Terdapat hasil penelitian sebelumnya yang inkonsistensi mengenai pengaruh partisipasi anggaran terhadap kinerja sehingga memotivasi dalam melakukan penelitian ini. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif,  alat analisis yaitu perangkat lunak SmartPLS Versi 3.0. Populasi penelitian ini seluruh perguruan tinggi di wilayah Kabupaten Lebak, metode sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan komunikasi, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi. Kemudian, motivasi dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening memiliki pengaruh signifikan. Sedangkan, motivasi dan partisipasi anggaran tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi dan partisipasi anggaran terhadap kinerja organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan. Kata Kunci: kepuasan kerja; kinerja organisasi; komunikasi;  motivasi; partisipasi anggaran.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Student Discipline and Infrastructure Facility to Student Achievement Achievement in SMAN 9 Kota Tangerang Banten. The research method used is quantitative method through the spreading of questionnaires with population number 191 and the sample is 129 respondents, based on slovin formula. Based on the results of research using partial and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 23 shows that partially indicates that the Discipline Students have a positive and significant influence of 30.7% on Student Achievement, partially indicate that the infrastructure has no positive and significant effect of 3.4% against Student Achievement.Partially, both results indicate that student discipline and facilities of Infrastructure are jointly tested by F test proved to have a positive and significant influence on Student achievement siswadan influence magnitude seen from niali coefficient of determination (R²) is 9.4%

The purpose of this study was to determine and describe the influence of paternalistic leadership style and organizational climate on teacher job satisfaction at SDIT AR-Rohmaniyah, Tanah Sareal District, Bogor City. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method using correlational techniques and analyzed using multiple regression techniques. The test results found that the paternalistic leadership style had an effect on but not significant on teacher job satisfaction, organizational climate had a positive and significant effect on teacher job satisfaction and there was a positive and significant influence between paternalistic leadership style and organizational climate together on teacher job satisfaction. This study was conducted to examine the effect of compensation and motivation on employee performance at PT Putra Abadi Jaya Mandiri. The research method used is a quantitative method with the use of primary and secondary data. The population and sample are 50 respondents, who are employees of PT Putra Abadi Jaya Mandiri. The result of this study is that compensation has an effect on increasing performance by 2.7%. Partial hypothesis test obtained t arithmetic > t tabel or (1.144> 2.011), this is reinforced by the significance of P value <Sig. 0.05 or 0.000 <0.05, so that H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected, meaning that there is no positive and partially significant effect between compensation and employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 38.4%. Partial hypothesis test obtained t count > t tabel or (5,470>2,011), this is reinforced by the significance of P value <Sig. 0.05 or 0.000 <0.05, so H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and partially significant influence between motivation on employee performance. Simultaneous hypothesis testing of communication and work motivation contributed 42.8%, while the remaining 57.2% was influenced by other factors. From the hypothesis test, it was obtained that F arithmetic > F tabel or (1,308 < 2,800), this was also strengthened by the significance (0.000 < 0.05). Thus H0 is accepted H3 is rejected. This means that there is no simultaneous positive and significant effect between compensation and motivation on employee performance at PT Putra Abadi Jaya Mandiri Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Putra Abadi Jaya Mandiri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan penggunaan data primer dan sekunder. Populasi dan sampel adalah sebanyak 50 responden, yang merupakan karyawan PT Putra Abadi Jaya Mandiri. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja sebesar 2,7%. Uji hipotesis parsial diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (1,144>2,011), hal ini diperkuat dengan signifikansi P value <Sig. 0,05 atau 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga H0 diterima dan H1 ditolak artinya tidak terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial antara kompensasi dengan kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 38,4%. Uji hipotesis parsial diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (5,470>2,011), hal ini diperkuat dengan signifikansi P value <Sig. 0,05 atau 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga H0 ditolak dan H2 diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial antara motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Uji hipotesis simultan komunikasi dan motivasi kerja berkontribusi sebesar 42,8%,  Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 57,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Dari uji hipotesis diperoleh F hitung > F tabel atau (1,308<2,800), hal tersebut juga diperkuat dengan signifikansi (0,000<0,05). Dengan demikian H0 diterima H3 ditolak. Artinya tidak terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan antara kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Putra Abadi Jaya Mandiri.
