Increased teacher performance is influenced by many factors, one of which is self-concept and teaching motivation. This study aims to explain the results of a field study on teacher performance measurement based on self-concept and teaching motivation. This research is a correlational quantitative research. The research subjects were 36 teachers of SMPN 6 Cilegon. Collecting data using a Likert scale questionnaire technique. Research hypothesis testing with product moment correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that self-concept and teaching motivation affected teacher performance by. And among the variables that have the most influence on teacher performance is work motivation as much as self-concept. Based on the research results, the teacher should improve self-concept and teaching motivation. With the increase in these two things, it is hoped that teacher performance can increase.

Variables measured by the scale of the study variables 4 choices. Research subjects were 62 employees were taken random sampling. Data collected were analyzed using multiple regression analysis techniques. The results of multiple regression analysis showed variable task oriented leadership style and management on non financial rewards associated significantly with work motivation (F = 20,911; p = 0,000). Both variables contributed 41,50% of the work motivation. Separately, task oriented leadership style has a highly significant correlation with motivation to work at t = 5,565 amd p=0,000 ( p< 0,01), non financial rewards management while significantly correlated with motivation to work with t = 3,997 and p = 0,000 ( p< 0,01 ).Keywords : task oriented leadership style, management of non financial rewards, work motivation

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Lecturer Professionalism and Motivation Teaching Lecturers equally against National Competitiveness in Higher Education XYZ in Central Jakarta. The research method used was a survey with correlation analysis and regression. Data on lecturer professionalism, teaching motivation, and national competitiveness obtained through a questionnaire compiled by researchers, namely those that measure things related to the three things above. The results showed: 1) There was an influence significant independent variable lecturer professionalism and lecturer teaching motivation together with the dependent variable of the nation's competitiveness. This is proven by the results of testing hypothesis through multiple regression analysis that the value of Sig = 0,000 and Fcount = 27,746, whereas F table = 3.25 so that the Sig value <0.05 and Fcount> F table which means the regression is significant. 2) There is a significant influence of the lecturer professionalism independent variable on the variable nation's competitiveness. This is evidenced by the results of testing the hypothesis obtained that the value Sig = 0.001 and tcount = 3.808, while table = 1.68 so the value of Sig <0.05 and tcount> table which means there is a significant influence. 3) There is a significant influence of variables free motivation to teach the nation's competitiveness variable. This is proven by the results Hypothesis testing obtained that the value of Sig = 0.001 and tcount = 3.772, while table = 1.68 so that the Sig value <0.05 and tcount> t table which means that there is an influence significant. The equation shows that there is an influence of professionalism lecturer on the nation's competitiveness.

Emotional maturity, self-efficacy, and Smoking Behavior examined in acorrelational quantitative research. Subjects were 131 Adolescence on 12 – 15 Yearof Ages. Researcher developed two research instrument of measurement, namely thescale of smoking behavior and the scale of emotional maturity. Data of studyvariables were analyzed with the multiple regression analysis. The results of theanalysis are: 1) R = 0,181, F = 2,179, p = 0,177 (p > 0,05) showed no correlationof emotional maturity and self-efficacy with smoking behavior on 12 – 15 Year ofAges simultaneously, 2) r partial = - 0,173, p = 0,049 (p < 0,05) shows thecorrelation of emotional maturity with smoking behavior is a negative direction andlinear; 3) r partial = - 0,055, p = 0,534 (p > 0,05) shows no correlation self-efficacywith smoking behaviorKeywords : emotional maturity, self-efficacy, smoking behavior

The design of this research was descriptive quantitative research that was a research about the data which was collected and expressed in terms of numbers. This research analyzed the data using numbers as a testing ground on the contribution of the relation between school organization, teacher motivation and the performance of elementary school teachers SMP Negeri 04 Bangsalsari. This research also used supporting qualitative data such as words or phrases that were arranged in the questionnaire, the results of consultation or interviews between researcher and informant. The research subjects in this research were SMP Negeri 04 Bangsalsari teachers. The objects of this research were the relations between three variables namely, School Organization (X1), Teacher Motivation (X2), and the Teachers' Performance (Y). Dependent variable in this research was the Teacher Performance while independent variables were the Motivation of Teachers and School Organization. The variables were then defined operationally in order to provide clues to how the variable measured. Based on the calculation of correlation analysis, both individually and collectively were significant. Then it was interpreted so it provided objective information and determined the contribution between variables.

In this study, there are results that contradict the theory which states that the higher the level of training and motivation, the employee's performance should increase. In this study, training had no effect and motivation had no positive effect. This study aims to determine the effect of training and work motivation on employee performance in Kopiloka 3.0. The population in this study were all employees at Kopiloka 3.0, which amounted to 15 people with a sample of 15 people using saturated sampling. The data analysis technique in this study used SPSS 24 software, which consisted of data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. By using multiple regression analysis, the results of the study show that training has no effect on employee performance. Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously (together) the independent variables of training and motivation have an effect on employee performance.
