The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Lecturer Professionalism and Motivation Teaching Lecturers equally against National Competitiveness in Higher Education XYZ in Central Jakarta. The research method used was a survey with correlation analysis and regression. Data on lecturer professionalism, teaching motivation, and national competitiveness obtained through a questionnaire compiled by researchers, namely those that measure things related to the three things above. The results showed: 1) There was an influence significant independent variable lecturer professionalism and lecturer teaching motivation together with the dependent variable of the nation's competitiveness. This is proven by the results of testing hypothesis through multiple regression analysis that the value of Sig = 0,000 and Fcount = 27,746, whereas F table = 3.25 so that the Sig value <0.05 and Fcount> F table which means the regression is significant. 2) There is a significant influence of the lecturer professionalism independent variable on the variable nation's competitiveness. This is evidenced by the results of testing the hypothesis obtained that the value Sig = 0.001 and tcount = 3.808, while table = 1.68 so the value of Sig <0.05 and tcount> table which means there is a significant influence. 3) There is a significant influence of variables free motivation to teach the nation's competitiveness variable. This is proven by the results Hypothesis testing obtained that the value of Sig = 0.001 and tcount = 3.772, while table = 1.68 so that the Sig value <0.05 and tcount> t table which means that there is an influence significant. The equation shows that there is an influence of professionalism lecturer on the nation's competitiveness.

<p>In any organization, knowledge leader and communication are subject which helps organizations reach productivity. The aim of the research is to study the contribution of knowledge leader and communication toward employee productivity at West Java Conference Office. To this end, this research used questionnaires distributed to 59 employees at West Java Conference Office. Data was calculated using Pearson Product Moment. All questionnaires are valid, and reliability using Cronbach's Alpha for knowledge leader was obtained at 0,846. Communication was obtained at 0,918 and productivity was obtained at 0,779. Research method using descriptive analytical survey with quantitative data. Data was analyzed using Multiple Regression Analysis using T-Test. The result of the research shows that there is a significant influence on the knowledge leader toward productivity with significance (sig.) 0000 at the table with the value of α 0:05 coefficients it means 0.000 &lt;0.05. There is a significant influence on communication toward productivity with significance (sig.) 0.035 at the table with the value of α 0, 05 it means 0.035 &lt; 0.05 and test of determination shows that the value of adjusted R Square is 0.873, it indicates that the Knowledge Leader and Communication 87% effect on the productivity, and the remain of 13% is influenced by other variables, which is not examined yet.</p>

The objective of this research was to examine the impact of halal labels, prices, and brand on the purchase decision to buy Bakso Wagyu in Kota Wisata Cibubur. It used associative research, and data were collected through a field survey from the Bakso Wagyu outlet in Kota Wisata Cibubur. A set of questionnaires was distributed to 96 customers of Bakso Wagyu outlet in Kota Wisata Cibubur. Multiple regression analysis assessed the impact on purchase decisions of three key constructs of the halal label, price, and brand. The analysis method used correlation analysis, multiple regressions, and hypothesis testing. The results show three components, namely halal label, price, and brand, simultaneously have a significant influence on the purchase decision. However, the halal label was a variable. That are has the most dominant impact. This research indicates the results that halal labels are important for imported products that are consumed by Indonesian people who are mostly Muslim.

Increased teacher performance is influenced by many factors, one of which is self-concept and teaching motivation. This study aims to explain the results of a field study on teacher performance measurement based on self-concept and teaching motivation. This research is a correlational quantitative research. The research subjects were 36 teachers of SMPN 6 Cilegon. Collecting data using a Likert scale questionnaire technique. Research hypothesis testing with product moment correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that self-concept and teaching motivation affected teacher performance by. And among the variables that have the most influence on teacher performance is work motivation as much as self-concept. Based on the research results, the teacher should improve self-concept and teaching motivation. With the increase in these two things, it is hoped that teacher performance can increase.

Today the Muslim community is vying to establish a mosque / musholah. Because now the mosque / musholah not only used as a place of worship for Muslims. But also as a place of deliberation, a place to improve the intelligence and knowledge of the Muslims and the development and development of cadres of the leaders of the ummah.The type of this research is quantitativeand research method are correlation and regression analysis.Correlation analysis is used to test the significance and the relation between variables of Muslim population and mosque building. Meanwhile, regression analysis aims to determine the significance of the influence of Muslim population on building mosques in South Sulawesi Province. The results of this research indicate that the functional relationship between the number of Muslim population and the number of mosque buildings in South Sulawesi Province in 2015 is a positive linear pattern, the higher the Muslim population the higher the number of mosque buildings. Based on the results of correlation analysis obtained correlation coefficient between variables is strong that is 0.894 and significantly correlated. Meanwhile, based on regression analysis, it is found that there is significant influence between population and mosque building in South Sulawesi Province in 2015.

This study aims to determine the effect of ratio profitability, liquidity and leverage on sharia bond rating (sukuk). The research method in this study uses a quantitative apporoach. There were 13 companies that were used as populations in this study and by using a purposive sampling technique 4 sampels were also obtained. The statistical methods taken in the study are multiple regression analysis using classic assumption test. Based on the variable T test of profitability, it obtained tcount 2.974 > ttable 2.030 and significant value of 0.004 < 0.05. It means that return on asset positively and partially affected sukuk rating. Liquidity obtained tcount -8.927 < ttable 2.030 and significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. It means that Current Ratio partially affected sukuk rating. Leverage ratio obtained tcount 3.362 > ttable 2.030 and significant value of 0.001 < 0.05. It means that Debt to Equity Ratio partially affected sukuk rating. Furthermore, analysis of F test obtained fcount 26.800 > ftable 2.76 and significant value obtained was 0.000 < 0.05 which means that independent variable simultaneously affected sukuk rating.  Keywords: Profitability, Liquidity, Leverage and Rating Sukuk

ABSTRAK Penelitian Determinan Terhadap Keputusan Mahasiswa Memilih Unsika ini telah dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli sampai dengan Oktober 2017. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar faktor bauran pemasaran jasa (marketing mix) 7P berpengaruh terhadap keputusan mahasiswa memilih Unsika dan Untuk mengetahui faktor apa dari bauran pemasaran jasa (marketing mix) 7P. Terdapat 8 (delapan) variabel diantaranya variabel bebas (independent variable) dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan variabel-variabel bauran pemasaran jasa (marketing mix) 7P yang terdiri dari produk atau program studi (X1), harga atau uang SPP (X2), promosi (X3), lokasi (X4), orang (X5), proses (X6) pelayanan (X7). Variabel terikat (dependent variable) dalam penelitian ini adalah merupakan keputusan mahasiswa untuk memilih Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang sebagai tempat kuliah untuk mendapatkan pendidikan (Y) yang menunjukan kepuasan mahasiswa memilih Unsika, yaitu keseluruhan upaya atau tindakan mahasiswa yang secara langsung dalam usahanya untuk memilih Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang sebagai tempat untuk menuntut ilmu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus yang dilakukan di Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan model analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Jumlah responden sebanyak 360 orang. Pengukuran yang digunakan dalam kuesioner dengan skala Guttman. Hasil penelitian didapatkan koefisien determinanya sebesar 0.664, yang artinya bahwa variabel produk atau program studi (X1), harga atau uang SPP (X2), promosi (X3), lokasi (X4), orang (X5), proses (X6) pelayanan (X7) mampu mempengaruhi keputusan mahasiswa sebesar 66,4%. Berdasarkan hasil uji parsial atau uji t diketahui bahwa variabel orang (X5) berpengaruh paling signifikan terhadap keputusan mahasiswa memilih Unsika, dengan nilai sebesar 23,49%.Berdasarkan hasil tersebut perlu diperhatikan dan dipertahakankan serta dalam rangka peningkatan pelayanan terhadap faktor tersebut, dapat diupayakan dengan melakukan upgrading atau peningkatan kemampuan terhadap tenaga pengajar atau dosen juga terhadap petugas administrasi kampus. The aim of this study is to identify how much factor marketing mix 7P influenced to the decision of student in choosing University of Singaperbangsa Karawang (UNSIKA) and to examine the factor of marketing mix 7P that is the most significant to students’ decision in choosing UNSIKA. There are 8 variables which are independent variable of this study is all the variable of markerting mix 7p that consist of product or study program (x1), university tuition (x2), promotion (x3), place/location (x4), people (x5), process (x6), servise) (x7),. while, the dependent variable of this study is the decision of students in choosing UNSIKA as the place in getting education (y). It showed the satisfication of students in choosing UNSIKA which are the effort of students in chooisng UNSIKA as the place of studying. The approach of this study is study case which has been conducted in UNSIKA. Therefore, this is descriptive quantitative study whose analysis method is multiple regression analysis. the data of this study were obtained by the answer of 360 students of UNSIKA as respondents through questionnaire. Hence, Guttman scales is used in this study. The result of this study is 0.644 as the determinant coeeficient which means variables such as product or study program (x1), (x1), university tuition (x2), promotion (x3), place/location (x4), people (x5), process (x6),influenced the choice of students value of 66.4%. moreover, the result parsial test or T-test showed that x5 is the has significant influence on students' choice in choosing Unsika value of 23.59%. Hence, the result can be concluded that the service need to be upgraded which can be done by developing of lecturers' ability in lecturing and administration of campus. keywords: determinant, marketing mix 7p, choice of students

<p>This study examines the quality of service that includes variable Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy and Evidence Direct (Tangible) partially and simultaneously affect the decision of students to choose SMA Maitreyawira Batam. The method of multiple regression analysis used by the researcher is to know and examine how big influence of independent variable which numbers two or more. Multiple regression analysis is used to know the influence of independent variables on dependent variable. The number of samples of this research is 110 students of SMA Maitreyawira Batam. The result of the research shows that there is significant influence of service quality with variable of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangible to student decision to choose SMA Maitreyawira Batam.</p>

The aim of this research is to investigate the influence of corporate governance, and firm size to leverage. Good corporate governance that used in this research is Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI). The independent variable that use in this research is leverage such as Debt to Total Aktiva and Debt to Total Shareholder Equity. The sample in this research are companies which were listed in Corporate Governance Perception Indeks in the year of 2010-2013 in SWA Magazine of publication. Total sample in this research are 11 companies that selected with purposive sampling method. This research uses multiple regression analysis method to investigate the influence of corporate governance and firm size to leverage. The results of this research indicate that good corporate governance had negative significant influence to debt to total aktiva and total shareholder equity. The firm size had no significant influence to debt to total aktiva and total shareholder equity.

<p><em>          The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variable of organizational culture, compensation, motivation and leadership simultaneously on the performance of employees, and which of those variables that have a dominant influence partially on the performance of employees of Angkasa Pura I (Persero) International Airport Sultan Aji Muhammad Sulaiman (SAMS) Sepinggan, PT</em></p><p><em>            Results of analysis of regression equation: Y = 3.961 + 0.160 X1 + 0.425 X2 + 0.127 + 0.257 X3 X4. Equation model of multiple regression analysis indicated the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable, which is indicated by the regression coefficient of each independent variable.</em></p><p><em>            Simultaneously variable organnisasi culture, compensation, motivation and leadership have significant influence on employee performance. This is evidenced by comparing Fhitung which amounted to 56.505 compared with Ftabel amounting 2.430 R square value is equal to 0.601, meaning that the variable of organizational culture (X1), compensation (X2), motivation (X3), and leadership (X4) has contributed 0.601 or 60.1% of the rise and fall on employee performance. While the remaining 40.9% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this study. For variables that have the most dominant influence is evidenced compensation variable compensation has the biggest t is 5.349. Then the second hypothesis proved to be true.</em></p>

Abstract: This study aims to examine the effect of competence and work motivation on employee performance. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The population in this study was employees of the marketing department of PT. Lambang Putra Perkasa Motor Cirebon with a total of 45 people. The sampling technique uses saturated samples so that all employees are sampled in this study. The technique of drawing data using a questionnaire and data analysis used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the variables of competence and motivation on employee performance Keyword: Competency; Motivation; Employee Performance Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kompetensi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah meotde penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan bagian marketing PT. Lambang Putra Perkasa Motor Cirebon dengan jumlah 45 orang. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh, sehingga seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini. Teknik penarikan data menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel kompetensi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Kompetensi; Motivasi; Kinerja Karyawan
