One form of service at the hospital is the distribution of medical record files. Distribution is a process of delivering goods or services from producers to consumers and users, when the goods or services are needed. The purpose of this study was to determine the distribution of outpatient medical record files at the UPT Special Paru Hospital in 2019. This study used a descriptive research method with the aim of making an objective description or description of a situation with a total population of all medical record staff employees, namely 5 people and the sampling technique in this study is total sampling with the characteristics of all medical record officers. So the researchers analyzed the data starting from editing, coding, sorting, data entry, cleaning. The results of the study based on the majority of high school education were 3 people (60%) minority DIII medical records as many as 1 person (20%) and S1 education as many as 1 person (20%), based on the majority of 1-5 years working duration as many as 4 people ( 80%), and a minority of 6-10 years of work as many as 1 person (20%). So it can be concluded that the implementation of the distribution of outpatient medical record files is said to be sufficient, the length of the process of distributing medical record files and there are still a few medical record officers who are educated in DIII medical records and can be expected to improve the process of sending medical record files and the addition of officers with DIII medical record education.

Indonesia is currently experiencing many problems, the trigger is the COVID-19 outbreak so that many workers have been laid off and cause poverty. The effort made to solve this is to increase student resources who are interested in entrepreneurship. In the Faculty of Engineering, State University of Padang, there are lessons that support interest in entrepreneurship, namely the Industrial Field Experience Course (PLI). This research will look for the influence of PLI on Entrepreneurial Interest, this is done to see the entrepreneurial values that grow after the implementation of PLI. Correlational descriptive research method with a population of 83 people from the total population taken 33 people for testing, while the 50 people for research, sampling technique (simple random sampling). The results showed that there was a significant influence between variables, 84% of PLI Implementation, 77% Entrepreneurial Interest and the Influence of PLI on Entrepreneurial Interest 28.4%. Indonesia saat ini mengalami banyak permasalahan, pemicunya adalah Wabah COVID-19 sehingga banyak tenaga kerja yang di PHK dan menyebabkan kemiskinan. Usaha yang dilakukan untuk menyelesaikan ini yaitu meningkatkan Sumber Daya Mahasiswa yang berminat untuk Berwirausaha. Di fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Padang ada Pembelajaran yang menunjang minat berwirausaha yaitu Mata Kuliah Pengalaman Lapangan Industri (PLI). Pada penelitian ini akan di cari Pengaruh PLI terhadap Minat Berwirausah, ini dilakukan untuk melihat nilai-nilai wirausaha yang tumbuh setelah pelaksanaan PLI. Metode penelitian deskriptif korelasional dengan Populasi sebanyak 83 orang dari jumlah populasi di ambil 33 orang untuk ujicoba, sedangkan yang 50 orang untuk Penelitian, Teknik sampling (simple random sampling). Hasil penelitian adanya pengaruh siknifikan antar variabel, 84% Pelaksanaan PLI, Minat Berwirausaha 77% dan Pengaruh PLI terhadap Minat Berwirausaha 28,4%.

ABSTRAK   Unit rekam medis merupakan bagian yang penting dalam suatu rumah sakit, karena rekam medis memuat kegiatan mulai dari penerimaan pasien, pencatatan, pengelolaan data rekam medis pasien, penyimpanan dan pengembalian berkas rekam medis.Selain itu, unit rekam medis harus mampu melayani permintaan informasi yang berkaitan dengan data rekam medis dengan cepat, tepat dan akurat pada waktu yang dibutuhkan.Salah satu faktor yang berpengaruh dalam kecepatan pemberian pelayanan kepada pasien adalah ketepatan waktu pengembalian berkas rekam medis ke unit rekam medis.Tujuan umum dari peneliti ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor keterlambatan pengembalian berkas rekam medis rawat inap di UPT Rumah Sakit Khusus Paru Medan.Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif.Populasi dalam penelitian petugas yang berkaitan dengan pengisian rekam medis diRS Khusus Paru yang berjumlah 15 orang, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah total sampling yaitu berjumlah 15 orang.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan  peneliti bahwa faktor yang paling mempengaruhi keterlambatan adalah menjalankan prosedur yang telah ditetapkan dan ketidaklengkapan  dalam pengisian dokumen rekam medis baik dalam identitas pasien dan ketepatan dalam pengisian diagnosis juga mempengaruhi keterlambatan dalam pengembalian berkas rekam medis dan menjalankan prosedur yang telah ditetapkan di rumah sakit pengembalian berkas rekam medis paling lama 1x24 jam, apabila pengembalian berkas rekam medis mengalami keterlambatan maka akan sangat berpengaruh terhadap assembling,analisis,coding,indixing,filling dan laporan. Kata Kunci                 : Pengembalian Rekam Medis. ABSTRACT   Medical record unit is an important part in a hospital, because medical records contain activities ranging from receiving patients, recording, managing patient medical record data, storing and returning medical record files. In addition, medical record units must be able to service requests for information relating with medical record data quickly, precisely and accurately at the time required. One of the factors that influence the speed of service delivery to patients is the timeliness of returning medical record files to the medical record unit. inpatient medical record at UPT Medan Special Lung Hospital. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive research methods. Population in the study of officers relating to filling medical records in the Special Lung RSR totaling 15 people, with the sampling technique is the total sampling which amounted to 15 people . Brilliant The results of research that have been conducted by researchers that the factors that most influence the delay are carrying out established procedures and incompleteness in filling medical record documents both in the patient's identity and accuracy in filling out the diagnosis also affect the delay in returning the medical record file and carry out the procedures specified in the hospital returns the medical record file for a maximum of 1x24 hours, if the return of the medical record file is delayed it will greatly affect the assembling, analysis, coding, indixing, filling and reporting.   Keywords: Returning Medical Records.

This study aims to obtain information on: first, the obligation to create and conceal Electronic Medical Record and its juridical consequences; Secondly, due to the law of absence or error in the manufacture of Electronic Medical Records and the position of Electronic Medical Record as a tool in the theoretical transactions.The research method used is normative juridical approach method, analytical descriptive research specification, research phase is done through literature study to examine primary law material, secondary law material, and tertiary law material. Data collection techniques are conducted through document studies, conducted by reviewing documents on positive law. Furthermore, the method of data analysis is done through normative qualitative.The results of the study indicate: Legal aspects of Medical Record or Electronic Medical Record   in Teurapetik Transactions related to: first, the obligation of health workers in coaching and health services to make Medical Record or Electronic Medical Record correctly and responsible for secrecy because it is the opening of Medical Record or Electronic Medical Record without With the permission of the patient having the consequences of criminal law. The absence or misuse of the Medical Record or Electronic Medical Record means that health workers may be subject to criminal, civil and administrative sanctions. Second, the position of  Medical Record or Electronic Medical Record is evidence in the form of a letter (if given outside the court), and expert information (if delivered in court).

Background: Incomplete filling of medical record files for inpatients at Dr. Reksodiwiryo hospital medical records will be describe health services and the quality of medical record services. Medical record quality services include the completeness of medical record files, accuracy in providing diagnosis and diagnosis codes, as well as speed in providing service information. The requirements for quality medical records must be accurate, complete, reliable, valid, timely, usable, common, comparable, guaranteed, and easy.Methods: This research method is a descriptive with a retrospective approach or looking at existing data. This study was carried out in September 2021. The population was 70 files cases of inpatient digestive surgery. Samples were taken from 27 files of inpatients with appendicitis cases.Results: From the research that has been done, the highest percentage of incomplete identification components is found on the gender item about 81.48%, the highest percentage of incomplete important report components is obtained on the medical resume and informed consent items about 11.1%. The highest percentage of incomplete authentication components was obtained in the nursing degree about 96.3%. The highest percentage of the components of the recording method was obtained by 59.3%, there are several blank sections about 16 files. The percentage of incomplete diagnostic codes and procedures is 100%  Conclusions: the researcher suggested that the hospital can have an Operational Standart on filling out the completeness of medical records files

The title of this research is "The Role of the Health Office in Tackling Child Malnutrition in Ngamprah District, West Bandung Regency". The problem in this research is not yet optimal implementation of the Health Office in Overcoming Malnutrition in Children in Ngamprah District, West Bandung Regency. The research method that researchers use is descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach. The technique of determining the informants used was purposive sampling technique. The results showed that in carrying out its duties and functions, the health office, the Health Office had implemented a sufficiently optimal role seen from the six indicators of success in overcoming malnutrition, namely: All Posyandu carry out weighing operations at least once a month All toddlers are weighed, All cases of malnutrition are referred to the Puskemas Nursing or Home Sick, all cases of malnutrition are treated at the health center. Nursing or hospitalization is handled according to the management of malnutrition. All post-treatment malnourished toddlers receive assistance.

Salah satu penyakit menular yang mendapat perhatian dunia karena insidensi dan penyebarannya yang semakin meningkat adalah penyakit HIV/AIDS. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini agar memperoleh gambaran tentang bagaimana pengetahuan dan sikap ladies cafe terhadap pecegahan HIV/AIDS dalam rangka identifikasi faktor risiko penularan penyakit menular seksual di kalangan masyarakat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskripif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuisioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Ladies Cafe yang bekerja di Cafe Pandanwangi Kecamatan Toili Barat Kabupaten Banggai. Teknik sampel menggunakan total sampling atau keseluruhan jumlah populasi. Data dianalisis deskriptif univariat. Hasil Penelitian didapatkan bahwa sebanyak 64% Ladies Cafe memliki pengetahuan Cukup tentang Pencegahan HIV/AIDS sedangkan sebanyak 96% Ladies Cafe memiliki sikap Positif terhadap pencegahan HIV/AIDS. Tingkat pengetahuan merupakan domain untuk melakukan tindakan hingga taraf memahami ditunjukkan melalui penginterpretasian materi secara benar hingga selanjutnya pengaplikasian secara real, yang berarti responden mampu membaca kondisi bahaya HIV/AIDS dan cara mencegahnya sehingga ia dapat melakukan pencegahan.  One of the infectious diseases that received worldwide attention because of its increasing incidence and spread is HIV / AIDS.  The purpose of this study was to obtain a picture of how the knowledge and attitudes of women cafes against HIV / AIDS prevention in the context of identifying risk factors for sexually transmitted diseases in the community. This type of research is descriptive research with questionnaire data collection techniques. The population in this study were all ladies cafes who worked in Pandanwangi café, West Toili Sub-District, Banggai Regency. The sampling technique uses total sampling or the total population. Data were analyzed univariate descriptive. The results of the study found that as many as 64% of the Ladies Cafe have Sufficient knowledge about HIV / AIDS Prevention, while 96% of the Ladies Café have a positive attitude towards HIV / AIDS prevention. The level of knowledge is a domain for someone to carry out an act of someone's level of understanding is shown through the interpretation of material correctly until the subsequent applicated , which means the respondent able to read the dangerous condition of HIV / AIDS and how to prevent it so that he can do prevention.

Introduction: The medical record documentation of patient treatment Provides the which in turn, must be maintained Clearly, concisely, comprehensively and accurately. Medical record and its filling criteria must be based on the regulation of the Minister of Health of The Republic of Indonesia No. 269/Menkes/Per/III / 2008 regarding to the medical record. The research was Aimed to unveil the completeness of both criteria and filling on medical records at the General Hospital’s Dental Polyclinic of Cianjur District. Methods: Survey-based descriptive method was applied within the research. Its Data was acquired through the examination on medical records and interviews. Random sampling was conducted to run the sampling technique. 89 pieces of outpatient’s medical records were embodied as samples. Results: Based on the research results, it is discovered that 6 out of 12 criteria (50%) are not listed within the medical record. Thus, the filling on medical records of 100% is found incomplete. Conclusion: Medical records Dental Clinic Regional General Hospital Cianjur according to standards Permenkes No. 269/2008 not inlude on complete criteria according to standards Permenkes No. 269/2008.

Background: Quality of hospital services can be seen from the bed usage. Statistical analysis of efficiency bed usage can be mesured based on inpatient medical records. To determine the efficiency requires four parameters namely bed occupancy rate (BOR), average length of stay (ALoS), turnover interval (TI), and bed turnover (BTR). parameters can be presented using Graphic Barber Johnson. This study aims to determine the efficiency of bed usage at Semen Padang Hospital in 2017.Methods: This research was conducted at Semen Padang Hospital, West Sumatera, Indonesia from January to December 2017. The study used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data was collected from medical records department. The population is all abstraction data of in-patient medical record in 2017, 9796 medical record used total sampling technique. Data analysis was performed by calculating the values of ALoS, BOR, BTR, and TI. Data will be presented based on graphic Barber Johnson. Excel 2010 and graphic Barber Johnson method were applied for data analysis.Results: Number of daily inpatient censuses in 2017 are 31227 and number of service days are 31362. Number of beds 144. Statistical analysis results obtained total BOR 60%, BTR 67 times, TI 2 days and ALoS 3 days. The highest value of bed occupancy rate is 66% on August.Conclusions: Based on statistical, value of bed occupancy rate (60%) and turnover interval (2 days) are efficient at Semen Padang Hospital in 2017. Average length of stay (3 days) and bed turnover rate (67 times) are not efficient.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze saving and loan business management strategy in Satu Hati Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) In Naimana Village, Central Malaka Sub-District, Malaka District. Research methodology: This research used a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. This research used purposive sampling technique. Results: The results of this study found that communication and cooperation are not good enough, there are no binding rules, and recording and bookkeeping are not in accordance with the borrower's deposit. Limitations: This research only analyzes Management Strategies for Savings and Loans at Satu Hati Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Naimana Village, Central Malaka Sub-District, Malaka Regency. Contribution: This research becomes information for the development of Satu Hati Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) so that this BUMDes can continue to grow. This study has purpose to determine and analyze the effect of Company Image, Customer Incentives, Trust, Complaints Handling, and Facilities on Costumer Retention at BMT Amanah Ummah Kartasura. The research method applied in this study was a quantitative descriptive research design. This study used a population of 1,500 respondents. In determining the sample size, this study used the Slovin formula. Based on the results of calculation, the number of samples in this study was 100 respondents. The sampling technique was carried out using incidental sampling. The data collection was done using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study was statistical analysis consists of multiple linear regression test, F test, t test and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that the Company Image, Customer Incentives, Trust, Complaint Handling, and Facilities simultaneously had a significant effect on Customer Retention at BMT Amanah Ummah Kartasura. Partially, it was found that Company Image and Customer Incentives do not have a positive and significant effect on Customer Retention at BMT Amanah Ummah in Kartasura. Meanwhile, Trust, Complain Handling, and Facilities have a positive and significant effect on Customer Retention at BMT Amanah Ummah in Kartasura. The coefficient of determination or the contribution of the variables of Company Image, Customer Incentives, Trust, Complain Handling, and Facilities on Customer Retention at BMT Amanah Ummah Kartasura was 43.1%. This study suggested that BMT Amanah Ummah should continue to improve and pay attention to the factors that affect the Customer Retention, such as Company Image, Customer Incentives, Trust, Complain Handling, and Facilities.
