The objective of this study was to examine empirically the influence of e-government practices on good governance from the perspectives of public in Lebanon. This paper presents a theoretical research framework to determine the relationships between the proposed variables supported by literature review from previous studies. Questionnaires were distributed among managers and employees from 600 SMEs in Beirut and the usable response rate was 94%. To test the relationships, four hypotheses were developed in which two were accepted and two were rejected upon data analysis using SPSS and AMOS. The main research outcomes indicate that in general, e-government practices have a positive and significant influence on good governance. Particularly, good governance is positively and significantly influenced by e-service but not by e-administration and e-procurement. Finally, limitations of the study were discussed for recommending future studies especially at the empirical level.

In the contemporary organizational context, the sharing and transfer of knowledge play a significant role, and therefore, it is important to overcome internal and external barriers for them to be processed. This can be facilitated by the implementation of data governance (GovD). The problem is that, in addition to being a new construct and still little studied, conceptual divergences are fed by the amplitude the possible dimensions of analysis. In this context, the objective of this study arises in identifying the conceptualization of the construct governance and data proposed in the scientific literature to support its better understanding and perspective of future investigations. A theoretical research was conducted through a systematic literature review, followed by an analysis of the most relevant publications on the subject. The discussions about this subject are considered in the context of contemporary organizations; however, it signals the importance of future studies of empirical and theoretical order to foster discussions on the subject today.

This paper aims to disseminate information on Open Government Partnership (OGP) in Indonesia, in particular to examine the extent to which civil society organizations (CSOs) are involved. This paper uses qualitative methods with data collection through literature review sourced from online document. The data analysis process through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion is done simultaneously with data collection process. This paper reveals five issues: the reason of Indonesia joining the Open Government Partnership, the involvement and welfare of Indonesia CSOs in the Implementation of OGP Program, the cooperation between Indonesia CSOs and Government in the OGP Matters, and greatest achievements of the OGP in Indonesia. The conclusion of OGP's progress in Indonesia is that the Indonesian government together with CSOs have synergized to jointly realize Indonesia's commitment to realize good governance. Nevertheless, the scope of synergized areas is still limited, therefore broader cooperation and more coordinated networks are needed to reach all areas of public services to bring about openness, accountability and public participation.

The main focus of this research is on the self-concept and pedagogical competence of the teacher and its influence on the quality of the learning process both partially and double. The research method used is a survey method in which the authors go directly to the empirical level by distributing questionnaires to 47 teachers. The processing and analysis techniques used are linear and multiple regression. The results of the study show that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence of the teacher's self-concept on the quality of the learning process (2) There is a positive and significant influence on the teacher's pedagogical competence on the quality of the learning process. (3) There is a positive and significant effect of self-concept and pedagogical competence of teachers together on the quality of the learning process. Therefore, the authors suggest: (1) So that the teacher improves health and appearance because the results of the study show that the weakness of the teacher's self-concept is in the appearance and significance of the body. So that the teacher needs to be given enlightenment related to how to maintain health and fitness through the implementation of joint gymnastics or conducting group discussions related to the dirt to maintain a prime body. (2) To face future competition and improve the quality of education it is deemed necessary to further increase the pedagogical competence of teachers, especially those related to planning and evaluation of learning.
