The main focus of this research is on the self-concept and pedagogical competence of the teacher and its influence on the quality of the learning process both partially and double. The research method used is a survey method in which the authors go directly to the empirical level by distributing questionnaires to 47 teachers. The processing and analysis techniques used are linear and multiple regression. The results of the study show that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence of the teacher's self-concept on the quality of the learning process (2) There is a positive and significant influence on the teacher's pedagogical competence on the quality of the learning process. (3) There is a positive and significant effect of self-concept and pedagogical competence of teachers together on the quality of the learning process. Therefore, the authors suggest: (1) So that the teacher improves health and appearance because the results of the study show that the weakness of the teacher's self-concept is in the appearance and significance of the body. So that the teacher needs to be given enlightenment related to how to maintain health and fitness through the implementation of joint gymnastics or conducting group discussions related to the dirt to maintain a prime body. (2) To face future competition and improve the quality of education it is deemed necessary to further increase the pedagogical competence of teachers, especially those related to planning and evaluation of learning.

This study aims to determine the appropriate steps in carrying out academic supervision so as to be able to improve the pedagogical competence of teachers, especially in the learning process which in turn will affect the improvement of the quality of education.The study was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle has different planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Research subjects of the principal and teacher. The school principal with his academic supervision measures, while the Kunto Darussalam Elementary School 017 teacher as an object as well as the subject in providing academic supervision treatment. Data collection techniques through class supervision with stages of supervising teachers in the learning process and observation of classroom learning, to record important events related to research, especially at the time of the processlearning takes place.Data analysis techniques that guide data processing using a percentage (%) of achievement with 100 constants. And to see the interpertation using score interpertation criteria to strengthen the interpretation in conclusions as follows: 80% - 100% (Very Good), 66% - 79 % (Good), 56% - 65% (Enough), and 40% - 55% (Less).The results showed that the ability of teachers in the implementation of the learning process experienced an increase in the percentage at each stage, from the first cycle reached an average of 63% (sufficient) and in the second cycle reached an average of 68% (good). There is an increase in teacher's ability by 5% from cycle I. In detail there is a significant increase in the initial condition of the school when compared to the final condition in the second cycle. The accuracy of teachers entering the class increased by 48%, the use of learning media increased by 32%, varied methods increased by 31%, and learning strategies increased by 36%.

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on inpatient satisfaction at the Bahagia Hospital in Makassar City. The research method used is a quantitative survey method using an explanatory approach. A sample of 100 people who are inpatients at the Bahagia Hospital using accidental sampling technique. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The results showed that the quality of service had a significant influence on the satisfaction of inpatients at the Bahagia Hospital. This shows that service quality has an important role so that service delivery can provide results in accordance with what patients expect

<p><em>The current study was conducted to increase of our understanding of factors that influence </em><em>distinctiveness of the curriculum as</em><em> efforts to maintain and improve the quality of education in study program graduate of Business Administration.</em><em> An extensive review of the existing literature was used to identify 32 factors that Affect </em><em>quality of education</em><em> and Alumni satisfaction. </em><em>Data or a questionnaire distributed to 133 graduates study program graduate of Business Administration Department of Business Administration Polytechnic State Semarang. Of the 133 questionnaires distributed were returned as many as 124, and 9 questionnaires are not returned by the target date. The analysis of 124 questionnaires there are 13 questionnaires that occurred outlier. So the data or questionnaires that can be used for the study were as many as 111 questionnaires</em><em>. Results from both the qualitative and quantitative phases of the current study demonstrated that 32 factors that Affect </em><em>quality of education</em><em> and Alumni satisfaction can be clustered into three basic process. </em><em>First,</em><em> based on the results of data analysis showed that the acquisition of specialized expertise is the key or most dominant variable</em><em>,</em><em> Second, </em><em>results demonstrate mastery of tools and technology are the two variables that affect the realization of graduate satisfaction. Third, the results of data analysis showed that the formation of character and behavior of the third element in increasing the satisfaction of graduates through the value of the learning process</em><em> The sectors in which the alumni </em><em>study program graduate of</em><em> </em><em>Business Administration </em><em>were not completely representative of reviews their year of graduation and geographical region.  The findings suggest that, in order to increase of satisfaction </em><em>study program graduate of Business Administration</em><em>, Then focus on </em><em>mastery of special skills is the most dominant variable that can affect the value of the learning process</em><em>, </em><em>This is a strength </em><em>study program graduate of Business Administration</em><em>, then the advice and recommendation is to maintain and emphasize the element of learning output is -unsur formed on the entire course, which relate directly and indirectly to the mastery of special skills in administration.</em><em> </em><em>This study contributes to the body of knowledge on the</em><em> value of the learning process.</em><em></em></p>

In higher education need to apply the process of teaching, coaching, and training both to students. Implementation of teaching, coaching, and training should be conducted in a professional manner because students are required ready to plunge into human society as an adult, responsible and forward-minded. Three aspects should be offset by improved performance in designing devices lecturer and the learning process. One effective way to improve the quality of learning undertaken by lecturers is to implement Lesson Study is designed so well that it will make a professional and innovative faculty. Lesson study is a vehicle for the development of the faculty, where the target is learning to the learning process. The purpose of this research is to improve the quality of teaching faculty of mathematics education through lesson study that starts from perancanaan, implementation and evaluation of learning. As well as provide learning among fellow faculty of mathematics education, especially the development of new lecturer to senior lecturer to student learning. Subjects in this study 4 dilakanakan professor of mathematics education in four subjects. The conclusion from this study is the implementation of lesson study activities can increase the performance of the education faculty of mathematics at the lecture. This is shown by research that showed an increase from cycle I to cycle II. Although there are some indicators that are not increasing but still in good category

The teacher component has a very important role especially at the elementary school level and is the main key to the success of improving the quality of education, especially in the learning process in the classroom. For this reason, the ability of teachers needs to be improved and developed through various efforts, including through education, training and professional development such as KKG. With this, researchers are interested in researching about the KKG PAI Elementary School Activities as a forum for improving the teaching profession in the IB-1 district of Palembang. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with a phenomenological, sociological, and scientific approach. The data source of this study consisted of primary and secondary sources. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews,participatory observation, documentation, and reference tracing. Qualitative data analysis / processing techniques use 3 stages: 1) data reduction, 2) data display, and 3) data verification. The research findings are, First, the implementation of the KKG PAI SD activities in the IB-1 Kec district of Palembang, carried out in 2 (two) forms, namely routine meetings held at least once a month and incidental meetings held in accordance with the planned time period. The Second Effects of the KKG PAI Elementary School Activity in Kec IB-1 Palembang has an impact on increasing the pedagogical competence of PAI SD teachers in improving the quality of the learning process in the classroom. Third, member contributions are divided into three parts, namely contributions in the form of material, energy and ideas. The four factors supporting the implementation of KKG PAI elementary school activities in Kec IB-1 Palembang, among others: (a) educational factors, (b) age factors, (c) motivational factors. Factors inhibiting the implementation of the KKG PAI SD activities in Kec IB-1 Palembang, include: (a) lack of enthusiasm from the teachers, (b) not getting permission, (c) funding factors, (d) IT mastery factors that have not been maximally and evenly distributed.

Currently the entire field has been supported by technology, especially the world of education in the learning process to determine the quality of a college graduate. In the world of education Perguruan Tinggi Raharja has implemented iLearning learning methods to achieve the learning objectives. Graduate students are given learning experiences using methods iLearning the learning process using the media Ten Pillar IT iLearning (TPi). But the learning process is not running properly and still undeniably versatile use paper as a method of learning in general, Therefore at this time to achieve the learning objectives very effectively implement methods Learning Management System (LMS) iDu which can be accessed online anytime and anywhere easily. The purpose of this study to determine measure the success of the learning process at MIT class that still use manual systems in the learning process . This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive correlational survey method . Sample collection techniques in this study was based on the results of the student survey MIT classes . Data collector by using questionnaires and documentation . Results from the study showed that the better level the results of the learning process to use iDu’s system where students could complete the learning easily anywhere and anytime . In this journal Identified there are three (3) the problems faced and the solutions given are by utilizing campus Learning Management System (LSM) iDu. Do 8 (eight) literature review as a post-graduate study materials. And there were 13 (thirteen) advantages and 1 (one) shortcomings of this study. The implementation is done in the course MasteringInformation Technology (MIT). This study is expected to improve the quality of graduates from graduate students in Perguruan Tinggi Raharja.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui realitas upaya guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik di sekolah menengah atas (SMA) se-Kecamatan Bringin, Kabupaten pada tahun 2012, termasuk: (1) Untuk menentukan kompetensi pedagogik guru PAI, (2) Untuk mengetahui upaya guru PAI dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik, (3) Untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan kompetensi pedagogic guru PAI se-Kecamatam Bringin. Penilaian dilakukan penelitian kualitatif, informan terdiri dari guru PAI dan kepala sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan metode kualitatif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) kompetensi pedagogik guru PAI SMA se-Kecamatan Bringin Semarang 2012 tergolong baik, terbukti dari latar belakang pendidikan guru yang linier dengan pelajaran yang diampu, pemahaman terhadap kompetensi pedagogik yang baik, persiapan alat pembelajaran dan manajemen pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan ketentuan (2) upaya untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik adalah dengan memperbanyak referensi mengenai kompetensi pedagogik PAI, menghadiri berbagai seminar, lokakarya, pelatihan, dan mengikuti Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP). Pihak sekolah juga melakukan upaya melalui evaluasi belajar, memeriksa pembelajaran, supervisi kelas, dan mendorong guru untuk menghadiri seminar pendidikan (3) Pelaksanaan pedagogik pembelajaran pendidikan Islam akan menentukan kualitas pembelajaran itu sendiri, dengan guru yang memiliki kompetensi pedagogik, manajemen pembelajaran akan berjalan lancar. This study aims to determine the reality of the efforts of teachers of Islamic religious education (PAI) in improving pedagogic competence at senior high school (SMA) throughout Bringin Semarang regency in 2012, including: (1) To determine the pedagogical competence of PAI teachers, (2) To know the efforts of PAI teacher in improving pedagogical competence, (3) To know the implementation of pedagogical competence in PAI. The assessment was conducted qualitative research to informants, both PAI teacher and the headmaster. This study uses a descriptive qualitative procedure. The conclusions are (1) pedagogical competence of PAI teachers at SMA 1 Bringin Semarang Regency 2012 is good, proven by the teachers’ linear education background with teaching load, understanding towards good pedagogic, the preparation of learning tools and management in accordance with the provisions (2) efforts to improve pedagogical competence are by reading various reference regarding it, attending seminars, workshops, trainings, and following deliberation subject teachers (MGMP), the school authorities make efforts through the evaluation of learning, classroom supervision, and creating opportunities for teachers to attend educational seminars (3) Implementation of pedagogic on learning Islamic education will determine the quality of learning itself. This study reported the discovery and identification of behavioral syndrome of students’ indiscipline in teaching and learning process. For this purpose, researcher used qualitative approach of phenomenology. The study involved 9 subjects determined by purposive sampling for the phenomenon of indiscipline were more dominated by those subjects. Four techniques have been used to collect the data: participation-observation, in-depth interviews, field notes, and documentation. The results indicated that the behavioral syndrome of indiscipline is influenced by premature (imature) self-concept, determination of multidimensional environment, keeping and building a societal relationship in communities, as well as teachers’ attitude and behavior as a direct model. Therefore, teachers should give the exemplary cognition, affection, psychomotor, as well as should be truthful and orderly socially so that the students’ behaviour of indiscipline can be reduced to a good quality of learning.

Menopausal problems related to physical and psychological aspects. Physical aspects, declining estrogen production leading to many reproductive disorders such as irregular menstruation (3-4 years before menopause), blooding to vasomotor disturbances that can affect the activities of women experiencing menopause. Psychological, menopausal women will experience emotional instability, along with concerns that might occur in the body with the end of her menstrual period. Emotional stability will be gained back once they get good information about the menopause. Positive self-concept as well as the support given by family and friends will be able to improve the quality of life for postmenopausal women. Consistency of self-concept will increase harmonization within the individual, which in turn will increase the happiness of individuals. Individual's quality of life will improve when there is an integration between self-esteem, self-concept, self-acceptance as well as the individuals of understanding and addressing the problems of life.

This research aims to improve the competency of teachers through clinical supervision activities. This research uses action research methods with a lesson study approach, conducted at MI Nurul Ummah. The lesson study conducted through three stages: planning, open learning, and reflection. The results of the research are in good category by fulfilling several indicators, namely 1) Students' learning motivation is increasing and the atmosphere of the class is more conducive, 2) increase in absorption and activity of students in class during study, 3) teachers more open, 4) teachers More motivated to seek out and explore a variety of learning methods or strategies, 5) Teachers learn from each other and cooperate in improving the quality of the teaching process through increased understanding not only about the material, but also Methods, media and learning aids, but also the assessment techniques used in the learning process obtained through the implementation, observation and reflection, 6) The teacher got a lot of enlightenment, apart from the peers, also from the Facilitators are always present to provide support, both when doing plan, do and see (reflection). With the presence of the facilitators, teachers have been increasingly enlightened and motivated to innovate innovations in learning. Lesson study can effectively improve the teacher pedagogical competence. This can be understood because the lesson study approach allows teachers to discuss the problems faced and discuss with other teachers to find solutions to the resolution.
